With the rapid development of urbanization,the industrial parks originally located in the suburbs are gradually incorporated into the urban center.Industries that fail to follow the transformation of urban economic development and are forced to close,or enterprises that move out without conforming to the environment,become a gray area within the city.Most of the existing assessments are conducting single assessment of some indicators,but than their actual benefits.Through the field investigation on the starting area of Handan Economic Development Zone,and the evaluation on the nature of land use,development intensity,investment and output,and idle land,inefficient land use in the park is identified.According to different evaluation results,different update and promotion methods are put forward.The research could provide a new evaluation method and idea for subsequent renewal and development of urban industrial parks. 展开更多

Under the dual background of global urbanization and climate change,challenges such as urban waterlogging,degradation of water environment,and fragmentation of biological habitats are intensifying.Advancing the transformation of blue-green infrastructure from a single function to multiple coordinated functions has emerged as a critical path for enhancing urban ecological resilience.The Catharijnesingel Canal Park in Utrecht,the Netherlands,serves as a case study to investigate the synergistic interaction of hydrological regulation and habitat network construction through the transformation of historical canals from grey to blue-green infrastructure.Initially,the implementation path of this“blue-green renaissance”is analyzed,followed by a detailed examination of the spatial realization patterns and mechanisms underlying hydrology and habitat synergy,focusing on river form remodeling,vegetation community alignment,and precise habitat design.The results indicate that the collaborative model of“hydrology and habitat”coupling not only enhances rain-flood resilience,biodiversity,and the quality of public spaces in urban areas but also serves as a reference model for high-density urban regeneration by integrating space,ecology,and efficiency.This model offers both a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for Chinese cities aiming to achieve functional integration and synergistic interaction in ecological restoration and the development of bluegreen spaces. 展开更多

In the context of modern governance of megacities,community cultural communication not only serves as a frontier for disseminating mainstream values and cultivating a sense of community but also constitutes a critical variable affecting residents’daily sense of fulfillment,well-being,and satisfaction.Drawing on Beijing’s public policy documents,government procurement information,official media reports,and academic survey data during 2023-2025,this study systematically mapped the city-level community cultural communication system.Taking Guangning Sub-district and Pingguoyuan Sub-district in Shijingshan District as typical cases,it compared their practical approaches and residents’feedback,evaluated their respective strengths and shortcomings,and put forward policy recommendations centered on“precision matching of supply and demand,diversified integration of resources,and closed-loop management of evaluation.”These suggestions aimed to provide a reference for optimizing grassroots cultural governance in Beijing. 展开更多

Landscape Pattern Characteristics of Plant Species Diversity in Campus Courtyards from the Perspective of Functional Differentiation:A Case Study of the Courtyard at Tongzhou Campus,Renmin University of China

This study focuses on the three courtyards located in the eastern,central,and western sections of the Tongzhou Campus of Renmin University of China.Adopting a functional differentiation perspective,the research systematically analyzes the patterns of plant diversity within courtyards characterized by distinct functional orientations.This analysis employs various plant species diversity indices,including the Patrick richness index,Simpson dominance index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index,and Pielou evenness index,alongside a classification of functional plant types,namely ornamental,ecological regulation,spatial shaping,and recreational assistance.The results indicate that the east courtyard presents the highest Patrick species richness(S=42),predominantly comprising spatial shaping and recreational assistance plants,which are wellsuited for recreational and passage functions.Conversely,the central courtyard exhibits the lowest Patrick species richness(S=19),characterized by a balanced distribution of functional types,with an emphasis on public display and traffic guidance.The west courtyard demonstrates the greatest stability in the tree layer(D=0.87),featuring a combination of shade-tolerant and ornamental plants that fulfill the requirements for a tranquil and naturalistic environment.One-way analysis of variance reveals that only Patrick species richness differs significantly among the courtyards(P=0.007),whereas the diversity index does not show a significant difference.This finding suggests that functional requirements precisely regulate diversity through microhabitat heterogeneity and plant configuration strategies.This study offers both a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the plant configuration and functional optimization of small-scale courtyards on campus. 展开更多

During the process of urbanization,community environments encounter challenges such as data disconnection and the underutilization of small and micro spaces.The establishment of“complete communities”necessitates the implementation of refined governance strategies.This research develops a path for the precise establishment of community micro-gardens driven by mobile measurement.It involves the collection of environmental data via mobile devices equipped with various types of sensors,the generation of visualization maps that are adjusted for spatio-temporal synchronization,and the identification of environmental paint points,including areas of excessive temperature exposure and zones with elevated noise levels.Based on the aforementioned considerations,various plant allocation strategies have been proposed for distinct areas.For instance,the implementation of a composite shade and cooling vegetation system is recommended for regions experiencing high temperatures,while a triple protection structure is suggested for areas affected by odor contamination.The efficacy of these strategies is demonstrated through a case study of the micro-garden transformation in the Dongjie Community of Wulituo Street,Shijingshan,Beijing.The study presents operational technical pathways and plant response solutions aimed at facilitating data-driven governance of community micro-environments. 展开更多

