A sample of 400college students took part in this research. They were assigned to the experiment group (n = 200) and the control group (n = 200)according to Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores. Unlike the control group, the experiment group received a standard artmaking program under the supervision of trained instructors for a period of twelve sessions two times weekly which wascontinued for six weeks. Self-Rating Anxiety Seale (SAS) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to assess anxietysymptoms level. Significant decreases in anxiety symptoms (p < 0.05) were found in the experiment group compared with thecontrol group. Using the art-making program to relieve anxiety, the shortest intervention period is three weeks. Art-makingcan effectively alleviate college students’ anxiety, and also can effectively improve the physical health, mental health, and socialhealth levels of college students.展开更多

Methods: The survey included 1 987 Chinese university students who completed questionnaires on PTS symptoms in February 2020, with three follow-up surveys at two-month intervals until August 2020. We assessed CR and ES at February 2020 and PTG at August 2020. Growth mixture modeling was used to classify the PTS symptom trajectories. Multinomial logistic regression was used to recognize the predictors of class membership. The relationships among PTS symptoms, CR, ES, and PTG were examined using multi-group path analysis. Results: Sex, SARS-Co V-2 infection of a family member or friend, number of siblings, CR, and ES were significantly associated with PTS symptoms. Three latent classes were identified: ‘Increasing PTS’(n=205, 10.0%) who had rapid deterioration of PTS symptoms, ‘Moderate PTS’(n=149, 8.0%) who had a high level of PTS symptoms at the beginning and slightly increasing, and ‘Persistent Minimal PTS’(n=1 633, 82.0%), who had slow resolution of PTS symptoms over time. Male, SARS-Co V-2 infection of a family member or friend, and having a lower CR and a higher ES, were more likely to have ‘Increasing PTS’. PTS at February 2020 predicted PTG only in ‘Increasing PTS’ class, and both CR and ES had moderating effects on the conversion between them. Conclusions: Most students recovered from posttraumatic stress of COVID-19 pandemic, but a small proportion expeienced increasing PTS symptoms, and those with this condition may benefit from emotional regulation intervention.展开更多

Simultaneously, university students are also required to constantly update their skills. All of the above will be the challenge of university students’ employment prospects. However, artificial intelligence will also bring new opportunities, which will stimulate the innovation ability of university students and bring new directions for employment. In order to better cope with the possible impact of artificial intelligence, universities should incorporate employment guidance services into the “three-wide education” system. To achieve this, universities need to take the following measures: developing the dynamic monitoring system of university employment based on big data, constructing the employment guidance curriculum system of university students throughout the whole process, updating the mode of diversified employment guidance service as well as establishing a team of employment guidance teachers keeping pace with the times. These measures aim to better adapt to the job market demands in the context of artificial intelligence, guide students to actively respond to the possible impact of artificial intelligence technology, cultivate their core competencies and qualities that are less likely to be replaced by artificial intelligence, and promote the high-quality employment of university students.展开更多

However, some studies have shown that an appropriate period of eccentric exercise training resulted in EIMD while promoted heart muscle fiber hypertrophy and corresponding muscle growth faster than exercise training, and there are the typical " repetitive training effect" , ie after a period of the EIMD recovery, the muscle' s injury or delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) caused by the same movement is significantly reduced. So its deep study could help to guide the athlete to avoid or mitigate the negative effects which brought by EIMD, while could help to further clarify the process of the body to adapt to exercise training or mechanism.展开更多

文摘Amidst the unique challenges faced by rural educators is their sense of decent work influenced by levels of social support, career self-efficacy,and marginalization. To investigate these relationships,we surveyed 435 rural school teachers(females=69.32%,mean years teaching experience=13.6,SD=7.7 years). The Structural Equation Modeling results indicated that social support positively predicts teachers’perceptions of decent work.Career self-efficacy mediated the relationship between social support and a higher sense of decent work, while marginalization mediated the relationship such that lower social support predicted lower perceptions of decent work.Career self-efficacy and marginalization also had a sequential mediation relationship:higher social support enhanced career self-efficacy,which in turn reduced marginalization experiences, ultimately improving teachers’perceptions of decent work. These findings align with the predictions of Social Cognitive Career Theory and the Psychology of Working Theory, demonstrating that environmental supports enhance personal psychological resources, reduce marginalization risks, and promote positive work-related outcomes. The study findings highlight the necessity for education departments to improve rural teachers’perceptions of decent work by providing social support to foster positive work experiences for teachers at high risk for marginalization and diminished career self-efficacy.

文摘Objective:The objective is to explore the protective mechanisms of the Fuzheng Buxue recipe(FBR)against chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression(CIM),focusing on its potential to activate the Notch signaling pathway.Materials and Methods:A rat model of myelosuppression was induced using 5-fluorouracil(5-FU).The rats were divided into five groups:control,CIM,batyl alcohol,low-dose FBR,and high-dose FBR(HD-FBR).After a 14-day treatment period, white blood cell(WBC)count, red blood cell count, platelet count, and hemoglobin levels in all rats were evaluated.Histopathological assessments of the thymus, spleen, and bone marrow were conducted using hematoxylin and eosin staining. In addition, expression levels of Notch1,Notch2,Jagged1,and DLL1 proteins in bone marrow tissues were measured at the protein and mRNA levels using western blotting and reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results:The CIM group exhibited significantly lower blood cell counts compared to the control group(P<0.05).The HD-FBR group showed notably normalized WBC counts, similar to the results observed in the batyl alcohol group.HD-FBR treatment also enhanced spleen mass, index, and nodule counts, approaching the levels observed in the control group(P>0.05).5-FU induced damage to immune organs and the bone marrow of rats, but HD-FBR significantly mitigated these pathological alterations. While 5-FU diminished the expression of Notch1,Notch2,Jagged1,and DLL1 proteins and mRNA(P<0.05),HD-FBR counteracted this reduction, leading to significant upregulation(P<0.05).Conclusions:FBR mitigates CIM by activating the Notch signaling pathway, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic strategy.
