For mapping of ragweed distribution, partially modified method of Braun-Blanquet was used, and data processing was perfomed by specially designed program Ambrosia Spot Marker. Monitoring of this species was also done because of the occurrence of retrovegetation after mowing. During vegetation period, this allergenic weed species was controlled by multiple mowing, and rough ruderal sites outside settlements were treated by glyphosate at a rate of 1.2 kg ha^-1 -2.4 kg ha^-1. The study comprehended also monitoring of pollen concentrations in the air by Rotorod pollen sampler spore collector. A. artemisiifolia L. was established in 21 city zones on over 200 localities, on the banks of the river Danube, in Petrovaradin and Sremski Karlovci. Recommended mechanical measures such as mowing, drilling in the phase of germination, and chemical control measures, resulted in significant reduction ofA. artemisiifolia L. Background: We monitored changes in salivary creatine pre-and post-high-intensity exercise in young adults while also investigating the potential correlation between salivary and serum creatine levels.Method: Saliva a...Background: We monitored changes in salivary creatine pre-and post-high-intensity exercise in young adults while also investigating the potential correlation between salivary and serum creatine levels.Method: Saliva and serum samples were collected before and immediately after an incremental running-toexhaustion treadmill test in fifteen young adults(mean age [23.9 ± 2.9] years, eight females), with samples analyzed for guanidinoacetic acid, creatine, and creatinine using a liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method.Results: Following exercise, there was a substantial elevation in salivary creatine levels from(17.5 ± 14.2)μmol·L^(-1) to(43.6 ± 30.4) μmol·L^(-1)(p < 0.001), coupled with a significant increase in salivary creatinine from(11.3 ± 5.8) μmol·L^(-1) to(17.0 ± 9.3) μmol·L^(-1)(p = 0.04). In contrast, serum creatine levels were unaffected by exercise(p = 0.80), while creatinine levels exhibited a strong tendency to decrease post-exercise(from [81.8 ±17.5] μmol·L^(-1) to [73.1 ± 11.6] μmol·L^(-1);p = 0.06). This metal plays an important role in the central nervous system, where it is associated with glutamatergic signaling, and it is widely involved in inflammatory processes. Thus, diseases involving copper(Ⅱ) dyshomeostasis often have neurological symptoms, as exemplified by Alzheimer's and other diseases(such as Parkinson's and Wilson's diseases). Moreover, imbalanced copper ion concentrations have also been associated with diabetes and certain types of cancer, including glioma. In this paper, we propose a comprehensive overview of recent results that show the importance of these metal ions in several pathologies, mainly Alzheimer's disease, through the lens of the development and use of copper chelators as research compounds and potential therapeutics if included in multi-target hybrid drugs. Seeing how copper homeostasis is important for the well-being of animals as well as humans, we shortly describe the state of the art regarding the effects of copper and its chelators in agriculture, livestock rearing, and aquaculture, as ingredients for the formulation of feed supplements as well as to prevent the effects of pollution on animal productions.展开更多

Onion(Alliumcepa L.)is a widely cultivated vegetable valued for its taste,aroma,and nutritional content.Biostimulants(BTs)are substances that stimulate plant growth and development.This study explores the impact of BT...Onion(Alliumcepa L.)is a widely cultivated vegetable valued for its taste,aroma,and nutritional content.Biostimulants(BTs)are substances that stimulate plant growth and development.This study explores the impact of BTs and nitrogen(N)fertilization on the yield and nutrient use efficiency of directly seeded onions,addressing the challenges of excessive N application and promoting sustainable practices.A two-year field experiment was conducted using a split-plot design with three replications.Treatments included a control(C),a seaweed extract-based BT(T1),humic and fulvic acids(T2),and Trichoderma spp.(T3).N rates applied were 64 kg N/ha(N1),100 kg N/ha(N2),150 kg N/ha as the standard(NS),and 200 kg N/ha(N3).Compared to the C×NS treatment,T1×N1 increased yield by 7.6%with a saving of 50 kgN/ha;T2×N3 increased yield by 19.4%;and T3×N1 increased yield by 11.7%with a saving of 86 kgN/ha.The T2 treatment reducedNuptake under excessiveNrate(T2×N3),indicating a potential protective effect against stress induced by high N levels.Treatment with T1 improved nutrient use efficiency(NUtE,PUtE,KUtE)and partial factor productivity(PFP)under reduced N conditions(T1×N1).The study advises farmers to apply T3 under reducedNrates(N1 andN2)to improve yield and highlights that all three BTs enhance nutrient use efficiency,providing promising strategies to boost onion productivity while minimizing nutrient losses in direct seeding cultivation.展开更多
