Level of Stress at Nurses Working in Emergency Clinic and Central Intensive Care: University Clinical Centre of Kosovo

<strong>Background:</strong> Emergency Clinic (EC) and Central Intensive Care (CIC) are high-stress environments that directly affect the health status of nurses. <strong>Methods:</strong> The ... <strong>Background:</strong> Emergency Clinic (EC) and Central Intensive Care (CIC) are high-stress environments that directly affect the health status of nurses. <strong>Methods:</strong> The aim of this study was to assess the level of stress at nurses working in the Emergency Clinic and nurses working in the Central Intensive Care. The study included 90 nurses, 45 nurses working in Emergency Clinic and 45 nurses working in Central Intensive Care. The study applied the Emergency Nurse Stress Questionnaire as an instrument to gather the data. This questionnaire was adopted from the Operational Police Stress Questionnaire in order to serve for the function and aim of the present study. <strong>Results:</strong> Nurses’ cohort-age ranged from 20 to 62 years. The largest proportion of respondents 40 (44.4%) was in the 20 - 30 age group, 58 (64.4%) were married, 60 (66.6%) hold bachelor degree and (33.3%) were with secondary school educational level. In terms of work-related fatigue, significant difference was found in working hours, participants reported that there was a significant difference in fatigue between 12 hours shift nurses (61 ± 10.5) compared to 8 hours nurses (41 ± 23.6) with P < 0.001. Results indicated that a vast majority of participants reported moderate to high levels of stress (81% of participants). There was no significant difference in the level of stress between the two groups of participants. There were also no significant differences compared to their demographic characteristics. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> These findings emphasize the role of using and assuring adequate strategies for ensuring quality management and finding ways of facilitating the increase in the number of nursing staff in these two departments because workplace overload and fatigue are potential factors that increase nurses’ stress levels. 展开更多

Fluorescent probes based on intramolecular charge transfer(ICT) have obvious advantages for accurate quantitative analysis.To obtain high-performance ratiometric probes requires distinct photophysical properties during recognition reaction process,which is closely related to their ICT characteristics.1,8-Naphthalimide is known as a typical fluorophore with desirable ICT property when functionalized with an electron-donating moiety at the para-position of the naphthalene chromophore.Although the photophysical properties of para-substituted 1,8-naphthalimide have been well studied,its meta-substituted counterpart has not been fully evaluated since the meta-position is conventionally thought to be weakly conjugated.Herein,combined experimental and theoretical studies are performed which consistently indicate that stronger charge transfer(CT) is exhibited by the meta-amino substituted 1,8-naphthalimide(m-NH_(2)) compared to the para-amino substituted one(p-NH_(2)).The ratiometric response of fluorescence with significant changes in wavelength and intensity upon acetylation(m-NAc and p-NAc) can be attributed to the larger ICT and stronger-NH_(2) vibrations.This observation is further demonstrated by deuterium oxide experiments,viscosity experiments and quantum chemical calculations.The practical application of meta-amino-1,8-naphthalimide ICT-based probes is also confirmed.This research is expected to bring an in-depth understanding of π-conjugated systems with ICT characteristics,and facilitates the design of sensitive ICT fluorescent probes with meta-amino substitution. 展开更多

