Ecosystem services in urban agglomerations are the environmental conditions under which human survival and development are sustained.Quantitative assessment of ecosystem services and complex interactions can contribut...Ecosystem services in urban agglomerations are the environmental conditions under which human survival and development are sustained.Quantitative assessment of ecosystem services and complex interactions can contribute positively to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)for urban agglomerations.However,studies on the future contribution of multi-scenario ecosystem services to the SDGS are lacking.We pronovel integrated modeling framework that integrates the CLUES,InVEST,SOM,and GWR approaches to address the complex relationship between ecosystem services over a long“past-present-future”time series.We construct a novel ecosystem service bundle-based approach for measuring urban agglomerations progress towards achieving ecologically relevant sustainable development goals at multiple scales.In the future scenario,the water yield(WY),habitat quality(HQ),and soil conservation(SC)show similar spatial patterns,with comparable spatial grids,while carbon stock(CS)remains predominantly unchanged and the ecological protection scenario(EPS)improves more significantly.The high-synergy regions are mainly distributed in bundle 4,and most of the trade-off regions appear in bundles 1 and 2.Over the last 30 years,all but the water-related SDGs are declining in bundle 1 of the two urban agglomerations,which are 15%higher in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf(GBG)than in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA).From 2020 to 2035,the three scenarios demonstrate that the optimization of the SDGs progresses most effectively under the future ecological protection scenario(EPS).In particular,bundles 3 and 4 are significantly improved.This critical new knowledge can be used in sustainable ecosystem management and decision-making in urban agglomerations.展开更多
BACKGROUND:Oxygen supply is a common procedure performed by emergency medical services(EMS);however,whether prehospital oxygen or fraction of inspired oxygen(FiO2)therapy predict mortality has not been studied to date...BACKGROUND:Oxygen supply is a common procedure performed by emergency medical services(EMS);however,whether prehospital oxygen or fraction of inspired oxygen(FiO2)therapy predict mortality has not been studied to date.This study aims to determine mortality associated with oxygen therapy in unselected patients with acute disease who underwent prehospital care.METHODS:This was a prospective,observational,cohort,multicenter,EMS-delivery,ambulance-based study.Adults with unselected acute disease who were managed by EMS and evacuated with high priority to the emergency department of four hospitals in three Spanish provinces.Epidemiological variables,on-scene vital signs,and prehospital blood analysis data were collected.The primary outcome was short-(2-,7-,and 30-day),medium-(90-and 180-day),and long-term(365-day)all-cause cumulative mortality.The samples were a priori split according to thresholds of their received FiO2(FiO2=0.21,that is without oxygen therapy;FiO2 between 0.22 and 0.49;and FiO2≥0.5).The categorical variables FiO2,epidemiological variables,vital signs,prehospital point-of-care testing(POCT)and patient outcomes were fitted with a logistic regression model.Additionally,a propensity score matching and a survival analysis were used.RESULTS:The final sample included 7,494 patients,70.3%of whom did not receive oxygen therapy,15%with a FiO2 between 0.22 and 0.49,and 14.7%with a FiO2≥0.5.The 2-day mortality was 0.4%,5.3%,and 22.9%respectively(P<0.001).The 365-day mortality was 9.9%,33.1%,and 50.5%respectively(P<0.001).Finally,the FiO2 predictive capacities 2-,30-,and 365-day mortality were AUC=0.870(95%CI:0.840-0.899),0.810(95%CI:0.784-0.837),0.704(95%CI:0.679-0.728),respectively.CONCLUSION:Prehospital oxygen therapy by thresholds of FiO2 was linked to death and allowed mortality prediction.This finding could provide an aid for EMS providers,allowing to assess more individualized patient risk.展开更多
As Internet ofThings(IoT)technologies continue to evolve at an unprecedented pace,intelligent big data control and information systems have become critical enablers for organizational digital transformation,facilitati...As Internet ofThings(IoT)technologies continue to evolve at an unprecedented pace,intelligent big data control and information systems have become critical enablers for organizational digital transformation,facilitating data-driven decision making,fostering innovation ecosystems,and maintaining operational stability.In this study,we propose an advanced deployment algorithm for Service Function Chaining(SFC)that leverages an enhanced Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(PBFT)mechanism.The main goal is to tackle the issues of security and resource efficiency in SFC implementation across diverse network settings.By integrating blockchain technology and Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL),our algorithm not only optimizes resource utilization and quality of service but also ensures robust security during SFC deployment.Specifically,the enhanced PBFT consensus mechanism(VRPBFT)significantly reduces consensus latency and improves Byzantine node detection through the introduction of a Verifiable Random Function(VRF)and a node reputation grading model.Experimental results demonstrate that compared to traditional PBFT,the proposed VRPBFT algorithm reduces consensus latency by approximately 30%and decreases the proportion of Byzantine nodes by 40%after 100 rounds of consensus.Furthermore,the DRL-based SFC deployment algorithm(SDRL)exhibits rapid convergence during training,with improvements in long-term average revenue,request acceptance rate,and revenue/cost ratio of 17%,14.49%,and 20.35%,respectively,over existing algorithms.Additionally,the CPU resource utilization of the SDRL algorithmreaches up to 42%,which is 27.96%higher than other algorithms.These findings indicate that the proposed algorithm substantially enhances resource utilization efficiency,service quality,and security in SFC deployment.展开更多

