Understanding the influence of HCl on the NH_(3)-selective catalytic reduction reaction mechanism is crucial for designing highly efficient denitrification catalysts.The formation of chlorate species on the surface of...Understanding the influence of HCl on the NH_(3)-selective catalytic reduction reaction mechanism is crucial for designing highly efficient denitrification catalysts.The formation of chlorate species on the surface of the synthesized SbCeO_(x)catalyst,induced by HCl,significantly enhances low-temperature activity,as evidenced by a 30%increase in NO conversion at 155℃.Furthermore,it improves N_(2)selectivity at high temperatures,with a notable 17%increase observed at 405℃.Both experimental results and density functional theory calculations confirm that chlorate species form at Ce sites.This formation facilitates the creation of oxygen vacancies,boosting the oxygen exchange capacity.It also increases NH_(3)adsorption at the Ce sites,promotes the formation of Sb-OH,and reduces competitive OH adsorption on these sites.Notably,compared with the reaction mechanism without HCl,the presence of chlorate species enhances NH_(3)adsorption and activation,which is vital for subsequent catalytic reactions.展开更多

Background:Pseudoaneurysm with median nerve injury is a serious complication of radial artery puncture.It is very important to summarize the prevention and treatment experience of this complication through case discus...Background:Pseudoaneurysm with median nerve injury is a serious complication of radial artery puncture.It is very important to summarize the prevention and treatment experience of this complication through case discussion.Case report:A 66-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of‘‘paroxysmal chest tightness and suffocation for 5 days.”Coronary angiography was performed.During insertion of the arterial sheath,the patient experienced severe pain in the right forearm,which radiated to the palm.The puncture sheath did not return blood after the sheath core was withdrawn.The sheath was removed and local compression was used to stop bleeding.There was no obvious bleeding at the puncture point,and the compression was removed 6 hours after the procedure.Local swelling and increased tension were seen in the right forearm.At the 1-week follow-up she exhibited swelling,high local tension,small blisters,and bluish-purple skin of the right forearm,with an acceptable right radial artery pulsation.She had severe pain in the affected limb,which radiated to the thumb,index fi nger,and middle fi nger.Case discussion:We discuss the causes of and treatment measures for pseudoaneurysm with median nerve injury caused by radial artery puncture.展开更多

In the observati...To observe the clinical effect of treatment of acute bronchitis primarily with prickingcupping method on Back-shu points. Methods. The patients of acute bronchitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the observation group, there were 36 cases, who were treated with the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, primarily the pricking-cupping method on Back-shu points; while in the control group, there were 29 cases who were given the conventinal treatment of western medicine. All the 2 groups were treated for 7 days as one treating course. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.2% while that of the control group was 82,8%, so there is a significant difference between them. On the first and third days the clinical manifestations were more satisfactorily improved in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.01） and on the fifth and seventh days, the comparison showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of acute bronchitis by means of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine primarily with pricking-cupping method on Back-shu points is of marked therapeutic effect, simple manipulation, and little untoward effects, thus claiming the unique advantage.展开更多

