This paper introduces a small perturbation frequency domain thermal analysis model based on the nonlinear dynamics model.The model can be applied to study the high-precision temperature control of thermal systems unde...This paper introduces a small perturbation frequency domain thermal analysis model based on the nonlinear dynamics model.The model can be applied to study the high-precision temperature control of thermal systems under low-frequency complex perturbations.The frequency domain characteristics of the space gravitational wave detection satellite are analyzed,and a multi-channel perturbation structure is established.The effects of three kinds of heat flow perturbations,including external heat flow,power generation power,and waste heat of electronic equipment,on the temperature through five transfer paths are investigated.It has been discovered that the waste heat from electronic equipment inside the satellite has the most noticeable effect on the temperature power spectral density of temperature-sensitive optical loads,serving as the primary factor influencing thermal stability.For complex noise signals,the small perturbation analysis method can decompose the different frequency components or ranges,reducing the problem to linearized analysis and simplifying complex calculations.The results indicate that the temperature power spectral density decreases as signal frequency increases,with low-frequency signals exerting a greater influence on temperature stability.The small perturbation analysis method is a novel and effective method for temperature control of space thermal systems,with high accuracy and stability.展开更多
Evaluating Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)systems within a System-of-Systems(SoS)environment helps clarify their contribution to the overall combat capability and supports effectiveness-oriented system optimization.When ...Evaluating Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)systems within a System-of-Systems(SoS)environment helps clarify their contribution to the overall combat capability and supports effectiveness-oriented system optimization.When assessing decision systems in such an environment,cross-level modeling and simulation are required,which often face a trade-off between low modeling cost and high simulation accuracy,while the credibility of results remains challenging to ensure.To address these issues,this study proposes a hybrid-granularity Hardware-In-the-Loop(HIL)SoS environment construction method based on Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique(GERT).The method employs GERT to analyze the relationships between simulation systems,the System Under Test(SUT),and mission outcomes,thereby determining the required model precision for different systems.A dynamic resource allocation algorithm is applied to adjust model granularity on demand,ensuring high-fidelity simulation under constrained total cost.Additionally,GERT estimates the computational frequency and communication bandwidth requirements of the SUT,guiding hardware selection to enhance simulation credibility.A UAV maritime combat case study was conducted for validation.The results demonstrate that,compared to the flat modeling approach,the hybrid-granularity scenario based on GERT analysis achieves higher simulation accuracy with lower overall model complexity.The coefficient of variation in evaluation results significantly decreases in HIL simulations compared to virtual simulations,confirming improved credibility.Under the hybrid-granularity HIL scenario,the decision system was evaluated from an effectiveness perspective,identifying the most sensitive performance parameter.Subsequent targeted optimization led to an 11.90%improvement in effectiveness,validating the method's practical utility.展开更多

