OBJECTIVE: To critically appraise the methodological quality of clinical practice guidelines for headache produced over the last two decades, including those covering specific interventions using Traditional Chinese M...OBJECTIVE: To critically appraise the methodological quality of clinical practice guidelines for headache produced over the last two decades, including those covering specific interventions using Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS: The guidelines on headache disorders were obtained by searching a number of databases, including Pub Med, EMBASE, Web of Science,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, China Science and Technology Journal Database, and Wanfang database, three guideline-related databases [Guideline-International Network, National Guideline Clearinghouse, and Medlive], and the records of organizations that develop guidelines. The publication date was limited to the period from January 1996 to June 2015. The search terms "headache", "headache disorders", "cephalalgia", "migraine", "tension-type headache", "practice guideline", "consensus ", "statement", "regulation", and "recommendation" were used in the "Me SH" and "Free-text" fields. The guidelines were independently appraised by four researchers using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation Ⅱ instrument.RESULTS: A total of 23 guidelines published between 1998 and 2014 were reviewed. The overall consistency of the four appraisers was good [interclass correlation coefficient 0.84; 95% confidence interval(CI) 0.82-0.86]. The mean(standard deviation) scores for scope and purpose, stakeholder involvement, rigor of development, clarity of presentation, applicability, and editorial independence were 52.1(18.0), 39.5(17.1), 33.4(21.0), 49.8(21.9),23.8(19.3), and 24.2(23.7). Only two guidelines were recommended, 12 were recommended with modification, and nine were not recommended.CONCLUSION: Physical Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies were recommended to treat headache. The overall quality of headache guidelines was low in China, but evidence-based guidelines are gradually becoming mainstream. Guideline developers should carefully consider, in particular,three domains: rigor of development, applicability,and editorial independence.展开更多

We conduct comparative analysis on the development characteristics of China's agriculture and Japan's agriculture, and summarize the realization path of Japan's agricultural modernization. The corrosion behavior of 907 steel under thin electrolyte layer(TEL) has been investigated by means of cathodic polarization curve measurement, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and scanning electron micros...The corrosion behavior of 907 steel under thin electrolyte layer(TEL) has been investigated by means of cathodic polarization curve measurement, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the cathodic diffusion current density presents the variation trend of initial increase and subsequent decrease with the decrease of TEL thickness, and the maximum deposits at 58 μm. The cotangent-hyperbolic impedance(O) is rationally first introduced to study the diffusion process of the reactants through the corrosion products layer with many permeable holes. The initial corrosion rate of 907 steel under different TEL thickness increases with the decrease of TEL thickness except that of 104 μm,whereas the corrosion rate after long time corrosion can be ranked as 104 μm﹥402 μm﹥198 μm﹥301 μm﹥bulk solution.展开更多

However, problems such as nonuniform germination, aberrant flower, abortion, bad fruit setting and delayed maturation appear frequently due to the inaccurate regulation of chilling requirement. In order to solve the problems, an automatic system for monitoring, selecting and recording of chilling requirement in protected cultivation of sweet cherry was designed and developed. The system, which consisted of temperature detection, effective chilling temperature selection, signal conversion and output and chilling accumulation display, had been continuously used in protected cultivation of sweet cherry for 3 years and good effects had been achieved. The system monitored chilling accumu- lation accurately and made it more reasonable for the time selection of greenhouse covering, thus avoiding risks of nonuniform germination, bad fruit setting and de- layed maturation, etc. Under the coordinate application of this system with other modern measuring and controlling techniques such as automatic detection and alarming of temperature and humidity, the environment in greenhouses was regulated precisely that the uniform fruits were obtained and the expected yield, quality and harvest time were achieved.展开更多

