The results indicated that increase of average temperature improved single cropping rice production on national level by up to 11%relative to the average over the study period, however, it resulted in an overall loss of double cropping rice by up to 1.9%. The decrease of diurnal temperature range (DTR) in the major producing regions caused the decrease by up to 3.0%for single cropping rice production and 2.0%for double cropping rice production. Moreover, the contribution of precipitation change reached about 6.2%for single cropping rice production, but no signiifcant effect for double cropping rice production in recent 50 years.展开更多

Any acute intoxication mostly requires emergency care. Objective: To highlight the prevalence, history, clinical features, emergency treatment, and prediction of acute intoxication cases referred to the emergency services at the Provincial General Reference Hospital in Bukavu, DR-Congo. Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted from January 2021 to October 2022 based on an analysis of patients’ medical files. Triage was performed among all-type of patient files recorded in the computerized hospital database Ebale-Sante to sort cases of intoxication. Results: During the observational period, 3966 emergency admissions were counted, of which 321 (8.09%) patients were identified as having acute intoxication. Among these, 100 files that containing sufficient information fit the quality criteria for this study’s analysis. The victims were infants, adolescents and adults aged 1 - 45 years, and 52% were female and 48% were male. Most cases were accidental and, occurred at home, and the victims were driven to the hospital within 2 - 24 hours. The substances consumed included household products, drugs, and herbs. Resuscitation care, antidotes and supportive symptomatic medications ensured that 85% were healed and 10% experienced sequelae;however, 5% died. Conclusion: Acute intoxication occurs in infants mostly accidentally though the ingestion of household products and medicines. Furthermore, suicide cases may occur in traumatized adolescents and discordant couples. People should be informed about how to store hazardous products (e.g.: drugs, household products and pesticides), which should not be available to children, to avoid unintentional poisoning. Special training in clinical toxicology is required to reduce treatment failure.展开更多

In this study, two Trx cDNAs were cloned from the mussel Mytilus galloprovincialis using rapid amplification of cDNA ends-polymerase chain reaction (RACE-PCR). The two cDNAs were named MgTrxl and MgTrx2, respectively. The open reading frames of MgTrxl and MgTrx2 were 318 and 507 base pairs (bp) and they encoded proteins of 105 and 168 amino acids with estimated molecular masses of 11.45 and 18.93 kDa, respectively. Sequence analysis revealed that both proteins possessed the conserved active site dithiol motif Cys-Gly-Pro-Cys. In addition, MgTrx2 also possessed a putative mitochondrial targeting signal suggesting that it is located in the mitochondria. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) revealed that both MgTrxl and MgTrx2 were constitutively expressed in all tissues examined. The MgTrxl transcript was most abundant in hemocytes and gills, whereas the MgTrx2 transcript was most abundant in gonad, hepatopancreas, gill and hemocytes. Following Vibrio anguillarum challenge, the expression of MgTrxl was up-regulated and reached its peak, at a value 10-fold the initial value, at 24 h. Subsequently, expression returned back to the original level. In contrast, the expression level of MgTrx2 was down-regulated following bacterial stimulation, with one fifth of the control level evident at 12 h post challenge. These results suggest that MgTrxl and MgTrx2 may play important roles in the response ofM. galloprovincialis to bacterial challenge.展开更多

But under the current power purchase mode, grid companies must first perform the contract. This is extremely uneconomical and not environmentally friendly. Based on hedging theory, this paper proposes a power purchase optimization model using the strategy of “compression and compensation”. If outer price is lower than the contract price, the grid can compress contract power appropriately, leaving more space for purchasing electricity;if outer price is not attractive enough, the grid should timely improve contract proportion, compensating the deviations of contract caused by "compression". Based on the strategy of "compression and compensation", it can effectively reduce the abandoned wind and water, enhance the economic and social benefits of provincial power grid.展开更多