As emerging services continue to be explored,indoor communications geared towards different user requirements will face severe challenges such as larger penetration losses and more critical multipath issues,leading to...As emerging services continue to be explored,indoor communications geared towards different user requirements will face severe challenges such as larger penetration losses and more critical multipath issues,leading to difficulties in achieving flexible coverage.In this paper,we introduce transmissive reconfigurable intelligent surfaces(RISs)as intelligent passive auxiliary devices into indoor scenes,replacing conventional ultra-dense small cell and relay forwarding approaches to address these issues at low deployment and operation costs.Specifically,we study the optimization design of active and passive beamforming for the transmissive RISs-aided indoor multiuser downlink communication systems.This involves considering more realistic indoor congestion modeling and near-field propagation characteristics.The goal of our optimization is to minimize the total transmit power at the access point(AP)for different user service requirements,including quality-of-service(QoS)and wireless power transfer(WPT).Due to the nonconvex nature of the optimization problem,adaptive penalty coefficients are imported to solve it alternatively with closed-form solutions for both active and passive beamforming.Simulation results demonstrate that the use of transmissive RISs is indeed an efficient way to achieve flexible coverage in indoor scenarios.Furthermore,the proposed optimization algorithm has been proven to be effective and robust in achieving energy-saving transmission.展开更多
The continuous rainy precipitation process from February to March in 2019 was selected to analyze the effect of meteorological service in Tangpu Reservoir basin,so as to sum up service experience and then lay a better...The continuous rainy precipitation process from February to March in 2019 was selected to analyze the effect of meteorological service in Tangpu Reservoir basin,so as to sum up service experience and then lay a better foundation for subsequent services.In response to the rainy weather from December 2018 to early 2019,three rounds of flood discharge were carried out in Tangpu Reservoir.During February-March in 2019,the hit rate of short-term area rainfall forecast for Tangpu Reservoir was 80.0%.Compared with the median of forecast interval,the average absolute error was 7.6 mm,and the relative error was 32.7%.The large deviation in the forecast from March 27 to 28 was deeply analyzed,and it is found that the main reasons were excessive reliance on and trust in a single model,insufficient correction of the actual situation,and insufficient judgment of the nature of precipitation.For the future reservoir meteorological service,three aspects of thinking were put forward,such as further strengthening the sharing of hydrological and meteorological information,improving the forecasting ability,and deepening the research of runoff forecast models.展开更多

