背景:坦桑尼亚北部和南部适于畜牧的社区。 设计:观察性研究。 目的:确定这些地区乡村结核病诊所结核病病例中牛型分支杆菌感染的情况。 方法:以经临床证实的149例结核病病例作为样本。根据病变部位取适当的标本在含甘油或丙酮酸的两种... 背景:坦桑尼亚北部和南部适于畜牧的社区。 设计:观察性研究。 目的:确定这些地区乡村结核病诊所结核病病例中牛型分支杆菌感染的情况。 方法:以经临床证实的149例结核病病例作为样本。根据病变部位取适当的标本在含甘油或丙酮酸的两种罗氏培养基上进行培养。共培养分离出4株分支杆菌并进行生化分型。 结果:从所有各类型结核病病人中分离的分支杆菌菌株中,有31株(70.5%)被证明为结核分支杆菌,7株(15.9%)为牛型分支杆菌,6株(13.6%)为其他分支杆菌。肺外结核中牛型分支杆菌的分离率(28.6%)显著高于肺结核(4.3%)(P<0.05)。 结论:根据这些发现,应将牛型分支杆菌视为坦桑尼亚乡村居民可能的致病原。需进一步在该社区中牲畜和牲畜饲养人之间建立一个动物传染人的传染链。 展开更多

Global warming,as a key driver of climate change,is accelerating water temperature rise,with significant implications for aquatic ecosystems.Temperature,a critical abiotic factor,directly affects the physiology,growth,and survival of aquatic organisms.In the context of aquaculture-one of the fastest-growing food sectors-crustaceans hold high commercial value due to their production volume and global demand.However,their sensitivity to thermal fluctuations poses major challenge under climate change.This review examines the impact of elevated temperatures on growth performance,food intake,moulting,immune response,and survival of major farmed crustaceans,including shrimp,prawns,crabs,lobsters,and crayfish.Broader ecological consequences,such as disruptions in nutrient cycling and disease outbreaks,are also explored.Additionally,we evaluate mitigation strategies,including dietary modification,technological innovations,biotechnological approaches,and aquaculture insurance models.By integrating physiological,immunological,and ecological evidence,this review identifies key knowledge gaps and highlighting opportunities to improve climate resilience in crustacean aquaculture.Understanding these challenges is essential for sustaining productivity and promoting adaptive management in a warming world. 展开更多