Objectives:Depression is one of the most common mental health disorders in adolescence.The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of depressive symptoms(DS)in adolescents aged 15-18 years in the Autonomous ...Objectives:Depression is one of the most common mental health disorders in adolescence.The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of depressive symptoms(DS)in adolescents aged 15-18 years in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina(APV)and to analyze the association of sociodemographic and family factors with DS.Methods:Thesample consisted of 986 students(47.4%females and 52.6%males)fromten government high schools in all seven districts of the APV.The Kutcher Adolescents Depression Scale(KADS)was used as a screening test for DS.Sociodemographic datawere assessed using a self-reported questionnaire.Athree-level binary logistic regressionmodel was conducted to explore the association between sociodemographic and family factors and DS.Results:Symptoms of depression were presented in 27.9%of females(95%CI=23.9%-32.2%)and 14.7%of males(95%CI=11.7%-18.0%)(χ^(2)=25.129,p<0.001).In terms of parents’employment,DS were more prevalent among students whose fathers were unemployed or retired(31.4%,95%CI=20.9%-43.6%)(χ^(2)=4.376,p=0.036).In the multilevel logistic regression model,males had 56%lower odds of having DS compared to females(odds ratio[OR]=0.44,95%CI=0.30-0.65).Students with fathers who completed high school had 46%lower odds of depression compared to those whose fathers had the lowest education level(OR=0.54,95%CI=0.30-0.98),and having an employed mother was associated with 40%lower odds of DS in students compared to thosewhosemotherswere unemployed(OR=0.60,95%CI=0.38-0.95).Conclusions:The study revealed a high prevalence of DS among adolescents.Girls have significantly higher values of prevalence of DS than boys,and adolescents whose fathers are without employment or retired.Gender,the father’s education,and the mother’s employment status are significant predictors of DS.Screening programs and the adoption of targeted prevention programs intended for vulnerable populations are extremely important.展开更多

The performance of welded Ni-based superalloys at high temperatures is essential to be evaluated due to their particular service environment for aero-engines and high-speed aircrafts.The tensile properties and related...The performance of welded Ni-based superalloys at high temperatures is essential to be evaluated due to their particular service environment for aero-engines and high-speed aircrafts.The tensile properties and related microstructural evolutions such as the carbide precipitate and grain of a laser-welded Ni-based alloy were experimentally and numerically investigated at different temperatures(20,300,500,800℃).The results show that at room temperature,the strength of the Base Material(BM)was slightly smaller,with a difference of less than 1%,than the Welded Material(WM),which can be attributed to the more uniformly distributed needle-shaped carbide precipitates in the WM than those nonuniformly coarser spherical ones in the BM.While at 300℃ and 500℃,the strength of WM decreased more obviously compared with that of BM due to the more apparent growth of grain:13.52%loss in yield strength in WM alloys as compared with BM alloys at 300℃,and 16.57% at 500℃.At 800℃,the strength of BM and WM both decreased to a similar level due to Dynamic Recrystallization(DRX).However,a much higher elongation was observed for the BM than WM(less than 50%of BM),which can be attributed to the enhanced dislocation accumulation capability of the large spherical carbides along grain boundaries on the fracture surface in BM.Furthermore,a unified model considering the welding effects on both microstructures(dislocation,carbides,and grain)and mechanical properties evolutions at different temperatures was developed and validated.Based on this model,the key temperature ranges(20–600℃)where apparent weakening of strength and uniform plasticity occurs for welded structures were identified,providing a direct guidance for potential structure and process design.展开更多