Prosthetic devices designed to assist individuals with damaged or missing body parts have made significant strides,particularly with advancements in machine intelligence and bioengineering.Initially focused on movemen...Prosthetic devices designed to assist individuals with damaged or missing body parts have made significant strides,particularly with advancements in machine intelligence and bioengineering.Initially focused on movement assistance,the field has shifted towards developing prosthetics that function as seamless extensions of the human body.During this progress,a key challenge remains the reduction of interface artifacts between prosthetic components and biological tissues.Soft electronics offer a promising solution due to their structural flexibility and enhanced tissue adaptability.However,achieving full integration of prosthetics with the human body requires both artificial perception and efficient transmission of physical signals.In this context,synaptic devices have garnered attention as next-generation neuromorphic computing elements because of their low power consumption,ability to enable hardware-based learning,and high compatibility with sensing units.These devices have the potential to create artificial pathways for sensory recognition and motor responses,forming a“sensory-neuromorphic system”that emulates synaptic junctions in biological neurons,thereby connecting with impaired biological tissues.Here,we discuss recent developments in prosthetic components and neuromorphic applications with a focus on sensory perception and sensorimotor actuation.Initially,we explore a prosthetic system with advanced sensory units,mechanical softness,and artificial intelligence,followed by the hardware implementation of memory devices that combine calculation and learning functions.We then highlight the importance and mechanisms of soft-form synaptic devices that are compatible with sensing units.Furthermore,we review an artificial sensory-neuromorphic perception system that replicates various biological senses and facilitates sensorimotor loops from sensory receptors,the spinal cord,and motor neurons.Finally,we propose insights into the future of closed-loop neuroprosthetics through the technical integration of soft electronics,including bio-integrated sensors and synaptic devices,into prosthetic systems.展开更多
A wearable health monitoring system is a promising device for opening the era of the fourth industrial revolution due to increasing interest in health among modern people.Wearable health monitoring systems were demons...A wearable health monitoring system is a promising device for opening the era of the fourth industrial revolution due to increasing interest in health among modern people.Wearable health monitoring systems were demonstrated by several researchers,but still have critical issues of low performance,inefficient and complex fabrication processes.Here,we present the world’s first wearable multifunctional health monitoring system based on flash-induced porous graphene(FPG).FPG was efficiently synthesized via flash lamp,resulting in a large area in four milliseconds.Moreover,to demonstrate the sensing performance of FPG,a wearable multifunctional health monitoring system was fabricated onto a single substrate.A carbon nanotube-polydimethylsiloxane(CNT-PDMS)nanocomposite electrode was successfully formed on the uneven FPG surface using screen printing.The performance of the FPG-based wearable multifunctional health monitoring system was enhanced by the large surface area of the 3D-porous structure FPG.Finally,the FPG-based wearable multifunctional health monitoring system effectively detected motion,skin temperature,and sweat with a strain GF of 2564.38,a linear thermal response of 0.98Ω℃^(-1) under the skin temperature range,and a low ion detection limit of 10μM.展开更多
To improve the wettability of Al metal matrix composites(Al-MMCs) by common filler metals,Al-12Si-xTi(x=0.1,0.5,1,3.0;mass fraction,%) system active ternary filler metals were prepared.It was demonstrated that alt...To improve the wettability of Al metal matrix composites(Al-MMCs) by common filler metals,Al-12Si-xTi(x=0.1,0.5,1,3.0;mass fraction,%) system active ternary filler metals were prepared.It was demonstrated that although the added Ti existed within Ti(Al1-xSix)3(0≤x≤0.15) phase,the shear strength and shear fracture surface of the developed Al-12Si-xTi brazes were quite similar to those of traditional Al-12Si braze due to the presence of similar microstructure of Al-Si eutectic microstructure with large volume fraction.So,small Ti addition(~1%) did not make the active brazes brittle and hard compared with the conventional Al-12Si braze.The measured melting range of each Al-12Si-xTi foil was very similar,i.e.,580-590 ℃,because the composition was close to that of eutectic.For wettability improvement,with increasing Ti content,the interfacial gap between the Al2O3 reinforcement and filler metal(R/M) could be eliminated,and the amount of the remainder of the active fillers on the composite substrate decreased after sessile drop test at 610 ℃ for 30 min.So,the wettability improvement became easy to observe repeatedly with increasing Ti content.Additionally,the amount and size of Ti(AlSi)3 phase were sensitive to the Ti content(before brazing) and Si content(after brazing).展开更多
Predictive maintenance(PdM)is vital for ensuring the reliability,safety,and cost efficiency of heavyduty vehicle fleets.However,real-world sensor data are often highly imbalanced,noisy,and temporally irregular,posing ...Predictive maintenance(PdM)is vital for ensuring the reliability,safety,and cost efficiency of heavyduty vehicle fleets.However,real-world sensor data are often highly imbalanced,noisy,and temporally irregular,posing significant challenges to model robustness and deployment.Using multivariate time-series data from Scania trucks,this study proposes a novel PdM framework that integrates efficient feature summarization with cost-sensitive hierarchical classification.First,the proposed last_k_summary method transforms recent operational records into compact statistical and trend-based descriptors while preserving missingness,allowing LightGBM to leverage its inherent split rules without ad-hoc imputation.Then,a two-stage LightGBM framework is developed for fault detection and severity classification:Stage A performs safety-prioritized fault screening(normal vs.fault)with a false-negativeweighted objective,and Stage B refines the detected faults into four severity levels through a cascaded hierarchy of binary classifiers.Under the official cost matrix of the IDA Industrial Challenge,the framework achieves total misclassification costs of 36,113(validation)and 36,314(test),outperforming XGBoost and Bi-LSTM by 3.8%-13.5%while maintaining high recall for the safety-critical class(0.83 validation,0.77 test).These results demonstrate that the proposed approach not only improves predictive accuracy but also provides a practical and deployable PdM solution that reduces maintenance cost,enhances fleet safety,and supports data-driven decision-making in industrial environments.展开更多
Hypersonic morphing vehicle(HMV)can reconfigure aerodynamic geometries in real time,adapting to diverse needs like multi-mission profiles and wide-speed-range flight,spanwise morphing and sweep angle variation are rep...Hypersonic morphing vehicle(HMV)can reconfigure aerodynamic geometries in real time,adapting to diverse needs like multi-mission profiles and wide-speed-range flight,spanwise morphing and sweep angle variation are representative large-scale wing reconfiguration modes.To meet the HMV's need for an increased lift and a lift to drag ratio during hypersonic maneuverability and cruise or reentry equilibrium glide,this paper proposes an innovative single-DOF coupled morphing-wing system.We then systematically analyze its open-loop kinematics and closed-loop connectivity constraints,and the proposed system integrates three functional modules:the preset locking/release mechanism,the coupled morphing-wing mechanism,and the integrated wing locking with active stiffness control mechanism.Experimental validation confirms stable,continuous morphing under simulated aerodynamic loads.The experimental results indicate:(i)SMA actuators exhibit response times ranging from 18 s to 160 s,providing sufficient force output for wing unlocking;(ii)The integrated wing locking with active stiffness control mechanism effectively secures wing positions while eliminating airframe clearance via SMA actuation,improving the first-order natural frequency by more than 17%;(iii)The distributed aerodynamic loading system enables precise multi-stage follow-up loading during morphing,with the coupled morphing wing maintaining stable,continuous operation under 0-3500 N normal loads and 110-140 N axial force.The proposed single-DOF coupled morphing mechanism not only simplifies and improves structural efficiency but also demonstrates superior performance in locking control,stiffness enhancement,and aerodynamic responsiveness.This establishes a foundational framework for the design of future intelligent morphing configurations and the implementation of flight control systems.展开更多
Conventional locking/release mechanisms often face challenges in aircraft wing separation processes,such as excessive impact loads and insufficient synchronization.These may cause structural damage to the airframe or ...Conventional locking/release mechanisms often face challenges in aircraft wing separation processes,such as excessive impact loads and insufficient synchronization.These may cause structural damage to the airframe or attitude instability,seriously compromising mission reliability.To address this engineering challenge,this paper proposes a multi-point low-impact locking/release mechanism based on the mobility model and energy conversion strategy.Through establishing a DOF constraint framework system,this paper systematically analyzes the energy transfer and conversion characteristics during the wing separation process,reveals the generation mechanism of impact loads,and conducts research on low-impact design based on energy conversion strategy.Building on this foundation,a single-point locking/release mechanism employing parallel trapezoidal key shaft structure was designed,which increases frictional contact time and reduces the energy release rate,thereby achieving low-impact characteristics.The mechanism's performance was validated through physical prototype development and systematic functional testing(including unlocking force,synchronization,and impact tests).Experimental results demonstrate:(1)Under 14 kN preload condition,the maximum unlocking force was only 92.54 N,showing a linear relationship with preload that satisfies the"strong-connection/weak-unlock"design requirement;(2)Wing separation was completed within 46 ms,with synchronization time difference among three separation mechanisms stably controlled within 12-14 ms,proving rapid and reliable operation;(3)The unlocking impact acceleration ranged between 26 and 73 g,below the 100 g design limit,confirming the effectiveness of the energy conversion strategy.The proposed low-impact locking/release mechanism design method based on energy conversion strategy resolves the traditional challenges of high impact and synchronization deficiencies.The synergistic optimization mechanism of"structural load reduction and performance improvement"provides a highly reliable technical solution for wing separable mechanisms while offering novel design insights for wing connection/separation systems engineering.展开更多