This mutation induces the synthesis of abnormal hemoglobin (Hb) HbS, Mainly responsible for all clinical manifestations vaso-occlusives and chronic hemolysis with variable anemia. The objective of this study is the determination profile of haematological parameters of sickle cell children of the province of Kenitra (Morocco). In order to know the usual values and the particularities which are its own, we have observed that 50% of sickle cell children in our case study have severe anemia and 84% in patients aged 5 to 11 years. In addition, there is no significant difference among gender. The cases of hemoglobinosis S are divided into: Homozygous hemoglobinosis S (43%), Heterozygous sickle cell disease (17%), Hemoglobinosis S associated with alpha-thalassemia (1%), Hemoglobinosis S composite heterozygosity S/beta-thalassemia (5%), S/PHHF composite heterozygosity (6%), eventually composite heterozygosity S/beta+ thalassemia (28%). Homozygous sickle cell children have a long hospital stay, the highest number of hospitalizations and very severe sickle cell syndromes compared to the other phenotypic status of our population.展开更多

The hospital will focus on building a clinical research-oriented general hospital with talent advantages, and requires the hospital to attach great importance to the construction of human resources and talents. It is the core competitiveness of talent hospital management. Establishing a perfect talent resource management system is the "soft environment" of a reasonable, scientific and effective management mechanism, and it is also the primary task of talent resource management in our hospital at present. The introduction of human resource information system aims at improving the efficiency of the human resource department, giving it more energy and time to think about hospital construction, development and talent management at the hospital level, so as to realize the real "hospital human resource management". Informatization has brought us a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, so we must keenly grasp the historical opportunity of informatization development.展开更多

Our aim was to study the epidemiological, clinical, paraclinical, and evolutionary aspects of acute metabolic complications (AMC) of diabetes in the endocrinology department of the Oueme-Plateau Provincial Teaching Hospital. Methods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study with data collection based on the medical records of patients presenting with acute metabolic complications of diabetes in the endocrinology department of the Oueme-Plateau Provincial Teaching Hospital during the 3 years study period (from January 2020 to December 2022). Results: Over 788 patients hospitalized during the study period, 157 had an acute metabolic complication of diabetes, which is a hospital prevalence of 19.9%. Among these 157 cases, 140 were suitable for analysis and therefore constituted our study sample. The mean age of the patients was 49.9 ± 14.7 years, with 19 as minimum and 90 years as maximum. Most of them were women (52.4%). Hypertensive diabetics accounted for 54.9% of cases. Ketoacidosis was the most common complication (62.1%), followed by hyperosmolar hyperglycemic syndrome (23.6%) and hypoglycemia (14.3%). Infection (69.3%) and therapeutic noncompliance (22.9%) were the most common triggers. The average length period of their hospital stay was 7.1 ± 5.1 days, and the outcome was satisfactory in 87.9% of the cases. Unfortunately, there were 3.6% deaths during hospitalization. Conclusion: Acute metabolic complications of diabetes were dominated by ketoacidosis. Infection was the dominant factor in decompensation. Therapeutic education of diabetic patients as well as clinical and biological monitoring must be more stringent and rigorous.展开更多

The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence and associated factors of ALL in diabetic patients in treatment at the Oueme-Plateau Provincial Teaching Hospital. Methods: This was a cross-sectional, descriptive, and analytical study from July 12 to October 10, 2021, at the Oueme-Plateau Provincial Teaching Hospital in Porto-Novo. ALL was screened by performing systolic pressure index (SPI) in all diabetic patients aged at least 18 years, seen in consultation or hospitalization during the study period and who had given their consent. Results: The study registered 165 diabetics and 98.2% of them were type 2. Subjects aged between 55 and 65 years were the most represented (33.9%), with an average age of 59.4 years. Women were in the majority (61.2%), with a sex ratio of 0.6. High blood pressure was associated with diabetes in 61.2% of patients. The prevalence of ALL was 48.5% (80 patients). Obliterative arteriopathy of the lower limbs (OALL) was observed in 70 patients (42.4%), mediacalcosis in 8 patients (4.8%), and mixed arteriopathy in 2 patients (1.2%). In 88.5% of patients, the pathology was symptomless. Factors significantly associated with ALL included advanced age (p = 0.01), the age of the glycemic imbalance (p = 0.03), lack of regular physical activity (p = 0.001) and dyslipidemia (p = 0.008). Conclusion: Pelvic limb arteriopathy is usual among diabetics at Oueme-Plateau Provincial Teaching Hospital. The use of SPI, which enables diagnosis, requires simple, low-cost means, and should be encouraged.展开更多

