Through a comprehensive review of PetroChina overseas oil and gas exploration of more than 20 years,we systematically summarize the development history,development status and application results of the overseas oil and gas exploration theory and technology.Overseas oil and gas exploration has experienced four stages,exploratory exploration,progressive exploration,risk exploration and efficient exploration.The overseas exploration theory and technology have also gone through the initially direct borrow of domestic mature technology to the integrated application,and then to the research innovation based on overseas features.A series of overseas oil and gas exploration theories and technologies represented by theories and technologies for passive rift basins,salt basins and foreland basin slopes,and global oil and gas geology and resource evaluation have been established.On the basis of deep analysis of the future overseas exploration development demand for the technology,and combined with the domestic and overseas future development trend of theory and technology,this paper systematically discusses the overseas exploration difficulties,technical requirements and the main development directions and aims of exploration theory and technology in the future:(1)Develop conventional onshore oil and gas exploration techniques continuously for the overseas exploration and keep them at an internationally advanced level.(2)Develop the global oil and gas resources and assets integrated optimization evaluation technology and its information system construction project innovatively to reach the international leading level.(3)Develop the deep water exploration technology integratively and narrow the gap with the world’s advanced level. 展开更多

In recent years,the growth rate of coalbed methane(CBM)industry in China has slowed down.In order to promote its development,it is in urgent need to do the researches focusing on enhancing domestic CBM industry.In this paper,PetroChina Coalbed Methane Co.Ltd.was taken as an example.Its technical progress and achievements in the construction of CBM industrial base at the eastern margin of the Ordos Basin and the CBM exploration and development in Xinjiang since it was founded in 2008 were systematically studied and summarized.Then,the opportunities and challenges of domestic CBM industry in the process of its development were analyzed.Finally,five main study directions for accelerating the development of CBM industry were put forward.First,speed up the scale breakthrough of the strategic replacement of mediumand low-rank CBM resources in Xinjiang.Second,continuously research the technologies for increasing production and recovery factor of developed areas,so as to enhance the development benefits greatly.Third,strengthen the comprehensive development of deep CBM and coal measure gas,so as to improve the comprehensive utilization ratio of resources.Fourth,develop the intelligent information technology based on artificial intelligence and big data suitable for CBM fields,to improve the development level of CBM fields.Fifth,study the innovative management system of CBM benefit development,to provide a scientific institutional guarantee for the benefit development of CBM.It is concluded that the scale CBM development at the eastern margin of the Ordos Basin supplies the nation with precious clean energy and provides new ways and contributions for the safe production and energy saving&emission reduction of coal mines.In addition,it is recommended to continuously promote management innovation and technological innovation and speed up the construction of the third CBM industrial base in Xinjiang so as to accelerate the development of CBM industry in China. 展开更多

Through a comprehensive review of the development status of workover technology of PetroChina Company Limited(PetroChina), this paper presents the connotation of workover operation under the background of the new era, the latest progress of workover operation in the respects of equipment, tools, technology and the construction of information and standardization. The gaps between PetroChina and foreign counterpart in workover technology are as follows: the level of automation and intellectualization of tools and equipment is relatively low, the snubbing operation in gas wells characterized by HT/HP and high H2 S is lagged behind;water plugging in the long horizontal wellbore needs to be further developed, coiled tubing and its relevant equipment for ultra-deep well operation has to be optimized;informationization, standardization and big data application of workover operation need to be started. Based on this as well as the development status of workover technology in China and the technical difficulties faced in the future, eight suggestions for future development are put forward:(1) strengthen the dynamic understanding of reservoir and improve the pertinence of workover schemes;(2) develop the general overhaul technology in a systematical way to tackle issues of seriously problematic wells;(3) put more efforts into the research of horizontal well workover operation and develop relevant technology for long horizontal section operation;(4) improve the snubbing technology and extend its applications;(5) expand the capacity of coiled tubing operation and improve the level of special operations;(6) develop automatic workover technology into the field of artificial intelligence;(7) promote clean operation in an all-round way and build green oil and gas fields;(8) perfect the informationization construction to realize the sharing of workover resources. 展开更多