Off-axis aspherical mirrors are widely used in optical systems and precision measuring instruments,whereas off-axis aspherical mirrors with large sizes and off-axis are used in large optical systems such as astronomic...Off-axis aspherical mirrors are widely used in optical systems and precision measuring instruments,whereas off-axis aspherical mirrors with large sizes and off-axis are used in large optical systems such as astronomical telescopes and radio telescopes.However,if the off-axis amount of an off-axis aspherical mirror exceeds the capability of the machine tool,traditional rotary-turning machining methods are not applicable,and advanced computerized numerical control(CNC)machining methods,such as the slow-tool-servo method,must be im-plemented.This article proposes a non-conventional offset(NCO)fabrication method based on slow-tool-servo single-point diamond turning for machining off-axis aspherical surfaces with large off-axis amounts.This method is theoretically applicable to the machining of off-axis aspherical surfaces with any off-axis amount.NCO fab-rication is a simpler and more efficient path-planning solution for machining individual off-axis parabolic sur-faces.In addition,corresponding solutions for other types of aspherical surfaces are proposed using the NCO method.The turning depths of workpieces with different off-axis amounts at the same machining position are analyzed and compared.A specific measurement scheme for the NCO method is presented,and the experimental results indicate that the PV and RMS form errors are 0.658μm and 60 nm,respectively.This work demonstrates that the NCO method can effectively deal with the machining challenges of off-axis aspherical structures with large off-axis amounts.展开更多

