本着以人民为中心理念,以仅占全国蓄滞洪区总面积4%,中国最早、长江中游首处最为重要的大型分洪区——荆江分洪区为研究对象,吸收江汉平原长期在人洪博弈的惨痛代价中积累的生存经验与智慧基础上,针对当前我国蓄滞洪区“转移疏散”模式... 本着以人民为中心理念,以仅占全国蓄滞洪区总面积4%,中国最早、长江中游首处最为重要的大型分洪区——荆江分洪区为研究对象,吸收江汉平原长期在人洪博弈的惨痛代价中积累的生存经验与智慧基础上,针对当前我国蓄滞洪区“转移疏散”模式弊端,结合低空飞行技术成熟、智慧城乡建设等时代机遇,创新提出“在地应洪”人居环境规划建设模式。实验研究遵循“智慧借鉴,城乡在地应洪体系构建,村庄在地应洪设计”路径,从技术、经济、美观、韧性、智慧传承等角度阐述其平战结合优势、特点与可行。创新性地将路台、堤台、高架体纳入国家应洪安全基础设施体系,与当前我国蓄滞洪区的集中迁建理赔方式相比有可观的经济节约空间;基于AI Earth的宅基地、建构筑物的精准识别运用对缺乏测绘覆盖的村庄规划有技术拓展意义;提出的“在地应洪”模式可显著增强蓄滞洪区的发展定力、底气和信心,实验成果对全国蓄滞区的规划建设具有方法示范和借鉴价值。 展开更多

添加剂对DBD处理亚甲基蓝模拟废水的影响

采用柱状降膜介质阻挡放电(Dielectric barrier discharge,DBD)反应器处理初始质量浓度为100 mg/L的亚甲基蓝(MB)模拟废水,通过研究放电电压、液体流速对降膜DBD降解MB的效果,确定最佳反应条件为放电电压70 V,泵转速100 r/min。在最佳... 采用柱状降膜介质阻挡放电(Dielectric barrier discharge,DBD)反应器处理初始质量浓度为100 mg/L的亚甲基蓝(MB)模拟废水,通过研究放电电压、液体流速对降膜DBD降解MB的效果,确定最佳反应条件为放电电压70 V,泵转速100 r/min。在最佳反应条件下,对比了添加酸、碱对MB降解率的影响,结果表明:H_(2)SO_(4)的加入能提升DBD放电初期对MB的降解速率,NaOH的加入显著提升了放电后期对MB的降解速率。根据实验结果改进降解过程中酸碱投入方式为放电前期投入H_(2)SO_(4)放电后期投入NaOH,1 h内MB降解率高达92%。考察了H_(2)O_(2)、O_(3)与叔丁醇的添加对DBD降解MB的效果及能量利用率,结果表明H_(2)O_(2)与O_(3)对MB降解有促进作用,叔丁醇的加入对MB的降解有明显的抑制作用,H_(2)O_(2)与O_(3)的加入可以明显提升DBD反应装置的能量利用率,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为400μL反应30 min时能量利用率最高,为587.698 mg/(kW·h),O_(3)投加量为600 mL/min反应30 min时能量利用率最高,为307.600 mg/(kW·h)。拉曼光谱表明H_(2)O_(2)、O_(3)与DBD耦合可以产生更多的·OH,由MS分析推测DBD耦合添加剂降解MB有3种途径。 展开更多

【目的】探究贺兰山东麓产区不同风土条件下霞多丽葡萄果实和葡萄酒中酚类化合物的变化。【方法】以贺兰山东麓3个子产区4个地块(永宁产区,YQ;青铜峡产区,YM和YG;银川产区,ZH)的霞多丽葡萄果实为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用(HPL... 【目的】探究贺兰山东麓产区不同风土条件下霞多丽葡萄果实和葡萄酒中酚类化合物的变化。【方法】以贺兰山东麓3个子产区4个地块(永宁产区,YQ;青铜峡产区,YM和YG;银川产区,ZH)的霞多丽葡萄果实为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用(HPLC-MS)技术测定2021年和2022年葡萄果实和葡萄酒中酚类化合物含量,结合正交偏最小二乘辨别分析(OPLS-DA)手段探讨不同风土条件下霞多丽葡萄果实和葡萄酒酚类物质特征。【结果】在霞多丽葡萄果实中共检测出14种酚类物质。其中儿茶素、表儿茶素和没食子酸是4个地块间差异最显著的酚类物质。2021年YQ地块的儿茶素含量(w,后同)最高(52.37 mg·kg^(-1)),显著高于YM地块(30.11 mg·kg^(-1)),增幅达73.93%。表儿茶素含量以XG地块最高,ZH地块最低,2021和2022年XG地块分别较ZH地块高30.04%和14.09%。没食子酸含量以ZH地块最高,XG地块最低,两年间ZH地块较XG地块分别高14.12%和39.38%。此外,YQ地块葡萄果实以儿茶素和芦丁为特征成分,而葡萄酒中则以儿茶素和没食子酸为主;YM和XG地块的葡萄果实以槲皮素、山奈酚和杨梅素为特征,葡萄酒则以槲皮素、桑色素为特征;ZH地块葡萄果实以没食子酸为主,葡萄酒则以芦丁为特征物质。葡萄果实中的主要酚类物质与葡萄酒的主要酚类物质基本一致。【结论】宁夏贺兰山东麓各子产区不同地块葡萄果实和葡萄酒中酚类物质差异显著,为该产区不同地块霞多丽葡萄酒的风格和产品设计提供一定理论依据。 展开更多

