The experimental study has lasted for half a year. Finally, from the experiment it can prove that the autonomous-cooperative teaching and learning model is feasible for English teaching and learning in large English classes in Higher Vocational College. Objective:To summarize evidence on the prevention and management of intradialytic hypotension in maintenance hemodialysis patients,providing reference for clinical practice.Method:Chinese and English databases,guideli...Objective:To summarize evidence on the prevention and management of intradialytic hypotension in maintenance hemodialysis patients,providing reference for clinical practice.Method:Chinese and English databases,guideline websites,and professional society websites were systematically searched for literature on intradialytic hypotension guidance,including clinical decisions,guidelines,evidence summaries,systematic reviews,and expert consensuses,from database inception to October 1,2024.Evidence was extracted after literature quality evaluation.Results:A total of 11 publications were included:2 clinical decisions,7 guidelines,1 systematic review,and 1 expert consensus.38 pieces of evidence were summarized across 4 themes:pre-dialysis assessment and prevention,monitoring and management during dialysis,medication use,and patient self-management.Conclusion:The best evidence for prevention and management of intradialytic hypotension in maintenance hemodialysis patients is scientific and comprehensive.Healthcare professionals are advised to apply this evidence judiciously in conjunction with clinical realities to ensure patient safety.展开更多
Based on the working principles of particle bed comminution, particles produced by high-pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) have surface properties different from particles produced by other grinding patterns, which exer...Based on the working principles of particle bed comminution, particles produced by high-pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) have surface properties different from particles produced by other grinding patterns, which exert great influence on mineral flotation. Flotation performances of calcite particles under different grinding patterns involving the use of HPGR, a jaw crusher, a dry ball mill, a wet ball mill, and a wet rod mill were studied using single mineral flotation tests. The surface properties of the particles under different grinding patterns were characterized to determine the flotation performance variation in terms of specific surface area, particle size distribution, AFM, XPS, and zeta potential. The results show that particles ground by HPGR exhibited improved flotation performance within the lower range of grinding fineness in both NaOL and dodecyl amine flotation systems compared to the particles prepared using other grinding patterns. Specific surface area, particle size distribution, surface roughness, Fe(III) contamination, binding energy, and zeta potential are greatly influenced by grinding patterns, which is the main cause of the flotation performance variation.展开更多