With the continuous advancement of unmanned technology in various application domains,the development and deployment of blind-spot-free panoramic video systems have gained increasing importance.Such systems are partic...With the continuous advancement of unmanned technology in various application domains,the development and deployment of blind-spot-free panoramic video systems have gained increasing importance.Such systems are particularly critical in battlefield environments,where advanced panoramic video processing and wireless communication technologies are essential to enable remote control and autonomous operation of unmanned ground vehicles(UGVs).However,conventional video surveillance systems suffer from several limitations,including limited field of view,high processing latency,low reliability,excessive resource consumption,and significant transmission delays.These shortcomings impede the widespread adoption of UGVs in battlefield settings.To overcome these challenges,this paper proposes a novel multi-channel video capture and stitching system designed for real-time video processing.The system integrates the Speeded-Up Robust Features(SURF)algorithm and the Fast Library for Approximate Nearest Neighbors(FLANN)algorithm to execute essential operations such as feature detection,descriptor computation,image matching,homography estimation,and seamless image fusion.The fused panoramic video is then encoded and assembled to produce a seamless output devoid of stitching artifacts and shadows.Furthermore,H.264 video compression is employed to reduce the data size of the video stream without sacrificing visual quality.Using the Real-Time Streaming Protocol(RTSP),the compressed stream is transmitted efficiently,supporting real-time remote monitoring and control of UGVs in dynamic battlefield environments.Experimental results indicate that the proposed system achieves high stability,flexibility,and low latency.With a wireless link latency of 30 ms,the end-to-end video transmission latency remains around 140 ms,enabling smooth video communication.The system can tolerate packet loss rates(PLR)of up to 20%while maintaining usable video quality(with latency around 200 ms).These properties make it well-suited for mobile communication scenarios demanding high real-time video performance.展开更多
In this work,we demonstrated the InSnO(ITO)TFTs passivated with SiO_(2)via the PECVD process compatible with large-area production for the first time.The passivated ITO TFTs with various channel thicknesses(t_(ch)=4,5...In this work,we demonstrated the InSnO(ITO)TFTs passivated with SiO_(2)via the PECVD process compatible with large-area production for the first time.The passivated ITO TFTs with various channel thicknesses(t_(ch)=4,5,6 nm)exhibit excellent electrical performance and superior uniformity.The reliability properties of ITO TFTs were evaluated in detail under positive bias stress(PBS)conditions before and after passivation.Compared to the devices without passivation,the passivated devices have only 50%threshold voltage degradation(ΔV_(th))and 50%newly generated traps due to excellent isolation of the ambient atmosphere.The negligible performance degradation of ITO TFTs with passivation during negative bias stress(NBS)and negative bias temperature stress(NBTS)verifies the outstanding immunity to the water vapor of the SiO_(2)passivation layer.Overall,the ITO TFT with the t_(ch)of 6 nm and with SiO_(2)passivation exhibits the best performance in terms of electrical properties,uniformity,and reliability,which is promising in large-area production.展开更多

文摘This paper introduces a small perturbation frequency domain thermal analysis model based on the nonlinear dynamics model.The model can be applied to study the high-precision temperature control of thermal systems under low-frequency complex perturbations.The frequency domain characteristics of the space gravitational wave detection satellite are analyzed,and a multi-channel perturbation structure is established.The effects of three kinds of heat flow perturbations,including external heat flow,power generation power,and waste heat of electronic equipment,on the temperature through five transfer paths are investigated.It has been discovered that the waste heat from electronic equipment inside the satellite has the most noticeable effect on the temperature power spectral density of temperature-sensitive optical loads,serving as the primary factor influencing thermal stability.For complex noise signals,the small perturbation analysis method can decompose the different frequency components or ranges,reducing the problem to linearized analysis and simplifying complex calculations.The results indicate that the temperature power spectral density decreases as signal frequency increases,with low-frequency signals exerting a greater influence on temperature stability.The small perturbation analysis method is a novel and effective method for temperature control of space thermal systems,with high accuracy and stability.

文摘Evaluating Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)systems within a System-of-Systems(SoS)environment helps clarify their contribution to the overall combat capability and supports effectiveness-oriented system optimization.When assessing decision systems in such an environment,cross-level modeling and simulation are required,which often face a trade-off between low modeling cost and high simulation accuracy,while the credibility of results remains challenging to ensure.To address these issues,this study proposes a hybrid-granularity Hardware-In-the-Loop(HIL)SoS environment construction method based on Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique(GERT).The method employs GERT to analyze the relationships between simulation systems,the System Under Test(SUT),and mission outcomes,thereby determining the required model precision for different systems.A dynamic resource allocation algorithm is applied to adjust model granularity on demand,ensuring high-fidelity simulation under constrained total cost.Additionally,GERT estimates the computational frequency and communication bandwidth requirements of the SUT,guiding hardware selection to enhance simulation credibility.A UAV maritime combat case study was conducted for validation.The results demonstrate that,compared to the flat modeling approach,the hybrid-granularity scenario based on GERT analysis achieves higher simulation accuracy with lower overall model complexity.The coefficient of variation in evaluation results significantly decreases in HIL simulations compared to virtual simulations,confirming improved credibility.Under the hybrid-granularity HIL scenario,the decision system was evaluated from an effectiveness perspective,identifying the most sensitive performance parameter.Subsequent targeted optimization led to an 11.90%improvement in effectiveness,validating the method's practical utility.

