Brassinosteroids(BRs)are essential phytohormones that broadly regulate plant growth,development,and adaptation to biotic and abiotic stresses.In Arabidopsis,apoplastic BR molecules are perceived by a plasma membrane-l...Brassinosteroids(BRs)are essential phytohormones that broadly regulate plant growth,development,and adaptation to biotic and abiotic stresses.In Arabidopsis,apoplastic BR molecules are perceived by a plasma membrane-localized receptor complex comprising the ligand-binding receptor BRI1 and the co-receptor BAK1.While negative regulators of the BR receptor complex,such as BKI1,BIR3,and PUB12/13,have been well characterized,how BRI1 and BAK1 are positively modulated in the BR pathway remains largely unknown.In this study,a genetic screen involving overexpression of RLP genes in the bak1-3 bkk1-1 double mutant reveals that enhanced RLP51 expression partially suppresses the BR-deficient phenotypes of bak1-3 bkk1-1.RLP51 overexpression also partially rescues the weak bri1 mutant allele,bri1-301.Although the rlp51 single mutant exhibits wild-type-like phenotypes,it enhances BR-defective phenotypes in bri1-301 and bak1 serk1 mutants.RLP51 is next found to interact with both BRI1 and BAK1 without affecting BRI1–BAK1 interaction.Critically,co-expression of RLP51 with BRI1 or BAK1 significantly increases BRI1 and BAK1 protein abundances.RLP51 appears to promote protein synthesis rather than stabilize BRI1 and BAK1 proteins.Thus,our study identifies RLP51 as a positive regulator of BR signaling that enhances the protein levels of BRI1 and BAK1.展开更多

As a result of experimental data, it was found that in the reaction between N-(β-D-glycopyranosyl)-semicarbazide and the Lawesson reagent (2,4-bis(p-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-dithiadiphosphetane 2,4-disulfide) at the ratio 1:1 in pyridine when boiling under reflux in a water bath for 20 - 35 minutes, a new synthetic compound N-(β-D-glycopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide is formed. The individuality and structure of the target products were confirmed by 13C NMR spectroscopy, 1H NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. For the synthesized new compounds of N-(β-D-glycopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazides, the probability of pharmacological and toxic effects were predicted by the computer method in silico. From the synthesized compounds N-(β-D-galactopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide, the probability of antibacterial (antibacterial) activity is predicted (Pa/Pi 0.544/0.013). The antibacterial activity of the compound (4) was confirmed in a test for salmonella infection of lambs, salmonellosis of calves, and colipathogenic E. coli serotypes. An experimental study by the in vitro method made it possible to conclude that the new synthetic compound N-(β-D-galactopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide in the studied concentrations has a pronounced bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect. The synthetic new compound N-(β-D-glyco- pyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide is a promising compound for further study.展开更多

Anatom...This paper is describing a detailed study of morphological structures and characteristics newborns thymus in different climatic and geographical conditions of Kara-Balta, Cholpon-Ata, and Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. Anatomical structure research done on 26 thymuses of newborn corpses. Research results showed that a significant amount of thymuses consisted of lobes with very thin connective tissues between them. It is observed that the Hassall cells were usually located in the medulla part of the thymus after using the coloring by Van-Gieson’s stain visible clear elastic and collagen fibers. In addition, cell population dynamics in a unit of conditional area of cortical substance thymus lobes in newborns determined.展开更多

Crystals have trigonal structure: a = b = 12.3555(10) Ǻ, c = 14.4833(3) Ǻ;α = β = 90˚;γ = 120˚;V = 1914.78(5) Ǻ;R3, Z = 3. The structure of the complex consists of discrete [Co(L)6]2+ cations and anions. The Co2+ ion has a centrosymmetric octahedron configuration with a coordination site—CoN6. The ligand is coordinated monodentate through the pyridine nitrogen atom (N3) to the Co2+ ion with an average Co-N bond distance of 2.1590 Ǻ. Molecules in the coordination polymer are additionally linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds through the pyrrole nitrogen atom (-N-H) and oxygen of the nitrate group with the formation of a polymer chain of the type: N-H…O. Analytical methods for calculating composition of charge require a long calculation time and plotting diagrams, each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. As a research significance, we have proposed an experimental calculation method for calculating raw materials after charging. Analysis of the composition, structure of basalts and charging materials were used in the stone casting technology. According to the comparison method, the required amount of charging materials was calculated for the Suluu-Terek 1, Suluu-Terek 2 and Berestovetsk deposits. The calculated data was confirmed by experimental melts in the process of stone casting.展开更多
<strong>Aim:</strong> This article aimed to investigate the analysis of various methods for eliminating the residual liver cavity after laparoscopic echinococcectomy in patients. <strong>Methods:<...<strong>Aim:</strong> This article aimed to investigate the analysis of various methods for eliminating the residual liver cavity after laparoscopic echinococcectomy in patients. <strong>Methods:</strong> The authors used the following methods of eliminating the residual cavity: omentoplasty (36.8%), abdominalization (30%), drainage of the residual cavity (26.2%), and a combination of omentoplasty with drainage of the residual cavity (7%). <strong>Results:</strong> In the postoperative period, complications occurred in 2 (3.5%) cases in the form of bile leakage from the residual liver cavity. <strong>Conclusions:</strong> It is recommended to use abdominalization and omentoplasty when choosing a method for eliminating the residual liver cavity.展开更多