BACKGROUND:Tracheal intubation(TI)is a fundamental procedure for securing the airway or assisting ventilation in emergency medicine.Tracheal intubation in the lateral position(TILP)has been utilized in clinical practice,demonstrating potential advantages in specific scenarios,including emergency settings.However,there is a lack of comprehensive reviews and practical protocols on TILP application.To address this gap,we performed a narrative review,and provided evidence-based recommendations to formulate a practice protocol,to assist clinicians to effectively apply TILP.METHODS:We conducted a narrative review of TILP applications and developed recommendations based on clinical research evidence and clinical experience.Delphi method was used among the TILP consortium to grade the strength of the recommendations and to help reach consensus.The practice protocols were formulated as warranted by advancements in medical knowledge,technology,and practice.RESULTS:This narrative review summarized the current evidence on TILP application,highlighting its safety,efficacy,challenges,and potential complications.In total,24 recommendations and a clinical protocol for TILP application in emergency patients were established.CONCLUSION:TILP is a valuable technique in emergency medicine.We reviewed its application in emergency settings and formulated recommendations along with a clinical practice protocol.Future studies are needed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of TILP,broaden its scope of application,and explore effective training protocols. 展开更多

召庙建筑在扩建过程中受文化地域等因素的影响产生了多种不同的空间形制,利用建筑模拟技术能够量化对比每种形制带来的性能特点。本文以汉藏结合式召庙因扩建需求所产生的3种空间形制为研究对象,结合建筑模拟软件Ladybug Tools分别进行... 召庙建筑在扩建过程中受文化地域等因素的影响产生了多种不同的空间形制,利用建筑模拟技术能够量化对比每种形制带来的性能特点。本文以汉藏结合式召庙因扩建需求所产生的3种空间形制为研究对象,结合建筑模拟软件Ladybug Tools分别进行模拟,并通过模拟结果对比分析每种扩建方式产生的建筑性能差别。研究表明汉藏结合式召庙的营建方式兼顾了诵经礼佛的使用功能需求和通风隔热的性能需求,比如多组空间毗邻连接相较于分开布置通风换气效率更强;设置缓冲空间和设置两侧开口时室内风场分别表现为折线形和环形;中心庭院则可以改变室内外风压差加速通风换气,显著提升热稳定性和空气流动。此研究从新的视角解析了召庙建筑空间形制的作用,模拟结论对于当下建筑设计仍有借鉴意义,还为后续的保护与改建提供科学依据。 展开更多

Toroidal torques,generated by the resonant magnetic perturbation(RMP)and acting on the plasma column,are numerically systematically investigated for an ITER baseline scenario.The neoclassical toroidal viscosity(NTV),in particular the resonant portion,is found to provide the dominant contribution to the total toroidal torque under the slow plasma flow regime in ITER.While the electromagnetic torque always opposes the plasma flow,the toroidal torque associated with the Reynolds stress enhances the plasma flow independent of the flow direction.A peculiar double-peak structure for the net NTV torque is robustly computed for ITER,as the toroidal rotation frequency is scanned near the zero value.This structure is found to be ultimately due to a non-monotonic behavior of the wave-particle resonance integral(over the particle pitch angle)in the superbanana plateau NTV regime in ITER.These findings are qualitatively insensitive to variations of a range of factors including the wall resistivity,the plasma pedestal flow and the assumed frequency of the rotating RMP field. 展开更多

The dorsal and ventral visual streams have been considered to play distinct roles in visual processing for action:the dorsal stream is assumed to support real-time actions,while the ventral stream facilitates memory-guided actions.However,recent evidence suggests a more integrated function of these streams.We investigated the neural dynamics and functional connectivity between them during memory-guided actions using intracranial EEG.We tracked neural activity in the inferior parietal lobule in the dorsal stream,and the ventral temporal cortex in the ventral stream as well as the hippocampus during a delayed action task involving object identity and location memory.We found increased alpha power in both streams during the delay,indicating their role in maintaining spatial visual information.In addition,we recorded increased alpha power in the hippocampus during the delay,but only when both object identity and location needed to be remembered.We also recorded an increase in theta band phase synchronization between the inferior parietal lobule and ventral temporal cortex and between the inferior parietal lobule and hippocampus during the encoding and delay.Granger causality analysis indicated dynamic and frequency-specific directional interactions among the inferior parietal lobule,ventral temporal cortex,and hippocampus that varied across task phases.Our study provides unique electrophysiological evidence for close interactions between dorsal and ventral streams,supporting an integrated processing model in which both streams contribute to memory-guided actions. 展开更多

Bioeconomy and sustainable development goals:How do their interactions matter?