文摘Existing feature selection methods for intrusion detection systems in the Industrial Internet of Things often suffer from local optimality and high computational complexity.These challenges hinder traditional IDS from effectively extracting features while maintaining detection accuracy.This paper proposes an industrial Internet ofThings intrusion detection feature selection algorithm based on an improved whale optimization algorithm(GSLDWOA).The aim is to address the problems that feature selection algorithms under high-dimensional data are prone to,such as local optimality,long detection time,and reduced accuracy.First,the initial population’s diversity is increased using the Gaussian Mutation mechanism.Then,Non-linear Shrinking Factor balances global exploration and local development,avoiding premature convergence.Lastly,Variable-step Levy Flight operator and Dynamic Differential Evolution strategy are introduced to improve the algorithm’s search efficiency and convergence accuracy in highdimensional feature space.Experiments on the NSL-KDD and WUSTL-IIoT-2021 datasets demonstrate that the feature subset selected by GSLDWOA significantly improves detection performance.Compared to the traditional WOA algorithm,the detection rate and F1-score increased by 3.68%and 4.12%.On the WUSTL-IIoT-2021 dataset,accuracy,recall,and F1-score all exceed 99.9%.
文摘Chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) is a sick- state in the complex system of human body. Healthsystems engineering approach can be used to recover health state by many different ways of system adjustments, including physical exercises, nutrition and psychological intervention, and drug therapies. To evaluate and assess the effects of these adjustments, many parameters of the system states have to be monitored (such as molecular high- throughput technologies, physiological, image, etc.), and estimated at the different levels (such as molecular, cellular, tissue, organ, and system levels) and on the different dimensions (such as metabolic, immune, neural, etc.) for human system. Huge data have been produced during the whole process, and health systems engineering approach will model health and sick state in the human system by detecting and analyzing these multi-dimension and multi- level big-data in order to find personal suitable adjustment method.

文摘As the core information infrastructure of modern information warfare,the offensive and defensive confrontations of satellite navigation systems have given rise to navigation warfare,which focuses on seizing control of navigation resources.Based on the space segment,control segment,and user segment of satellite navigation systems,this paper systematically constructs an offensive-defensive technology system for navigation warfare,and deeply analyzes core measures such as signal enhancement and suppression,autonomous navigation and link jamming,anti-jamming reception,and integrated navigation.It extracts key technologies including adaptive nulling antennas,joint filtering,and multi-dimensional combined jamming,and discusses the technical effectiveness of these technologies by incorporating relevant cases.The advantages of navigation warfare stem from multi-segment coordination and technological inte-gration.In the future,the development directions of navigation warfare will focus on three aspects:enhancing satellite capabilities,tackling core technical challenges,and building a multi-dimensional system.
文摘This paper expounds the particularity, design difficulties and corresponding solutions of hyperboloid building shape of a building project in Zhengzhou, and puts forward the design and application of a semi unit curtain wall system combining unit glass, stone curtain wall and interlayer frame integrated aluminum plate curtain wall. The design concept of hyperboloid special-shaped building is realized by using the complementary advantages of the two systems, ingeniously using the idea of local overall force, a non keel metal sunshade with variable cantilever size is designed.This design method not only solves the problem of splicing curved plates, but also ensures the various performance of the curtain wall. The aluminum plate is processed into an integrated special-shaped plate in the factory and installed on site, which improves the accuracy of the modeling lines of the whole building, avoids the impact on the insertion and installation of the window unit, and improves the accuracy of the facade modeling as a whole.And the application and importance of rhinoceros in solving modeling and process data extraction in special-shaped complex curtain wall engineering.

文摘Detecting sitting posture abnormalities in wheelchair users enables early identification of changes in their functional status.To date,this detection has relied on in-person observation by medical specialists.However,given the challenges faced by health specialists to carry out continuous monitoring,the development of an intelligent anomaly detection system is proposed.Unlike other authors,where they use supervised techniques,this work proposes using unsupervised techniques due to the advantages they offer.These advantages include the lack of prior labeling of data,and the detection of anomalies previously not contemplated,among others.In the present work,an individualized methodology consisting of two phases is developed:characterizing the normal sitting pattern and determining abnormal samples.An analysis has been carried out between different unsupervised techniques to study which ones are more suitable for postural diagnosis.It can be concluded,among other aspects,that the utilization of dimensionality reduction techniques leads to improved results.Moreover,the normality characterization phase is deemed necessary for enhancing the system’s learning capabilities.Additionally,employing an individualized approach to the model aids in capturing the particularities of the various pathologies present among subjects.