In most cases, children’s neurological disability is associated with pathology during the perinatal period, while 24% of patients have a cerebral impairment. Premature newborns perished 30 to 35 times more often than in-time newborns, and perinatal mortality in case of premature pregnancies is 30 to 40 times higher than in term delivery. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Aim:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> This article is studying catamnestic observation of premature newborns with nervous sys</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">tem injury and with perinatal pathology in Kyrgyzstan for the period</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> 2020-2021. Preterm newborns’ anthropometric characteristics and main diagnoses associated with diseases in the gestational period were shown. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Methods: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">A comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination including premature newborns health dynamic monitoring with gestational age from 28 to 36 weeks, who were treated in the neonatal pathology department of the Regional Maternity Hospital in Osh for the period from 2020-2021 were carried out. Literature review analysis from PubMed database, MEDLINE, EMBASE, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and clinical trials performed. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">after clinical examination, it was revealed that pregnancy and childbirth in all mothers of the studied group passed with complications.</span><b> </b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">In mothers of the studying group, the most common pathologies during pregnancy were chronic fetal hypoxia 49 (58.4%), acute respiratory infections 28 (33.4%), the threat of termination of pregnancy 20 (23.9%), preeclampsia 16 (19.11%), sexually transmitted infections 9 (10.8%), pyelonephritis 14 (16.7%), polyhydramnios 9 (10.8%), 71 children (84.6%) were born with asphyxiation and 25 children extracted by cesarean section with varying degrees of severity.</span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Conclusions: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Depending on the severity of the perinatal lesion of the nervous system and pathological factor effects, it is very important to start early habilitation measures with preterm newborns who are at risk of developmental delay deviations, and to exit disabling disorders.</span></span>展开更多

In this work, 405 patients with surgical and gynecological diseases of pelvic organs, operated in the surgical and gynecological departments were analyzed. When using regional anesthesia, it was observed that intraoperative blood loss in patients and consumption of narcotic analgesics in the postoperative period decreases.展开更多

Analyses performed by EPR spectroscopy revealed Hem-NO complex signals from paramagnetic centers in arbitrary units;produced nitrogen oxide amount in liver tissues was determined by method of double integration signals from nitrosyl complexes.
文摘This paper is describing a detailed study of morphological structures and characteristics newborns thymus in different climatic and geographical conditions of Kara-Balta, Cholpon-Ata, and Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. Anatomical structure research done on 26 thymuses of newborn corpses. Research results showed that a significant amount of thymuses consisted of lobes with very thin connective tissues between them. It is observed that the Hassall cells were usually located in the medulla part of the thymus after using the coloring by Van-Gieson’s stain visible clear elastic and collagen fibers. In addition, cell population dynamics in a unit of conditional area of cortical substance thymus lobes in newborns determined.
文摘Computer analysis of N-(β-D-galactopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide compounds by in silico method revealed high probability of antibacterial (antimycobacterial), anti-tuberculosis (antituberculosic), antiviral (Influenza), antitumor (antineoplastic) 9 > Pa > 0.5 and with a low probability of cytotoxic/cytostatic (cytostatic/cytotoxic) activities. An experimental study by in vitro and in vivo methods allowed us to conclude that studied new synthetic compound N-(β-D-galactopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide in the studied concentrations has a pronounced bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects.
文摘This article is presenting data from a retrospective analysis of medical records and computed tomography (CT) scans of patients’ chests with coronavirus infection “COVID-19” who applied to the diagnostic center of URFA in Osh during the first wave of the pandemic in the Kyrgyz Republic, with a description of individual clinical cases and their differential diagnosis. Chest computed tomography is one of the main methods in visual diagnosis of pneumonia in COVID-19 in hospitalized patients, which allows determining signs, symptoms for effective treatment.
文摘Layered metal-organic polymer [Co(L)6](NO3)2 was obtained (where, L = C3H4N2) and structurally characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Crystals have trigonal structure: a = b = 12.3555(10) Ǻ, c = 14.4833(3) Ǻ;α = β = 90˚;γ = 120˚;V = 1914.78(5) Ǻ;R3, Z = 3. The structure of the complex consists of discrete [Co(L)6]2+ cations and anions. The Co2+ ion has a centrosymmetric octahedron configuration with a coordination site—CoN6. The ligand is coordinated monodentate through the pyridine nitrogen atom (N3) to the Co2+ ion with an average Co-N bond distance of 2.1590 Ǻ. Molecules in the coordination polymer are additionally linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds through the pyrrole nitrogen atom (-N-H) and oxygen of the nitrate group with the formation of a polymer chain of the type: N-H…O. The chains are linked in layers along the (001) plane.