Until recently, the functions of border-associated macrophages have been poorly understood and largely overlooked. However, a recent study reported that border-associated macrophages participate in stroke-induced inflammation, although many details and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, we performed a comprehensive single-cell analysis of mouse border-associated macrophages using sequencing data obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO) database(GSE174574 and GSE225948). Differentially expressed genes were identified, and enrichment analysis was performed to identify the transcription profile of border-associated macrophages. CellChat analysis was conducted to determine the cell communication network of border-associated macrophages. Transcription factors were predicted using the ‘pySCENIC' tool. We found that, in response to hypoxia, borderassociated macrophages underwent dynamic transcriptional changes and participated in the regulation of inflammatory-related pathways. Notably, the tumor necrosis factor pathway was activated by border-associated macrophages following ischemic stroke. The pySCENIC analysis indicated that the activity of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(Stat3) was obviously upregulated in stroke, suggesting that Stat3 inhibition may be a promising strategy for treating border-associated macrophages-induced neuroinflammation. Finally, we constructed an animal model to investigate the effects of border-associated macrophages depletion following a stroke. Treatment with liposomes containing clodronate significantly reduced infarct volume in the animals and improved neurological scores compared with untreated animals. Taken together, our results demonstrate comprehensive changes in border-associated macrophages following a stroke, providing a theoretical basis for targeting border-associated macrophages-induced neuroinflammation in stroke treatment.展开更多

文摘The impacts of climate change on rice yield in China from 1961 to 2010 were studied in this paper, based on the provincial data, in order to develop scientiifc countermeasures. Moreover, the contribution of precipitation change reached about 6.2%for single cropping rice production, but no signiifcant effect for double cropping rice production in recent 50 years.
文摘Background: Acute intoxications result from intentionally or accidentally taking a relatively significant amount of a chemical substance which triggers disturbances in the level of psychophysiological functions, the complications of which may lead to mental disorders, physical causalities, and death. Special training in clinical toxicology is required to reduce treatment failure.
文摘Background: Medication errors are a common problem in Chinese hospital, with potentially harmful consequences for patients. The objective of this study was to analyze the cause of typical serious medication errors in some first-class provincial hospital to prevent medication error and improve rational use of drug and ensure patients administration security. Medication errors were collected between September 1, 2012 and August 31, 2013. 332 cases’ medication errors were categorized as harmful or not according to NCC MERP’s Index and other indexes such as type of error and causes of error. We focus on analyzing the 3 serious cases (0.9%, n = 3) among the all MEs that may have contributed to or resulted in temporary harm to the patient and required intervention, including the process and the cause and the background of the errors. The case analysis reminds us to pay more attention to prevent medication errors. The preventive medication error’s measures are explored through the analysis of the causes, such as forcing functions and constraints, automation and standardization, double-checking systems, rules and policies, information and more careful working. 文摘Thioredoxin (Trx) proteins are involved in many biological processes especially the regulation of cellular redox homeostasis. These results suggest that MgTrxl and MgTrx2 may play important roles in the response ofM. galloprovincialis to bacterial challenge.
文摘Under the background of energy conservation, the grid companies should give priority to consumptive hydropower, wind power and other clean electricity to fulfill their social responsibility and promote the carbon emission reduction in power industry. Based on the strategy of "compression and compensation", it can effectively reduce the abandoned wind and water, enhance the economic and social benefits of provincial power grid.
文摘Sickle cell anemia is an autosomal recessive genetic disease by mutation of the β globin gene. Homozygous sickle cell children have a long hospital stay, the highest number of hospitalizations and very severe sickle cell syndromes compared to the other phenotypic status of our population.
文摘In recent years, the hospitals construction has entered a new stage, and the scale of the hospital team is increasing. Informatization has brought us a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, so we must keenly grasp the historical opportunity of informatization development.
文摘Introduction: Diabetes mellitus, a metabolic disease, is now an important public health problem across the world. Therapeutic education of diabetic patients as well as clinical and biological monitoring must be more stringent and rigorous.

