According to the characteristic of cruise missiles,navigation point setting is simplified,and the principle of route planning for saturation attack and a concept of reference route are put forward.With the help of the shortest-tangent idea in route-planning and the algorithm of back reasoning from targets,a reference route algorithm is built on the shortest range and threat avoidance.Then a route-flight-time algorithm is built on navigation points.Based on the conditions of multi-direction saturation attack,a route planning algorithm of multi-direction saturation attack is built on reference route,route-flight-time,and impact azimuth.Simulation results show that the algorithm can realize missiles fired in a salvo launch reaching the target simultaneously from different directions while avoiding threat. 展开更多

Don, belonging to the Ericaceae family, is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant with a wide spectrum of pharmacological effects. This paper aimed to review the phytochemistry, pharmacology and toxicology of R. molle, and to discuss the tendency of future investigations on this plant. A systematic review of literature about R. molle was carried out using resources including classic books about Chinese herbal medicine, and scientific data bases including CNKI, Pubmed, Sci Finder, Scopus, and Web of Science. Over 67 compounds, including diterpenes, triterpenes, flavonoids, and lignans, had been extracted and identified from R. molle. The extracts/monomers isolated from the root, flower and fruits of this plant were used as effective agents for treating pains, inflammatory diseases, hypertension, and pest, etc. In addition, diterpenes, such as rhodojaponin III, were considered as the toxic agents associated with the toxicities of this plant. These findings will be significant for the discovery of new drugs from this plant and full utilization of R. molle. 展开更多

Accelerated degradation test is a useful approach to predict the product lifetime at the normal use stress level, especially for highly reliable products. Two kinds of the lifetime prediction based on Gamma processes were studied. One was to predict the lifetime of the population from accelerated degradation data, and the other was to predict the lifetime of an individual by taking the accelerated degradation data as prior information. For an extensive application, the Gamma process with a time transformation and random effects was considered. A novel contribution is that a deducing method for determining the relationships between the shape and scale parameters of Gamma processes and accelerated stresses was presented. When predicting the lifetime of an individual, Bayesian inference methods were adopted to improve the prediction accuracy, in which the conjugate prior distribution and the non-conjugate prior distribution of random parameters were studied. The conjugate prior distribution only considers the random effect of the scale parameter while the non-conjugate prior distribution considers the random effects of both the scale and shape parameter. The application and usefulness of the proposed method was demonstrated by the accelerated degradation data of carbon-film resistors. 展开更多

A novel variable step-size modified super-exponential iteration(MSEI)decision feedback blind equalization(DFE)algorithm with second-order digital phase-locked loop is put forward to improve the convergence performance of super-exponential iteration DFE algorithm.Based on the MSEI-DFE algorithm,it is first proposed to develop an error function as an improvement to the error function of MSEI,which effectively achieves faster convergence speed of the algorithm.Subsequently,a hyperbolic tangent function variable step-size algorithm is developed considering the high variation rate of the hyperbolic tangent function around zero,so as to further improve the convergence speed of the algorithm.In the end,a second-order digital phase-locked loop is introduced into the decision feedback equalizer to track and compensate for the phase rotation of equalizer input signals.For the multipath underwater acoustic channel with mixed phase and phase rotation,quadrature phase shift keying(QPSK)and 16 quadrature amplitude modulation(16QAM)modulated signals are used in the computer simulation of the algorithm in terms of convergence and carrier recovery performance.The results show that the proposed algorithm can considerably improve convergence speed and steady-state error,make effective compensation for phase rotation,and efficiently facilitate carrier recovery. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of potential information noise introduced during the generation of ghost feature maps in GhostNet,this paper proposes a novel lightweight neural network model called ResghostNet.This model constructs the Resghost Module by combining residual connections and Adaptive-SE Blocks,which enhances the quality of generated feature maps through direct propagation of original input information and selection of important channels before cheap operations.Specifically,ResghostNet introduces residual connections on the basis of the Ghost Module to optimize the information flow,and designs a weight self-attention mechanism combined with SE blocks to enhance feature expression capabilities in cheap operations.Experimental results on the ImageNet dataset show that,compared to GhostNet,ResghostNet achieves higher accuracy while reducing the number of parameters by 52%.Although the computational complexity increases,by optimizing the usage strategy of GPU cachememory,themodel’s inference speed becomes faster.The ResghostNet is optimized in terms of classification accuracy and the number of model parameters,and shows great potential in edge computing devices. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effects of Shengmai Injection(生脉注射液, SMI) on the proliferation, apoptosis and N-myc downstream-regulated gene 2(NDRG2, a tumour suppressor gene) expression in varying densities of human hepatic stellate cells LX-2. Methods: LX-2 cells were cultured in vitro. Then, cells were plated in 96-well plates at an approximate density of 2.5×10~4 cells/mL and cultured for 48, 72, 96 or 120 h followed by the application of different concentrations of SMI(0.6, 1.2, 2.4, 4.8 or 6 μL/mL). Cell proliferation was measured after an additional 24 or 48 h using the 3(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay. The effects of SMI on different cell growth states(cultured for 48, 72, 96, or 120 h) were observed by light microscopy at 24 h after treatment. When the cells reached 80% confluence, apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry after 24 h. Lastly, LX-2 cells were treated with different concentrations of SMI and extracted with protein lysis buffer. The levels of NDRG2 were measured by Western blot. Results: When the LX-2 cells grew for 48, 72, 96 and 120 h, 4.8 and 6 μL/m L of SMI significantly inhibited cell proliferation at 24 and 48 h after treatment(P<0.05). And 2.4 μL/mL of SMI also inhibited cell proliferation at 24 h after treatment when cell growth for 48 h(P<0.05) and at 48 h after treatment when cell growth for 72, 96 and 120 h(P<0.05). The NDRG2 expression level in the LX-2 cell was significantly increased when treated with SMI at concentrations of 1.2, 2.4, 4.8 or 6 μL/mL(P<0.05). Conclusions: The inhibitory effects of SMI on the proliferation of LX-2 cells were related to not only concentration dependent but also cell density. In addition, SMI(2.4, 4.8 and 6 μL/mL) could accelerate apoptosis in LX-2 cells, and the mechanism might be associated with NDRG2 over-expression. 展开更多

