The 7 ka old Qixiangzhan lava flow(QXZ,Tianchi volcano)represents the last eruptive event before the 946 CE,caldera-forming‘Millennium’eruption(ME).Petrographic,whole rock,mineral composition,Sr-Nd isotopic data on ...The 7 ka old Qixiangzhan lava flow(QXZ,Tianchi volcano)represents the last eruptive event before the 946 CE,caldera-forming‘Millennium’eruption(ME).Petrographic,whole rock,mineral composition,Sr-Nd isotopic data on QXZ show that:(a)the lava consists of two components,constituted by comenditic obsidian fragments immersed in a continuous,aphanitic component;(b)both components have the same geochemical and isotopic variations of the ME magma.The QXZ and ME comendites result from fractional crystallization and crustal assimilation processes.The temperature of the QXZ magma was about 790℃ and the depth of the magma reservoir around 7 km,the same values as estimated for ME.QXZ had a viscosity of 10^(5.5)-10^(9) Pa s and a velocity of 3-10 km/yr.The emplacement time was 0.5-1.6yr and the flow rate 0.48-1.50 m^(3)/s.These values lie within the range estimated for other rhyolitic flows worldwide.The QXZ lava originated through a mixed explosive-effusive activity with the obsidian resulting from the ascent of undercooling,degassing and the fragmentation of magma along the conduit walls,whereas the aphanitic component testifies to the less undercooled and segregated flow at the center of the conduit.The QXZ lava demonstrates the extensive history of the ME magma chamber.展开更多
In addition to the organic matter type,abundance,thermal maturity,and shale reservoir space,the preservation conditions of source rocks play a key factor in affecting the quantity and quality of retained hydrocarbons ...In addition to the organic matter type,abundance,thermal maturity,and shale reservoir space,the preservation conditions of source rocks play a key factor in affecting the quantity and quality of retained hydrocarbons in source rocks of lacustrine shale,yet this aspect has received little attention.This paper,based on the case analysis,explores how preservation conditions influence the enrichment of mobile hydrocarbons in shale oil.Research showns that good preservation conditions play three key roles.(1)Ensure the retention of sufficient light hydrocarbons(C_(1)–C_(13)),medium hydrocarbons(C_(14)–C_(25))and small molecular aromatics(including 1–2 benzene rings)in the formation,which enhances the fluidity and flow of shale oil;(2)Maintain a high energy field(abnormally high pressure),thus facilitating the maximum outflow of shale oil;(3)Ensure that the retained hydrocarbons have the miscible flow condition of multi-component hydrocarbons(light hydrocarbons,medium hydrocarbons,heavy hydrocarbons,and heteroatomic compounds),so that the heavy hydrocarbons(C_(25+))and heavy components(non-hydrocarbons and asphaltenes)have improved fluidity and maximum flow capacity.In conclusion,in addition to the advantages of organic matter type,abundance,thermal maturity,and reservoir space,good preservation conditions of shale layers are essential for the formation of economically viable shale oil reservoirs,which should be incorporated into the evaluation criteria of shale oil-rich areas/segments and considered a necessary factor when selecting favorable exploration targets.展开更多

Digital rock analysis(DRA)is fundamental for geo-energy research,enabling the characterisation of microstructures for applications like hydrocarbon recovery,carbon storage,and groundwater modelling.Although 2D CT imag...Digital rock analysis(DRA)is fundamental for geo-energy research,enabling the characterisation of microstructures for applications like hydrocarbon recovery,carbon storage,and groundwater modelling.Although 2D CT images provide valuable pore-scale data,the scarcity of real-world datasets limits the effectiveness of advanced analysis.Generative AI presents a promising approach for synthesizing high-quality rock images but faces key challenges,including high computational demands,insufficient evaluation metrics,and the trade-off between image fidelity and diversity.To address these limitations,this study proposes the use of Low-Rank Adaptation(LoRA)for fine-tuning stable diffusion models,significantly reducing computational requirements while maintaining image quality.A systematic investigation was conducted to evaluate the influence of LoRA training parameters,including rank and learning rate,on the quality of generated images.Image outputs were assessed using both standard generative metrics,such as Kernel Inception Distance(KID),and domain-specific metrics,including porosity,pore count,and pore area distributions.The optimised LoRA-enhanced diffusion model achieved a 92.6% reduction in KID relative to baseline models,while also improving inference speed.Building on these advancements,this study demonstrates that the LoRA-enhanced diffusion model significantly improves neural network extrapolation in incomplete data scenarios through statistically consistent synthetic generation.Despite control challenges,this approach reduces costs and enables diverse applications,bridging fundamental rock physics with practical energy research.展开更多