While evidence over the past decade underscores their effectiveness across various domains...Climate services (CS) are crucial for mitigating and managing the impacts and risks associated with climate-induced disasters. While evidence over the past decade underscores their effectiveness across various domains, particularly agriculture, to maximize their potential, it is crucial to identify emerging priority areas and existing research gaps for future research agendas. As a contribution to this effort, this paper employs the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology to review the state-of-the-art in the field of climate services for disaster risk management. A comprehensive search across five literature databases combined with a snowball search method using ResearchRabbit was conducted and yielded 242 peer-reviewed articles, book sections, and reports over 2013-2023 after the screening process. The analysis revealed flood, drought, and food insecurity as major climate-related disasters addressed in the reviewed literature. Major climate services addressed included early warning systems, (sub)seasonal forecasts and impact-based warnings. Grounded in the policy processes’ theoretical perspective, the main focus identified and discussed three prevailing policy-oriented priority areas: 1) development of climate services, 2) use-adoption-uptake, and 3) evaluation of climate services. In response to the limitations of the prevalent supply-driven and top-down approach to climate services promotion, co-production emerges as a cross-cutting critical aspect of the identified priority areas. Despite the extensive research in the field, more attention is needed, particularly pronounced in the science-policy interface perspective, which in practice bridges scientific knowledge and policy decisions for effective policy processes. This perspective offers a valuable analytical lens as an entry point for further investigation. Hence, future research agendas would generate insightful evidence by scrutinizing this critical aspect given its importance to institutions and climate services capacity, to better understand intricate facets of the development and the integration of climate services into disaster risk management.展开更多
Objective:To observe the specific effects of quality nursing interventions on geriatric cerebral infarction patients.Methods:Eighty geriatric cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to D...Objective:To observe the specific effects of quality nursing interventions on geriatric cerebral infarction patients.Methods:Eighty geriatric cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table:40 patients in the experimental group and 40 in the control group.The experimental group received quality nursing interventions,while the control group received routine nursing measures.After the intervention,nursing satisfaction,daily living ability scores,quality of life measurements,and other observation indicators were analyzed.Results:After the intervention,nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Daily living ability scores in the experimental group were also significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,quality of life measurements in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing interventions implemented in the experimental group proved effective for geriatric cerebral infarction patients.The intervention significantly improved patients’satisfaction,enhanced their ability to perform daily activities and elevated their quality of life.These findings demonstrate the clinical value of quality nursing interventions and their potential for broader application.展开更多
Objective: To investigate the current situation of the demand for geriatric care services of community residents in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors to provide a reference basis for meeting the demand for d...Objective: To investigate the current situation of the demand for geriatric care services of community residents in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors to provide a reference basis for meeting the demand for diversified and professional geriatric care services. Methods: A self-made questionnaire was used to randomly survey 1558 elderly individuals at community health service centers in 8 urban districts where elderly care centers were planned to be built. The influencing factors of the different characteristics of elderly care service needs from three aspects were analyzed using a dichotomous logistic regression model: predisposing, enabling, and, need factors. Results: 69.7% of the elderly required home care services, 22.8% wanted to get care services at elderly care centers, 15.9% wanted to get care services at nursing homes, 12.3% required community care services, and 7.4% didn’t know where to access care services. 68.5% of the elderly required care services for disabilities/semi-disabilities, 58.0% for dementia, 54.7% for common diseases, 34.9% for rehabilitation training, 33.0% for plumbing care, and 7.5% for hospice care. At the same time, there were urban- rural differences in the demand for elderly care services, with suburban elderly having a higher demand for care services than those living in urban areas (P < 0.05). The elderly’s demand for care services was mainly related to age, place of residence, and gender in the causative factors, mode of residence and physical condition among able factors, and mode of care services and care needs among need factors (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The demand for elderly care services was differentiated by factors including place of residence, age, and gender. It is crucial to accurately match the demand for elderly care services, innovate the mode of elderly care services, and improve the service quality to improve the elderly health service system.展开更多

However, the prevalence of overweight among workers in Benin is very poorly documented. To fill this gap, the present study aimed to determine the prevalence and factors associated with overweight among workers of the Ministry of Labor and Public Service (MTFP) in 2023 in Benin. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study with analytical purposes carried out from August 16 to December 17, 2023, among MINISTRY OF LABOR AND PUBLIC SERVICE staff. The variables studied were overweight, sociodemographic, occupational and dietary characteristics, lifestyle, anthropometric factors and family history of obesity. An exhaustive recruitment of workers meeting our inclusion criteria and a questionnaire survey was carried out. Data were analyzed using R 4.0.4 software. A bivariate analysis followed by a multivariable analysis made it possible to identify the factors associated with overweight at the p Results: In total, 379 workers were included in our study. The average age of the surveyed workers was 44.86 years ± 7.67 years, with 202 (53.30%) workers at least 45 years old. Men predominated with a number of 228 (60.16%). The prevalence of overweight was 63.32% (95% CI: [58.23 - 68.15]) and the associated factors after multivariate analysis were: female sex (ORa = 4.00;95% CI [2.11 - 7.76];p Conclusion: The prevalence of overweight is high among ministry of labor and public service workers. Education and awareness in the professional environment on the prevention and management of risk factors are essential for a long-term impact on a notable regression of this public health phenomenon.展开更多