The equipment controls the movable contact reaching to the assigned position on the magnetic coil quickly and accurately, and outputs the sine-wave voltage steadily along with the network voltage variation though the fuzzy Porportional Integral Derivative(PID) control algorithm of integral separation and incremental mode with setting dead area. The principle of work and the key technique on the electromagnetic regulation and control are introduced in detail in this paper. Objective:Compared to Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces,the quality of TCM granule is stable and controllable,it is also a convenient alternative to decocting herbs.However,whether they are as clinically effective as...Objective:Compared to Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces,the quality of TCM granule is stable and controllable,it is also a convenient alternative to decocting herbs.However,whether they are as clinically effective as Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces is still controversial.In this study,a systematic review and meta-analysis were performed to assess the clinical efficacy of TCM granules and Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces.Methods:A search of online databases for eligible articles was performed,including PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Internet,WanFang,and Chongqing VIP Information,searching from the inception of these databases to 2020.The Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0 was used to independently identify the trials,extract data,and assess the risk of bias.The meta-analysis was performed via RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 98 eligible articles were included.After classification and statistical analysis of the related diseases,a meta-analysis was performed on 8 types of illnesses(cold,hypertension,migraine,osteoporosis,and diseases of the digestive system,such as gastritis,gastric ulcer,colitis,epigastric pain)included in 66 randomized controlled trials to compare the clinical efficacy and adverse events of TCM granules and Chinese herbal pieces.Meta-analysis showed that compared with Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces,TCM granules had similar effectiveness and safety in treating cold,hypertension,and osteoporosis,but a higher response rate in migraines and a better effect in reducing migraine duration and higher response rate on diseases of the digestive system.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional decoctions,TCM formula granules had the same efficacy and safety,moreover,they had higher efficacy and safety in treating migraines and digestive system diseases.展开更多