Experiment of HPGR finished grinding system, cationic reverse flotation experiment and simulation test of particle bed comminution under the condition of quasi-static were carried out. Theoretical analyses indicated that both of uniformity coefficient and average particle size should be included in the uniformity analysis of the mineral particles. The results show that the effect of circulation fan impeller speed on particle uniformity is the most evident, HPGR working pressure and roll gap are second and HPGR roller speed is the last. Average particle size has a more obvious effect on the grade of flotation concentrate while uniformity coefficient has a more obvious effect on the flotation recovery. Considering the two aspects of grade and recovery, the optimal uniformity coefficient for flotation is 1.1-1.2 and the optimal average particle size for flotation is 50-55 μm. The operating factors which promote the shielding effect and compact effect in the HPGR finished grinding system should be strengthened based on the uniformity of particles.展开更多
Cr^(3+)doped broadband near-infrared(NIR) emitting phosphors are currently the focus of research.Researchers have developed a variety of strategies to achieve broad and strong NIR emission,However,it is a conundrum to...Cr^(3+)doped broadband near-infrared(NIR) emitting phosphors are currently the focus of research.Researchers have developed a variety of strategies to achieve broad and strong NIR emission,However,it is a conundrum to simultaneously broaden and enhance the emission of Cr^(3+)with a single strategy,In this work,we solved this problem by co-doping Yb^(3+).Under 452 nm excitation,Ga_(1.4)In_(0.6)SnO_(5)(GISO):0.01Cr^(3+)shows ultrabroadband NIR emission covering 650-1300 nm with a peak of 884 nm,The full width half maximum(FWHM) of the emission is 215 nm and the internal quantum yield(IQY) is 25%.This indicates that the double sites occupation strategy is favorable to achieve ultra-broadband NIR emission.The co-doping of Yb^(3+)can effectively broaden and enhance the emission of Cr^(3+).The FWHM for GISO:0.01Cr^(3+),0.002Yb^(3+)extends to 245 nm,and the IQY increases to 28%.Further increasing the concentration of Yb^(3+)to 0.005,the IQY is lifted to 32%.Finally,a phosphor-co nverted light emitting diode(pc-LED) was prepared by integrating the GISO:0.01Cr^(3+),0.002Yb^(3+)with a blue light chip.Under the current drive of 40 mA,the maximum output power of pc-LED is 4.54 mW,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 4.12%.These results indicate that Yb^(3+)ions can simultaneously broaden the emission band and improve the emission efficiency.This work provides an effective strategy for the design of efficient broadband NIR phosphors in the future.展开更多
AIM: To determine the expression of c-Fos, caspase-3 and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in the cervical cord and stomach of rats with cervical spondylosis, to analyze their relationship, and to offer an explanation of one p...AIM: To determine the expression of c-Fos, caspase-3 and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in the cervical cord and stomach of rats with cervical spondylosis, to analyze their relationship, and to offer an explanation of one possible cause for functional dyspepsia (FD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) caused by cervical spondylosis. METHODS: The cervical spondylosis model in rats was established by destroying the stability of cervical posterior column. The cord segments C4-6 and gastric antrum were collected 3 mo and 5 mo after the operation. Rats with the sham operation were used as controls. The expressions of c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β in the cervical cord and gastric antrum were determined by immunohistochemistry and/or Western blot. RESULTS: Immunohistochemical staining showed a few c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β-positive cells in the cervical cord and antrum in the control. There was a significant increase in c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β expression in model groups compared to the control groups at 3 mo and 5 mo after operation. More importantly, there was a significant (P < 0.05) increase in c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β expression in the model group rats at 3 mo compared to those at 5 mo after the operation (c-Fos: 11.20 ± 2.26 vs 27.68 ± 4.36 in the cervical cord, 11.3 ± 2.3 vs 29.3 ± 4.6 in the gastric antrum; caspase-3: 33.83 ± 3.71 vs 36.32 ± 4.01 in the cervical cord, 13.23 ± 3.21 vs 26.32 ± 4.01 in the gastric antrum; IL-1β: 42.06 ± 2.95 vs 45.91 ± 3.98 in the cervical cord, 26.56 ± 2.65 vs 32.01 ± 2.98 in the gastric antrum). Western blotanalysis showed time-dependent changes of caspase-3 and IL-1β protein in the cervical cord and gastric antrum of rats with cervical spondylosis; there was no significant expression of caspase-3 and IL-1β protein in the control group at 3 mo and 5 mo after the sham operation, whereas there was a significant difference in caspase-3 and IL-1β protein levels between the model group rats followed up for 3 mo and those for 5 mo (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: There is a significant association of c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β expressions in the gastric antrum with that in the spinal cord in rats with cervical spondylosis, suggesting that the gastrointestinal function may be affected by cervical spondylosis.展开更多

Eu3+ in Sr2TiO4 emitted orange light under the excitation at 365 nm in a broad band which was coupled well with the strongest emission of high pressure mercury vapor lamps. Ho3+ in Sr2TiO4 emitted yellow light under blue excitation from 450 to 460 nm which agreed well with the emission of blue InGaN-based light-emitting diodes. The present results indicated that Sr2TiO4 was a promis- ing host for high pressure mercury vapor lamps or white light-emitting diodes.展开更多
Software defect feature selection has problems of feature space dimensionality reduction and large search space.This research proposes a defect prediction feature selection framework based on improved shuffled frog le...Software defect feature selection has problems of feature space dimensionality reduction and large search space.This research proposes a defect prediction feature selection framework based on improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm(ISFLA).Using the two-level structure of the framework and the improved hybrid leapfrog algorithm's own advantages,the feature values are sorted,and some features with high correlation are selected to avoid other heuristic algorithms in the defect prediction that are easy to produce local The case where the convergence rate of the optimal or parameter optimization process is relatively slow.The framework improves generalization of predictions of unknown data samples and enhances the ability to search for features related to learning tasks.At the same time,this framework further reduces the dimension of the feature space.After the contrast simulation experiment with other common defect prediction methods,we used the actual test data set to verify the framework for multiple iterations on Internet of Things(IoT)system platform.The experimental results show that the software defect prediction feature selection framework based on ISFLA is very effective in defect prediction of IoT communication software.This framework can save the testing time of IoT communication software,effectively improve the performance of software defect prediction,and ensure the software quality.展开更多