This study reviews the development history of PetroChina’s overseas oil and gas field development technologies, summarizes the characteristic technologies developed, and puts forward the development goals and technological development directions of overseas business to overcome the challenges met in overseas oil and gas production. In the course of PetroChina’s overseas oil and gas field production practice of more than 20 years, a series of characteristic technologies suitable for overseas oil and gas fields have been created by combining the domestic mature oil and gas field production technologies with the features of overseas oil and gas reservoirs, represented by the technology for high-speed development and stabilizing oil production and controlling water rise for overseas sandstone oilfields, high efficiency development technology for large carbonate oil and gas reservoirs and foamy oil depletion development technology in use of horizontal wells for extra-heavy oil reservoirs. Based on in-depth analysis of the challenges faced by overseas oil and gas development and technological requirements, combined with the development trends of oil and gas development technologies in China and abroad, overseas oil and gas development technologies in the future are put forward, including artificial intelligence reservoir prediction and 3 D geological modeling, secondary development and enhanced oil recovery(EOR) of overseas sandstone oilfields after high speed development, water and gas injection to improve oil recovery in overseas carbonate oil and gas reservoirs, economic and effective development of overseas unconventional oil and gas reservoirs, efficient development of marine deep-water oil and gas reservoirs. The following goals are expected to be achieved: keep the enhanced oil recovery(EOR) technology for high water-cut sandstone oilfield at international advanced level, and make the development technology for carbonate oil and gas reservoirs reach the international advanced level, and the development technologies for unconventional and marine deep-water oil and gas reservoirs catch up the level of international leading oil companies quickly. 展开更多

One of its most important tasks is to safeguard its staff's health, take precautions against accidents and protect the environment. Nowadays, information system has been recognizing as one of the most magic way to enhance management through out in the world leading oil company. In order to build an effective HSE system easily to implement and maintain, in January 2004, PetroChina invited IBM to help on conducting a feasibility study for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) system. In March 2005, PetroChina kicked off the pilot phase of first enterprise-wide QHSE software implementation project. A very comprehensive selection of Essential SuiteTM (ESS), the fully integrated, browser-based solution by ESS has been chosen for the implementation. 陆相分流河道砂体地震预测方法——分方位高分辨率处理、多属性融合和变尺度反演

针对陆相老油田面临的河道砂体空间展布复杂、剩余油挖潜难度大等诸多油气开发挑战,聚焦窄小河道边界模糊、多期叠置砂体析分困难等储层识别关键难题,以大庆长垣萨中油田上白垩统陆相砂岩为对象,研发“分方位高分辨率处理-多属性融合-... 针对陆相老油田面临的河道砂体空间展布复杂、剩余油挖潜难度大等诸多油气开发挑战,聚焦窄小河道边界模糊、多期叠置砂体析分困难等储层识别关键难题,以大庆长垣萨中油田上白垩统陆相砂岩为对象,研发“分方位高分辨率处理-多属性融合-变尺度反演”三位一体技术体系,探索从地震处理到储层预测、再到剩余油挖潜实践的全链条技术路径。研究表明:(1)针对河道砂体地震成像难题,首次将分方位(OVT)地震处理技术从断裂成像领域拓展至砂体预测领域,建立了基于地质目标的OVT向量片划分方法,大幅提升了砂体成像精度,使河道砂体识别宽度下限突破至50 m;(2)针对井间窄小河道边界预测难题,提出振幅-相干多属性融合方法,在沉积单元级等时格架约束下可精准刻画800~2 000 m延伸长度、具分叉-合并特征的条带状水下分流河道;(3)针对多期河道叠置难题,突破单一尺度建模局限,构建砂岩组、小层、沉积单元三级变尺度地层模型,通过反演结果可成功描述曲流河“截弯取直”等关键沉积构型特征。基于上述3项技术突破,构建地震预测与剩余油挖潜直连的开发应用模式,并在研究区依据窄小河道预测结果部署水平井,水平段含油砂岩钻遇率高达97%,单井初期日产油12.5 t;通过对17条复合砂体内部单一河道边界的精准识别,指导了135口井挖潜措施的实施,单井平均日增油2.8 t,累计增油13.6×10^(4)t。 展开更多