Methods: This was a retrospective study with descriptive purposes over a period of 05 y...Introduction: Infections represent a real public health problem aggravating the morbidity and mortality of hospitalized patients. Methods: This was a retrospective study with descriptive purposes over a period of 05 years, in the Pneumology Department of the University Hospital of Cocody. Results: The average age in our population was 42 years. We observed a male predo- minance of 64.5%, with a sex ratio of 1.8. Medical history was dominated by HIV infection (23.5%), followed by tuberculosis (15.6%). Concerning lifestyle, smoking was found in 38% of cases. Symptoms progressed chronically in 80% of cases. An infectious syndrome was found in 75% of cases. Microbial culture was positive in 42% of cases. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae were encountered in 26.4% of cases each, followed by Echerichia coli in 10.4% of cases. Klebsiella pneumoniae in the first three years topped the list, but gradually. Pseudomonas aeruginosa maintained its leadership over the last three years. Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates expressed a resistance rate of 9.8% to ceftazidime and 8.1% to imipenem;to aztreonam (36%), ticarcillin (33.3%) and levofloxacin. These strains were susceptible to fosfomycin (100%), mero- penem (96.6%) and amikacin (96%). For isolated strains of Entero- bacteria- ceae, resistance was observed about ticarcillin (83.3%) and amoxicillin clavula- nic acid (71.2%). Streptococcaceae showed resistance to tetracycline (69.2%) and erythromycin (50%). Over the years there has been an increase in re- sistance to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid ceftriaxone. The death rate was 14%. Conclusion: The bacterial profile of infections is dominated by germs respon- sible for nosocomial infection with significant mortality.展开更多

As the demand for customer service continues to increase,more companies are attempting to apply artificial intelligence technology in the field of customer service,enabling intelligent customer service,reducing custom...As the demand for customer service continues to increase,more companies are attempting to apply artificial intelligence technology in the field of customer service,enabling intelligent customer service,reducing customer service pressure,and reducing operating costs.Currently,the existing intelligent customer service has a limited degree of intelligence and can only answer simple user questions,and complex user expressions are difficult to understand.To solve the problem of low accuracy of multi-round dialogue semantic understanding,this paper proposes a semantic understanding model based on the fusion of a convolutional neural network(CNN)and attention.The model builds an“intention-slot”joint model based on the“encoding–decoding”framework and uses hidden semantic information that combines intent recognition and slot filling,avoiding the problem of information loss in traditional isolated tasks,and achieving end-to-end semantic understanding.Additionally,an improved attention mechanism based on CNNs is introduced in the decoding process to reduce the interference of redundant information in the original text,thereby increasing the accuracy of semantic understanding.Finally,by applying the model to electric power intelligent customer service,we verified through an experimental comparison that the proposed fusion model improves the performance of intent recognition and slot filling and can improve the user experience of electric power intelligent customer services.展开更多

文摘Satellite remote sensing is essential for solar energy meteorology.The 14-channel Advanced Geostationary Radiation Imager of the Fengyun-4 series of satellites performs a full-disc scan over greater China every 15 min,providing highgranularity information that allows the retrieval of cloud properties,aerosol optical depth,and precipitable water vapor content,which can facilitate the acquisition of surface solar irradiance components through physical methods.Machinelearning methods have also shown potential in providing accurate end-to-end surface solar radiation retrievals.Albeit the physical principles of irradiance retrieval and machine-learning algorithms are fairly well known,the public service concerning disseminating the irradiance product to the energy and power industry still lacks robustness and consistency.In this perspective article,the status quo of Fengyun-4 irradiance products is first reviewed.Then,from the perspective of solar resource assessment and forecasting,three fundamental characteristics of the kind of irradiance products that are most serviceable to the solar energy sector are identified,namely,coverage,timeliness,and accessibility.Finally,an outlook on the new-generation Fengyun radiation service is put forward,and the prospective scientific and practical challenges are elaborated.