文摘Environmental fungi can damage the documentary heritage conserved in archives and affect the personnel’s health if their concentrations,thermo-hygrometric parameters and ventilation conditions are not adequate, problems that can be accentuated by Climate Change. The aims of this work were to identify and to characterize the airborne fungal pollution of naturally ventilated repositories in the Provincial Historical Archive of Santiago de Cuba and predict the risk that these fungi pose to the staff’s health.Indoor air of three repositories of this archive and the outdoor air were sampled in an occasion every time in 2015,2016 and 2017 using a SAS sampler. The obtained fungal concentrations varied from 135.6 CFU/m^(3)to 421.1 CFU/m^(3)and the indoor/outdoor ratios fluctuated from 0.7 to 4.2,evidencing a variable environmental quality over time, but in the third sampling the repositories environments showed good quality.Aspergillus and Cladosporium were the predominant genera in these environments.A.flavus was a prevailed species in indoor air, while A.niger and Cl.cladosporioides were the species that showed the greatest similarities with the outdoor air.Coremiella and Talaromyces genera as well as the species Aspergillus uvarum,Alternaria ricini and Cladosporium staurophorum were the first findings for environments of Cuban archives.Xerophilic species(A.flavus,A.niger,A.ochraceus,A.ustus)indicators of moisture problems in the repositories were detected;they are also opportunistic pathogens and toxigenic species but their concentrations were higher than the recommended, demonstrating the potential risk to which the archive personnel is exposed in a circumstantial way.
文摘Introduction: The distribution of arteriopathy of the lower limbs (ALL) is not familiar in the city of Porto-Novo. The use of SPI, which enables diagnosis, requires simple, low-cost means, and should be encouraged.

文摘The Yunnan Provincial Museum has collected typical artifacts unearthed from tombs dating back to the“ancient Dian State”period. In particular, bronzes inlaid with gold and jade have attracted much attention for their shape, materials, techniques, aesthetics and cultural functions.Stone-jeweled bronze buckles with unique styles and exquisite craftmanship have become one of the most distinctive objects in this period. This study identifies the composition of green inlay fragments detached from a circular bronze buckle from Shizhaishan Tomb M13∶62 by laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(LA-ICP-OES)and documents surface micro-features by super-depth-of-field microscopy. The results demonstrate that the inlay material is libethenite[Cu_2(PO_4)(OH)],a copper phosphate hydroxide previously misidentified as turquoise or malachite.Through technological archaeology,we can restore the Mosaic process, assess the technical level of metal refining technology at that time, and conduct a detailed cultural interaction through the material's source, development, and evolution. The technological, aesthetic, and cultural implications of these findings are discussed, emphasizing the role of stone-jeweled buckles as elite insignia. This research underscores the importance of scientific analysis in correcting visually based misidentifications and contributes to the archaeogeographical study of early gem utilization in southwestern China.

文摘Oxytocin has been found to modulate and improve pain in humans, but the mechanisms underlying these antinociceptive properties, especially in visceral hypersensitivity, are still unclear.Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)models were established by colorectal distention in newborn rats aged 8 to 14 days, and visceral hypersensitivity was assessed using electromyogram(EMG).Oxytocin or saclofen was administered intrathecally to evaluate visceral hypersensitivity in the rats. The protein expressions of oxytocin receptor(OTR),γ-aminobutyric acid type B1 receptor(GABAB1),and transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1)in the lumbosacral spinal cord regions were measured.IBS rats exhibited a unique spinal cord molecular signature comprising decreased OTR/GABAB1 and increased TRPV1 expression.Intrathecal oxytocin treatment not only normalized these molecular alterations(increasing GABAB1 while decreasing TRPV1)but also ameliorated visceral pain behaviors.Crucially, this therapeutic effect was fully reversed by GABAB1 inhibition, establishing the necessity of intact GABAergic signaling for oxytocin-mediated analgesia.Collectively, these findings indicate that oxytocin relieves visceral hypersensitivity through the regulation of GABAB1 and TRPV1 in the spinal cord of IBS rats.