apoptosis plays regulatory roles in the pathogenesis of immunosuppression and organ failure.We previously reported that adenosine deaminases acting on RNA-1(ADAR1)reduced intestinal and splenic inflammatory damage dur... apoptosis plays regulatory roles in the pathogenesis of immunosuppression and organ failure.We previously reported that adenosine deaminases acting on RNA-1(ADAR1)reduced intestinal and splenic inflammatory damage during sepsis.However,the roles and mechanism of ADAR1 in sepsis-induced liver injury remain unclear.Methods:We performed transcriptome and single-cell RNA sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)from patients with sepsis to investigate the effects of ADAR1 on immune cell activities.We also employed a cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)sepsis mouse model to evaluate the roles of ADAR1 in sepsisinduced liver injury.Finally,we treated murine RAW 264.7 macrophages with lipopolysaccharide to explore the underlying ADAR1-mediated mechanisms in sepsis.Results:PBMCs from patients with sepsis had obvious apoptotic morphological features.Single-cell RNA sequencing indicated that apoptosis-related pathways were enriched in monocytes,with significantly elevated ADAR1 and BCL2A1 expression in severe sepsis.CLP-induced septic mice had aggravated liver injury and Kupffer cell apoptosis that were largely alleviated by ADAR1 overexpression.ADAR1 directly bound to premiR-122 to modulate miR-122 biosynthesis.miR-122 was an upstream regulator of BCL2A1.Furthermore,ADAR1 also reduced macrophage apoptosis in mice with CLP-induced sepsis through the miR-122/BCL2A1 signaling pathway and protected against sepsis-induced liver injury.Conclusions:The findings show that ADAR1 alleviates macrophage apoptosis and sepsis-induced liver damage through the miR-122/BCL2A1 signaling pathway.The study provides novel insights into the development of therapeutic interventions in sepsis. 展开更多

Conversion of waste biomass to valuable carbonaceous material is a sustainable and environmental benign method for energy and reduction of greenhouse gas emission. Herein, a two-step hydrothermal method was developed to fabricate high performance electrode material from pomelo peels. In the first step, the pomelo peels were transformed to carbonaceous aerogel (CA), which constructed of three- dimensional, sponge-like brown monolith with hierarchical pores, low-density (0.032 g]cm3) and excel- lent mechanical flexibility. Then, the cobalt nickel aluminum layered double hydroxide (CoNiAI-LDH) was in situ loaded on the surface of CA to form exquisite core-shell structure (CoNiAI-LDH@CA) through the second hydrothermal step. When used as an electrode material for supercapacitor, CoNiA1-LDHOCA exhibited high specific capacitances of 1,134F/g at 1A/g and 902Fig at 10A/g, respectively. Furthermore, they displayed an excellent cycling stability without an obvious capacitance decrease after 4,000 cycles. 展开更多