文摘Ecosystem services in urban agglomerations are the environmental conditions under which human survival and development are sustained.Quantitative assessment of ecosystem services and complex interactions can contribute positively to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)for urban agglomerations.However,studies on the future contribution of multi-scenario ecosystem services to the SDGS are lacking.We pronovel integrated modeling framework that integrates the CLUES,InVEST,SOM,and GWR approaches to address the complex relationship between ecosystem services over a long“past-present-future”time series.We construct a novel ecosystem service bundle-based approach for measuring urban agglomerations progress towards achieving ecologically relevant sustainable development goals at multiple scales.In the future scenario,the water yield(WY),habitat quality(HQ),and soil conservation(SC)show similar spatial patterns,with comparable spatial grids,while carbon stock(CS)remains predominantly unchanged and the ecological protection scenario(EPS)improves more significantly.The high-synergy regions are mainly distributed in bundle 4,and most of the trade-off regions appear in bundles 1 and 2.Over the last 30 years,all but the water-related SDGs are declining in bundle 1 of the two urban agglomerations,which are 15%higher in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf(GBG)than in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA).From 2020 to 2035,the three scenarios demonstrate that the optimization of the SDGs progresses most effectively under the future ecological protection scenario(EPS).In particular,bundles 3 and 4 are significantly improved.This critical new knowledge can be used in sustainable ecosystem management and decision-making in urban agglomerations.

文摘BACKGROUND:Oxygen supply is a common procedure performed by emergency medical services(EMS);however,whether prehospital oxygen or fraction of inspired oxygen(FiO2)therapy predict mortality has not been studied to date.This study aims to determine mortality associated with oxygen therapy in unselected patients with acute disease who underwent prehospital care.METHODS:This was a prospective,observational,cohort,multicenter,EMS-delivery,ambulance-based study.Adults with unselected acute disease who were managed by EMS and evacuated with high priority to the emergency department of four hospitals in three Spanish provinces.Epidemiological variables,on-scene vital signs,and prehospital blood analysis data were collected.The primary outcome was short-(2-,7-,and 30-day),medium-(90-and 180-day),and long-term(365-day)all-cause cumulative mortality.The samples were a priori split according to thresholds of their received FiO2(FiO2=0.21,that is without oxygen therapy;FiO2 between 0.22 and 0.49;and FiO2≥0.5).The categorical variables FiO2,epidemiological variables,vital signs,prehospital point-of-care testing(POCT)and patient outcomes were fitted with a logistic regression model.Additionally,a propensity score matching and a survival analysis were used.RESULTS:The final sample included 7,494 patients,70.3%of whom did not receive oxygen therapy,15%with a FiO2 between 0.22 and 0.49,and 14.7%with a FiO2≥0.5.The 2-day mortality was 0.4%,5.3%,and 22.9%respectively(P<0.001).The 365-day mortality was 9.9%,33.1%,and 50.5%respectively(P<0.001).Finally,the FiO2 predictive capacities 2-,30-,and 365-day mortality were AUC=0.870(95%CI:0.840-0.899),0.810(95%CI:0.784-0.837),0.704(95%CI:0.679-0.728),respectively.CONCLUSION:Prehospital oxygen therapy by thresholds of FiO2 was linked to death and allowed mortality prediction.This finding could provide an aid for EMS providers,allowing to assess more individualized patient risk.

文摘As Internet ofThings(IoT)technologies continue to evolve at an unprecedented pace,intelligent big data control and information systems have become critical enablers for organizational digital transformation,facilitating data-driven decision making,fostering innovation ecosystems,and maintaining operational stability.In this study,we propose an advanced deployment algorithm for Service Function Chaining(SFC)that leverages an enhanced Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(PBFT)mechanism.The main goal is to tackle the issues of security and resource efficiency in SFC implementation across diverse network settings.By integrating blockchain technology and Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL),our algorithm not only optimizes resource utilization and quality of service but also ensures robust security during SFC deployment.Specifically,the enhanced PBFT consensus mechanism(VRPBFT)significantly reduces consensus latency and improves Byzantine node detection through the introduction of a Verifiable Random Function(VRF)and a node reputation grading model.Experimental results demonstrate that compared to traditional PBFT,the proposed VRPBFT algorithm reduces consensus latency by approximately 30%and decreases the proportion of Byzantine nodes by 40%after 100 rounds of consensus.Furthermore,the DRL-based SFC deployment algorithm(SDRL)exhibits rapid convergence during training,with improvements in long-term average revenue,request acceptance rate,and revenue/cost ratio of 17%,14.49%,and 20.35%,respectively,over existing algorithms.Additionally,the CPU resource utilization of the SDRL algorithmreaches up to 42%,which is 27.96%higher than other algorithms.These findings indicate that the proposed algorithm substantially enhances resource utilization efficiency,service quality,and security in SFC deployment.

