The growth rate of the production, exports, investment and other major economic indicators showed a downward trend with a marked decline in efficiency, compared with the same period last year. But since September last year, the major economic indicator of the textile industry saw a slight growth, which due to the steady growth of domestic demand, the inventory adjustments of enterprises and the lower base for the same period previous year, while the domestic and international cotton price difference is still expanding, the international market is still sluggish and the recovery foundation of the industry is not solid.展开更多

Rehabilitation training is believed to be an effectual strategy that canreduce the risk of dysfunction caused by spasticity.However,achieving visualizationrehabilitation training for patients remains clinically challe...Rehabilitation training is believed to be an effectual strategy that canreduce the risk of dysfunction caused by spasticity.However,achieving visualizationrehabilitation training for patients remains clinically challenging.Herein,wepropose visual rehabilitation training system including iontronic meta-fabrics withskin-friendly and large matrix features,as well as high-resolution image modules fordistribution of human muscle tension.Attributed to the dynamic connection and dissociationof the meta-fabric,the fabric exhibits outstanding tactile sensing properties,such as wide tactile sensing range(0~300 kPa)and high-resolution tactile perception(50 Pa or 0.058%).Meanwhile,thanks to the differential capillary effect,the meta-fabric exhibits a“hitting three birds with one stone”property(dryness wearing experience,long working time and cooling sensing).Based on this,the fabrics can be integrated with garmentsand advanced data analysis systems to manufacture a series of large matrix structure(40×40,1600 sensing units)training devices.Significantly,the tunability of piezo-ionic dynamics of the meta-fabric and the programmability of high-resolution imaging modules allowthis visualization training strategy extendable to various common disease monitoring.Therefore,we believe that our study overcomes theconstraint of standard spasticity rehabilitation training devices in terms of visual display and paves the way for future smart healthcare.展开更多

The effects of different PU content and wall thickness on the longitudinal mechanical properties of vascular graft were investigated. The breaking elongation, breaking force, initial modulus and breaking work were studied. The results showed that the longitudinal mechanical properties of vascular graft were enhanced as the content of polyurethane increased, which resulted from the combination of PU excellent elasticity and fabric preferable strength.展开更多

The PET fabric was laminated with PTFE membrane by paste dot coating, and then coated by Poly(ether-ester) solution in a direct process. The filter efficiency of NaCl aerosol, penetration property of poliomyelitis virus in liquid and animalcule in air of PET fabric laminated with PTFE membrane are measured. The properties show that the PET fabric laminated with PTFE membrane can separate SARS virus in air and liquid. The protective mechanism is also discussed in the article.展开更多

In order to raise the second natural frequencyand to reduce the vibration noise, simple optimal design of several structural parameters are alsodiscussed by means of the orthogonal design method. Flexible ionotronic devices have great potential to revolutionize epidermal electronics.However,the lack of breathability in most ionotronic devices is a significance barrier to practical application.Herein,a breathab...Flexible ionotronic devices have great potential to revolutionize epidermal electronics.However,the lack of breathability in most ionotronic devices is a significance barrier to practical application.Herein,a breathable kirigami-shaped ionotronic e-textile with two functions of sensing(touch and strain)is designed,by integrating silk fabric and kirigami-shaped ionic hydrogel.The kirigami-shaped ionic hydrogel,combined with fluffy silk fabric,allows the ionotronic e-textile to achieve excellent breathability and comfortability.Furthermore,the fabricated ionotronic e-textile can precisely perform the function of touch sensing and strain perception.For touch-sensing,the ionotronic e-textile can detect the position of finger touching point with a fast response time(3 ms)based on the interruption of the ion field.For strain sensing,large workable strain range(>100%),inconspicuous drift(<0.78%)and long-term stability(>10,000 cycles)is demonstrated.On the proof of concept,a fabric keyboard and game controlling sleeve have been designed to display touch and strain sensing functions.The ionotronic e-textile break through the bottlenecks of traditional wearable ionotronic devices,suggesting a great promising application in future wearable epidermal electronics.展开更多