为深入评价柴达木盆地台南地区滨-浅湖滩-坝的天然气勘探开发前景,通过岩心观察和钻(测)井资料分析,结合岩石薄片、X射线衍射全岩矿物测试、粒度累积概率曲线、黏土矿物组合、泥岩岩屑氯离子含量和砂(灰)/地比等参数,系统研究了第四系... 为深入评价柴达木盆地台南地区滨-浅湖滩-坝的天然气勘探开发前景,通过岩心观察和钻(测)井资料分析,结合岩石薄片、X射线衍射全岩矿物测试、粒度累积概率曲线、黏土矿物组合、泥岩岩屑氯离子含量和砂(灰)/地比等参数,系统研究了第四系七个泉组Ⅱ层系滩-坝沉积环境、平面展布、发育演化和控制因素。结果表明:①台南地区主要发育碎屑岩滩-坝,偶见碳酸盐岩滩-坝。碎屑岩滩-坝以含岩屑长石质细砂岩-粉砂岩为主,粒度曲线主要为“一跳一悬”两段式(占64.4%),其次为多段式(占11.9%)。发育水平层理、波状层理和低角度交错层理。碳酸盐岩滩-坝主要为具有粉-泥晶结构的含泥、含粉砂泥晶灰岩。②七个泉组Ⅱ层系碎屑岩滩-坝发育,单层厚度平均值为2.13 m,砂/地比平均值为0.34,单坝体规模较小,主要位于背斜核部,呈条带状展布。背斜东翼坝呈NE-SW向,西翼呈NW-SE向。碳酸盐岩滩-坝规模较小,灰/地比平均值为0.37,呈环形分布于背斜核部。③湖盆水体主要为半咸水-咸水,局部出现盐水。气候干旱寒冷且波动性强,黏土矿物主要为伊利石(占44.2%),其次为伊/蒙混层(占22.9%)和绿泥石(占19.6%)。台南地区滩-坝发育且迁移摆动明显,背斜两翼滩-坝演化差异大。干旱气候环境和低幅度同沉积背斜是滩-坝发育的主控因素。 展开更多

全球煤岩气资源潜力与分布

基于全球94个主要含煤盆地的区域地质、地震、钻井、测井、录井和生产动态等资料,在煤资源筛选和统计的基础上,参考国内煤岩气界定方法和评价标准,类比中国沉积盆地煤岩的构造沉积和埋藏热演化条件,以体积法为主,部分地区采用容积法,估... 基于全球94个主要含煤盆地的区域地质、地震、钻井、测井、录井和生产动态等资料,在煤资源筛选和统计的基础上,参考国内煤岩气界定方法和评价标准,类比中国沉积盆地煤岩的构造沉积和埋藏热演化条件,以体积法为主,部分地区采用容积法,估算全球煤岩气资源潜力,明确资源分布;基于5类共14项参数指标体系及赋分标准,对盆地排队优选,指出未来重点攻关方向。研究表明:(1)全球煤岩主要发育在4类原型盆地的4类沼泽环境,分布于五大成煤期和八大聚煤带,煤地质资源量约为42×10^(12) t,其中1 500 m以深煤岩的地质资源量为22×10^(12) t。(2)全球深层煤岩中赋存的煤岩气地质资源量约为232×10^(12) m^(3),其中俄罗斯、加拿大、美国、中国和澳大利亚5个国家煤岩气地质资源量之和占比超过90%,中国占比为24%。(3)全球煤岩气资源量前10大盆地为阿尔伯塔、库兹涅茨克、鄂尔多斯、东西伯利亚、博文、西西伯利亚、四川、南图尔盖、勒拿—维柳伊、塔里木,占比75%;二叠系、白垩系、石炭系、侏罗系、古近系—新近系的煤岩气资源量占比分别为32%,30%,18%,10%,7%。(4)综合评价全球煤岩气勘探开发最为现实的前10大重点盆地为阿尔伯塔、鄂尔多斯、库兹涅茨克、圣胡安、四川、东西伯利亚、落基山、博文、准噶尔、沁水。在中国成功开发实践的推动下,煤岩气目前正处于理论突破、技术创新和产量增长期,或将引领新一轮全球非常规油气革命。 展开更多

