But in the process of urbanization, there are many problems, such as environmental damage and ecological imbalance. Therefore, organic combination of eco-civilization construction and urbanization will be the key solving the problem. As one of preconditions of planning and project, environmental impact assessment will also play pivotal role in eco-civilization construction of urbani- zation in China.