As the mining industry continues to expand and international oil prices increase,more rigorous demands are being placed on the design of mining equipment.Given this,there is an urgent need to develop new power-driven ...As the mining industry continues to expand and international oil prices increase,more rigorous demands are being placed on the design of mining equipment.Given this,there is an urgent need to develop new power-driven mining equipment to solve the problems of high energy consumption and insufficient power coupling of current equipment.This study proposed a design of a hybrid power system for underground Load Haul Dump(LHD).The proposed design integrated Quality Function Deployment(QFD)and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ).It identified 7 user requirements and 10 related technical features,formulated 11 innovative design solutions,and ultimately adopting an electric drive hybrid power scheme.This scheme effectively addressesd power transmission coupling problems and improve the efficiency of loaders.A 6 m³hybrid power loader prototype has been developed,which reduces operational energy consumption and advances the electrification and green,low-carbon evolution of mining equipment.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To illustrate the effect of add-on therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on the long-term survival of anemic lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes(LR-MDS)patients.METHODS:In this study,we conducted a re...OBJECTIVE:To illustrate the effect of add-on therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on the long-term survival of anemic lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes(LR-MDS)patients.METHODS:In this study,we conducted a retrospective analysis of the data of patients with LR-MDS who were identified from Shuguang Hospital between January 2006 and June 2020.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate overall survival(OS),while the Cox model was employed to analyze prognostic factors of long-term survival.A total of 162 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups:the TCM group(n=78)or the non-TCM group(n=84).RESULTS:There were no significant differences in baseline characteristics.The cumulative survival rate of the TCM group was significantly higher than that of the non-TCM group[log-rank P=0.029,hazard ratio(HR)=0.484,95%confidence interval(CI)(0.249,0.942),P<0.05].Patients with longer TCM treatment appeared to have better OS(≥12 months vs<12 months);[HR,0.16695%CI(0.055,0.508),P<0.001].According to the Cox model analysis,the combination of TCM and conventional Western Medicine may be a protective factor affecting the long-term survival of LR-MDS patients[HR=0.509,95%CI,(0.261,0.993),P=0.048].The hematologic improvement erythroid response(HI-E)rate of the TCM group was significantly higher than that of the non-TCM group(69.23%vs 52.38%;P=0.028).However,the duration of HI-E and cases of disease progression after HI-E did not significantly differ from the non-TCM group(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The integration of TCM and Western Medicine has the potential to extend the OS of LR-MDS patients when compared to the use of Western Medicine alone.展开更多
Capsaicin-containing polymer materials with functional structure were successfully prepared by simple free radical poly-merization of capsaicin functional monomers(Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP))with 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone.Compar...Capsaicin-containing polymer materials with functional structure were successfully prepared by simple free radical poly-merization of capsaicin functional monomers(Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP))with 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone.Compared with pure capsaicin polymer,the adsorption content of the obtained Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP)increased by more than 3 times,which has huge potential research value.The composition and morphology of Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP)before and after adsorption were analyzed using XRD,FT-IR,XPS,SEM and TEM.The mechanism of the adsorption process was summarized,through the study of the optimal molar ratio of reactants,acid-base environment,adsorption model fitting,characterization data results,and pollutant competition experiments.The following conclusions can be drawn:1)The pseudo-second-order kinetic model better matches the adsorption kinetics of partial Cr(VI).2)Part of the restored Cr(III)is trapped by specific groups on Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP)and part of the Cr(III)is released back into solution.3)The adsorption mechanism includes ion exchange,coordination and chemical bonding.4)The highest adsorp-tion capacity of the polymeric material was up to 370.59 mg/g when the molar ratio of reactants was AMTHBA:NVP=2:8.This work not only provides ideas for the synthesis of capsaicin structural and functional polymers,but also provides inspiration for wastewater treatment measures.展开更多