[Result]The selection rate of reliable contraception measures in PAC group is obviously higher than non-PAC group, and the difference is of statistics significance（P〈0.05）. Objective:Study the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel on patients with progressive cerebral infarction of intracranial aortic stenosis.Methods: Chose eighty-eight patients with progressive cere...Objective:Study the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel on patients with progressive cerebral infarction of intracranial aortic stenosis.Methods: Chose eighty-eight patients with progressive cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2015. They were randomly divided into study group and study group, 44 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oral clopidogrel. On the basis of this, the patients in the study group were treated with atorvastatin;all patients were treated for 4 weeks. Compared the total effective rate, adverse reaction rate, coagulation function index and blood lipid level between the two groups, and compared the NIHSS score and daily life ability (ADL) score between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate (90.90%) was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (72.73%). After treatment, the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The levels of LDL-C, TG and TC in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and HDL-C was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin has a significant effect on the patients with intracranial large artery stenosis and improve the neurological function and quality of life. Methods： Sixty patients with CAA were randomly assig...Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Astragalus Injection （黄芪注射液, Al） and its immuno-regulatory action in treating chronic aplastic anemia （CAA）. Methods： Sixty patients with CAA were randomly assigned to two groups equally, both were treated with Stanozolol three times a day, 2 mg each time through oral intake, but AI was given additionally to the patients in the treated group once a day via intravenous dripping. All were treated for 15 days as one therapeutic course and the whole medication lasted for more than 4 months totally, with follow-up adopted. The clinical efficacy was estimated and the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood as well as the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α ） and interleukin-2 （IL-2） were observed. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 83.3% （25/30）, which was higher than that in the control group 66.7% （20/30）, showing significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Levels of hemoglobin, WBC, reticular cell and platelet were elevated in both groups after treatment, but the improvement was significantly better in the treated group than that in the control group with respect to the former three indexes （P〈0.05）. The level of CD4^＋ increased and that of CD8^＋ decreased significantly after treatment in the treated group （P〈0.05）, which showed significant difference as compared with those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Levels of serum TNF-α and IL-2 lowered after treatment in both groups, but significance only showed in the treated group （P〈0.05）. The degree of proliferation in bone marrow got raised significantly and the percentage of non-hemopoietic cells reduced significantly in the treated group after treatment, also showing significant difference to those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： AI could promote the recovery of hemopoietic function, which might be through improving T-lymphocyte subsets and reducing the release of negative regulatory factors such as TNF-α and IL-2 to alleviate the inhibition on hemopoietic function.展开更多

The diameters of the LiV3O8 nanorods are about 150 nm. The morphology of LiV3O8 can be controlled by adjusting the reaction conditions such as the reaction time and temperature. Electrochemical measurements reveal that the as-prepared LiV3O8 nanorods display high initial dis- charge capacities （292.5 mAohg-1 ） and excellent cyclability. This result indicates that the nanorods are a promising cathode candidate material for lithium batteries.展开更多

文摘Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Astragalus Injection （黄芪注射液, Al） and its immuno-regulatory action in treating chronic aplastic anemia （CAA）. Methods： Sixty patients with CAA were randomly assigned to two groups equally, both were treated with Stanozolol three times a day, 2 mg each time through oral intake, but AI was given additionally to the patients in the treated group once a day via intravenous dripping. All were treated for 15 days as one therapeutic course and the whole medication lasted for more than 4 months totally, with follow-up adopted. The clinical efficacy was estimated and the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood as well as the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α ） and interleukin-2 （IL-2） were observed. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 83.3% （25/30）, which was higher than that in the control group 66.7% （20/30）, showing significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Levels of hemoglobin, WBC, reticular cell and platelet were elevated in both groups after treatment, but the improvement was significantly better in the treated group than that in the control group with respect to the former three indexes （P〈0.05）. The level of CD4^＋ increased and that of CD8^＋ decreased significantly after treatment in the treated group （P〈0.05）, which showed significant difference as compared with those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Levels of serum TNF-α and IL-2 lowered after treatment in both groups, but significance only showed in the treated group （P〈0.05）. The degree of proliferation in bone marrow got raised significantly and the percentage of non-hemopoietic cells reduced significantly in the treated group after treatment, also showing significant difference to those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： AI could promote the recovery of hemopoietic function, which might be through improving T-lymphocyte subsets and reducing the release of negative regulatory factors such as TNF-α and IL-2 to alleviate the inhibition on hemopoietic function.
文摘This paper reports on the synthesis, characterization and electrochemical performance of LiV3O8 nanorods which were prepared through a very facile hydrothermal route. The diameters of the LiV3O8 nanorods are about 150 nm. The morphology of LiV3O8 can be controlled by adjusting the reaction conditions such as the reaction time and temperature. Electrochemical measurements reveal that the as-prepared LiV3O8 nanorods display high initial dis- charge capacities （292.5 mAohg-1 ） and excellent cyclability. This result indicates that the nanorods are a promising cathode candidate material for lithium batteries.