Since its description,the taxon Ophrys sphegodes subsp.grammica has been considered endemic to Greece.The morphological and chorological data of this taxon have been overlooked because the name has been used as a syno...Since its description,the taxon Ophrys sphegodes subsp.grammica has been considered endemic to Greece.The morphological and chorological data of this taxon have been overlooked because the name has been used as a synonym for O.sphegodes subsp.taurica in most publications and online databases.Recently discovered Ophrys populations in Serbia were identified as O.sphegodes subsp.grammica.As these populations represent the northernmost point of distribution of this taxon,we provided data on the morphology,flowering season,and ecology.To determine the taxonomic status of this taxon,we performed comparative morphological analyses,comparing them to other populations of affined taxa(O.sphegodes subsp.grammica,O.sphegodes subsp.taurica,and O.sphegodes subsp.sphegodes).The analysis included 23 morphometric characters,performed on a total of 120 individuals.Examined populations of O.sphegodes subsp.grammica are closely associated with populations of O.sphegodes subsp.sphegodes,with near overlap in the values of the characteristics evaluated,indicating that this subspecies is more morphologically similar to the typical one than to O.sphegodes subsp.taurica.Although O.sphegodes subsp.grammica and O.sphegodes subsp.sphegodes are morphologically similar,the flowers of the first taxon are smaller,as evidenced by the length and width of the stigmatic cavity,as well as the length of the petals and labellum.The labellum of O.sphegodes subsp.grammica is shorter than the dorsal sepal,and this feature distinguishes it from both the typical subspecies and O.sphegodes subsp.taurica,where it is longer.The results of this study clearly show that the name O.sphegodes subsp.grammica should not be equated with O.sphegodes subsp.taurica,since it is a morphologically distinct and well-defined taxon.展开更多

文摘Myocardial infarction with nonobstructive coronary arteries is a unique presentation of acute coronary syndrome occurring in patients without significant coronary artery disease.Its pathophysiology involves atherosclerotic and nonatherosclerotic mechanisms such as plaque erosion,coronary microvascular dysfunction,vasospasm,spontaneous coronary artery dissection,autoimmune and inflammatory diseases,and myocardial oxygen supply-demand imbalance.A systematic approach to diagnosis is needed due to the diverse range of underlying causes.Cardiac troponins confirm the myocardial injury and coronary angiography rules out significant obstruction.Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging differentiates ischemic from nonischemic causes,and additional investigations,such as intravascular ultrasound,optical coherence tomography,and provocative testing,play a role in identifying the etiology to guide management strategies.Atherosclerotic cases require antiplatelet therapy and statins,vasospastic cases respond to calcium channel blockers,spontaneous coronary artery dissection is typically managed conservatively,and coronary microvascular dysfunction may require vasodilators.Lifestyle modifications and cardiac rehabilitation are essential for improving outcomes.The prognosis of patients experiencing recurrent events despite treatment is uncertain,but long-term outcomes depend on the etiology,highlighting the need for personalized management.Future research should focus on refining diagnostic protocols and identifying optimal therapeutic strategies.Randomized controlled trials are necessary to establish evidence-based treatments for different subtypes of myocardial infarction with nonobstructive coronary arteries.

文摘Onion(Alliumcepa L.)is a widely cultivated vegetable valued for its taste,aroma,and nutritional content.Biostimulants(BTs)are substances that stimulate plant growth and development.This study explores the impact of BTs and nitrogen(N)fertilization on the yield and nutrient use efficiency of directly seeded onions,addressing the challenges of excessive N application and promoting sustainable practices.A two-year field experiment was conducted using a split-plot design with three replications.Treatments included a control(C),a seaweed extract-based BT(T1),humic and fulvic acids(T2),and Trichoderma spp.(T3).N rates applied were 64 kg N/ha(N1),100 kg N/ha(N2),150 kg N/ha as the standard(NS),and 200 kg N/ha(N3).Compared to the C×NS treatment,T1×N1 increased yield by 7.6%with a saving of 50 kgN/ha;T2×N3 increased yield by 19.4%;and T3×N1 increased yield by 11.7%with a saving of 86 kgN/ha.The T2 treatment reducedNuptake under excessiveNrate(T2×N3),indicating a potential protective effect against stress induced by high N levels.Treatment with T1 improved nutrient use efficiency(NUtE,PUtE,KUtE)and partial factor productivity(PFP)under reduced N conditions(T1×N1).The study advises farmers to apply T3 under reducedNrates(N1 andN2)to improve yield and highlights that all three BTs enhance nutrient use efficiency,providing promising strategies to boost onion productivity while minimizing nutrient losses in direct seeding cultivation.
