Methods: the recently hospitalized patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into two groups: the experimental group underwent transurethral resection of the prostate, and the observation group underwent transurethral resection of the prostate. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared by comparing the normality of each index during surgery and the score of each index. Results: the scores of each index in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia effect is significant, can effectively reduce postoperative complications, improve prostate function, improve the cure rate of patients, and improve the clinical maintenance rate.展开更多