文摘This paper addresses the consensus problem of nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to external disturbances and uncertainties under denial-ofservice(DoS)attacks.Firstly,an observer-based state feedback control method is employed to achieve secure control by estimating the system's state in real time.Secondly,by combining a memory-based adaptive eventtriggered mechanism with neural networks,the paper aims to approximate the nonlinear terms in the networked system and efficiently conserve system resources.Finally,based on a two-degree-of-freedom model of a vehicle affected by crosswinds,this paper constructs a multi-unmanned ground vehicle(Multi-UGV)system to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively handle external disturbances such as crosswinds in practical applications,ensuring the stability and reliable operation of the Multi-UGV system.

文摘To address the current situation where many small enterprises lack efficient management of customer data, this paper proposes a design and implementation plan of a customer relationship management (CRM) system based on email service. It aims to solve the problems of data dispersion, untimely update and information redundancy in customer management of small and medium-sized enterprises. The system includes four core functional modules: historical email analysis, lead pool management, customer management and email archiving. Through email mining and web crawler technology, the system can extract potential customer information from historical emails and enrich lead data;the lead pool management module supports lead information maintenance, status tracking and conversion of high-value leads;the customer management module realizes the maintenance and dynamic tracking of customer information;the email management module provides the archiving of emails and attachments and the structured storage of basic email information. The system provides automated and intelligent customer information management, improves the work efficiency of sales staff, and provides an efficient customer relationship management solution for enterprises.