Cenozoic trachytes are characteristic of some active volcanic fields in China.In particular,the origin and mechanisms of the evolution of trachytes from the Tianchi(Changbaishan)volcano(TV,China/North Korea)are poorly...Cenozoic trachytes are characteristic of some active volcanic fields in China.In particular,the origin and mechanisms of the evolution of trachytes from the Tianchi(Changbaishan)volcano(TV,China/North Korea)are poorly known.Here,we present new geochronological,geochemical and isotopic data on two trachytic suites outcropping on the northern and southern upper slopes of TV.Detailed zircon laser ablation-multicollector-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(LA-MC-ICP-MS)U-Pb dating,Rb-Sr isochron dating of plagioclase and hornblende,^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar chronology with mineral chemistry,whole-rock element and Sr-Nd-Pb isotope data are used to explore their origins and evolutionary mechanisms during the late Middle Pleistocene.Our data indicate that the trachytes mainly consist of sanidine,orthoclase and plagioclase,with minor albite,quartz and hornblende.They formed at 0.353-0.346 Ma(lava flow from the northern slope)and 0.383-0.311 Ma(lava flow from the southern slope),respectively.The TV trachytes are characterized by high K_(2)O/Na_(2)O and AR values,with low A/CNK and Mg~#values.They are enriched in rare earth elements(REEs;except Eu),depleted in Sr and Ba,crystallizing at 742-858℃.The TV trachytes have high(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)_i values(0.70776-0.71195),positiveε_(Nd)(t)values(0.61-2.93)and radiogenic^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb values(17.515-17.806).These values are similar to those of the Pleistocene and Holocene TV trachytes.Geochemical data indicate that they were formed by fractional crystallization from a basaltic melt and assimilated upper crust material.The trace element pattern of the studied trachytes is consistent with an evolution from basaltic melts representative of an enriched mantle source.The vent from which the trachytic magma was erupted probably collapsed inside the caldera during the TV'Millennium'eruption(ME)in 946 AD.The contemporaneous emission of basaltic and trachytic magma during the Middle-Late Pleistocene suggests the coexistence of fissural basaltic volcanism and central-type trachytic volcanism,the latter of which was associated with a magma chamber in the upper crust during the TV cone-construction stage.展开更多

The saponin ginsenoside Rk1 is a major compound isolated from ginseng.Ginsenoside Rk1 has been reported to have anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor properties and to be involved in the regulation of metabolism.However,th...The saponin ginsenoside Rk1 is a major compound isolated from ginseng.Ginsenoside Rk1 has been reported to have anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor properties and to be involved in the regulation of metabolism.However,the effect and mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of ginsenoside Rk1 has not been fully clarified.We investigated whether ginsenoside Rk1 could suppress the inflammatory response in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages and to explore its mechanism of the action.RAW264.7 cells were treated with LPS(1 μg×mL^(–1))in the absence or the presence of Ginsenoside Rk1(10,20,and 40 μmol×L^(–1)).Then the inflammatory factors were tested with Griess reagents,ELISA,and RT-PCR.The proteins were analyzed by Western blotting.Ginsenoside Rk1 inhibited lipopolysaccharide-induced expression of nitric oxide(NO),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,and monocyte chemotactic protein(MCP)-1.Ginsenoside Rk1 inhibited the lipopolysaccharide-stimulated phosphorylation of NF-κB and janus kinase(Jak)2 and signal transducer and activator of transcription(Stat)3 at Ser727 and Tyr705.These data suggested that ginsenoside Rk1 could inhibit expression of inflammatory mediators and suppress inflammation further by blocking activation of NF-κB and the Jak2/Stat3 pathway in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.展开更多

Asia has the highest incidence of infection from Aeromonas,whereas cases in the west are rare.CASE SUMMARY We report the case of a 64-year-old woman with advanced pancreatic cancer and jaundice who manifested fever,abdominal pain,severe thrombocytopenia,anemia and kidney failure following the insertion of a percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage. Blood culture results revealed the presence of Aeromonas veronii biovar veronii(A. veronii biovar veronii). After antibiotic therapy and transfusions,the life-threatening clinical conditions of the patient improved and she was discharged.CONCLUSION This was a rare case of infection,probably the first to be reported in West countries,caused by A. veronii biovar veronii following biliary drainage. A finding of Aeromonas must alert clinician to the possibility of severe sepsis.展开更多