文摘Prosthetic devices designed to assist individuals with damaged or missing body parts have made significant strides,particularly with advancements in machine intelligence and bioengineering.Initially focused on movement assistance,the field has shifted towards developing prosthetics that function as seamless extensions of the human body.During this progress,a key challenge remains the reduction of interface artifacts between prosthetic components and biological tissues.Soft electronics offer a promising solution due to their structural flexibility and enhanced tissue adaptability.However,achieving full integration of prosthetics with the human body requires both artificial perception and efficient transmission of physical signals.In this context,synaptic devices have garnered attention as next-generation neuromorphic computing elements because of their low power consumption,ability to enable hardware-based learning,and high compatibility with sensing units.These devices have the potential to create artificial pathways for sensory recognition and motor responses,forming a“sensory-neuromorphic system”that emulates synaptic junctions in biological neurons,thereby connecting with impaired biological tissues.Here,we discuss recent developments in prosthetic components and neuromorphic applications with a focus on sensory perception and sensorimotor actuation.Initially,we explore a prosthetic system with advanced sensory units,mechanical softness,and artificial intelligence,followed by the hardware implementation of memory devices that combine calculation and learning functions.We then highlight the importance and mechanisms of soft-form synaptic devices that are compatible with sensing units.Furthermore,we review an artificial sensory-neuromorphic perception system that replicates various biological senses and facilitates sensorimotor loops from sensory receptors,the spinal cord,and motor neurons.Finally,we propose insights into the future of closed-loop neuroprosthetics through the technical integration of soft electronics,including bio-integrated sensors and synaptic devices,into prosthetic systems.

文摘A wearable health monitoring system is a promising device for opening the era of the fourth industrial revolution due to increasing interest in health among modern people.Wearable health monitoring systems were demonstrated by several researchers,but still have critical issues of low performance,inefficient and complex fabrication processes.Here,we present the world’s first wearable multifunctional health monitoring system based on flash-induced porous graphene(FPG).FPG was efficiently synthesized via flash lamp,resulting in a large area in four milliseconds.Moreover,to demonstrate the sensing performance of FPG,a wearable multifunctional health monitoring system was fabricated onto a single substrate.A carbon nanotube-polydimethylsiloxane(CNT-PDMS)nanocomposite electrode was successfully formed on the uneven FPG surface using screen printing.The performance of the FPG-based wearable multifunctional health monitoring system was enhanced by the large surface area of the 3D-porous structure FPG.Finally,the FPG-based wearable multifunctional health monitoring system effectively detected motion,skin temperature,and sweat with a strain GF of 2564.38,a linear thermal response of 0.98Ω℃^(-1) under the skin temperature range,and a low ion detection limit of 10μM.

文摘To improve the wettability of Al metal matrix composites(Al-MMCs) by common filler metals,Al-12Si-xTi(x=0.1,0.5,1,3.0;mass fraction,%) system active ternary filler metals were prepared.It was demonstrated that although the added Ti existed within Ti(Al1-xSix)3(0≤x≤0.15) phase,the shear strength and shear fracture surface of the developed Al-12Si-xTi brazes were quite similar to those of traditional Al-12Si braze due to the presence of similar microstructure of Al-Si eutectic microstructure with large volume fraction.So,small Ti addition(~1%) did not make the active brazes brittle and hard compared with the conventional Al-12Si braze.The measured melting range of each Al-12Si-xTi foil was very similar,i.e.,580-590 ℃,because the composition was close to that of eutectic.For wettability improvement,with increasing Ti content,the interfacial gap between the Al2O3 reinforcement and filler metal(R/M) could be eliminated,and the amount of the remainder of the active fillers on the composite substrate decreased after sessile drop test at 610 ℃ for 30 min.So,the wettability improvement became easy to observe repeatedly with increasing Ti content.Additionally,the amount and size of Ti(AlSi)3 phase were sensitive to the Ti content(before brazing) and Si content(after brazing).

文摘Predictive maintenance(PdM)is vital for ensuring the reliability,safety,and cost efficiency of heavyduty vehicle fleets.However,real-world sensor data are often highly imbalanced,noisy,and temporally irregular,posing significant challenges to model robustness and deployment.Using multivariate time-series data from Scania trucks,this study proposes a novel PdM framework that integrates efficient feature summarization with cost-sensitive hierarchical classification.First,the proposed last_k_summary method transforms recent operational records into compact statistical and trend-based descriptors while preserving missingness,allowing LightGBM to leverage its inherent split rules without ad-hoc imputation.Then,a two-stage LightGBM framework is developed for fault detection and severity classification:Stage A performs safety-prioritized fault screening(normal vs.fault)with a false-negativeweighted objective,and Stage B refines the detected faults into four severity levels through a cascaded hierarchy of binary classifiers.Under the official cost matrix of the IDA Industrial Challenge,the framework achieves total misclassification costs of 36,113(validation)and 36,314(test),outperforming XGBoost and Bi-LSTM by 3.8%-13.5%while maintaining high recall for the safety-critical class(0.83 validation,0.77 test).These results demonstrate that the proposed approach not only improves predictive accuracy but also provides a practical and deployable PdM solution that reduces maintenance cost,enhances fleet safety,and supports data-driven decision-making in industrial environments.