随着大数据和人工智能时代的来临,海量的古地理资料不断积累,以及计算机技术的高速发展,推动了多种古地理方法的优势融合,使标准化、定量化和智能化古地理编图成为可能。以四川盆地及邻区寒武系芙蓉统为例,在系统收集整理195个露头及钻... 随着大数据和人工智能时代的来临,海量的古地理资料不断积累,以及计算机技术的高速发展,推动了多种古地理方法的优势融合,使标准化、定量化和智能化古地理编图成为可能。以四川盆地及邻区寒武系芙蓉统为例,在系统收集整理195个露头及钻井数据基础上,通过构建含油气盆地岩相古地理数据库,综合应用插值算法和图形可视化技术,整合多源、多尺度复杂的古地理相关数据,提出一套含油气盆地定量层序岩相古地理编图方法。该方法包括数据准备与标准化、多信息融合定等时层序格架、岩石类型统计分析定主要单因素、优势相识别定沉积相带、定量化插值开展岩相古地理编图等核心步骤。采用“三级层序”为等时编图单元,在优势相约束下通过关键单因素趋势定沉积相边界,编制了四川盆地及邻区芙蓉统高精度构造-层序岩相古地理图。结果表明:芙蓉统沉积期,受持续隆升的大地构造背景、相对海平面的频繁振荡、温暖湿润的气候条件、相对充足的氧气和稳定的二氧化碳含量协同作用,四川盆地呈现典型的镶边浅水碳酸盐岩台地沉积格局。受特提斯洋关闭俯冲影响,盆地内部形成了川中、川北和黔中三大同沉积古隆起及多条同沉积断裂,导致隆坳格局分异明显,并控制了古隆起周缘及台洼边缘颗粒滩的规模发育。该时期颗粒滩经历多期岩溶作用,形成规模化滩相白云岩储层,成为寒武系未来油气勘探重要的领域方向。 展开更多

大庆油田深层沙河子组砂砾岩气藏埋藏较深、储层致密、非均质性强,气井产能低,储层主控因素不清,合理的开发对策尚不明确,效益开发面临严峻挑战。通过开展储层展布及动态特征描述,明确沙河子组砂砾岩发育厚层型和薄互层型2种储层类型,... 大庆油田深层沙河子组砂砾岩气藏埋藏较深、储层致密、非均质性强,气井产能低,储层主控因素不清,合理的开发对策尚不明确,效益开发面临严峻挑战。通过开展储层展布及动态特征描述,明确沙河子组砂砾岩发育厚层型和薄互层型2种储层类型,厚层型效益开发的潜力优于薄互层型。通过攻关“甜点”优选、地质工程一体化模型建立、优化部署等开发技术,建立了致密砂砾岩气藏经济开发技术界限、三维地质模型和应力模型,形成了致密气藏优化部署模式。以SOS9H井区为例开展厚层型致密砂砾岩气藏效益提产先导试验,试验区气井滚动实施连续获得产量突破,最高无阻流量达到186.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,展示了良好的效益开发前景。先导试验区取得的规律认识,为大庆油田沙河子组致密气的规模效益增储建产奠定了坚实的基础,研究成果为同类气藏的效益开发提供了有效的技术指导。 展开更多

