It is measurable in the UV region with a highly sensitive electromagnetic device. This is a case study of a 60-year-old patient with pathological biophoton emission. I assume it is the first study reported in the literature. And the most surprising, occurred in the author himself. Therefore, I am the author and the patient reported in this study. Seven years ago, I was surprised by a large emission of “biophotons” starting in some places on the body and spreading throughout the body over a period of three months, which continues to this day. I follow up from the beginning, with periodic clinical and laboratory examinations without the need for hospitalization and consequent opening of medical records. Currently, biophoton emission is already well- controlled, perhaps with an emission around 5%, although with different characteristics from the initial clinical picture, so I am already writing part-2 of this study. It appeared spontaneously and without the interference of any external factor. It follows an intelligent and intentional pattern. On the one hand, this study showed negative effects such as an increase in glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol;left leg sciatic nerve involvement and right saphenous vein injury. On the other hand, it also showed unusual effects, such as a significant increase in serum testosterone levels, delayed aging and increased libido. I would say an excessive increase in libido. In this article, we will address the Pathophysiology of biophotons and some aspects that are not in accordance with literature data through direct observation. This article describes the physiology and some aspects of biophoton pathology. We will also address a possible role of Consciousness in the emission of biophotons. Then we will present some hypotheses, speculations and research suggestions and perspectives for the future. Finally, we will address “intriguing phenomena” of a strange syndrome using the direct observation method. For convenience, we’re going to use the term “energy” a lot, which seems pretty familiar to me.展开更多

It is necessary that something is donated from the healer, that is, something results from his organic metabolism. Also, based on your physical, mental, and emotional health, the energy resulting from your metabolism is assumed to be healthy for the healing of patients. On the other hand, also in many cases, healing does not occur due to the “vicious” quality of the energy to be transfused and the low receptivity of the patient. However, in most cases, it depends not only on the healer but also on the receiver, but usually on other healers, such as higher order consciousnesses. In fact, in many cases of healing, the effect is almost instantaneous with just the healer’s “magnetic energy”, especially in painful crises. Without a doubt, I believe that biophoton is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial and immunomodulatory bioenergy. The healing effectiveness of these therapies is well established. It is a cell-restoring product that can rebuild tissues and organs in a short time, which in many cases leads to the restoration of the patient’s health and well-being. The aim of this study is to address a brief history of ancestral energies of Asian philosophy (Chinese, Japanese and Indian), highlight the role of consciousness and the healer in healing therapies. In addition, the study emphasizes the similarity of these energies with the one called “ectoplasm”, as well as it establishes connections with the newly elected ultra-weak emission of photons. Finally, bibliographic research was carried out in an English language database and innovative concepts were introduced about the role of consciousness as well as the healer in healing therapies.展开更多

Indeed, these “psychophysical events” are fundamental in clinical conditions that lead to unconsciousness in individuals declared clinically dead or who have come very close to physical death. In addition, Consciousness is fundamental in the occurrence of these experiences. In fact, Consciousness, a higher order field, is the entity that vibrationally dissociates from the physical body and is also the protagonist of the entire chain of events of near-death experiences, as well as out-of-body experiences. Undoubtedly, matter is a creation of the Universal Intelligent Principle and the primary cause of all things. Thus, Consciousness is the basis of all existence, of primordial reality. Vehicle of manifestation of Consciousness, the Psychosoma is a morphogenetic, vaporous, translucent, luminous body which is also made up of all organs, including the immaterial brain [mind] and the other electromagnetic systems of the human body. The Psychosoma is, therefore, the connection bridge between Consciousness, a complex subtle field, non-electromagnetic, responsible for all phenomena of near-death experiences in connection with the dense field of gross matter, the physical body. For example, the Consciousness is the one who sees, feels pain and welcomes its family members on the verge of death during the near-death experience in any vibrational dimension, even being perceived by the Psychosoma. Here it is important to remember that dimension is not a place. It’s a vibration. It’s a frequency. The main objective of this article is to approach innovative and comprehensive concepts about the role of Consciousness in near-death experiences as well as to try to overcome limiting paradigms that prevents the progress of science. In addition, concepts based on quantum holography and information theory were raised here. Following this reasoning, I start with the formulation of a hypothesis about the role of Consciousness in near-death and out-of-body experiences. Thus, we propose a new and unique approach to Consciousness in order to investigate the role of Mind and its relationship with life and death. In this way, we intend to introduce new concepts for discussion and not give the last word to the currently unanswered questions of Consciousness regarding its interaction with the environment;with death and life and finally with respect to its origin. Finally, a selective bibliographic research was carried out in English language databases with the purpose of making the study design compatible, which presents specific concepts of a subject that had been little studied until then.展开更多

The objective of this study was to explore the association between vitamin D status (serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D)) and a cardiometabolic risk score (CMRS) derived from markers of cardiac autonomic nervous system activity, vascular dynamics, and body composition, using an innovative non-invasive technology. We found that individuals who were vitamin D sufficient ((25(OH)D) ≥ 30 ng/ml, n = 51), compared to those who were vitamin D insufficient (<30 ng/ml, n = 44), had significantly higher heart rate variability (as measured by time and frequency domain variables) and lower photoplethysmography analysis markers and CMRS. These outcomes show that vitamin D insufficient subjects had reduced cardio protective parasympathetic nervous system activity, increased endothelial dysfunction, and hence were at greater cardiometabolic risk, implying vitamin D may play a meaningful role in CVD.展开更多

Despite current management protocols, up to half of patients succumb to the disease. Moreover, there is no well-characterized molecular marker for diagnosis and prognosis. TP53 alterations have been associated with a poor prognosis in many cancers. The aim of this retrospective work was to find out whether TP53 functional status predicts response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy and thus may help treatment decision for osteosarcoma patients. Seventeen biopsies of osteosarcoma patients receiving primary metotrexate, cisplatin and adryamicin chemotherapy followed by surgery were analyzed. TP53 exons 5-9 mutations were screened. Among 17 biopsies, 4 (23.5%) displayed TP53 mutations: 3 deletions and one single-nucleotide substitution. The presence of TP53 gene mutation does not correlate with resistance to chemotherapy according to histological Rosen grade and nevertheless is associated with patient’s age in a significant manner (p 0.05). The presence of non-mutated TP53 is not entirely specific for a good prognosis. We found no evidence that TP53 mutations predict chemoresistance in osteosarcoma patients more over the overall survival curve, followed for more than 12 years, showing no difference between patients with tumors harboring wild type or mutated TP53 gene (p 0.5). Further analysis to identify other genes that can influence chemotherapy response and clinical outcome in osteosarcoma is needed to improve patient treatment.展开更多
