We displayed that the low-cost natural zeolite with molecular sieve structure can be used as the carrier of sulfur in lithium-sulfur batteries.Meanwhile,a simple salt-washing method was implemented on zeolite for dred...We displayed that the low-cost natural zeolite with molecular sieve structure can be used as the carrier of sulfur in lithium-sulfur batteries.Meanwhile,a simple salt-washing method was implemented on zeolite for dredging the internal microchannel to improve the ability of adsorption,ion exchange and sulfur loading.The experimental results show that the first specific discharge capacities of zeolite/S and salt-washed zeolite/S cathode under 0.2 C current density are 950.7 and1116.8 mAh/g,respectively,and corresponding discharge capacities remain at 350.6 and 604.2 mAh/g after 300 cycles.The first specific discharge capacity of salt-washed zeolite/S composite is 17.5%higher than that sample without salt-washing,and the corresponding ionic conductivity is improved.展开更多

It is found that there exists not only a upwarp thermal deformation, but also a parallel expansion thermal deformation. A upwarp thermal deformation causes a concave shape error on the profile of the workpiece, and a parallel expansion thermal deformation causes a dimension error in height. It is found that the space morphology of...The as-quenched microstructures of low carbon steels were observed by scanning electron microscope, and the thin foil specimen was examined by transmission electron microscopy. It is found that the space morphology of low carbon martensite is not lath-like but thin sheet-like, which is designated as sheet-like martensite or packet thin sheet martensite. A three-dimensional model was presented. The reason for exhibiting two apparent morphologies, i.e. double contrast packet and simple contrast packet, in as-quenched low carbon steels was analyzed in detail. It is suggested that the data of martensitic habit plane measured by other procedures should be further inspected using optical metallographic method. The apparent morphologies of low carbon martensite confirm that its habit plane should be {557}_r, rather than {111}_r, {345}_r, nor {213}_r.展开更多

Product gas containing hydrog...The application of a new type of moving bed reactor with draft tube for coal gasification was investigated. Successful coal gasification experiments were achieved using the coal gasifier. Product gas containing hydrogen as high as 60% was obtained, and the calorific value of the product of 10 MJ·m-3 was obtained using air as oxidant. The reaction temperature of coal gasification in the moving bed was maintained at 870 °C which was comparatively low for coal gasification. Maximum coal gasification efficiency of 92% was obtained.展开更多

The sheet was divided into four parts according to its deformation and contact with the punch and elastic die. ...A semi analytical method was proposed to solve the mechanics problem of stamping a sheet on elastic die. The sheet was divided into four parts according to its deformation and contact with the punch and elastic die. Analytical solutions were derived individually for each part by using elastic large deflection and plastic large deformation. Solutions were found out with MATLAB by developing a numerical algorithm. Interface forces were obtained by iteration under the compatibility conditions between the neighboring parts of the sheet. Computation shows the method is efficient.展开更多
The diamond films have been deposited by the hot filament CVD method on molybdenum substrates from the mixture reactant gas of acetone and hydrogen.The surface morphologies of the obtained diamond films under various ...The diamond films have been deposited by the hot filament CVD method on molybdenum substrates from the mixture reactant gas of acetone and hydrogen.The surface morphologies of the obtained diamond films under various deposition conditions have been observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The experimental results strongly indicate that the surface morphologies of the resulting films have closely related to the deposition conditions,i.e.,reaction pressure.For molybdenum substrates,under the lower reaction pressure the surface morphologies of the grains comprising the resulting films mainly display the small single crystal cubo-octahedron and double small crystal cubo-octahedron;under the higher reaction pressure,the surface morphologies mainly display the large cauliflower-like.These results show that there are various crystal habits for CVD diamond under various deposition conditions.展开更多