文摘Objectives:Depression is one of the most common mental health disorders in adolescence.The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of depressive symptoms(DS)in adolescents aged 15-18 years in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina(APV)and to analyze the association of sociodemographic and family factors with DS.Methods:Thesample consisted of 986 students(47.4%females and 52.6%males)fromten government high schools in all seven districts of the APV.The Kutcher Adolescents Depression Scale(KADS)was used as a screening test for DS.Sociodemographic datawere assessed using a self-reported questionnaire.Athree-level binary logistic regressionmodel was conducted to explore the association between sociodemographic and family factors and DS.Results:Symptoms of depression were presented in 27.9%of females(95%CI=23.9%-32.2%)and 14.7%of males(95%CI=11.7%-18.0%)(χ^(2)=25.129,p<0.001).In terms of parents’employment,DS were more prevalent among students whose fathers were unemployed or retired(31.4%,95%CI=20.9%-43.6%)(χ^(2)=4.376,p=0.036).In the multilevel logistic regression model,males had 56%lower odds of having DS compared to females(odds ratio[OR]=0.44,95%CI=0.30-0.65).Students with fathers who completed high school had 46%lower odds of depression compared to those whose fathers had the lowest education level(OR=0.54,95%CI=0.30-0.98),and having an employed mother was associated with 40%lower odds of DS in students compared to thosewhosemotherswere unemployed(OR=0.60,95%CI=0.38-0.95).Conclusions:The study revealed a high prevalence of DS among adolescents.Girls have significantly higher values of prevalence of DS than boys,and adolescents whose fathers are without employment or retired.Gender,the father’s education,and the mother’s employment status are significant predictors of DS.Screening programs and the adoption of targeted prevention programs intended for vulnerable populations are extremely important.

文摘This study aims to determine the phytochemical composition and antioxidant activity(AA)of different plant parts(bulbs,stalk,leaves and flowers)of wild rosy garlic(Allium roseum)from Montenegro.The flower exhibited the highest concentration of total phenols(55.7 GAE/g d.e.),followed by the leaf(25.6mg GAE/g d.e.).The leaf displayed the highest concentration of total flavonoids(41.48 mg RE/g d.e.),followed by the flower(36.26 mg RE/g d.e.)and top part of the stalk(26.80 mg RE/g d.e.).The AA of different parts of A.roseum after 60 min of incubation decreased in the following order:flower(0.15mg/cm^(3))>upper stalk(0.32mg/cm^(3))>leaf(0.36mg/cm^(3))>basal stalk(0.80mg/cm^(3))>bulb(1.53 mg/cm^(3)).The flowers exhibited the lowest EC_(50) values,indicating the highest antioxidant potential throughout the entire incubation period.Among all plant parts analyzed,the flowers demonstrated the highest ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP),reaching 24.99 mg Fe^(2+)/g,thereby indicating their superior antioxidant potential.Given their edibility,pleasant flavor,and high nutritional value,A.roseum flowers may be considered a promising natural additive for functional food products or culinary applications,including dish enhancement and decoration.

