Based on 23 k...Macroscopic grasp of agricultural carbon emissions status, spatial-temporal characteristics as well as driving factors are the basic premise in further research on China’s agricultural carbon emissions. Based on 23 kinds of major carbon emission sources including agricultural materials inputs, paddy ifeld, soil and livestock breeding, this paper ifrstly calculated agricultural carbon emissions from 1995 to 2010, as well as 31 provinces and cities in 2010 in China. We then made a decomposed analysis to the driving factors of carbon emissions with logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) model. The results show:(1) The amount of agricultural carbon emissions is 291.1691 million t in 2010. Compared with 249.5239 million t in 1995, it increased by 16.69%, in which, agricultural materials inputs, paddy ifeld, soil, enteric fermentation, and manure management accounted for 33.59, 22.03, 7.46, 17.53 and 19.39%of total agricultural carbon emissions, respectively. Although the amount exist ups and downs, it shows an overall trend of cyclical rise; (2) There is an obvious difference among regions:the amount of agricultural carbon emissions from top ten zones account for 56.68%, while 9.84%from last 10 zones. The traditional agricultural provinces, especially the major crop production areas are the main source regions. Based on the differences of carbon emission rations, 31 provinces and cities are divided into ifve types, namely agricultural materials dominant type, paddy ifeld dominant type, enteric fermentation dominant type, composite factors dominant type and balanced type. The agricultural carbon emissions intensity in west of China is the highest, followed by the central region, and the east zone is the lowest; (3) Compared with 1995, efifciency, labor and structure factors cut down carbon emissions by 65.78, 27.51 and 3.19%, respectively;while economy factor increase carbon emissions by 113.16%.展开更多

Drawing lessons from the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,combined with the actual situation of rural land transfer in China,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of land transfer price in the context of rural land reform. Finally,according to the influence of different factors on the behavior of agricultural land transfer,this paper proposes establishing and perfecting the evaluation system of contracted land,perfecting the evaluation institution of transferred land assets and establishing a unified dynamic monitoring system of land transfer price in the whole country,and then driving the broad masses of farmers to get rich together,which is of great significance to achieving the revitalization of China’s rural areas.展开更多
Rural-urban land conversion is a universal phenomenon in the rapid process of economic development and urban growth.The welfare of farmers who lost their farmland attracted a widespread concern within the society and ...Rural-urban land conversion is a universal phenomenon in the rapid process of economic development and urban growth.The welfare of farmers who lost their farmland attracted a widespread concern within the society and academia.However,further research about differentiated policies according to the characteristics of different farmer groups is still need to be conducted.This article divides the land-lost farmers into three age groups:younger than 45,45-65,and more than 65.It proposes a welfare index system including eight functional areas based on different age groups of affected farmers,taking four districts of Wuhan City as case study area.Fuzzy mathematics method is used to derive the aggregated welfare effect index.Our analysis show that the overall welfare levels of land-lost farmers of all age groups declined,but with a varying degree,with the level of welfare in those farmers who are 45-65 years old,younger than 45 years old,and older than 65 years old decreased by 18.7%,16.6%,and 12.7%,respectively.The direction and degree of effects on the functional activity index varies among different groups.Economic conditions,living environment,health,and social participation of all age groups decrease while social security and housing conditions increase.On the other hand,development opportunities,social communication,and leisure have different changing directions in different age stages.These results call for differentiated and tailor-made compensation policies for land-lost farmers,towards improving the welfare levels of all farmers and reduce the disparity among them.展开更多

The dynamic panel data model established for consumer demand,spending habits,income,regional income disparities showed that income and regional income disparities significantly influence consumer demand of rural residents. In this paper,from the angle of incomplete contract,the influencial factors of farmer breaking contract are analyzed. It is found that farmer sex,age,culture degree and farming period have obvious effects on the behavior of breaching contract. Under regulating effect of relationship quality,farmer assest specificity,exogenous uncertainty and endogenous uncertainty affect farmer's breaking behavior. That is,the higher the farmer assest specificity,the lower the farmer breaching tendency; higher exogenous uncertainty causes that farmer is easy to generate breaching behavior; higher endogenous uncertainty causes that farmer is also easy to take breaching behavior.展开更多