To relieve the organ shortage, current transplant strategies have implemented extended criteria, which include the use of liver from patients with signs of past or present hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection. While the use of liver grafts from donors with evidence of past HBV infection is quite limited, some data have been collected regarding the feasibility of transplanting a liver graft from a hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) positive donor. The aim of the present work was to review the literature regarding liver transplants from HBs Ag-positive donors. A total of 17 studies were identified by a search in Medline. To date, HBs Ag positive grafts have preferentially been allocated to HBs Ag positive recipients. The large majority of these patients continue to be HBs Ag positive despite the use of immunoglobulin, and infection prevention can only be guaranteed by using antiviral prophylaxis. Although serological persistence is evident, no significant HBV-related disease has been observed, except in patients coinfected with delta virus. Consistently less data are available for HBs Ag negative recipients, although they are mostly promising. HBs Agpositive grafts could be an additional organ source for liver transplantation, provided that the risk of reinfection/reactivation is properly prevented.展开更多
The geological characteristics and production practices of the major middle-and high-maturity shale oil exploration areas in China are analyzed.Combined with laboratory results,it is clear that three essential conditi...The geological characteristics and production practices of the major middle-and high-maturity shale oil exploration areas in China are analyzed.Combined with laboratory results,it is clear that three essential conditions,i.e.economic initial production,commercial cumulative oil production of single well,and large-scale recoverable reserves confirmed by the testing production,determine whether the continental shale oil can be put into large-scale commercial development.The quantity and quality of movable hydrocarbons are confirmed to be crucial to economic development of shale oil,and focuses in evaluation of shale oil enrichment area/interval.The evaluation indexes of movable hydrocarbon enrichment include:(1)the material basis for forming retained hydrocarbon,including TOC>2%(preferentially 3%-4%),and typeⅠ-Ⅱkerogens;(2)the mobility of retained hydrocarbon,which is closely related to the hydrocarbon composition and flow behaviors of light/heavy components,and can be evaluated from the perspectives of thermal maturity(Ro),gas-oil ratio(GOR),crude oil density,quality of hydrocarbon components,preservation conditions;and(3)the reservoir characteristics associated with the engineering reconstruction,including the main pore throat distribution zone,reservoir physical properties(including fractures),lamellation feature and diagenetic stage,etc.Accordingly,13 evaluation indexes in three categories and their reference values are established.The evaluation indicates that the light shale oil zones in the Gulong Sag of Songliao Basin have the most favorable enrichment conditions of movable hydrocarbons,followed by light oil and black oil zones,containing 20.8×10^(8) t light oil resources in reservoirs with R_(0)>1.2%,pressure coefficient greater than 1.4,effective porosity greater than 6%,crude oil density less than 0.82 g/cm^(3),and GOR>100 m/m^(3).The shale oil in the Gulong Sag can be explored and developed separately by the categories(resource sweet spot,engineering sweet spot,and tight oil sweet spot)depending on shale oil flowability.The Gulong Sag is the most promising area to achieve large-scale breakthrough and production of continental shale oil in China.展开更多

文摘In addition to the organic matter type,abundance,thermal maturity,and shale reservoir space,the preservation conditions of source rocks play a key factor in affecting the quantity and quality of retained hydrocarbons in source rocks of lacustrine shale,yet this aspect has received little attention.This paper,based on the case analysis,explores how preservation conditions influence the enrichment of mobile hydrocarbons in shale oil.Research showns that good preservation conditions play three key roles.(1)Ensure the retention of sufficient light hydrocarbons(C_(1)–C_(13)),medium hydrocarbons(C_(14)–C_(25))and small molecular aromatics(including 1–2 benzene rings)in the formation,which enhances the fluidity and flow of shale oil;(2)Maintain a high energy field(abnormally high pressure),thus facilitating the maximum outflow of shale oil;(3)Ensure that the retained hydrocarbons have the miscible flow condition of multi-component hydrocarbons(light hydrocarbons,medium hydrocarbons,heavy hydrocarbons,and heteroatomic compounds),so that the heavy hydrocarbons(C_(25+))and heavy components(non-hydrocarbons and asphaltenes)have improved fluidity and maximum flow capacity.In conclusion,in addition to the advantages of organic matter type,abundance,thermal maturity,and reservoir space,good preservation conditions of shale layers are essential for the formation of economically viable shale oil reservoirs,which should be incorporated into the evaluation criteria of shale oil-rich areas/segments and considered a necessary factor when selecting favorable exploration targets.