文摘Mytilus contain abundant antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)that play a key role in the innate immunity. However, heterologous production of these AMPs remains challenging due to their short sequences, multiple disulfide bonds, and high content of cationic amino acids, which hinder functional expression in prokaryotic systems such as Escherichia coli.To establish a eukaryotic recombinant expression system for the AMPs of mussel and obtain recombinant mussel AMPs for subsequent studies,we reported the successful recombinant expression of myticofensin B1,a novel defensin-like AMP identified previously in Mytiluscoruscus, using the eukaryotic host Pichia pastoris. The codon-optimized gene encoding the mature myticofensin-B1(composed of 65 amino acid residues, including 6 conserved cysteine residues)was cloned into a pPICZαA vector and expressed in P.pastoris GS115.Structural fidelity of the recombinant peptide was confirmed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),showing a molecular weight of 8849.9 Da,which was consistent with the theoretical prediction.Functional assays demonstrated a broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity of the recombinant myticofensin-B1,with stronger inhibition against Gram-negative bacteria.Scanning electron microscopy revealed different effects of the recombinant myticofensin-B1 against different bacteria. In addition, the recombinant myticofensin-B1 exhibited a very low hemolytic activity against sheep red blood cells and weak cytotoxicity against human A549 lung cancer cells. This study establishes P.pastoris as a powerful platform to produce functional mussel AMP and highlights the potential of the recombinant myticofensin-B1 as a therapeutic agent for aquaculture pathogens and infections.

文摘Border-associated macrophages are located at the interface between the brain and the periphery, including the perivascular spaces, choroid plexus, and meninges. Taken together, our results demonstrate comprehensive changes in border-associated macrophages following a stroke, providing a theoretical basis for targeting border-associated macrophages-induced neuroinflammation in stroke treatment.

文摘Photorespiration consumes photosynthetically fixed carbon and reduces yields by 20%–50%in C3 crops. In an attempt to increase photosynthetic efficiency in rice by bypassing the carbon-consuming process of photorespiration,a photorespiratory bypass consisting of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii glycolate dehydrogenase and Cucurbita maxima malate synthase(termed the GMS bypass)was introduced into the rice cultivar Zhonghua 11 and osplgg1b,a mutant of the rice chloroplast glycolate transporter,to generate GMS/ZH11 and GMS/osplgg1b transgenic plants. The GMS bypass reduced photorespiration and increased photosynthesis in the transgenic plants. The straw biomass of GMS/ZH11 and GMS/osplgg1b increased by up to 16.0%and 85.7%,respectively.The yield of GMS/ZH11 increased by 22.0%–34.7%in paddy fields. Thus, the GMS bypass can increase photosynthetic efficiency and yield in rice.

文摘Licochalcone A(LCA)is a characteristic compound in licorice Glycyrrhiza inflata and is widely utilized in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. However, the biosynthetic pathway and regulatory mechanisms of LCA remain poorly understood. In this study,we first found the accumulation of LCA is induced by methyl jasmonate(MeJA).Given that MYB transcriptional factors are well-documented as key regulators of flavonoid biosynthesis,we identified a total of 147 GiR2R3-MYB genes in G.inflata, which were classified into 28 subgroups. The chromosome distributions, sequence characteristics, gene structures, duplication events and cis-acting elements were also investigated.Through integrated analysis of GiR2R3-MYBs expression patterns across different tissues and under MeJA treatment, along with phylogenetic relationship,we identified GiMYB76—a MeJA-inducible MYB transcription factor—as a potential regulator of LCA accumulation.Functional validation showed that transgenic hairy roots overexpressing GiMYB76 exhibited a significant increase in LCA content.DAP-seq analysis of GiMYB76 revealed potential target genes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis regulation.Subsequent promoter activity assay verified that GiMYB76 can bind to the promoter and activate the expression of GiCHS4.Consistently,overexpression of GiCHS4 in G.inflata hairy roots also significantly enhanced LCA production. This study not only clarifies that GiMYB76 transcriptionally activated GiCHS4 to promote LCA biosynthesis but also provides valuable insights for basic research on licorice and the development of related industries.