文摘Hypersonic morphing vehicle(HMV)can reconfigure aerodynamic geometries in real time,adapting to diverse needs like multi-mission profiles and wide-speed-range flight,spanwise morphing and sweep angle variation are representative large-scale wing reconfiguration modes.To meet the HMV's need for an increased lift and a lift to drag ratio during hypersonic maneuverability and cruise or reentry equilibrium glide,this paper proposes an innovative single-DOF coupled morphing-wing system.We then systematically analyze its open-loop kinematics and closed-loop connectivity constraints,and the proposed system integrates three functional modules:the preset locking/release mechanism,the coupled morphing-wing mechanism,and the integrated wing locking with active stiffness control mechanism.Experimental validation confirms stable,continuous morphing under simulated aerodynamic loads.The experimental results indicate:(i)SMA actuators exhibit response times ranging from 18 s to 160 s,providing sufficient force output for wing unlocking;(ii)The integrated wing locking with active stiffness control mechanism effectively secures wing positions while eliminating airframe clearance via SMA actuation,improving the first-order natural frequency by more than 17%;(iii)The distributed aerodynamic loading system enables precise multi-stage follow-up loading during morphing,with the coupled morphing wing maintaining stable,continuous operation under 0-3500 N normal loads and 110-140 N axial force.The proposed single-DOF coupled morphing mechanism not only simplifies and improves structural efficiency but also demonstrates superior performance in locking control,stiffness enhancement,and aerodynamic responsiveness.This establishes a foundational framework for the design of future intelligent morphing configurations and the implementation of flight control systems.
文摘Conventional locking/release mechanisms often face challenges in aircraft wing separation processes,such as excessive impact loads and insufficient synchronization.These may cause structural damage to the airframe or attitude instability,seriously compromising mission reliability.To address this engineering challenge,this paper proposes a multi-point low-impact locking/release mechanism based on the mobility model and energy conversion strategy.Through establishing a DOF constraint framework system,this paper systematically analyzes the energy transfer and conversion characteristics during the wing separation process,reveals the generation mechanism of impact loads,and conducts research on low-impact design based on energy conversion strategy.Building on this foundation,a single-point locking/release mechanism employing parallel trapezoidal key shaft structure was designed,which increases frictional contact time and reduces the energy release rate,thereby achieving low-impact characteristics.The mechanism's performance was validated through physical prototype development and systematic functional testing(including unlocking force,synchronization,and impact tests).Experimental results demonstrate:(1)Under 14 kN preload condition,the maximum unlocking force was only 92.54 N,showing a linear relationship with preload that satisfies the"strong-connection/weak-unlock"design requirement;(2)Wing separation was completed within 46 ms,with synchronization time difference among three separation mechanisms stably controlled within 12-14 ms,proving rapid and reliable operation;(3)The unlocking impact acceleration ranged between 26 and 73 g,below the 100 g design limit,confirming the effectiveness of the energy conversion strategy.The proposed low-impact locking/release mechanism design method based on energy conversion strategy resolves the traditional challenges of high impact and synchronization deficiencies.The synergistic optimization mechanism of"structural load reduction and performance improvement"provides a highly reliable technical solution for wing separable mechanisms while offering novel design insights for wing connection/separation systems engineering.

文摘Fault-tolerant systems are crucial for ensuring the reliability and availability of missioncritical applications in modern computing environments.The dynamic heterogeneous redundancy(DHR)architecture is a key component in constructing fault-tolerant systems,particularly in areas such as national security,power networks,and banking private networks.DHR is transforming the cyberspace security industry chain by accommodating a broader range of applications and increasingly capturing the market.However,the development of applications for DHR architecture encounters challenges due to the complexities of handling heterogeneity,managing dynamism,and maintaining usability.To address these issues,we introduce MimicStudio,a comprehensive development framework with a standardized workflow.To our knowledge,MimicStudio is the first effective solution for DHR software development.We present a detailed implementation of MimicStudio with a heterogeneous microcontroller unit project,encompassing three CPUs with different instruction set architectures.The paper evaluates MimicStudio’s support for essential features,including zero-copy synchronization,parallelized build,multi-core collaborative debugging,and dynamic adjustment of the software system’s structure.Our results show that MimicStudio provides a flexible and efficient solution for supporting the dynamic,heterogeneous,and redundant features of fault-tolerant systems.