文摘Digital rock analysis(DRA)is fundamental for geo-energy research,enabling the characterisation of microstructures for applications like hydrocarbon recovery,carbon storage,and groundwater modelling.Although 2D CT images provide valuable pore-scale data,the scarcity of real-world datasets limits the effectiveness of advanced analysis.Generative AI presents a promising approach for synthesizing high-quality rock images but faces key challenges,including high computational demands,insufficient evaluation metrics,and the trade-off between image fidelity and diversity.To address these limitations,this study proposes the use of Low-Rank Adaptation(LoRA)for fine-tuning stable diffusion models,significantly reducing computational requirements while maintaining image quality.A systematic investigation was conducted to evaluate the influence of LoRA training parameters,including rank and learning rate,on the quality of generated images.Image outputs were assessed using both standard generative metrics,such as Kernel Inception Distance(KID),and domain-specific metrics,including porosity,pore count,and pore area distributions.The optimised LoRA-enhanced diffusion model achieved a 92.6% reduction in KID relative to baseline models,while also improving inference speed.Building on these advancements,this study demonstrates that the LoRA-enhanced diffusion model significantly improves neural network extrapolation in incomplete data scenarios through statistically consistent synthetic generation.Despite control challenges,this approach reduces costs and enables diverse applications,bridging fundamental rock physics with practical energy research.

文摘Vision restoration presents a considerable challenge in the realm of regenerative medicine,while recent progress in ultrasound stimulation has displayed potential as a non-invasive therapeutic approach.This narrative review offers a comprehensive overview of current research on ultrasound-stimulated neuromodulation,emphasizing its potential as a treatment modality for various nerve injuries.By examining of the efficacy of different types of ultrasound stimulation in modulating peripheral and optic nerves,we can delve into their underlying molecular mechanisms.Furthermore,the review underscores the potential of sonogenetics in vision restoration,which involves leveraging pharmacological and genetic manipulations to inhibit or enhance the expression of related mechanosensitive channels,thereby modulating the strength of the ultrasound response.We also address how methods such as viral transcription can be utilized to render specific neurons or organs highly responsive to ultrasound,leading to significantly improved therapeutic outcomes.
文摘As the mining industry continues to expand and international oil prices increase,more rigorous demands are being placed on the design of mining equipment.Given this,there is an urgent need to develop new power-driven mining equipment to solve the problems of high energy consumption and insufficient power coupling of current equipment.This study proposed a design of a hybrid power system for underground Load Haul Dump(LHD).The proposed design integrated Quality Function Deployment(QFD)and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ).It identified 7 user requirements and 10 related technical features,formulated 11 innovative design solutions,and ultimately adopting an electric drive hybrid power scheme.This scheme effectively addressesd power transmission coupling problems and improve the efficiency of loaders.A 6 m³hybrid power loader prototype has been developed,which reduces operational energy consumption and advances the electrification and green,low-carbon evolution of mining equipment.