Silicon-based solid-state lithium batteries(Si-SSLBs)are of great interest due to their extremely high safety and energy density.However,the low ionic conductivity of solid electrolytes hinders their use in batteries,...Silicon-based solid-state lithium batteries(Si-SSLBs)are of great interest due to their extremely high safety and energy density.However,the low ionic conductivity of solid electrolytes hinders their use in batteries,the volume expansion of the Si anode during Li+insertion/extraction,and the high interfacial resistance between the solid electrolyte and electrodes.In this study,a composite solid electrolyte(CSE)with excellent ionic conductivity(1.20×10^(−4) S·cm^(−1))at 60℃ was developed by introducing the plasticizer succinonitrile(SN)and the inorganic solid electrolyte Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP)into poly(vinylidene fluoride)-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)matrix.A three-dimensional(3D)face-contact Si/PVHS-L/LFP(PVHS-L:PVDF-HFP/SN/LATP and LFP:LiFePO_(4))solid-state battery model was constructed by a secondary coating process based on the use of PVHS-L.This approach forms a fully integrated electrode-electrolyte interface,enhancing Li+transport efficiency compared to conventional mechanically assembled batteries.The integrated device achieves maximum interfacial contact,resulting in superior electrochemical performance.Specifically,the battery integrated with Si anode,PVHS-L CSE and LFP cathode delivers a discharge specific capacity of 122.6 mAh·g^(−1) after 100 cycles,with a capacity retention rate of 81.5%.This work provides a new strategy to address the challenge of achieving stable and continuous interfacial contact in Si-SSLBs.展开更多
Objective:By observing the effect of moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)on spleen immune function in rats with long-term exercise-induced fatigue,we explored the mechanism of relieving exercise-induced fatigue.Materials and ...Objective:By observing the effect of moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)on spleen immune function in rats with long-term exercise-induced fatigue,we explored the mechanism of relieving exercise-induced fatigue.Materials and Methods:The male rats were divided into five groups:normal group(no intervention),control group(moxibustion at CV 8),untreated group(treadmill training),tail group(moxibustion at nonacupoint after treadmill training),and CV 8 group(moxibustion at CV 8 after treadmill training).We observed the general behavior of the rats,measured the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-18,IL-6,interferon-γ,tumor necrosis factor-α,and IL-10 in serum,and examined CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)p65,NLRP3,caspase-1,IL-18,and IL-1βin spleen tissue.Hematoxylin and eosin staining was used to observe the spleen.Results:After 8 weeks of training,the results in the normal group and CV 8 group were significantly better than those in the untreated and tail groups.In the untreated group and tail group,body weight,spleen mass,spleen index,and serum IL-10 concentrations decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),whereas high expression was observed in other parts of the serum and spleen tissue(P<0.01).The spleen corpuscle in the white pulp was reduced and necrotic without obvious germinal centers.Conclusions:Moxibustion at CV 8 could inhibit the NF-κB/NLRP3/caspase-1 inflammatory pathway to improve immunity and relieve exercise-induced fatigue.展开更多
eIF3a is a N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)reader that regulates mRNA translation by recognizing m^(6)A modifications of these mRNAs.It has been suggested that eIF3a may play an important role in regulating translation i...eIF3a is a N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)reader that regulates mRNA translation by recognizing m^(6)A modifications of these mRNAs.It has been suggested that eIF3a may play an important role in regulating translation initiation via m^(6)A during infection when canonical cap-dependent initiation is inhibited.However,the death of animal model studies impedes our understanding of the functional significance of eIF3a in immunity and regulation in vivo.In this study,we investigated the in vivo function of eIF3a using eIF3a knockout and knockdown mouse models and found that eIF3a deficiency resulted in splenic tissue structural disruption and multi-organ damage,which contributed to severe sepsis induced by Lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Ectopic eIF3a overexpression in the eIF3a knockdown mice rescued mice from LPS-induced severe sepsis.We further showed that eIF3a maintains a functional and healthy immune system by regulating B cell function and quantity through m^(6)A modification of mRNAs.These findings unveil a novel mechanism underlying sepsis,implicating the pivotal role of B cells in this complex disease process regulated by eIF3a.Furthermore,eIF3a may be used to develop a potential strategy for treating sepsis.展开更多
Background and Objectives:If the proportion of calcium intake over a whole day is related to the risk of cognitive impairment in adults is still largely unknown.This research aimed to examine the relation of dietary c...Background and Objectives:If the proportion of calcium intake over a whole day is related to the risk of cognitive impairment in adults is still largely unknown.This research aimed to examine the relation of dietary calcium intake at dinner versus breakfast with the risk of cognitive impairment by using data from the China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS).Methods and Study Design:A total of 2,099 participants(including 668 cognitive impairment)in the CHNS(1997–2006)were included.The participants were categorized into 5 groups in accordance with the ratio of dietary calcium intake at dinner and breakfast(Δ=dinner/breakfast).After adjustment was conducted for a series of confounding factors,Cox hazard regression modelling was performed to discuss the relation ofΔwith cognitive impairment.Dietary substitution models were used to explore the changes in cognitive impairment risk when a 5%dietary calcium intake at dinner was replaced with dietary calcium intake at breakfast.Results:Participants in the highest distribution ofΔshowed a greater susceptibility to cognitive impairment than those in the lowest quintile,with an adjusted hazard ratio of cognitive impairment of 1.38(95%CI:1.08–1.76).When maintaining total calcium intake,substituting 5%of dietary calcium intake at dinner with calcium intake at breakfast was related to an 8%decrease in the risk of cognitive impairment.Conclusions:Higher dietary calcium intake at dinner was associated with an increased risk of cognitive impairment,emphasizing the importance of appropriately distributing dietary calcium intake between breakfast and dinner.展开更多

文摘Based on results of previous studies,through investigations,the status quo,main advantages and disadvantages of using small hand-power scutchers and large-scale automatic sisal production lines to process sisal fiber were summarized and analyzed; the traditional uses and latest products of sisal fiber were studied,especially the comprehensive utilization of byproducts produced during sisal fiber processing as well as the broad prospects of new sisal products.

文摘Human dresses are different in thousands way. Human body image signals have big noise, a poor light and shade contrast and a narrow range of gray gradation distribution. The application of a traditional grads method or gray method to detect human body image edges can't obtain satisfactory results because of false detections and missed detections. According to the peculiarity of human body image, dyadic wavelet transform of cubic spline is successfully applied to detect the face and profile edges of human body image and Mallat algorithm is used in the wavelet decomposition in this paper.