Taking Beijing as an example...As urbanization expands' into the suburbs of Chinese cities, the conversion of farmers into citizens with urban social protection is becoming an important issue facing Chinese megacities. Taking Beijing as an example, this paper has calculated the one-off urbanization cost of farmers in China and arrived at the results of 500, 000 yuan per person for urbanization of centralized target regions in the suburb and 200, 000 yuan per person for urbanization of scattered target regions in the exurb. This paper considers that a diversified cost sharing mechanism should be put into place for the step-by-step urbanization of farmers. In addition, policy recommendations are proposed regarding the functional transformation of collective economic organizations, eradication of the urban-rural divide, enhancement of land system innovation and policy improvements for urbanization of rural residents.展开更多

Results indicate that relevant researches take on the trend of firstly increasing then decreasing and finally steady; research hot spots mainly focus on county-wide finance and county-wide economy,county-wide inclusive finance,and county-wide finance exclusion. Based on literature review,it found subject research of county-wide finance and county-wide economic issue has become a relatively mature issue. The extension research of countywide finance exclusion and inclusive finance is devoted to remove finance exclusion. 【目的】为厘清流域面源污染源结构、精细化解析面源污染负荷时空特征,【方法】以SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool)流域面源污染模型为基础,选取代表性水文系列,结合入库污染负荷计算模型,构建了污染负荷量及入库强度的面源污染关...【目的】为厘清流域面源污染源结构、精细化解析面源污染负荷时空特征,【方法】以SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool)流域面源污染模型为基础,选取代表性水文系列,结合入库污染负荷计算模型,构建了污染负荷量及入库强度的面源污染关键源区识别技术流程,并在数据条件较为完备的沙河水库流域进行验证。【结果】结果表明:沙河水库流域总氮(Total Nitrogen,TN)入库负荷总量为198.34 t/a,面源污染占比为86.53%,流域内茶园TN负荷量贡献率最大,占比为23.84%;TN负荷量在丰水年和特丰水年比枯水年上升58.06%和289.09%,在年内丰水期TN月均负荷量比平水期和枯水期分别高出75.24%和372.51%;河道削减TN负荷量为33.58 t/a,削减比例为14.48%;子流域TN入库产污强度变化范围为0.36~4.73 t/km^(2)。面源污染排放入库低值区主要位于流域南部,高值区主要位于近库区域,沙河西和沙河东控制分区单位面积TN入库强度显著高于流域南部。【结论】针对高产污地类、高产污区域及高产污时段应提高面源污染防控力度;建立的技术流程可有效识别和科学解析流域面源污染关键源区,为流域水环境开展面源污染防治和生态适应性开发提供一定技术支持,使相关工作开展更加有的放矢。展开更多

文摘【目的】为厘清流域面源污染源结构、精细化解析面源污染负荷时空特征,【方法】以SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool)流域面源污染模型为基础,选取代表性水文系列,结合入库污染负荷计算模型,构建了污染负荷量及入库强度的面源污染关键源区识别技术流程,并在数据条件较为完备的沙河水库流域进行验证。【结果】结果表明:沙河水库流域总氮(Total Nitrogen,TN)入库负荷总量为198.34 t/a,面源污染占比为86.53%,流域内茶园TN负荷量贡献率最大,占比为23.84%;TN负荷量在丰水年和特丰水年比枯水年上升58.06%和289.09%,在年内丰水期TN月均负荷量比平水期和枯水期分别高出75.24%和372.51%;河道削减TN负荷量为33.58 t/a,削减比例为14.48%;子流域TN入库产污强度变化范围为0.36~4.73 t/km^(2)。面源污染排放入库低值区主要位于流域南部,高值区主要位于近库区域,沙河西和沙河东控制分区单位面积TN入库强度显著高于流域南部。【结论】针对高产污地类、高产污区域及高产污时段应提高面源污染防控力度;建立的技术流程可有效识别和科学解析流域面源污染关键源区,为流域水环境开展面源污染防治和生态适应性开发提供一定技术支持,使相关工作开展更加有的放矢。