文摘OBJECTIVE:To illustrate the effect of add-on therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on the long-term survival of anemic lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes(LR-MDS)patients.METHODS:In this study,we conducted a retrospective analysis of the data of patients with LR-MDS who were identified from Shuguang Hospital between January 2006 and June 2020.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate overall survival(OS),while the Cox model was employed to analyze prognostic factors of long-term survival.A total of 162 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups:the TCM group(n=78)or the non-TCM group(n=84).RESULTS:There were no significant differences in baseline characteristics.The cumulative survival rate of the TCM group was significantly higher than that of the non-TCM group[log-rank P=0.029,hazard ratio(HR)=0.484,95%confidence interval(CI)(0.249,0.942),P<0.05].Patients with longer TCM treatment appeared to have better OS(≥12 months vs<12 months);[HR,0.16695%CI(0.055,0.508),P<0.001].According to the Cox model analysis,the combination of TCM and conventional Western Medicine may be a protective factor affecting the long-term survival of LR-MDS patients[HR=0.509,95%CI,(0.261,0.993),P=0.048].The hematologic improvement erythroid response(HI-E)rate of the TCM group was significantly higher than that of the non-TCM group(69.23%vs 52.38%;P=0.028).However,the duration of HI-E and cases of disease progression after HI-E did not significantly differ from the non-TCM group(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The integration of TCM and Western Medicine has the potential to extend the OS of LR-MDS patients when compared to the use of Western Medicine alone.

文摘Capsaicin-containing polymer materials with functional structure were successfully prepared by simple free radical poly-merization of capsaicin functional monomers(Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP))with 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone.Compared with pure capsaicin polymer,the adsorption content of the obtained Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP)increased by more than 3 times,which has huge potential research value.The composition and morphology of Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP)before and after adsorption were analyzed using XRD,FT-IR,XPS,SEM and TEM.The mechanism of the adsorption process was summarized,through the study of the optimal molar ratio of reactants,acid-base environment,adsorption model fitting,characterization data results,and pollutant competition experiments.The following conclusions can be drawn:1)The pseudo-second-order kinetic model better matches the adsorption kinetics of partial Cr(VI).2)Part of the restored Cr(III)is trapped by specific groups on Poly(AMTHBA-co-NVP)and part of the Cr(III)is released back into solution.3)The adsorption mechanism includes ion exchange,coordination and chemical bonding.4)The highest adsorp-tion capacity of the polymeric material was up to 370.59 mg/g when the molar ratio of reactants was AMTHBA:NVP=2:8.This work not only provides ideas for the synthesis of capsaicin structural and functional polymers,but also provides inspiration for wastewater treatment measures.

文摘Cenozoic trachytes are characteristic of some active volcanic fields in China.In particular,the origin and mechanisms of the evolution of trachytes from the Tianchi(Changbaishan)volcano(TV,China/North Korea)are poorly known.Here,we present new geochronological,geochemical and isotopic data on two trachytic suites outcropping on the northern and southern upper slopes of TV.Detailed zircon laser ablation-multicollector-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(LA-MC-ICP-MS)U-Pb dating,Rb-Sr isochron dating of plagioclase and hornblende,^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar chronology with mineral chemistry,whole-rock element and Sr-Nd-Pb isotope data are used to explore their origins and evolutionary mechanisms during the late Middle Pleistocene.Our data indicate that the trachytes mainly consist of sanidine,orthoclase and plagioclase,with minor albite,quartz and hornblende.They formed at 0.353-0.346 Ma(lava flow from the northern slope)and 0.383-0.311 Ma(lava flow from the southern slope),respectively.The TV trachytes are characterized by high K_(2)O/Na_(2)O and AR values,with low A/CNK and Mg~#values.They are enriched in rare earth elements(REEs;except Eu),depleted in Sr and Ba,crystallizing at 742-858℃.The TV trachytes have high(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)_i values(0.70776-0.71195),positiveε_(Nd)(t)values(0.61-2.93)and radiogenic^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb values(17.515-17.806).These values are similar to those of the Pleistocene and Holocene TV trachytes.Geochemical data indicate that they were formed by fractional crystallization from a basaltic melt and assimilated upper crust material.The trace element pattern of the studied trachytes is consistent with an evolution from basaltic melts representative of an enriched mantle source.The vent from which the trachytic magma was erupted probably collapsed inside the caldera during the TV'Millennium'eruption(ME)in 946 AD.The contemporaneous emission of basaltic and trachytic magma during the Middle-Late Pleistocene suggests the coexistence of fissural basaltic volcanism and central-type trachytic volcanism,the latter of which was associated with a magma chamber in the upper crust during the TV cone-construction stage.

