As a key measure to comprehensively promote the strategy of rural revitalization,especially in the field of industrial prosperity,the integration of rural three industries is of great strategic significance.In this st...As a key measure to comprehensively promote the strategy of rural revitalization,especially in the field of industrial prosperity,the integration of rural three industries is of great strategic significance.In this study,entropy method and TOPSIS method were employed to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index of integration of three industries and the ideal development value respectively.The development status of integration of three rural industries was systematically evaluated,and the development trend of different regions was compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the development index of integration of three industries showed a steady growth trend,among which the development level of Jiangsu Province ranked first,followed by Hubei Province,while the development level of Shaanxi Province was relatively low.When analyzing the Level I indicators of integration of three rural industries,the contribution of industrial integration behavior exceeded the performance of industrial integration.Among the behavioral indicators of industrial integration,the weight of agricultural multi-functionality and service integration was relatively large,which plays a significant role in promoting the development of integration of three rural industries.The scores and growth rates of Jiangsu Province in increasing farmers income,increasing agricultural production and rural economic development were higher than those of other regions,while Shaanxi Province still had a certain gap in rural industrial integration indicators compared with Jiangsu Province and Hubei Province.In view of this,we came up with some strategic recommendations for further promoting the development of integration of three rural industries.展开更多

BRICS is an important force in the global economy, and the progress of the BRICS countries' trade facilitation level has an important impact on the global trade environment. This paper conducts an in-depth study of the dynamic changes in BRICS trade facilitation from 2013 to 2022, and uses an extended gravity model to analyze the specific impact of this change on China's exports using cross-border e-commerce. The results show that although the BRICS countries have made some progress in trade facilitation, the overall level still needs to be improved, and there are obvious differences among member countries. However, the improvement of trade facilitation among BRICS countries has undoubtedly brought significant positive effects to China's exports using cross-border e-commerce.展开更多

Ammonia(NH_(3))is a fundamental chemical in agriculture and an ideal hydrogen carrier.Consequently,NH_(3)synthesis strategies with high efficiency,energy conservation,environmental friendliness,and sustainability are ...Ammonia(NH_(3))is a fundamental chemical in agriculture and an ideal hydrogen carrier.Consequently,NH_(3)synthesis strategies with high efficiency,energy conservation,environmental friendliness,and sustainability are desired eminently.The nitrite(NO_(2)^(-))reduction reaction(NO_(2-)RR)to NH_(3)offers a feasibly low-energy consumption and continuable approach to replace industrial NH_(3)synthesis.Herein,polyethyleneimine(PEI)modified Au core Rh shell nanodendrites(Au@Rh-NDs)nanohybrid(Au@Rh-NDs/PEI)with branched structure is synthesized,which achieves the high NH_(3)yield(1.68 mg h^(-1)mg_(cat)^(-1))and Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 95.86%for NO_(2)^(-)-RR at-0.39 V potential in neutral electrolyte.Particularly,the introduction of PEI significantly enhances the electroactivity of Au@Rh-NDs at low concentration of 1 mM NaNO_(2),which originates from the enrichment function of PEI for NO_(2)^(-)-ion.In addition,the Au basement permits the sustainable solar power to expedite the NO_(2)^(-)-RR at Au@Rh-NDs/PEI owing to the localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)of the Au core substrate.This work may provide an admissible tactic to build excellent catalysts on account of organic molecule-mediated interfacial engineering in a variety of fields of catalysis and electrocatalysis.展开更多

文摘The negative impact of the term canji ren("handicapped person")has gradually come to be recognized.The terms canzhang ren("person with disabilities")and canji ren("handicapped person")have been used interchangeably in academia.However,such interchangeable use causes difficulties for both law enforcement and the judiciary,and also gives rise to public confusion.Based on the etymology of"disabled",its Chinese translation,and a survey of the three models of the concept of"disability",it is apparent that the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities adopts an"integrated definition"of disability.Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons defines handicapped person in much the same way as the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities,with only minor deviations.Hence,to replace the term handicapped person with persons with disabilities is both in line with relevant provisions of the Convention as well as the legislative intent of China’s"Law on the Protection of Disabled Persons".In addition,this benefits the elimination of social discrimination and prejudice,as well as expanding the scope of legal protection.

文摘In the process of completing the building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,China has been paying increasing attention to the protection of human rights including various emerging human rights,with the human rights protection system in China being improved.being an integral part of sports rights,the national fitness strategy advocated and promoted by China is a manifestation of the importance attached to sports rights,one of the emerging human rights.And as an important part of sports rights,it not only has diversified institutional connotations,but is also an important measure for completing the building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.China has improved the quality and effectiveness of sports rights protection with the nationwide fitness strategy,expanded the idea for realizing sports rights with the"internet+National fitness"model,and driven the modernization of sports rights protection by means of intelligent national fitness programs.Those practices reflect a holistic and institutionalized response to the national decision of completing the building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and have contributed to completing the all-round construction of a moderately well-off society in China.
文摘Establishing and protecting the right to development of disabled persons is not only the important part of Xi Jinping’s thought on human rights, but also a reflection of Marxism’s idea of human rights and a requirement of the rule of law in China. It is necessary to promote the protection of the right to development of disabled persons in terms of affirmative action. The Chinese government’s affirmative action requires structural characteristics, including providing the institutional basis for the affirmative action by constructing legal and non-legal institutions, providing an environment conducive for the affirmative action by shaping a more aware social ecology and providing valid guarantees for affirmative action by increasing the responsibility of local governments.

文摘Ammonia(NH_(3))is a fundamental chemical in agriculture and an ideal hydrogen carrier.Consequently,NH_(3)synthesis strategies with high efficiency,energy conservation,environmental friendliness,and sustainability are desired eminently.The nitrite(NO_(2)^(-))reduction reaction(NO_(2-)RR)to NH_(3)offers a feasibly low-energy consumption and continuable approach to replace industrial NH_(3)synthesis.Herein,polyethyleneimine(PEI)modified Au core Rh shell nanodendrites(Au@Rh-NDs)nanohybrid(Au@Rh-NDs/PEI)with branched structure is synthesized,which achieves the high NH_(3)yield(1.68 mg h^(-1)mg_(cat)^(-1))and Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 95.86%for NO_(2)^(-)-RR at-0.39 V potential in neutral electrolyte.Particularly,the introduction of PEI significantly enhances the electroactivity of Au@Rh-NDs at low concentration of 1 mM NaNO_(2),which originates from the enrichment function of PEI for NO_(2)^(-)-ion.In addition,the Au basement permits the sustainable solar power to expedite the NO_(2)^(-)-RR at Au@Rh-NDs/PEI owing to the localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)of the Au core substrate.This work may provide an admissible tactic to build excellent catalysts on account of organic molecule-mediated interfacial engineering in a variety of fields of catalysis and electrocatalysis.