The electrostatic field ...The optical and physical properties of an InGaN light-emitting diode (LED) with a specific design of a staggered AlGaN electron-blocking layer (EBL) are investigated numerically in detail. The electrostatic field distribution, energy band, carrier concentration, electroluminescence (EL) intensity, internal quantum efficiency (IQE), and the output power are simulated. The results reveal that this specific design has a remarkable improvement in optical performance compared with the design of a conventional LED. The lower electron leakage current, higher hole injection efficiency, and consequently mitigated efficiency droop are achieved. The significant decrease of electrostatic field at the interface between the last barrier and the EBL of the LED could be one of the main reasons for these improvements.展开更多

文摘Cr^(3+)doped broadband near-infrared(NIR) emitting phosphors are currently the focus of research.Researchers have developed a variety of strategies to achieve broad and strong NIR emission,However,it is a conundrum to simultaneously broaden and enhance the emission of Cr^(3+)with a single strategy,In this work,we solved this problem by co-doping Yb^(3+).Under 452 nm excitation,Ga_(1.4)In_(0.6)SnO_(5)(GISO):0.01Cr^(3+)shows ultrabroadband NIR emission covering 650-1300 nm with a peak of 884 nm,The full width half maximum(FWHM) of the emission is 215 nm and the internal quantum yield(IQY) is 25%.This indicates that the double sites occupation strategy is favorable to achieve ultra-broadband NIR emission.The co-doping of Yb^(3+)can effectively broaden and enhance the emission of Cr^(3+).The FWHM for GISO:0.01Cr^(3+),0.002Yb^(3+)extends to 245 nm,and the IQY increases to 28%.Further increasing the concentration of Yb^(3+)to 0.005,the IQY is lifted to 32%.Finally,a phosphor-co nverted light emitting diode(pc-LED) was prepared by integrating the GISO:0.01Cr^(3+),0.002Yb^(3+)with a blue light chip.Under the current drive of 40 mA,the maximum output power of pc-LED is 4.54 mW,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 4.12%.These results indicate that Yb^(3+)ions can simultaneously broaden the emission band and improve the emission efficiency.This work provides an effective strategy for the design of efficient broadband NIR phosphors in the future.

文摘AIM: To determine the expression of c-Fos, caspase-3 and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in the cervical cord and stomach of rats with cervical spondylosis, to analyze their relationship, and to offer an explanation of one possible cause for functional dyspepsia (FD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) caused by cervical spondylosis. METHODS: The cervical spondylosis model in rats was established by destroying the stability of cervical posterior column. The cord segments C4-6 and gastric antrum were collected 3 mo and 5 mo after the operation. Rats with the sham operation were used as controls. The expressions of c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β in the cervical cord and gastric antrum were determined by immunohistochemistry and/or Western blot. RESULTS: Immunohistochemical staining showed a few c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β-positive cells in the cervical cord and antrum in the control. There was a significant increase in c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β expression in model groups compared to the control groups at 3 mo and 5 mo after operation. More importantly, there was a significant (P < 0.05) increase in c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β expression in the model group rats at 3 mo compared to those at 5 mo after the operation (c-Fos: 11.20 ± 2.26 vs 27.68 ± 4.36 in the cervical cord, 11.3 ± 2.3 vs 29.3 ± 4.6 in the gastric antrum; caspase-3: 33.83 ± 3.71 vs 36.32 ± 4.01 in the cervical cord, 13.23 ± 3.21 vs 26.32 ± 4.01 in the gastric antrum; IL-1β: 42.06 ± 2.95 vs 45.91 ± 3.98 in the cervical cord, 26.56 ± 2.65 vs 32.01 ± 2.98 in the gastric antrum). Western blotanalysis showed time-dependent changes of caspase-3 and IL-1β protein in the cervical cord and gastric antrum of rats with cervical spondylosis; there was no significant expression of caspase-3 and IL-1β protein in the control group at 3 mo and 5 mo after the sham operation, whereas there was a significant difference in caspase-3 and IL-1β protein levels between the model group rats followed up for 3 mo and those for 5 mo (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: There is a significant association of c-Fos, caspase-3 and IL-1β expressions in the gastric antrum with that in the spinal cord in rats with cervical spondylosis, suggesting that the gastrointestinal function may be affected by cervical spondylosis.