文摘Acetolactate synthase(ALS)-targeting herbicides are among the most widely used weed-control chemicals globally.Mutations in the ALS gene can confer herbicide resistance in crops, thereby allowing selective elimination of weeds without harming crops.Herbicide-resistant ALS alleles were initially discovered in weeds and subsequently developed through artificial mutagenesis techniques. With the advancement of CRISPR/Cas technologies, various genome-editing tools are now available to introduce these resistant alleles,as well as novel variants, into diverse crop species. Moreover, emerging methodologies, such as directed evolution, enable the generation and screening of large populations of random ALS mutants.Consequently,ALS has become one of the most extensively targeted genes in plant gene evolution. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of both conventional and recently developed strategies for ALS evolution, with particular emphasis on CRISPR/Cas-based genome editing and directed evolution.Future perspectives on technological application are also discussed.By advancing our understanding of herbicide-resistant ALS allele development for crop improvement, these methodologies may also pave the way for their application to the evolution of other agronomically important genes.

文摘Downregulation of the inwardly rectifying potassium channel Kir4.1 is a key step for inducing retinal Müller cell activation and interaction with other glial cells, which is involved in retinal ganglion cell apoptosis in glaucoma.Modulation of Kir4.1 expression in Müller cells may therefore be a potential strategy for attenuating retinal ganglion cell damage in glaucoma. In this study,we identified seven predicted phosphorylation sites in Kir4.1 and constructed lentiviral expression systems expressing Kir4.1 mutated at each site to prevent phosphorylation.Following this,we treated Müller glial cells in vitro and in vivo with the m Glu R I agonist DHPG to induce Kir4.1 or Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression. We found that both Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression inhibited activation of Müller glial cells.Subsequently,we established a rat model of chronic ocular hypertension by injecting microbeads into the anterior chamber and overexpressed Kir4.1 or Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp in the eye,and observed similar results in Müller cells in vivo as those seen in vitro. Both Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression inhibited Müller cell activation, regulated the balance of Bax/Bcl-2,and reduced the m RNA and protein levels of pro-inflammatory factors, including interleukin-1βand tumor necrosis factor-α.Furthermore,we investigated the regulatory effects of Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression on the release of pro-inflammatory factors in a co-culture system of Müller glial cells and microglia. In this co-culture system,we observed elevated adenosine triphosphate concentrations in activated Müller cells, increased levels of translocator protein(a marker of microglial activation),and elevated interleukin-1βm RNA and protein levels in microglia induced by activated Müller cells. These changes could be reversed by Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression in Müller cells.Kir4.1 overexpression, but not Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression, reduced the number of proliferative and migratory microglia induced by activated Müller cells.Collectively, these results suggest that the tyrosine residue at position nine in Kir4.1 may serve as a functional modulation site in the retina in an experimental model of glaucoma.Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression attenuated Müller cell activation, reduced ATP/P2X receptor–mediated interactions between glial cells, inhibited microglial activation, and decreased the synthesis and release of pro-inflammatory factors, consequently ameliorating retinal ganglion cell apoptosis in glaucoma.

文摘Ethylene(C_(2)H_(4))in vehicle exhaust is a highly reactive volatile organic compound(VOC).Its photooxidative reaction with NOx contributes to the formation of O3 and secondary organic aerosols(SOA),the latter being a key precursor of PM_(2.5).In this study,a novel MgO-supported Ag-Cu bimetallic catalyst was designed and investigated using density functional theory(DFT).The effects of Ag and Cu loading on the geometric structure, stability, and reactant adsorption characteristics of the catalyst were analyzed, and the catalytic oxidation pathways of C_(2)H_(4)over AgCu-MgO was elucidated. The results indicate that loading Ag significantly enhances the adsorption of C_(2)H_(4).The incorporation of Cu into Ag-MgO to form a AgCu-MgO bimetallic catalyst(dual atom catalyst,DACS)further improves the oxidative activity toward C_(2)H_(4).Based on the binding energies of the Ag and Cu bimetallic sites and the adsorption energies of C_(2)H_(4)and O_(2),three representative configurations were selected for detailed reaction pathway analysis.Among them,Configuration 6 of AgCu-MgO exhibited the highest catalytic oxidation performance. This study provides new atomic-scale insights for the rational design of efficient catalysts targeting olefinic pollutants in automotive emissions and offers valuable guidance for advancing exhaust after-treatment technologies.