Countries worldwide are leveraging the 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)for build-ing a more resilient and sustainable future.One solution in this endeavour is transitioning towards a bioeconomy(BE),utilizing renewable resources and low-carbon value chains to meet food,energy,and materials demands.However,BE is neither inherently circular nor sustainable,compromising SDGs’progress.Therefore,we con-ducted a detailed ex-post analysis using correlation,transfer entropy,and network analysis to understand the complex causal interactions between BE and SDGs.Moving beyond correlation,we explored the directional in-fluence of interactions within the BE-SDG nexus.Our findings reveal a robust bidirectional influence between 19 BE criteria and 109 SDG targets across all goals among 48 European countries.While BE can drive progress to-ward SDGs,a balanced distribution of synergies and trade-offs constrains its impact.Collaborative efforts among European countries would effectively drive towards achieving both BE and SDGs.SDG 13 has positive influences from lowered fossil fuel emissions and negative ones due to land use changes and intensified agriculture,which releases stored carbon.Similarly,SDG 15 emerges as a positive influence,as healthy ecosystem services foster a resilient BE.Despite efforts towards SDG 12,Europe’s unsustainable consumption impedes BE supply chains.While BE practices are intended to accelerate sustainability,they fall short of playing a transformational role in achieving the SDGs.A shift towards a cohesive,collaborative strategy that leverages synergies and mitigates trade-offs can enhance the BE’s impact,advancing Europe closer to achieving the 2030 Agenda. 展开更多

Development and Factorial Structure of the Green Crescent Life Skills Scale for Turkish Adolescents

Background The effectiveness of life skills-based prevention programs to prevent substance addiction has been underexplored in Türkiye,likely in part due to the lack of validated measurement tools developed specifically for that purpose.Therefore,the aim of this study is to develop a tool to measure life skills for middle school students.The present study aims to test the factorial structure,reliability,convergent and discriminant validity,and measurement invariance across gender and age groups of the Green Crescent Life Skills(GCLS)Scale.Methods The study was conducted in Istanbul with two different sample groups.The first sample consisted of 566 and the second sample consisted of 885 middle school students.In the study,exploratory factor analysis(EFA)was applied to the first sample,and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)was applied to the second sample to test the factorial structure of the scale.Convergent and discriminant validity were examined to provide evidence for construct-based validity.The reliability of the scale was assessed with Cronbach’sα,composite reliability,McDonald’sω,and test-retest.Results The EFA results showed that the scale consisted of four factors(self-awareness,coping with negative emotions,thinking skills,and peer relations).CFA results also confirmed this structure.The results revealed a significant positive correlation(r=0.52,p<0.01)between life skills and avoidance self-efficacy scores,as well as a significant negative correlation(r=−0.53,p<0.01)between life skills and attitude toward drug use scores.Additionally,it was found that measurement invariances based on gender and age groups were provided.It was determined that all sub-dimensions had sufficient reliability levels.Conclusion The findings of this validation study show that the GCLS Scale,which assesses four skills in a self-reported format,is a valid and reliable scale with considerable potential utility in monitoring life skills in Turkish adolescent populations. 展开更多

Invasive species are increasingly spreading,particularly in rangeland ecosystems.It is essential to evaluate the effectiveness of different methods for controlling invasive plants in these ecosystems.This study aimed to investigate the effects of three strategies-21-year grazing exclusion(21-YES),mowing-grazing in rotation in alternate years(MGRS),and moderate grazing(MGS)-on the change in cover,density,and biomass of Leucanthemum vulgare Lam.(Ox-eye Daisy=OED)and the plant community.To accomplish this,three sites selected for each treatment.In 2021,270 vegetation plots were sampled using a random systematic method.Subsequently,we recorded the density and canopy cover of all growth forms(forbs,grasses,and ferns),the OED biomass,and the ground cover.The results indicated that MGS reduced OED density,OED canopy,and OED biomass.Furthermore,this strategy demonstrated the highest density and canopy cover of the plant community(including total,forbs,grasses,and ferns).Additionally,the strongest correlation was observed between the total canopy and the OED density(R2=-0.91,-0.95,-0.94 in 21-YES,MGRS,and MGS,respectively),as well as between the total canopy and the OED canopy(R2=-0.51,-0.98,-0.97 in 21-YES,MGRS,and MGS,respectively).The MGS led to an increase in diversity indices.In general,the grazing strategy has proven to be effective in controlling the spread of invasive OED and has also resulted in an increase in canopy cover,density,and diversity indices of the plant community.The study highlights the importance of ongoing management efforts to control invasive species,with moderate grazing potentially serving as a more practical,culturally accepted,and costeffective short-term control strategy for widespread rangeland weed infestations. 展开更多
