Methods: a total of 84 observation subjects were included in this paper, all of whom were surgical patients admitted to our hospital from March, 2019 to March, 2019. They were divided into group A (routine nursing in the operating room, n = 42) and group B (thermal insulation nursing intervention + routine nursing in the operating room, n = 42) by the red-green double chromosphere method. The changes of body temperature and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: the body temperature of group B was higher than that of group A at 30min (T1), 60min (T2) and T3 (T3) after operation (P < 0.05). The incidence of ADR in group B was lower than group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: interventional nursing in the operating room has a good effect, and has a preventive effect the occurrence of hypothermia, which is conducive to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. This clinical can be further promoted and applied.展开更多