In the context of global climate change,the increasing frequency of extreme weather events presents significant challenges to urban water systems.This study focuses on the Beijing section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,introduces the SEE model,and develops an integrated“comprehensive water environment simulation model”to systematically examine the path for enhancing its climate resilience.Through the coupling of multiple models(MIKE 11,MIKE URBAN,MIKE 21)and scenario simulations,this study analyzes the response mechanisms of various governance strategies under extreme climate conditions.The research proposes four specific measures to enhance resilience:dual-scenario simulation of climate and governance,identification and reinforcement of weak points in resilience,parametric modeling of ecological restoration interventions,and the development of a“digital twin canal system”.The research findings indicate that the system integration of the SEE model substantially improves the adaptability,endurance,and recovery capacity of canals in response to climate shocks,including heavy rainfall and drought.This provides a scientific foundation and a practical path for achieving long-term resilience and sustainable development of urban water systems. 展开更多

Spatiotemporal evolution and prediction of habitat quality in Hohhot City of China based on the InVEST and CA-Markov models 被引量:10

With the acceleration of urbanization,changes in the urban ecological environment and landscape pattern have led to a series of prominent ecological environmental problems.In order to better coordinate the balanced relationship between city and ecological environment,we selected land use change data to evaluate the habitat quality in Hohhot City of China,which is of great practical significance for regional urban and economic development.Thus,the integrated valuation of ecosystem services and tradeoffs(InVEST)and Cellular Automata-Markov(CA-Markov)models were used to analyze,predict,and explore the Spatiotemporal evolution path and characteristics of urban land use,and forecast the typical evolution pattern of land use in 2030.The results showed that the land use types in Hohhot City changed significantly from 2000 to 2020,and the biggest change took place in cultivated land,grassland,shrub,and artificial surface.The decrease of cultivated land area and the increase of artificial surface area were the main impact trend of land use change.The average value of habitat quality had been decreasing continuously from 2000 to 2020,and the values of habitat degradation were 0.2605,0.2494,and 0.2934 in 2000,2010,and 2020,respectively,showing a decreasing trend.The decrease of habitat quality was caused by the needs of economic development and urban construction,as well as the impact of land occupation.During this evolution,many cultivated land and urban grassland had been converted into construction land.The simulated land use changes in 2030 are basically the same as those during 2000-2020,and the habitat quality will still be declining.The regional changes are influenced by the urban rapid development and industrial layout.These results can provide decision-making reference for regional urban planning and management as well as habitat quality evaluation. 展开更多

Five biochars derived from lotus seedpod(LSP)were applied to examine and compare the adsorption capacity of 17β-estradiol(E2)from aqueous solution.The effect of KOH activation and the order of activation steps on material properties were discussed.The effect of contact time,initial concentration,p H,ionic strength and humic acid on E2 adsorption were investigated in a batch adsorption process.Experimental results demonstrated that the pseudo second-order model fitted the experimental data best and that adsorption equilibrium was reached within 20 hr.The efficiency of E2 removal increased with increasing E2 concentration and decreased with the increase of ionic strength.E2 adsorption on LSP-derived biochar(BCs)was influenced little by humic acid,and slightly affected by the solution p H when its value ranged from 4.0 to 9.0,but considerably affected at p H 10.0.Low environmental temperature is favorable for E2 adsorption.Chemisorption,π–πinteractions,monolayer adsorption and electrostatic interaction are the possible adsorption mechanisms.Comparative studies indicated that KOH activation and the order of activation steps had significant impacts on the material.Post-treated biochar exhibited better adsorption capacity for E2 than direct treated,pretreated,and raw LSP biochar.Pyrolyzed biochar at higher temperature improved E2 removal.The excellent performance of BCs in removing E2 suggested that BCs have potential in E2 treatment and that the biochar directly treated by KOH would be a good choice for the treatment of E2 in aqueous solution,with its advantages of good efficiency and simple technology. 展开更多

In the face of global warming and increasing impervious surfaces,quantifying the change of climate potential productivity(CPP)is of great significance for the food production planning.Targeting the Dongting Lake Basin,which is a key area for food production in China,this paper uses meteorological data,as well as Climate Change Initiative Land Cover,and Shuttle Radar Topography Mission digital elevation model to investigate the CPP and its changes from 2000 to 2020.The suitability of land for cultivation(SLC),and the land use/land cover change(LUCC)are also considered.The results showed that the CPP varied from 9,825 to 20,895 kg ha^(-1).Even though the newly added impervious surfaces indirectly resulted in the decrease of CPP by of 9.81×10~8 kg,overall,the CPP increased at an average rate of 83.7 kg ha^(-1)a^(-1).Global warming is the strongest driver behind CPP increase,and CPP has played an important role in the conversions between cultivated land and other land types.The structure of land types tends to be optimized against this challenge. 展开更多

Through analyzing problems in the teaching of Chinese architecture history, this paper fi gured out the crucial reasons why history lessons fail to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm, and explored the practice-oriented teaching methods from the perspectives of teaching means, methods and objectives to solve the problems. By introducing such teaching means as visual practices, experience practices and design practices into the teaching of Chinese architecture history, the history course could be united with design course effectively, and become significant theory support and guideline for the architectural design, which will improve the teaching quality of Chinese architecture history comprehensively, stimulate students' learning enthusiasm, and promote their learning effi ciency and achievements. 展开更多