文摘As emerging services continue to be explored,indoor communications geared towards different user requirements will face severe challenges such as larger penetration losses and more critical multipath issues,leading to difficulties in achieving flexible coverage.In this paper,we introduce transmissive reconfigurable intelligent surfaces(RISs)as intelligent passive auxiliary devices into indoor scenes,replacing conventional ultra-dense small cell and relay forwarding approaches to address these issues at low deployment and operation costs.Specifically,we study the optimization design of active and passive beamforming for the transmissive RISs-aided indoor multiuser downlink communication systems.This involves considering more realistic indoor congestion modeling and near-field propagation characteristics.The goal of our optimization is to minimize the total transmit power at the access point(AP)for different user service requirements,including quality-of-service(QoS)and wireless power transfer(WPT).Due to the nonconvex nature of the optimization problem,adaptive penalty coefficients are imported to solve it alternatively with closed-form solutions for both active and passive beamforming.Simulation results demonstrate that the use of transmissive RISs is indeed an efficient way to achieve flexible coverage in indoor scenarios.Furthermore,the proposed optimization algorithm has been proven to be effective and robust in achieving energy-saving transmission.
文摘The continuous rainy precipitation process from February to March in 2019 was selected to analyze the effect of meteorological service in Tangpu Reservoir basin,so as to sum up service experience and then lay a better foundation for subsequent services.In response to the rainy weather from December 2018 to early 2019,three rounds of flood discharge were carried out in Tangpu Reservoir.During February-March in 2019,the hit rate of short-term area rainfall forecast for Tangpu Reservoir was 80.0%.Compared with the median of forecast interval,the average absolute error was 7.6 mm,and the relative error was 32.7%.The large deviation in the forecast from March 27 to 28 was deeply analyzed,and it is found that the main reasons were excessive reliance on and trust in a single model,insufficient correction of the actual situation,and insufficient judgment of the nature of precipitation.For the future reservoir meteorological service,three aspects of thinking were put forward,such as further strengthening the sharing of hydrological and meteorological information,improving the forecasting ability,and deepening the research of runoff forecast models.
文摘Climate services (CS) are crucial for mitigating and managing the impacts and risks associated with climate-induced disasters. While evidence over the past decade underscores their effectiveness across various domains, particularly agriculture, to maximize their potential, it is crucial to identify emerging priority areas and existing research gaps for future research agendas. As a contribution to this effort, this paper employs the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology to review the state-of-the-art in the field of climate services for disaster risk management. A comprehensive search across five literature databases combined with a snowball search method using ResearchRabbit was conducted and yielded 242 peer-reviewed articles, book sections, and reports over 2013-2023 after the screening process. The analysis revealed flood, drought, and food insecurity as major climate-related disasters addressed in the reviewed literature. Major climate services addressed included early warning systems, (sub)seasonal forecasts and impact-based warnings. Grounded in the policy processes’ theoretical perspective, the main focus identified and discussed three prevailing policy-oriented priority areas: 1) development of climate services, 2) use-adoption-uptake, and 3) evaluation of climate services. In response to the limitations of the prevalent supply-driven and top-down approach to climate services promotion, co-production emerges as a cross-cutting critical aspect of the identified priority areas. Despite the extensive research in the field, more attention is needed, particularly pronounced in the science-policy interface perspective, which in practice bridges scientific knowledge and policy decisions for effective policy processes. This perspective offers a valuable analytical lens as an entry point for further investigation. Hence, future research agendas would generate insightful evidence by scrutinizing this critical aspect given its importance to institutions and climate services capacity, to better understand intricate facets of the development and the integration of climate services into disaster risk management.
文摘Objective:To observe the specific effects of quality nursing interventions on geriatric cerebral infarction patients.Methods:Eighty geriatric cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table:40 patients in the experimental group and 40 in the control group.The experimental group received quality nursing interventions,while the control group received routine nursing measures.After the intervention,nursing satisfaction,daily living ability scores,quality of life measurements,and other observation indicators were analyzed.Results:After the intervention,nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Daily living ability scores in the experimental group were also significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,quality of life measurements in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing interventions implemented in the experimental group proved effective for geriatric cerebral infarction patients.The intervention significantly improved patients’satisfaction,enhanced their ability to perform daily activities and elevated their quality of life.These findings demonstrate the clinical value of quality nursing interventions and their potential for broader application.
文摘Objective: To investigate the current situation of the demand for geriatric care services of community residents in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors to provide a reference basis for meeting the demand for diversified and professional geriatric care services. Methods: A self-made questionnaire was used to randomly survey 1558 elderly individuals at community health service centers in 8 urban districts where elderly care centers were planned to be built. The influencing factors of the different characteristics of elderly care service needs from three aspects were analyzed using a dichotomous logistic regression model: predisposing, enabling, and, need factors. Results: 69.7% of the elderly required home care services, 22.8% wanted to get care services at elderly care centers, 15.9% wanted to get care services at nursing homes, 12.3% required community care services, and 7.4% didn’t know where to access care services. 68.5% of the elderly required care services for disabilities/semi-disabilities, 58.0% for dementia, 54.7% for common diseases, 34.9% for rehabilitation training, 33.0% for plumbing care, and 7.5% for hospice care. At the same time, there were urban- rural differences in the demand for elderly care services, with suburban elderly having a higher demand for care services than those living in urban areas (P < 0.05). The elderly’s demand for care services was mainly related to age, place of residence, and gender in the causative factors, mode of residence and physical condition among able factors, and mode of care services and care needs among need factors (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The demand for elderly care services was differentiated by factors including place of residence, age, and gender. It is crucial to accurately match the demand for elderly care services, innovate the mode of elderly care services, and improve the service quality to improve the elderly health service system.