目的:探讨右美托咪定(DEX)通过cAMP/PKA/AQP4轴调控类淋巴系统,最终减轻脑水肿的机制。方法:采用随机数字法,将80只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:假手术(sham)组、缺血再灌注(I/R)组、I/R+DEX组、I/R+DEX+PKA拮抗剂(H89)(I/R+DEX+H89)组,每组2... 目的:探讨右美托咪定(DEX)通过cAMP/PKA/AQP4轴调控类淋巴系统,最终减轻脑水肿的机制。方法:采用随机数字法,将80只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:假手术(sham)组、缺血再灌注(I/R)组、I/R+DEX组、I/R+DEX+PKA拮抗剂(H89)(I/R+DEX+H89)组,每组20只。sham组仅行颈部血管剥离,其余3组采用大脑中动脉闭塞(tMCAO)方法建立模型,I/R+DEX组和I/R+DEX+H89组大鼠在手术开始时通过尾静脉注射右美托咪定(负荷剂量:1μg/kg),然后在接下来的8 h内以0.05μg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1)的剂量泵入给药。每日连续输注8 h,连续给药3 d。sham和I/R组大鼠按相同方法输注0.9%氯化钠溶液。I/R+DEX+H89组在缺血再灌注同时给予H89(20μmol/L,5 mL)。使用加热垫使小鼠体温维持在37℃。改良神经功能缺损评分(mNSS)用于评估缺血再灌注后72 h的神经功能,干/湿比重法检测脑组织含水量,HE染色、尼式染色观察脑组织病理形态,免疫组织化学染色法用于观察脑组织AQP4表达情况,Western blot用于检测脑组织AQP4蛋白含量。结果:与I/R组相比,I/R+DEX组神经功能评分显著降低(P<0.05),脑梗死体积明显减小(P<0.001),脑含水量下降(P<0.001),脑组织病理损伤减轻,炎性细胞浸润减少,AQP4表达下调。而使用PKA抑制剂H89干预后,I/R+DEX+H89组上述保护作用被部分逆转:与I/R+DEX组相比,神经功能评分升高(P<0.05),脑梗死体积和脑含水量增加(P<0.05),神经元损伤及炎性反应加重,AQP4表达上升。结论:DEX通过cAMP/PKA/AQP4信号通路,下调AQP4表达,进而改善类淋巴系统功能。 展开更多

目的:为探讨端粒维持相关基因在结肠腺癌中的表达特征,构建预后模型,并探究其与肿瘤免疫微环境的关系。方法:分析来自癌症基因组图谱(the cancer genome atlas,TCGA)的结肠腺癌转录组和临床数据,进行差异分析。采用Logrank检验、单因素... 目的:为探讨端粒维持相关基因在结肠腺癌中的表达特征,构建预后模型,并探究其与肿瘤免疫微环境的关系。方法:分析来自癌症基因组图谱(the cancer genome atlas,TCGA)的结肠腺癌转录组和临床数据,进行差异分析。采用Logrank检验、单因素Cox回归分析筛选预后相关基因,LASSO回归分析构建基于端粒维持相关基因的预后预测模型,根据Cox回归分析确定独立预后危险因素构建列线图,并分析端粒维持相关基因、风险预测模型与免疫微环境的关系。结果:构建了14个基因的预后模型,低风险评分患者总生存时间显著长于高风险评分患者,ROC曲线显示该模型预测结肠腺癌患者1、3、5年生存曲线(area under curve,AUC)值分别为0.794、0.779和0.812,发现该模型预测结肠腺癌患者生存期的能效优于肿瘤分期及分级,高风险组和低风险组间在浸润水平上表现出显著差异。结论:基于端粒维持基因的结肠腺癌预后模型构建,能够准确预测患者生存期,并揭示端粒基因与免疫微环境的密切关系,为结肠腺癌个性化治疗提供新思路。 展开更多

Background:Neurological disorders(NDs),including ischemic stroke(IS),Parkinson’s disease(PD),and Alzheimer’s disease(AD),are major contributors to global morbidity and mortality.Boswellia extract has demonstrated neuroprotective properties,yet a comprehensive systematic review assessing its efficacy remains absent.This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Boswellia extract in treating NDs,with a particular focus on its effects in AD and its potential for long-term neurorestoration,thereby supporting further investigation into Boswellia’s therapeutic role in ND management.Methods:A systematic literature search was performed in PubMed,Web of Science,ScienceDirect,and Google Scholar for English-language studies published up to March 2024.Eighteen studies met the inclusion criteria and were included in the meta-analysis.The study protocol was registered on PROSPERO(CRD42024524386).Eligible studies involved rodent models of IS,PD,or AD with post-operative interventions using Boswellia extract.Data extraction focused on mechanisms of action,dosages,treatment durations,and therapeutic outcomes.Studies were excluded if they involved non-ND models,combined treatments,or had incomplete data.Two researchers independently conducted literature screening and data extraction.Statistical analyses were conducted using Stata(version 17)and RevMan(version 5.4),employing fixed or random-effects models based on heterogeneity assessments.Result s:Boswellia extract significantly improved the mean effect size for NDs(ES=1.28,95%CI(1.05,1.51),P<0.001).Specifically,it reduced cerebral infarct volume in IS(SMD=−2.87,95%CI(−3.42,−2.32))and enhanced behavioral outcomes in AD(SMD=3.26,95%CI(2.07,5.14))and PD(SMD=5.37,95%CI(3.93,6.80)).Subgroup analyses revealed that Boswellia extract exhibited superior efficacy in AD when administered orally and via intra-cerebroventricular injection.Long-term treatment with Boswellia extract suggested potential neurorestorative effects.Additionally,Boswellia extract was more effective than its monomeric constituents,highlighting its promising role in ND treatment.Conclusion:Boswellia extract demonstrates significant neuroprotective effects across various NDs,particularly in AD and in promoting long-term neurorestoration.These findings support the need for further research into Boswellia’s potential as a therapeutic agent in the management of neurological disorders. 展开更多