The increased number of vehicles has a direct impact on air quality resulting in the emission of exhaust gases, and the increase of dust concentration in air. In this article, we are describing the dust retention ability of plants depending on their leaf structure. Plant species were classified into three groups according to their dust-holding capacities. Dust retaining ability of plant species in conditions of high, average and low dust conditions described.
文摘This article is presenting history of stone casting and analysis of basalt raw materials assessment from other countries for stone casting technology and various basalts compositions were considered. Analytical methods for calculating composition of charge require a long calculation time and plotting diagrams, each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. As a research significance, we have proposed an experimental calculation method for calculating raw materials after charging. Analysis of the composition, structure of basalts and charging materials were used in the stone casting technology. According to the comparison method, the required amount of charging materials was calculated for the Suluu-Terek 1, Suluu-Terek 2 and Berestovetsk deposits. The calculated data was confirmed by experimental melts in the process of stone casting.
文摘<strong>Aim:</strong> This article aimed to investigate the analysis of various methods for eliminating the residual liver cavity after laparoscopic echinococcectomy in patients. <strong>Methods:</strong> The authors used the following methods of eliminating the residual cavity: omentoplasty (36.8%), abdominalization (30%), drainage of the residual cavity (26.2%), and a combination of omentoplasty with drainage of the residual cavity (7%). <strong>Results:</strong> In the postoperative period, complications occurred in 2 (3.5%) cases in the form of bile leakage from the residual liver cavity. <strong>Conclusions:</strong> It is recommended to use abdominalization and omentoplasty when choosing a method for eliminating the residual liver cavity.
文摘<strong>Background:</strong><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Recently, among child disability disorders nervous system diseases are prevailing 19.5%, while mental disorders are 14.3% and congenital malformations 21%. In most cases, children’s neurological disability is associated with pathology during the perinatal period, while 24% of patients have a cerebral impairment. Premature newborns perished 30 to 35 times more often than in-time newborns, and perinatal mortality in case of premature pregnancies is 30 to 40 times higher than in term delivery. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Aim:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> This article is studying catamnestic observation of premature newborns with nervous sys</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">tem injury and with perinatal pathology in Kyrgyzstan for the period</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> 2020-2021. Preterm newborns’ anthropometric characteristics and main diagnoses associated with diseases in the gestational period were shown. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Methods: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">A comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination including premature newborns health dynamic monitoring with gestational age from 28 to 36 weeks, who were treated in the neonatal pathology department of the Regional Maternity Hospital in Osh for the period from 2020-2021 were carried out. Literature review analysis from PubMed database, MEDLINE, EMBASE, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and clinical trials performed. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">after clinical examination, it was revealed that pregnancy and childbirth in all mothers of the studied group passed with complications.</span><b> </b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">In mothers of the studying group, the most common pathologies during pregnancy were chronic fetal hypoxia 49 (58.4%), acute respiratory infections 28 (33.4%), the threat of termination of pregnancy 20 (23.9%), preeclampsia 16 (19.11%), sexually transmitted infections 9 (10.8%), pyelonephritis 14 (16.7%), polyhydramnios 9 (10.8%), 71 children (84.6%) were born with asphyxiation and 25 children extracted by cesarean section with varying degrees of severity.</span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Conclusions: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Depending on the severity of the perinatal lesion of the nervous system and pathological factor effects, it is very important to start early habilitation measures with preterm newborns who are at risk of developmental delay deviations, and to exit disabling disorders.</span></span>
文摘The article presents data on the surgical treatment of 405 patients with pelvic organ surgical and gynecological diseases. When using regional anesthesia during operations in the lower abdominal cavity of patients with pelvic pathology, a smoother operation course and early postoperative period were observed compared with general anesthesia use. In this work, 405 patients with surgical and gynecological diseases of pelvic organs, operated in the surgical and gynecological departments were analyzed. When using regional anesthesia, it was observed that intraoperative blood loss in patients and consumption of narcotic analgesics in the postoperative period decreases.
文摘Integral equations theoretical parts and applications have been studied and investigated in previous works. In this work, results on investigations of the uniqueness of the Fredholm-Stiltjes linear integral equations solutions of the third kind were considered. Volterra integral equations of the first and third kind with smooth kernels were studied, and proof of the existence of a multiparameter family of solutions is described. Additionally, linear Fredholm integral equations of the first kind were investigated, for which Lavrent’ev regularizing operators were constructed.