Elliptic solution and soliton solution are presented and it is shown that the soliton solution can be reduced from the elliptic solution. It also proves that the result is consistent with the soliton solution of simplify Hirota bilinear method by Wazwaz and illustrate the solution are right travelling wave solution.

文摘A double acid corrosion and subsequent hydrothermal treatment were used to fabricate a micro–nano-structured Ti substrates(Ti–M–N).Afterward,the mesoporous polydopamine(MPDA)nanoparticles as photothermal agent were prepared and immobilized on the surface of Ti–M–N samples,in order to obtain Ti–M–NMPDA sample.Unique micro–nanostructure properties and the photothermal effect of the modified Ti implant caused physical stress on the bacteria and the bacterial membrane damage,and eventually led to bacteria death.More importantly,based on excellent bioactivity and cytocompatibility of mussel-inspired materials,MPDA promoted adhesion,proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells in vitro.Furthermore,animal experiments in vivo further confirmed that the modified Ti implants could enhance osseointegration.

文摘Eu3+ and Ho3+ doped Sr2TiO4 were synthesized by using solid-state reactions. Samples sintered at 1300 ℃ for 6 h could be indexed to Sr2TiO4 with a single phase. Eu3+ in Sr2TiO4 emitted orange light under the excitation at 365 nm in a broad band which was coupled well with the strongest emission of high pressure mercury vapor lamps. Ho3+ in Sr2TiO4 emitted yellow light under blue excitation from 450 to 460 nm which agreed well with the emission of blue InGaN-based light-emitting diodes. The present results indicated that Sr2TiO4 was a promis- ing host for high pressure mercury vapor lamps or white light-emitting diodes.

文摘Software defect feature selection has problems of feature space dimensionality reduction and large search space.This research proposes a defect prediction feature selection framework based on improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm(ISFLA).Using the two-level structure of the framework and the improved hybrid leapfrog algorithm's own advantages,the feature values are sorted,and some features with high correlation are selected to avoid other heuristic algorithms in the defect prediction that are easy to produce local The case where the convergence rate of the optimal or parameter optimization process is relatively slow.The framework improves generalization of predictions of unknown data samples and enhances the ability to search for features related to learning tasks.At the same time,this framework further reduces the dimension of the feature space.After the contrast simulation experiment with other common defect prediction methods,we used the actual test data set to verify the framework for multiple iterations on Internet of Things(IoT)system platform.The experimental results show that the software defect prediction feature selection framework based on ISFLA is very effective in defect prediction of IoT communication software.This framework can save the testing time of IoT communication software,effectively improve the performance of software defect prediction,and ensure the software quality.

文摘The optical and physical properties of an InGaN light-emitting diode (LED) with a specific design of a staggered AlGaN electron-blocking layer (EBL) are investigated numerically in detail. The electrostatic field distribution, energy band, carrier concentration, electroluminescence (EL) intensity, internal quantum efficiency (IQE), and the output power are simulated. The results reveal that this specific design has a remarkable improvement in optical performance compared with the design of a conventional LED. The lower electron leakage current, higher hole injection efficiency, and consequently mitigated efficiency droop are achieved. The significant decrease of electrostatic field at the interface between the last barrier and the EBL of the LED could be one of the main reasons for these improvements.