文摘Objectives:To propose a new idea of“lung ventilation and Qi regulation”for preventing and treating lung cancer,and to summarize the corresponding Tongfei Huajie prescription,as a systematic theoretical and practical innovation.Methods:Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer,the anatomy,physiology and pathology of the lung,and inspired by the ancient“Tuoyue”(bellows)theory,this study combined the clinical observation of ventilation issues in lung cancer patients.The Tongfei Huajie prescription was formulated following the classic principle of monarch(Jun),minister(Chen),assistant(Zuo),and guide(Shi),and was interpreted with modern pharmacological research.Results:A novel therapeutic concept of“lung ventilation and Qi regulation”was proposed.The corresponding Tongfei Huajie prescription was developed,which has the effects of ventilating the lung,expelling phlegm dampness,tonifying Qi,tonifying the kidney and spleen for lung health,soothing the liver and descending lung Qi,and clearing the heart and moistening the lung.Clinical application has achieved obvious curative effect.Conclusions:This work presents a systematic summary of the innovation in“theory,method,formula and herb”for lung cancer treatment,demonstrating the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in this field.
文摘Optic neuritis(ON)is a focal inflammatory demyelinating disorder of the optic nerve.Although classically regarded as a sentinel event for multiple sclerosis(MS),ON also occurs in antibody-mediated entities such as aquaporin-4-IgGpositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(AQP4-NMOSD)and myelinoligodendrocyte-glycoprotein-antibody disease.In all these settings biological sex is a pivotal determinant of susceptibility,clinical expression,treatment response and long-term outcome.Data synthesized from an extensive literature analysis utilizing PubMed,Scopus,and Web of Science in this review shows that women experience ON far more frequently–with female-to-male ratios ranging from 3:1 in MS to almost 9:1 in AQP4-NMOSD–yet men,when affected,tend to accumulate irreversible neuro-axonal loss more rapidly.Sex-specific patterns arise at every biological stratum:X-linked gene dosage,epigenetic regulation,hormonal cycles from puberty through menopause,metabolic co-modifiers such as obesity and vitamin-D status,and psychosocial forces that influence healthcare utilization.By weaving these elements into an expanded narrative,the present review provides a detailed resource for clinicians and investigators aiming at gender-tailored management of ON.

文摘The saponin ginsenoside Rk1 is a major compound isolated from ginseng.Ginsenoside Rk1 has been reported to have anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor properties and to be involved in the regulation of metabolism.However,the effect and mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of ginsenoside Rk1 has not been fully clarified.We investigated whether ginsenoside Rk1 could suppress the inflammatory response in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages and to explore its mechanism of the action.RAW264.7 cells were treated with LPS(1 μg×mL^(–1))in the absence or the presence of Ginsenoside Rk1(10,20,and 40 μmol×L^(–1)).Then the inflammatory factors were tested with Griess reagents,ELISA,and RT-PCR.The proteins were analyzed by Western blotting.Ginsenoside Rk1 inhibited lipopolysaccharide-induced expression of nitric oxide(NO),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,and monocyte chemotactic protein(MCP)-1.Ginsenoside Rk1 inhibited the lipopolysaccharide-stimulated phosphorylation of NF-κB and janus kinase(Jak)2 and signal transducer and activator of transcription(Stat)3 at Ser727 and Tyr705.These data suggested that ginsenoside Rk1 could inhibit expression of inflammatory mediators and suppress inflammation further by blocking activation of NF-κB and the Jak2/Stat3 pathway in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.
