According to the slope distribution of wavy surface of water, the distribution field of underwater laser is simulated, and some conclusions about the distribution field of laser through wavy surface in two different conditions are obtained. The characteristics of the distribution of laser in the seawater at the same depth with different water qualities and in the seawater at different depths with the same water quality are computed. The results are significant to the design of airborne oceanic lidar.展开更多

With the increase of x, the structures of the targets transform from the rhombohedral phase to the cubic phase; the metal-insulator phase transition temperature (Tp) of the films increases; and the corresponding peak resistivity decreases. All the phenomena can be qualitatively explained by the lattice effect.展开更多
Based on the calculation formulas of heat treatment temperature field for an arbitrary incident laser intensity distribution, the transformation intensity distribution of CO2 laser beam passing an integrating mirror i...Based on the calculation formulas of heat treatment temperature field for an arbitrary incident laser intensity distribution, the transformation intensity distribution of CO2 laser beam passing an integrating mirror is studied theoretically and experimentally. The derived formulas are applied in laser heat treatment research which is transformed by optical system, and the theoretical calculation results are compared with experimental results. It is shown that the formulas can be used to calculate the laser heat treatment temperature field accurately, and the calculation speed is obviously faster than the numerical calculation methods with the same precision. The calculation software can be used to select proper experiment parameters.展开更多

It can both support circuit services and other immerged pa...In this paper, we proposed a novel optical switching method based on optical burst switching (OBS), we call it variable time-period optical switching (VTPOS). It can both support circuit services and other immerged packet services. It has better usability of bandwidth, shorter offset and latency time than others of unidirectional transport signaling mechanisms for OBS. It supports deflection switching for improve blocking performance without the need of schedule buffer. It introduces a time pointer and phase indicator that made synchronous more precisely and requires less guard time, it also classifies the different services classes with a relative QoS model.展开更多