文摘Off-axis aspherical mirrors are widely used in optical systems and precision measuring instruments,whereas off-axis aspherical mirrors with large sizes and off-axis are used in large optical systems such as astronomical telescopes and radio telescopes.However,if the off-axis amount of an off-axis aspherical mirror exceeds the capability of the machine tool,traditional rotary-turning machining methods are not applicable,and advanced computerized numerical control(CNC)machining methods,such as the slow-tool-servo method,must be im-plemented.This article proposes a non-conventional offset(NCO)fabrication method based on slow-tool-servo single-point diamond turning for machining off-axis aspherical surfaces with large off-axis amounts.This method is theoretically applicable to the machining of off-axis aspherical surfaces with any off-axis amount.NCO fab-rication is a simpler and more efficient path-planning solution for machining individual off-axis parabolic sur-faces.In addition,corresponding solutions for other types of aspherical surfaces are proposed using the NCO method.The turning depths of workpieces with different off-axis amounts at the same machining position are analyzed and compared.A specific measurement scheme for the NCO method is presented,and the experimental results indicate that the PV and RMS form errors are 0.658μm and 60 nm,respectively.This work demonstrates that the NCO method can effectively deal with the machining challenges of off-axis aspherical structures with large off-axis amounts.
文摘Circumlunar abort trajectories constitute a vital contingency return strategy during the translunar phase of crewed lunar missions.This paper proposes a methodology for constructing the solution set of the circumlunar abort trajectory and leverages its advantageous properties to address the optimization design problem of abort trajectories.Initially,a solution set of all feasible abort trajectories,originating from an abort point on the nominal trajectory and complying with fundamental reentry constraints,is formulated through the introduction of two novel design parameters.Subsequently,the geometric characteristics of the solution set,as well as the distributional properties of key iterative constraint responses,including flight time and velocity increment,are analyzed.Finally,the characteristics exhibited in the solution set are employed to directly identify the design parameters of the abort trajectories with minimum flight time and velocity increment,thereby providing solutions to two distinct types of optimization problems.The simulation results for a variety of nominal trajectories,encompassing the reconstruction and redesign of the Apollo13 abort trajectory,validate the proposed method,demonstrating its ability to directly generate optimal abort trajectories.The method proposed in this paper investigates feasible abort trajectories from a global perspective,providing both a framework and convenience for mission planning and iterative optimization in abort trajectory design.

文摘With the continuous advancement of unmanned technology in various application domains,the development and deployment of blind-spot-free panoramic video systems have gained increasing importance.Such systems are particularly critical in battlefield environments,where advanced panoramic video processing and wireless communication technologies are essential to enable remote control and autonomous operation of unmanned ground vehicles(UGVs).However,conventional video surveillance systems suffer from several limitations,including limited field of view,high processing latency,low reliability,excessive resource consumption,and significant transmission delays.These shortcomings impede the widespread adoption of UGVs in battlefield settings.To overcome these challenges,this paper proposes a novel multi-channel video capture and stitching system designed for real-time video processing.The system integrates the Speeded-Up Robust Features(SURF)algorithm and the Fast Library for Approximate Nearest Neighbors(FLANN)algorithm to execute essential operations such as feature detection,descriptor computation,image matching,homography estimation,and seamless image fusion.The fused panoramic video is then encoded and assembled to produce a seamless output devoid of stitching artifacts and shadows.Furthermore,H.264 video compression is employed to reduce the data size of the video stream without sacrificing visual quality.Using the Real-Time Streaming Protocol(RTSP),the compressed stream is transmitted efficiently,supporting real-time remote monitoring and control of UGVs in dynamic battlefield environments.Experimental results indicate that the proposed system achieves high stability,flexibility,and low latency.With a wireless link latency of 30 ms,the end-to-end video transmission latency remains around 140 ms,enabling smooth video communication.The system can tolerate packet loss rates(PLR)of up to 20%while maintaining usable video quality(with latency around 200 ms).These properties make it well-suited for mobile communication scenarios demanding high real-time video performance.

文摘In this work,we demonstrated the InSnO(ITO)TFTs passivated with SiO_(2)via the PECVD process compatible with large-area production for the first time.The passivated ITO TFTs with various channel thicknesses(t_(ch)=4,5,6 nm)exhibit excellent electrical performance and superior uniformity.The reliability properties of ITO TFTs were evaluated in detail under positive bias stress(PBS)conditions before and after passivation.Compared to the devices without passivation,the passivated devices have only 50%threshold voltage degradation(ΔV_(th))and 50%newly generated traps due to excellent isolation of the ambient atmosphere.The negligible performance degradation of ITO TFTs with passivation during negative bias stress(NBS)and negative bias temperature stress(NBTS)verifies the outstanding immunity to the water vapor of the SiO_(2)passivation layer.Overall,the ITO TFT with the t_(ch)of 6 nm and with SiO_(2)passivation exhibits the best performance in terms of electrical properties,uniformity,and reliability,which is promising in large-area production.