文摘In order to resolve the problean of the unbalanced threephase and unstable voltage, intellectual economized technique on elec- tricity based on electromagnetic regulation and control is proposed in this paper. We choose the TMS320LF2407A as the control chip and stepper motor as the executing agency. The equipment controls the movable contact reaching to the assigned position on the magnetic coil quickly and accurately, and outputs the sine-wave voltage steadily along with the network voltage variation though the fuzzy Porportional Integral Derivative(PID) control algorithm of integral separation and incremental mode with setting dead area. The principle of work and the key technique on the electromagnetic regulation and control are introduced in detail in this paper. The experiment result gives a proof for all the algorithm mentioned in this paper.

文摘We select gross national happiness(GNH),per capita GDP,the number of tourists received in rural areas,waste gas emission and other indicators that are closely related to harmonious economic development.Using the indicator data,we establish the multiple linear regression model that is in line with the harmonious economic development model in the Niyang River valley,and conduct empirical analysis.According to the analysis results,the following recommendations are put forward:adhering to laying equal stress on protection and development;improving the quality of the population;protecting environment and curbing environmental pollution;speeding up the construction of ecological environment relying on technology;increasing investment in poverty alleviation to eradicate poverty;extensively mobilizing the public to participate in ecological and environmental protection;coordinating the relationship between the ecological environment and economic development.
文摘Objective:Compared to Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces,the quality of TCM granule is stable and controllable,it is also a convenient alternative to decocting herbs.However,whether they are as clinically effective as Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces is still controversial.In this study,a systematic review and meta-analysis were performed to assess the clinical efficacy of TCM granules and Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces.Methods:A search of online databases for eligible articles was performed,including PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Internet,WanFang,and Chongqing VIP Information,searching from the inception of these databases to 2020.The Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0 was used to independently identify the trials,extract data,and assess the risk of bias.The meta-analysis was performed via RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 98 eligible articles were included.After classification and statistical analysis of the related diseases,a meta-analysis was performed on 8 types of illnesses(cold,hypertension,migraine,osteoporosis,and diseases of the digestive system,such as gastritis,gastric ulcer,colitis,epigastric pain)included in 66 randomized controlled trials to compare the clinical efficacy and adverse events of TCM granules and Chinese herbal pieces.Meta-analysis showed that compared with Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces,TCM granules had similar effectiveness and safety in treating cold,hypertension,and osteoporosis,but a higher response rate in migraines and a better effect in reducing migraine duration and higher response rate on diseases of the digestive system.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional decoctions,TCM formula granules had the same efficacy and safety,moreover,they had higher efficacy and safety in treating migraines and digestive system diseases.
文摘This study is a retrospective analysis of data stored digitally for 13 years in a Vision Center located in the urban area of Tirana, Albania. In a population of 19,686 people (39.5% M and 60.5% F) who met the criteria, there was a prevalence of astigmatism 42% (12% only astigmatism, 30% associated with hyperopia or myopia), myopia 25%, hyperopia 22% and 24% presbyopic prescriptions for the medium and near distance. The myopia progression study (mean spherical equivalent) indicates that 20% of people had no change, 42% had an increase in myopic correction from 0.25D to 0.50D, 17% from 0.75D to 1.00D, 11% from 1.25D to 1.50D, 5% from 1.75D to 2.00D and 5% of the population had myopic progression greater than 2.00D.

文摘Silicon-based solid-state lithium batteries(Si-SSLBs)are of great interest due to their extremely high safety and energy density.However,the low ionic conductivity of solid electrolytes hinders their use in batteries,the volume expansion of the Si anode during Li+insertion/extraction,and the high interfacial resistance between the solid electrolyte and electrodes.In this study,a composite solid electrolyte(CSE)with excellent ionic conductivity(1.20×10^(−4) S·cm^(−1))at 60℃ was developed by introducing the plasticizer succinonitrile(SN)and the inorganic solid electrolyte Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP)into poly(vinylidene fluoride)-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)matrix.A three-dimensional(3D)face-contact Si/PVHS-L/LFP(PVHS-L:PVDF-HFP/SN/LATP and LFP:LiFePO_(4))solid-state battery model was constructed by a secondary coating process based on the use of PVHS-L.This approach forms a fully integrated electrode-electrolyte interface,enhancing Li+transport efficiency compared to conventional mechanically assembled batteries.The integrated device achieves maximum interfacial contact,resulting in superior electrochemical performance.Specifically,the battery integrated with Si anode,PVHS-L CSE and LFP cathode delivers a discharge specific capacity of 122.6 mAh·g^(−1) after 100 cycles,with a capacity retention rate of 81.5%.This work provides a new strategy to address the challenge of achieving stable and continuous interfacial contact in Si-SSLBs.

