面向卫星通信的非线性迭代学习混沌通信

针对卫星通信的安全传输性能需求,尤其是无安全载荷的应用场景,提出一种利用改进非线性迭代学习优化的混沌通信模型。利用长短期记忆神经网络将由混沌载波信号和原始信息按特定比例混合的加密信号进行模型训练,得到与激光发射器参数高... 针对卫星通信的安全传输性能需求,尤其是无安全载荷的应用场景,提出一种利用改进非线性迭代学习优化的混沌通信模型。利用长短期记忆神经网络将由混沌载波信号和原始信息按特定比例混合的加密信号进行模型训练,得到与激光发射器参数高度一致的神经网络模型,以此来解决混沌通信系统接收器与发射器参数不完全匹配的问题。为进一步提高混沌信号的同步质量,还设计引入了迭代学习对长短期记忆神经网络进行参数优化。相对于RBF神经网络混沌保密通信模型和基于卷积神经网络的混沌保密通信模型,所提出的基于改进长短期记忆神经网络的非线性混沌通信同步模型的解密识别率最终稳定在94.07%,比对照组分别提高了4.03%和1.82%,验证了所提通信模型具有良好的综合性能。 展开更多

An effective ensemble should consist of a set of networks that are both accurate and diverse. We propose a novel clustering-based selective algorithm for constructing neural network ensemble, where clustering technology is used to classify trained networks according to similarity and optimally select the most accurate individual network from each cluster to make up the ensemble. Empirical studies on regression of four typical datasets showed that this approach yields significantly smaller en- semble achieving better performance than other traditional ones such as Bagging and Boosting. The bias variance decomposition of the predictive error shows that the success of the proposed approach may lie in its properly tuning the bias/variance trade-off to reduce the prediction error (the sum of bias2 and variance). 展开更多

This paper proposes a TSK fuzzy approach to channel estimation for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems. The information of dispersive fading channel is described by using TSK fuzzy model, which is updated by the pilot symbols. The proposed approach can trace the variation of channel and it is computationally simple. Its performance is tested via simulations. Results show that it is comparable to that of ideal Minimum Mean-Square-Error (MMSE) method, especially at the low Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). 展开更多