文摘Quick Web Services Lookup (Q-WSL) is a new model to registration and lookup of complex services in the Internet. The model is designed to quickly find complex Web services by using hierarchical registration method. The basic concepts of Web services system are introduced and presented, and then the method of hierarchical registration of services is described. In particular, service query document description and service lookup procedure are concentrated, and it addresses how to lookup these services which are registered in the Web services system. Furthermore, an example design and an evaluation of its performance are presented.Specifically, it shows that the using of attributionbased service query document design and contentbased hierarchical registration in Q-WSL allows service requesters to discover needed services more flexibly and rapidly. It is confirmed that Q-WSL is very suitable for Web services system.
文摘Introduction: The problem of excess weight is pandemic and affects the majority of nations, regardless of their level of development. However, the prevalence of overweight among workers in Benin is very poorly documented. To fill this gap, the present study aimed to determine the prevalence and factors associated with overweight among workers of the Ministry of Labor and Public Service (MTFP) in 2023 in Benin. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study with analytical purposes carried out from August 16 to December 17, 2023, among MINISTRY OF LABOR AND PUBLIC SERVICE staff. The variables studied were overweight, sociodemographic, occupational and dietary characteristics, lifestyle, anthropometric factors and family history of obesity. An exhaustive recruitment of workers meeting our inclusion criteria and a questionnaire survey was carried out. Data were analyzed using R 4.0.4 software. A bivariate analysis followed by a multivariable analysis made it possible to identify the factors associated with overweight at the p Results: In total, 379 workers were included in our study. The average age of the surveyed workers was 44.86 years ± 7.67 years, with 202 (53.30%) workers at least 45 years old. Men predominated with a number of 228 (60.16%). The prevalence of overweight was 63.32% (95% CI: [58.23 - 68.15]) and the associated factors after multivariate analysis were: female sex (ORa = 4.00;95% CI [2.11 - 7.76];p Conclusion: The prevalence of overweight is high among ministry of labor and public service workers. Education and awareness in the professional environment on the prevention and management of risk factors are essential for a long-term impact on a notable regression of this public health phenomenon.
文摘Introduction: Infections represent a real public health problem aggravating the morbidity and mortality of hospitalized patients. Methods: This was a retrospective study with descriptive purposes over a period of 05 years, in the Pneumology Department of the University Hospital of Cocody. Results: The average age in our population was 42 years. We observed a male predo- minance of 64.5%, with a sex ratio of 1.8. Medical history was dominated by HIV infection (23.5%), followed by tuberculosis (15.6%). Concerning lifestyle, smoking was found in 38% of cases. Symptoms progressed chronically in 80% of cases. An infectious syndrome was found in 75% of cases. Microbial culture was positive in 42% of cases. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae were encountered in 26.4% of cases each, followed by Echerichia coli in 10.4% of cases. Klebsiella pneumoniae in the first three years topped the list, but gradually. Pseudomonas aeruginosa maintained its leadership over the last three years. Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates expressed a resistance rate of 9.8% to ceftazidime and 8.1% to imipenem;to aztreonam (36%), ticarcillin (33.3%) and levofloxacin. These strains were susceptible to fosfomycin (100%), mero- penem (96.6%) and amikacin (96%). For isolated strains of Entero- bacteria- ceae, resistance was observed about ticarcillin (83.3%) and amoxicillin clavula- nic acid (71.2%). Streptococcaceae showed resistance to tetracycline (69.2%) and erythromycin (50%). Over the years there has been an increase in re- sistance to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid ceftriaxone. The death rate was 14%. Conclusion: The bacterial profile of infections is dominated by germs respon- sible for nosocomial infection with significant mortality.

文摘A novel layered method was proposed to solve the problem of Web services composition.In this method,services composition problem was formally transformed into the optimal matching problem of every layer,then optimal matching problem was modeled based on the hypergraph theory,and solved by computing the minimal transversals of the hypergraph.Meanwhile,two optimization algorithms were designed to discard some useless states at the intermediary steps of the composition algorithm.The effectiveness of the composition method was tested by a set of experiments,in addition,an example regarding the travel services composition was also given.The experimental results show that this method not only can automatically generate composition tree whose leaf nodes correspond to services composition solutions,but also has better performance on execution time and solution quality by adopting two proposed optimization algorithms.

文摘As the demand for customer service continues to increase,more companies are attempting to apply artificial intelligence technology in the field of customer service,enabling intelligent customer service,reducing customer service pressure,and reducing operating costs.Currently,the existing intelligent customer service has a limited degree of intelligence and can only answer simple user questions,and complex user expressions are difficult to understand.To solve the problem of low accuracy of multi-round dialogue semantic understanding,this paper proposes a semantic understanding model based on the fusion of a convolutional neural network(CNN)and attention.The model builds an“intention-slot”joint model based on the“encoding–decoding”framework and uses hidden semantic information that combines intent recognition and slot filling,avoiding the problem of information loss in traditional isolated tasks,and achieving end-to-end semantic understanding.Additionally,an improved attention mechanism based on CNNs is introduced in the decoding process to reduce the interference of redundant information in the original text,thereby increasing the accuracy of semantic understanding.Finally,by applying the model to electric power intelligent customer service,we verified through an experimental comparison that the proposed fusion model improves the performance of intent recognition and slot filling and can improve the user experience of electric power intelligent customer services.