文摘The performance of welded Ni-based superalloys at high temperatures is essential to be evaluated due to their particular service environment for aero-engines and high-speed aircrafts.The tensile properties and related microstructural evolutions such as the carbide precipitate and grain of a laser-welded Ni-based alloy were experimentally and numerically investigated at different temperatures(20,300,500,800℃).The results show that at room temperature,the strength of the Base Material(BM)was slightly smaller,with a difference of less than 1%,than the Welded Material(WM),which can be attributed to the more uniformly distributed needle-shaped carbide precipitates in the WM than those nonuniformly coarser spherical ones in the BM.While at 300℃ and 500℃,the strength of WM decreased more obviously compared with that of BM due to the more apparent growth of grain:13.52%loss in yield strength in WM alloys as compared with BM alloys at 300℃,and 16.57% at 500℃.At 800℃,the strength of BM and WM both decreased to a similar level due to Dynamic Recrystallization(DRX).However,a much higher elongation was observed for the BM than WM(less than 50%of BM),which can be attributed to the enhanced dislocation accumulation capability of the large spherical carbides along grain boundaries on the fracture surface in BM.Furthermore,a unified model considering the welding effects on both microstructures(dislocation,carbides,and grain)and mechanical properties evolutions at different temperatures was developed and validated.Based on this model,the key temperature ranges(20–600℃)where apparent weakening of strength and uniform plasticity occurs for welded structures were identified,providing a direct guidance for potential structure and process design.

文摘Since its description,the taxon Ophrys sphegodes subsp.grammica has been considered endemic to Greece.The morphological and chorological data of this taxon have been overlooked because the name has been used as a synonym for O.sphegodes subsp.taurica in most publications and online databases.Recently discovered Ophrys populations in Serbia were identified as O.sphegodes subsp.grammica.As these populations represent the northernmost point of distribution of this taxon,we provided data on the morphology,flowering season,and ecology.To determine the taxonomic status of this taxon,we performed comparative morphological analyses,comparing them to other populations of affined taxa(O.sphegodes subsp.grammica,O.sphegodes subsp.taurica,and O.sphegodes subsp.sphegodes).The analysis included 23 morphometric characters,performed on a total of 120 individuals.Examined populations of O.sphegodes subsp.grammica are closely associated with populations of O.sphegodes subsp.sphegodes,with near overlap in the values of the characteristics evaluated,indicating that this subspecies is more morphologically similar to the typical one than to O.sphegodes subsp.taurica.Although O.sphegodes subsp.grammica and O.sphegodes subsp.sphegodes are morphologically similar,the flowers of the first taxon are smaller,as evidenced by the length and width of the stigmatic cavity,as well as the length of the petals and labellum.The labellum of O.sphegodes subsp.grammica is shorter than the dorsal sepal,and this feature distinguishes it from both the typical subspecies and O.sphegodes subsp.taurica,where it is longer.The results of this study clearly show that the name O.sphegodes subsp.grammica should not be equated with O.sphegodes subsp.taurica,since it is a morphologically distinct and well-defined taxon.

文摘Visual perception is critical in robotic operations,particularly in collaborative and autonomous robot systems.Through efficient visual systems,robots can acquire and process environmental information in real-time,recognise objects,assess spatial relationships,and make adaptive decisions.This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest advancements in the field of vision as applied to robotic perception,focusing primarily on visual applications in the areas of object perception,self-perception,human-robot collaboration,and multi-robot collaboration.By summarising the current state of development and analysing the challenges and opportunities that remain in these areas,this paper offers a thorough examination of the integration of visual perception with operational robotics.It further inspires future research and drives the application and development of visual perception across various robotic domains,enabling operational robots to better adapt to complex environments and reliably accomplish tasks.
文摘基于语音识别设计了针对脑瘫患儿的数字语音训练系统。应用人机交互(HRI)技术与仿生机械手动作控制相结合达到提升脑瘫(CP)康复训练效果的目的。该系统中控制器采用Arduino MEGA 2560为主控制器,显示屏LCD1602作为人机交互数据显示界面,通过LD3320语音芯片实现人机语音交互功能。人机交互功能是通过Labview环境展开,可实现人、机器人的手势与动作的实时交互训练与评价。该系统可训练脑瘫患者反应能力、语言表述能力以及认识手势动作数字动作能力,为提升脑瘫康复训练系统提供关键技术。