文摘Objective:By observing the effect of moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)on spleen immune function in rats with long-term exercise-induced fatigue,we explored the mechanism of relieving exercise-induced fatigue.Materials and Methods:The male rats were divided into five groups:normal group(no intervention),control group(moxibustion at CV 8),untreated group(treadmill training),tail group(moxibustion at nonacupoint after treadmill training),and CV 8 group(moxibustion at CV 8 after treadmill training).We observed the general behavior of the rats,measured the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-18,IL-6,interferon-γ,tumor necrosis factor-α,and IL-10 in serum,and examined CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)p65,NLRP3,caspase-1,IL-18,and IL-1βin spleen tissue.Hematoxylin and eosin staining was used to observe the spleen.Results:After 8 weeks of training,the results in the normal group and CV 8 group were significantly better than those in the untreated and tail groups.In the untreated group and tail group,body weight,spleen mass,spleen index,and serum IL-10 concentrations decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),whereas high expression was observed in other parts of the serum and spleen tissue(P<0.01).The spleen corpuscle in the white pulp was reduced and necrotic without obvious germinal centers.Conclusions:Moxibustion at CV 8 could inhibit the NF-κB/NLRP3/caspase-1 inflammatory pathway to improve immunity and relieve exercise-induced fatigue.

文摘eIF3a is a N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)reader that regulates mRNA translation by recognizing m^(6)A modifications of these mRNAs.It has been suggested that eIF3a may play an important role in regulating translation initiation via m^(6)A during infection when canonical cap-dependent initiation is inhibited.However,the death of animal model studies impedes our understanding of the functional significance of eIF3a in immunity and regulation in vivo.In this study,we investigated the in vivo function of eIF3a using eIF3a knockout and knockdown mouse models and found that eIF3a deficiency resulted in splenic tissue structural disruption and multi-organ damage,which contributed to severe sepsis induced by Lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Ectopic eIF3a overexpression in the eIF3a knockdown mice rescued mice from LPS-induced severe sepsis.We further showed that eIF3a maintains a functional and healthy immune system by regulating B cell function and quantity through m^(6)A modification of mRNAs.These findings unveil a novel mechanism underlying sepsis,implicating the pivotal role of B cells in this complex disease process regulated by eIF3a.Furthermore,eIF3a may be used to develop a potential strategy for treating sepsis.

文摘Background and Objectives:If the proportion of calcium intake over a whole day is related to the risk of cognitive impairment in adults is still largely unknown.This research aimed to examine the relation of dietary calcium intake at dinner versus breakfast with the risk of cognitive impairment by using data from the China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS).Methods and Study Design:A total of 2,099 participants(including 668 cognitive impairment)in the CHNS(1997–2006)were included.The participants were categorized into 5 groups in accordance with the ratio of dietary calcium intake at dinner and breakfast(Δ=dinner/breakfast).After adjustment was conducted for a series of confounding factors,Cox hazard regression modelling was performed to discuss the relation ofΔwith cognitive impairment.Dietary substitution models were used to explore the changes in cognitive impairment risk when a 5%dietary calcium intake at dinner was replaced with dietary calcium intake at breakfast.Results:Participants in the highest distribution ofΔshowed a greater susceptibility to cognitive impairment than those in the lowest quintile,with an adjusted hazard ratio of cognitive impairment of 1.38(95%CI:1.08–1.76).When maintaining total calcium intake,substituting 5%of dietary calcium intake at dinner with calcium intake at breakfast was related to an 8%decrease in the risk of cognitive impairment.Conclusions:Higher dietary calcium intake at dinner was associated with an increased risk of cognitive impairment,emphasizing the importance of appropriately distributing dietary calcium intake between breakfast and dinner.
