In this paper, the Lie symmetry algebra of the coupled Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (cKP) equation is obtained by the classical Lie group method and this algebra is shown to have a Kac-Moody-Virasoro loop algebra structure. Then the general symmetry groups of the cKP equation is also obtained by the symmetry group direct method which is proposed by Lou et alo From the general symmetry groups, the Lie symmetry group can be recovered and a group of discrete transformations can be derived simultaneously. Lastly, from a known simple solution of the cKP equation, we can easily obtain two new solutions by the general symmetry groups. 展开更多

We found that LCD was common in Fujlan only next to multiple myeloma (MM) of IgG class and accounted for 20% of the total 55 MM cases found in recent yean.It to well known that In matt patients of LCD M protein or Bence Jones proteinemia (BJPemia) to not detectable by conventional electro-phoresis. Our studies show that by making serum protein along with urinary BJP electrophoresis on the same one gel plate the sltuation can be greatly Improved It not only favour* the recognition of smail and faint band or bands of free light chain in serum, but also provides a repid and sensitive way, i. e. , immunofixation, to directly detect urinary light chain on the gel plate Immediately after electrophresis has been run. 展开更多

The density of dendritic cells (DC) and macro-phages (Mφ) in tissue specimens of gastric carcinoma (GC n=65) was investigated by ABC im-munohistochemical method using anti-S100 protein and anti-lysozyme antibodies, and was compared with that in gastric ulcer (GU n=19), chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG n=28) and normal gastric mucosa (NGM n=15). The mean density if DC (cells/mm2) in GC (15.0 was significantly higher than that in NGM (3.8) and GU (8.3), but was remarkably lower when compared to that in CAG (29.5) (P<0.01). Statistically significant difference in the population density of DC was observed between well- and poorly-differentiated GC (P<0.01). With their unique dendritic processes, DC were mainly concentrated within dense lymphoid infiltrates or in the T-area of reactive lymphoid follicles and were interspersed among the tumor cells. In contrast, Mφ were present around the necrotic foci and were rarely seen within the non-necrotic neoplastic tissues. These data suggest that DC, which differ in morphology, distribution, number and function form Mφ may be more directly involved in the host immune reaction against tumor by acting as antigen presenting cells. 展开更多

It was found that definite oil uptake, moisture loss trends existduring the frying process. No significant difference in the oil uptake or moisture loss ratesbetween flat-cut and ridge-cut crisps exists. Also found in this study was that an increased oiltemperature promoted higher moisture loss rates. In turn, the higher moisture loss rates contributedto a higher oil uptake rate. It was found, based on the volumetric plots of oil content υs. watercontent, that the oil uptake rate was proportional to the moisture loss rate. As a result, it hasbeen shown that there is a possibility of having a characteristic curve of oil uptake againstmoisture content. 展开更多

Background:Inflammatory diseases are among the leading causes of health issues that considerably influence health care costs.Despite the notable advancements in medical treatment that have been made in recent years,natural products with biological activity still play essential roles in a variety of anti-inflammatory conditions.The study and identification of novel treatments for the adverse effects of available synthetic anti-inflammatory agents warrant further attention.Objective:This study focused on the emerging therapeutic potential of terpenoid products as anti-inflammatory agents.Methods:The literature reveals that secondary metabolites obtained from medicinal plants,viz.terpenes and terpenoids and their nanoformulations,are effective for the treatment of inflammation in humans.Established terpenes are a broad class of secondary metabolites that are rich in monoterpenes,diterpenes,triterpenes,tetraterpenes,ceramides,and sesquiterpenes and have various therapeutic applications,such as antitumor,antibacterial,antimicrobial,analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities.Numerous studies have shown that terpenes can decrease inflammation-associated symptoms by reducing the release of proinflammatory cytokines,including nuclear transcription factor-kappa B,interleukins,tumor necrosis factor-alpha,and other inflammatory mediators.Conclusion:This review describes the latest knowledge of the different terpenoid-derived natural and synthetic compounds that have been isolated from plant sources in recent years and their anti-inflammatory potential and therapeutic mechanism of action.Furthermore,this study focused on terpenoid-based nanoformulations with enhanced bioavailability and improved therapeutic efficacy as anti-inflammatory agents. 展开更多

石英颗粒表面的黏土包壳是决定砂岩储层孔隙度和渗透率大小的关键因素,直接影响碎屑岩储层质量。基于共轴石英胶结的多相场模型,通过数值模拟实验研究黏土包壳参数对砂岩储层中石英胶结量、孔隙度、渗透率及其相互关系的影响。研究主要... 石英颗粒表面的黏土包壳是决定砂岩储层孔隙度和渗透率大小的关键因素,直接影响碎屑岩储层质量。基于共轴石英胶结的多相场模型,通过数值模拟实验研究黏土包壳参数对砂岩储层中石英胶结量、孔隙度、渗透率及其相互关系的影响。研究主要取得5项进展:①为了在三维数字砂岩模型的石英颗粒上模拟出逼近实际的各种黏土包壳形态,研发了一套新的预处理工作流程。②分别对发育石英单颗粒和多颗粒的砂岩开展共轴生长胶结的数值模拟实验,揭示出控制石英胶结量的主要包壳参数,即暴露锥面的生长方向、包壳覆盖率和包壳形态等。③黏土包壳形态对胶结具有显著影响,其中层状包壳形态的胶结速度较快;包壳覆盖率与砂岩孔隙度和渗透率呈正相关关系。④石英颗粒结晶垂直方向上胶结物生长速度最小,演化中后期斜角方向生长速度较水平方向更快。⑤动态演化过程模拟结果与实际对比验证显示,20,40 d后的包壳形态模拟结果与天然样品中观察到的形态高度相似,证实了包壳三维数值建模新方法的有效性。该套黏土包壳数值模拟方法和研究成果有助于改进砂岩储层表征结果和预测模型。 展开更多

带钢三维塑性变形计算是板带轧机板形设定模型的关键,其计算速度、精度及稳定性是当前制约轧制变形在线计算的重要因素。基于现有三维差分变形模型的理论局限性,结合增量理论和流体动力摩擦理论,考虑应力与应变之间的关系处理、带钢单... 带钢三维塑性变形计算是板带轧机板形设定模型的关键,其计算速度、精度及稳定性是当前制约轧制变形在线计算的重要因素。基于现有三维差分变形模型的理论局限性,结合增量理论和流体动力摩擦理论,考虑应力与应变之间的关系处理、带钢单元剪应力的作用及带钢与工作辊接触面上纵向与横向摩擦系数的不一致性等,构造了差分模型的基本方程,利用渐近分析原理对基本方程中的应力、应变及变形速率等参数进行归一化处理,建立了基于有限体积法的带钢三维塑性变形模型,并且通过稳定双共轭梯度算法实现快速稳定求解,得到热轧精轧机组各机架轧制压力的横向分布。通过与用ANSYS建立的有限元模型对比,结果表明计算结果可靠且稳定性好,计算时间由3.5 h缩短为31 ms,验证了快速三维塑性变形计算方法在线应用的可行性。 展开更多