A comprehensive assessment of grain supply,demand,and ecosystem service flows is essential for identifying grain movement pathways,ensuring regional grain security,and guiding sustainable management strategies.However,current studies primarily focus on short-term grain provision services while neglecting the spatiotemporal variations in grain flows across different scales.This gap limits the identification of dynamic matching relationships and the formulation of optimization strategies for balancing grain flows.This study examined the spatiotemporal evolution of grain supply and demand in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region from 1980 to 2020.Using the Enhanced TwoStep Floating Catchment Area method,the grain provision ecosystem service flows were quantified,the changes in supply–demand matching under different grain flow scenarios were analyzed and the optimal distance threshold for grain flows was investigated.The results revealed that grain production follows a spatial distribution pattern characterized by high levels in the southeast and low levels in the northwest.A significant mismatch exists between supply and demand,and it shows a scale effect.Deficit areas are mainly concentrated in the northwest,while surplus areas are mainly located in the central and southern regions.As the spatial scale increases,the ecosystem service supply–demand ratio(SDR)classification becomes more clustered,while it exhibits greater spatial SDR heterogeneity at smaller scales.This study examined two distinct scenarios of grain provision ecosystem service flow dynamics based on 100 and 200 km distance thresholds.The flow increased significantly,from 2.17 to 11.81million tons in the first scenario and from 2.41 to 12.37 million tons in the second scenario over nearly 40 years,forming a spatial movement pattern from the central and southern regions to the surrounding areas.Large flows were mainly concentrated in the interior of urban centers,with significant outflows between cities such as Baoding,Shijiazhuang,Xingtai,and Hengshui.At the county scale,supply–demand matching patterns remained consistent between the grain flows in the two scenarios.Notably,incorporating grain flow dynamics significantly reduced the number of grain-deficit areas compared to scenarios without grain flow.In 2020,grain-deficit counties decreased by28.79 and 37.88%,and cities by 12.50 and 25.0%under the two scenarios,respectively.Furthermore,the distance threshold for achieving optimal supply and demand matching at the county scale was longer than at the city scale in both grain flow scenarios.This study provides valuable insights into the dynamic relationships and heterogeneous patterns of grain matching,and expands the research perspective on grain and ecosystem service flows across various spatiotemporal scales. 展开更多

BearFusionNet:A Multi-Stream Attention-Based Deep Learning Framework with Explainable AI for Accurate Detection of Bearing Casting Defects

Manual inspection of onba earing casting defects is not realistic and unreliable,particularly in the case of some micro-level anomalies which lead to major defects on a large scale.To address these challenges,we propose BearFusionNet,an attention-based deep learning architecture with multi-stream,which merges both DenseNet201 and MobileNetV2 for feature extraction with a classification head inspired by VGG19.This hybrid design,figuratively beaming from one layer to another,extracts the enormity of representations on different scales,backed by a prepreprocessing pipeline that brings defect saliency to the fore through contrast adjustment,denoising,and edge detection.The use of multi-head self-attention enhances feature fusion,enabling the model to capture both large and small spatial features.BearFusionNet achieves an accuracy of 99.66%and Cohen’s kappa score of 0.9929 in Kaggle’s Real-life Industrial Casting Defects dataset.Both McNemar’s and Wilcoxon signed-rank statistical tests,as well as fivefold cross-validation,are employed to assess the robustness of our proposed model.To interpret the model,we adopt Grad-Cam visualizations,which are the state of the art standard.Furthermore,we deploy BearFusionNet as a webbased system for near real-time inference(5-6 s per prediction),which enables the quickest yet accurate detection with visual explanations.Overall,BearFusionNet is an interpretable,accurate,and deployable solution that can automatically detect casting defects,leading to significant advances in the innovative industrial environment. 展开更多