文摘BACKGROUND Aeromonas species are uncommon pathogens in biliary sepsis and cause substantial mortality in patients with impaired hepatobiliary function. Asia has the highest incidence of infection from Aeromonas,whereas cases in the west are rare.CASE SUMMARY We report the case of a 64-year-old woman with advanced pancreatic cancer and jaundice who manifested fever,abdominal pain,severe thrombocytopenia,anemia and kidney failure following the insertion of a percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage. Blood culture results revealed the presence of Aeromonas veronii biovar veronii(A. veronii biovar veronii). After antibiotic therapy and transfusions,the life-threatening clinical conditions of the patient improved and she was discharged.CONCLUSION This was a rare case of infection,probably the first to be reported in West countries,caused by A. veronii biovar veronii following biliary drainage. A finding of Aeromonas must alert clinician to the possibility of severe sepsis.
文摘The scarcity of available organs and the gap between supply and demand continue to be the main limitations of liver transplantation. To relieve the organ shortage, current transplant strategies have implemented extended criteria, which include the use of liver from patients with signs of past or present hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection. While the use of liver grafts from donors with evidence of past HBV infection is quite limited, some data have been collected regarding the feasibility of transplanting a liver graft from a hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) positive donor. The aim of the present work was to review the literature regarding liver transplants from HBs Ag-positive donors. A total of 17 studies were identified by a search in Medline. To date, HBs Ag positive grafts have preferentially been allocated to HBs Ag positive recipients. The large majority of these patients continue to be HBs Ag positive despite the use of immunoglobulin, and infection prevention can only be guaranteed by using antiviral prophylaxis. Although serological persistence is evident, no significant HBV-related disease has been observed, except in patients coinfected with delta virus. Consistently less data are available for HBs Ag negative recipients, although they are mostly promising. HBs Agpositive grafts could be an additional organ source for liver transplantation, provided that the risk of reinfection/reactivation is properly prevented.

文摘The geological characteristics and production practices of the major middle-and high-maturity shale oil exploration areas in China are analyzed.Combined with laboratory results,it is clear that three essential conditions,i.e.economic initial production,commercial cumulative oil production of single well,and large-scale recoverable reserves confirmed by the testing production,determine whether the continental shale oil can be put into large-scale commercial development.The quantity and quality of movable hydrocarbons are confirmed to be crucial to economic development of shale oil,and focuses in evaluation of shale oil enrichment area/interval.The evaluation indexes of movable hydrocarbon enrichment include:(1)the material basis for forming retained hydrocarbon,including TOC>2%(preferentially 3%-4%),and typeⅠ-Ⅱkerogens;(2)the mobility of retained hydrocarbon,which is closely related to the hydrocarbon composition and flow behaviors of light/heavy components,and can be evaluated from the perspectives of thermal maturity(Ro),gas-oil ratio(GOR),crude oil density,quality of hydrocarbon components,preservation conditions;and(3)the reservoir characteristics associated with the engineering reconstruction,including the main pore throat distribution zone,reservoir physical properties(including fractures),lamellation feature and diagenetic stage,etc.Accordingly,13 evaluation indexes in three categories and their reference values are established.The evaluation indicates that the light shale oil zones in the Gulong Sag of Songliao Basin have the most favorable enrichment conditions of movable hydrocarbons,followed by light oil and black oil zones,containing 20.8×10^(8) t light oil resources in reservoirs with R_(0)>1.2%,pressure coefficient greater than 1.4,effective porosity greater than 6%,crude oil density less than 0.82 g/cm^(3),and GOR>100 m/m^(3).The shale oil in the Gulong Sag can be explored and developed separately by the categories(resource sweet spot,engineering sweet spot,and tight oil sweet spot)depending on shale oil flowability.The Gulong Sag is the most promising area to achieve large-scale breakthrough and production of continental shale oil in China.
