目的在动物模型中探讨电钻振动诱导听力减退的机制和可能的血迷路屏障变化。方法用电磁振荡器在5只豚鼠听泡上产生可重复的振动,其振动频率为250 Hz,用复合动作电位评估其听功能,振动后3小时至4 天用4.7特斯拉磁共振成像分析其血迷路... 目的在动物模型中探讨电钻振动诱导听力减退的机制和可能的血迷路屏障变化。方法用电磁振荡器在5只豚鼠听泡上产生可重复的振动,其振动频率为250 Hz,用复合动作电位评估其听功能,振动后3小时至4 天用4.7特斯拉磁共振成像分析其血迷路屏障变化。静脉注射T1增强剂Gadolinium-diethylenetriaminepentaacetate- bismethylamide(Gd-DTPA-BMA)作为血迷路屏障的示踪剂。结果振动诱导平均听力损失40 dB HL,在振动后立即测试的耳蜗中,其中阶摄取Gd-DTPA-BMA,提示血迷路屏障通透性增加。在振动后2天至4天的动物中,其中阶内无Gd-DTPA-BMA摄取。结论 250 Hz振动使血路屏障通透性增加是使导致听力减退的原因之一。其通透性的变化为一个可逆的过程。 展开更多

Effects of Atmospheric Pressure Air Plasma Pretreatment on the Seed Germination and Early Growth of Andrographis paniculata 被引量:6

The objective of this paper is to demonstrate whether air plasma can change the seed germination characteristics, seedling emergence, as well as biochemical reactivity, in Andrographis paniculata (A. paniculata) seedlings by modifying the seed coat and finding a beneficial treatment dose. Eight treatment doses and one control were used to conduct electrical conductivity determination, a germination test, a seedling emergence test and a biochemical assay. The results showed that after being treated with air plasma excited at 5950 V for 10 s, the perme- ability of the seeds was improved significantly, resulting in the acceleration of seed germination and seedling emergence. In the meantime, the catalase activity and catalase isoenzyme expression were also improved, while the malondialdehyde content in the seedlings was decreased (which means greater counteraction with environmental stress). After being treated with 4250 V for 10 s and 5950 V for 20 s, the seed germination was enhanced, but without an obvious change in seedUng emergence. However, after treatment with 3400 V for 20 s and 5100 V for 10 s, the permeability of the seeds was decreased, resulting in a delay in seedling emergence. These results indicate that air plasma can change the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Andrographis paniculata seeds by modifying the seed coat, combined with the effects of the active plasma species, and that different treating doses have different effects. 展开更多

The Correlation between Gamma-ray and Radio Emissions in γ-ray Loud Blazars 被引量:12

We collect 119 γ-ray-loud blazars (97 flat spectrum radio quasars (FSRQs) and 22 BL Lacertae objects (BL Lacs)), and investigate possible correlations between their γ-ray emission (maximum, minimum and average value... We collect 119 γ-ray-loud blazars (97 flat spectrum radio quasars (FSRQs) and 22 BL Lacertae objects (BL Lacs)), and investigate possible correlations between their γ-ray emission (maximum, minimum and average values) at 1 GeV and the radio emission at 8.4 GHz. Our main results are as follows. For the lower state γ-ray data, there is no correlation between the γ-ray and radio flux density; For the high state γ-ray data, there are good correlations for the whole 119 blazars and 97 FSRQs, and a weak correlation for the 22 BL Lac objects; For the average γ-ray data, there are good correlations. According to our analysis, we propose that the γ-rays are associated with the radio emission from the jet, and that the γ-ray emission is likely from the SSC process in this case. 展开更多

Inspired by the f(R) non-linear massive gravity, we propose a new kind of modified gravity model, namely f(T) non-linear massive gravity, by adding the dRGT mass term reformulated in the vierbein formalism, to the f(T) theory. We then investigate the cosmological evolution of f(T) massive gravity, and constrain it by using the latest observational data. We find that it slightly favors a crossing of the phantom divide line from the quintessence-like phase (wae 〉 -1) to the phantom-like one (wae 〈 -1) as redshiff decreases. 展开更多

Superluminal Motion and Polarization in Blazars

A relativistic beaming model has been successfully used to explain the observed properties of active galactic nuclei (AGNs). In this model there are two emission components, a boosted one and an unbeamed one, shown up in the radio band as the core and lobe components. The luminosity ratio of the core to the lobe is defined as the core-dominance parameter (R = (L<SUB>Core</SUB>/L<SUB>Lobe</SUB>)). The de-beamed radio luminosity (L<SUB>jet</SUB><SUP>db</SUP>) in the jet is assumed to be proportional to the unbeamed luminosity (L<SUB>ub</SUB>) in the co-moving frame, i.e., f = (L<SUB>jet</SUB><SUP>db</SUP>/L<SUB>ub</SUB>), and f is determined in our previous paper. We further discuss the relationship between BL Lacertae objects (BLs) and flat spectrum radio quasars (FSRQs), which are subclasses of blazars with different degrees of polarization, using the calculated values of the ratio f for a sample of superluminal blazars. We found 1) that the BLs show smaller averaged Doppler factors and Lorentz factors, larger viewing angles and higher core-dominance parameters than do the FSRQs, and 2) that in the polarization-core dominance parameter plot (P-log R) the BLs and FSRQs occupy a scattered region, but in a revised plot (log (P/c(m)) ? log R), they gather around two different lines, suggesting that they have some different intrinsic properties. 展开更多