Objective This study aimed to determine the temporal trends in sleep duration among Chinese adults.Methods In this series of repeated nationally representative cross-sectional surveys(China Chronic Disease and Risk Factors Surveillance)conducted between 2010 and 2018,a total of 645,420 adult participants(97,741 in 2010;175,749 in 2013;187,777 in 2015;and 184,153 in 2018)were included in the trend analysis.Linear and logistic regression models were utilized to assess trends in sleep duration.Results In 2018,the estimated overall mean sleep duration among the Chinese adult population was7.58(SD,1.45)hours per day,with no significant trend from 2010.A significant increase in short sleep duration(≤6 hours)was observed in the total population,from 15.3%(95%CI:14.1%–16.5%)in 2010 to18.5%(95%CI:17.7%–19.3%)in 2018(P<0.001).Similarly,the trend in long sleep duration(>9 hours)was also significant,increasing in weighted prevalence from 7.2%(95%CI:6.3%–8.1%)in 2010 to 9.0%(95%CI:8.2%–9.9%)in 2018(P<0.001).Conclusion The prevalence of both short and long sleep durations significantly increased among Chinese adults from 2010 to 2018,highlighting the urgency of health initiatives to promote optimal sleep duration in China. 展开更多

Ceramic cells promise ideal energy conversion and storage devices,making the development of efficient and robust air electrodes crucial for their application.In this study,a Ba_(0.4)Sr_(0.5)Cs_(0.1)Co_(0.7)Fe_(0.2)Nb_(0.1)O_(3−δ)(BSCCFN)air electrode,based on Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3−δ)(BSCF),is designed using a perovskite A-B-site ionic Lewis acid strength(ISA)polarization distribution strategy and is successfully applied in both oxygen-ion conducting solid oxide fuel cells(O-SOFCs)and proton-conducting reversible protonic ceramic cells(R-PCCs).When BSCCFN is used as the air electrode in O-SOFCs,a peak power density(PPD)of 1.45 W cm^(−2)is achieved at 650°C,whereas in R-PCCs,a PPD of 1.13 W cm^(−2)and a current density of−1.8 A cm^(−2)at 1.3 V are achieved at the same temperature and show stable reversibility over 100 h.Experimental measurements and theoretical calculations demonstrate that low-ISA Cs+doping accelerates the reaction kinetics of both oxygen ions and protons,while high-ISA Nb^(5+)doping enhances electrode stability.The synergistic effect of Cs^(+)and Nb^(5+)co-doping in the BSCCFN electrode lies in the ISA polarization distribution,which weakens the Co/Fe–O bond covalency,thereby promoting oxygen vacancy formation and facilitating the conduction of oxygen ions and protons. 展开更多

Atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2))levels are escalating at an unprecedented rate,leading to the phenomenon of ocean acidification(OA).Parental exposure to acidification has the potential to enhance offspring resilience through cross-generation plasticity.In this study,we analyzed larval growth and transcriptomic profiles in the Pacific oyster,Crassostrea gigas,a species of significant ecological relevance,under both control and elevated CO_(2)conditions experienced by their parental generation.Our findings indicate that the oyster populations exposed to OA exhibited a higher incidence of abnormalities during the D-shaped larval stage,followed by accelerated growth at the eyed stage.Through a comparative transcriptomic investigation of eyed larvae(25 d after fertilization),we observed that parental exposure to OA substantially influenced the gene expression in the offspring.Genes associated with lipid catabolism and shell formation were notably upregulated in oysters with parental OA exposure,potentially playing a role in cross-generational conditioning and conferring resilience to OA stressors.These results underscore the profound impact of OA on oyster larval development via cross-generational mechanisms and shed light on the molecular underpinnings of cross-generation plasticity. 展开更多

Flexible fiber sensors,However,traditional methods face challenges in fabricating low-cost,large-scale fiber sensors.In recent years,the thermal drawing process has rapidly advanced,offering a novel approach to flexible fiber sensors.Through the preform-tofiber manufacturing technique,a variety of fiber sensors with complex functionalities spanning from the nanoscale to kilometer scale can be automated in a short time.Examples include temperature,acoustic,mechanical,chemical,biological,optoelectronic,and multifunctional sensors,which operate on diverse sensing principles such as resistance,capacitance,piezoelectricity,triboelectricity,photoelectricity,and thermoelectricity.This review outlines the principles of the thermal drawing process and provides a detailed overview of the latest advancements in various thermally drawn fiber sensors.Finally,the future developments of thermally drawn fiber sensors are discussed. 展开更多

Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is one of the most widely used diagnostic techniques.Iron oxide nanoparticles,as a promising kind of contrast agents,have attracted intense research interest due to their low toxicity and superparamagnetism.However,it is still a great challenge to prepare ideal iron oxide based contrast agents with high uniformity,excellent water solubility and biocompatibility.In this paper,a novel water-soluble polymer ligand pentaerythritol tetrakis 3-mercaptopropionate-poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)(PTMP-PVP)was used as a capping reagent to prepare iron oxide nanoparticles MIONs@PTMP-PVP through one-step co-precipitation of iron precursors in aqueous solution at 100℃.The obtained nanoparticles MIONs@PTMP-PVP had a small size and narrow size distribution,and they were found to be biocompatible as determined through CCK-8 assay and histology analysis.In vivo MRI study demonstrated that the obtained MIONs@PTMP-PVP can be potentially used as an effective T_(2)-weighted MRI contrast agent. 展开更多

目的探究成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念下案例教学法在医学遗传学教学中的应用价值。方法本研究针对“染色体病”一章进行教学设计和实施。于“超星”学习通平台将70名来自本校2022级临床医学本科的学生随机分为对照组... 目的探究成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念下案例教学法在医学遗传学教学中的应用价值。方法本研究针对“染色体病”一章进行教学设计和实施。于“超星”学习通平台将70名来自本校2022级临床医学本科的学生随机分为对照组(n=35)和试验组(n=35),对照组采用传统讲授法教学,试验组则基于OBE理念融合案例进行教学。所有统计数据的差异性分析采用SPSS 17.0软件进行。结果多元化教学评价显示:(1)试验组和对照组的章节测试总成绩分别为81.71±5.90和71.77±5.19,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)试验组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)试验组学生就教学目标达成情况的多项自评指标的评分高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)教学督导组在教学评价中给予试验组的分值(89.00±4.55)高于对照组(70.50±3.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(5)试验组学生在教学课件学习和资料查阅的预习环节和课后复习中投入的时间多于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论OBE融合案例教学法充分调动了学生自我学习的积极主动性,提高了“染色体病”一章的教学效果,可为其他类型遗传病的教学提供借鉴。 展开更多

针对医学诊断成像和监测领域中运动目标在三维空间中的实时跟踪问题,基于电阻抗断层成像(EIT)技术,提出了一种矩阵分解的三维重建算法(3D-LS),通过同时考虑时间连续性和空间结构信息,有效分离三维电阻抗图像中的动态分量和背景分量。以... 针对医学诊断成像和监测领域中运动目标在三维空间中的实时跟踪问题,基于电阻抗断层成像(EIT)技术,提出了一种矩阵分解的三维重建算法(3D-LS),通过同时考虑时间连续性和空间结构信息,有效分离三维电阻抗图像中的动态分量和背景分量。以小球运动为例,采用多线电极构建三维动态EIT模型并进行仿真和实验验证。结果表明:3D-LS算法重建的图像具有更好的三维结构连续性和更均匀的电导率分布;与传统成像算法相比,在小球沿X轴运动案例仿真中,仿真重建图像相对误差(RE)平均降低了28.9%,结构相似度(SSIM)平均提高了22.4%,在沿Y轴运动案例中,仿真重建图像RE平均降低了36.9%,SSIM平均提高了44.0%;实验重建图像RE平均降低了19.9%,SSIM平均提高了23.2%。仿真和实验结果均证实了该方法在三维动态EIT重建领域具有重要的应用价值。 展开更多