准噶尔盆地西部隆起现今地温场分布及地热资源评价

地热资源作为清洁稳定的非碳基能源,对中国实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义,准噶尔盆地的地热研究较为薄弱。以准噶尔盆地西部隆起为研究区,开展现今地温场分布与地热资源评价,利用11口井的高质量连续测温数据,分析了地温梯度与大地热流... 地热资源作为清洁稳定的非碳基能源,对中国实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义,准噶尔盆地的地热研究较为薄弱。以准噶尔盆地西部隆起为研究区,开展现今地温场分布与地热资源评价,利用11口井的高质量连续测温数据,分析了地温梯度与大地热流分布特征,并利用一维稳态热传导方程,揭示了5 000 m以浅地层温度的平面分布规律,在此基础上,评价了石炭系及以上7套热储的地热资源量。结果表明:西部隆起平均地温梯度为(21.3±3.0)℃/km,平均大地热流为(43.9±6.9)mW/m^(2);中拐凸起为相对高热异常区,平均地温梯度为(23.3±2.8)℃/km,平均大地热流为(47.9±5.8)mW/m^(2);西部隆起埋深4 000 m处地层温度为78.0~122.9℃,中拐凸起平均地层温度为100.7℃,显示了良好的地热资源潜力;西部隆起地热资源量为411.24 EJ,二叠系地热资源量最大为132.61 EJ,石炭系次之,为121.52 EJ;白垩系流体资源量最高,为19.58 EJ。研究结果可为西部隆起地热开发利用提供关键参数,也可为准噶尔盆地其他区域地热评价提供参考。 展开更多

Allan图分析对于断层封闭性的研究具有重要意义。以辽河坳陷兴隆台构造带太古界潜山油气藏为例,综合测录井、三维地震和实验分析测试资料,提出了一种基于高精度地质建模技术的改进Allan图法,用于分析断层封闭性。研究结果表明:(1)基于井-震联合建立的高精地质模型可解决井位数据缺失的问题,在精细剖析变质岩潜山各个区域的岩性发育情况及造缝能力的基础上,高精地质模型可准确刻画断层两侧的地层接触关系和岩性分布规律,经人工检查和调整可形成最终的改进Allan图。(2)研究区断面上共存在6种岩性对接模式,其中具备良好封闭性的对接模式包含角砾岩-泥岩、混合岩-泥岩、混合岩-片麻岩、混合岩-角砾岩、角砾岩-角砾岩,区外围断层F3、F5全封闭,区内渗漏点海拔为-4 390 m。(3)结合模糊数学方法、现场流体分布进行了交叉检验,各个区域分析结果与改进Allan图法分析的断层侧向封闭性吻合度高,说明该方法在变质岩潜山表现出优异的适用性和准确性,具有较高的应用价值。 展开更多

特高含水后期剩余油高度分散,油井压裂潜力精准评价难度加大。基于两相达西渗流理论,系统梳理影响压裂效果的6大方面29项因素,建立大庆XB开发区压裂样本库,采用相关分析和专家经验相结合确定压裂效果10项主控因素。在Kmeans聚类数据降... 特高含水后期剩余油高度分散,油井压裂潜力精准评价难度加大。基于两相达西渗流理论,系统梳理影响压裂效果的6大方面29项因素,建立大庆XB开发区压裂样本库,采用相关分析和专家经验相结合确定压裂效果10项主控因素。在Kmeans聚类数据降噪基础上,建立了基于LightGBM机器学习算法的压裂初期日增油量预测模型,并将预测模型与穷举搜索算法相结合,实现了以增油最佳或效益最佳为目标的压裂潜力快速评价。现场试验32口井,单井增油量较常规方法提高0.4 t/d,含水率较常规方法多下降1.7百分点,产出投入比达到4.1。该方法大幅度提高了压裂潜力评价精度及效率,为精准措施挖潜提供有效手段。 展开更多