目的 探讨基于circRNA-7针刺“百会”透“曲鬓”对脑出血组织中EGFR、p-EGFR蛋白表达的影响。方法 选择126只健康小鼠随机分为7组,即:假手术组、模型组、针刺组、针刺+过表达mmu-circ-0001878慢病毒阴性对照组(过表达对照组)、针刺+过表... 目的 探讨基于circRNA-7针刺“百会”透“曲鬓”对脑出血组织中EGFR、p-EGFR蛋白表达的影响。方法 选择126只健康小鼠随机分为7组,即:假手术组、模型组、针刺组、针刺+过表达mmu-circ-0001878慢病毒阴性对照组(过表达对照组)、针刺+过表达mmu-circ-0001878慢病毒组(过表达组)、针刺+敲减mmu-miRNA-7a-5p慢病毒阴性对照组(抑制剂对照组)、针刺+敲减mmu-miRNA-7a-5p慢病毒组(抑制剂组),每组18只,在相应时间点进行神经功能评分,应用IHC和Western Blot检测各组小鼠脑组织中EGFR、p-EGFR阳性细胞数及蛋白表达情况。结果 与假手术组比较,模型组神经功能缺损评分升高(P<0.01),EGFR和p-EGFR阳性细胞数升高(P<0.0001),EGFR与p-EGFR蛋白表达升高(P<0.001);与模型组比较,针刺组神经功能缺损评分降低(P<0.01),EGFR和p-EGFR阳性细胞数降低(P<0.001),EGFR和p-EGFR蛋白表达降低(P<0.01);与针刺组比较,过表达组和抑制剂组神经功能缺损评分升高(P<0.01),EGFR和p-EGFR阳性细胞数升高(P<0.01),抑制剂组EGFR阳性表达升高(P<0.01)。在3d、7d时间点,过表达组p-EGFR阳性表达升高(P<0.01)。结论 针刺“百会”透“曲鬓”穴能减轻小鼠神经功能缺损症状,抑制脑出血组织中的EGFR、p-EGFR蛋白表达。 展开更多

社交媒体凭借其独特的技术优势和复杂的生态结构,深刻影响了国家政治议程的生成与演变。研究发现,社交媒体通过多模态信息协同机制、算法推荐机制和时空压缩机制,有效重塑了政治议题的优先级和传播模式,导致议程设置权力从传统政治精英... 社交媒体凭借其独特的技术优势和复杂的生态结构,深刻影响了国家政治议程的生成与演变。研究发现,社交媒体通过多模态信息协同机制、算法推荐机制和时空压缩机制,有效重塑了政治议题的优先级和传播模式,导致议程设置权力从传统政治精英向平台与公众转移,进而引发了政治议程的结构性变革。面对这一挑战,本文提出构建多层次治理体系的必要性,包括推动平台算法透明化与责任机制建设、加强数字媒介素养教育、强化政府与平台间的协同治理,以及维护国家数字主权。唯有通过技术监管、公众能力提升与多方协作,才能有效回应社交媒体对国家政治议程的深度干预,保障政治议程的合理秩序与公共利益的持续维护。 展开更多

长链非编码RNA在非综合征型唇腭裂中表达的研究

目的探讨非综合征型唇腭裂的长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)表达谱。方法收集3例宁夏回族自治区非综合征型唇腭裂患者和3例健康者的外周静脉血各5 mL,进行lncRNA差异性表达的芯片检测。通过数据分析,筛选出在非综合征型唇腭裂患者和正常对照组... 目的探讨非综合征型唇腭裂的长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)表达谱。方法收集3例宁夏回族自治区非综合征型唇腭裂患者和3例健康者的外周静脉血各5 mL,进行lncRNA差异性表达的芯片检测。通过数据分析,筛选出在非综合征型唇腭裂患者和正常对照组中的差异性表达lncRNA,根据生物信息学从中筛选出与非综合征型唇腭裂相关性程度较高的lncRNA:uc021thc.2、TCONS_00008144、uc001ysg.1、XR_108307.2、uc002sti.1。通过实时荧光定量PCR对筛选出的lncRNA在非综合征型唇腭裂患者和对照组的外周血以及组织中进一步验证其表达水平。结果基因芯片数据结果显示非综合征型唇腭裂患者外周血液中,lncRNA发生了差异性表达,差异倍率最高者可达9.5倍;选取的5个目的lncRNA经实时荧光定量PCR验证得出其在非综合征型唇腭裂外周血中表达水平明显高于对照组,除XR_108307.2在非综合征型唇腭裂患者与对照组组织中的表达水平无明显差异外,其余目的lncRNA在非综合征型唇腭裂组的裂隙缘组织中表达均上调。结论非综合征型唇腭裂患者外周血及裂隙缘组织与正常对照组相比,lncRNA表达谱发生了较大的变化,这些lncRNA可能在非综合征型唇腭裂发生和发展中发挥重要作用。 展开更多
