Research on the refinement algorithm of surface loading deformation based on Green's function

Surface deformation calculations due to environmental loading typically rely on the Preliminary Reference Earth Model(PREM),which assumes a homogeneous and isotropic Earth structure,leading to noticeable errors.To enhance accuracy,the high-precision crustal model CRUST 1.0 is used to refine calculations of regional surface deformation caused by hydrological and non-tidal atmospheric loading.The improved model is applied to 27 Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)reference stations in the first phase of the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC),considering their geographical locations.Green's functions are employed to compute surface deformation at each site.Results indicate relative discrepancies of 11.78%and 14.14%for non-tidal atmospheric and hydrological loading compared to PREM,with vertical deformation differences reaching an average of 18.95%.Additionally,the distinct spatial distribution characteristics of the relative differences in each direction indicate that the improved RPREM model is more responsive to the mass variations derived from Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment(GRACE).The results suggest that the improved PRREM model demonstrates higher sensitivity to loading variations than the PREM model.Utilizing the enhanced method of calculating surface deformation through the utilization of Green's function at the site could effectively reduce the calculation error caused by regional structure,leading to enhanced uniformity and isotropy of PREM. 展开更多

Classification and influencing factors of rural elderly's vulnerability to health-related poverty in central and western regions of China 被引量:6

Objective:To calculate the health poverty vulnerability index of elderly households in rural areas of central and western China,and then to classify these samples,lastly to decompose their influencing factors.Methods:First,based on survey data in 2018,the three-stage feasible generalized least squares was used to calculate the health poverty vulnerability index of elderly households,and then combined with whether the household income was below the poverty line and whether the family was healthy poverty vulnerability,the sample households were divided into four categories,and then used multiple unordered logistic regression to analyze various types of influencing factors,and finally used the Shapley index to decompose the contribution of each influencing factor.Results:The average vulnerability of health poverty was 0.5979±0.25199,with 1169 households greater than or equal to 0.5,accounting for 63.26%;the number of households stuck in poverty,temporary poverty,potential poverty,and escaped from poverty were 489,300,680,and 379 households,accounting for 26.46%,16.23%,36.80%,and 20.51%of the total sample;compared with escaped from poverty families,the three variables of marital status,the number of chronically ill patients,and the number of annual hospitalizations were the common influencing factors of other three types families;The Shapley decomposition showed that the interviewees’education level and family members engaged in non-agricultural work have contributed significantly to the three types,however two indicators:time required to visit a medical institution and self-assessment of health status of the main interviewees showed great differences in different types of families.Conclusion:Rural elderly households have a high level of vulnerability to health poverty;potential poverty households and persistent poverty households account for a large proportion,and continuous intervention should be carried out;it is necessary to unify the implementation of basic poverty alleviation work,but also to enhance refined management capabilities and adopt differentiated intervention measures. 展开更多

Effects of Integrated Case Payment on Medical Expenditure and Readmission of Inpatients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: A Nonrandomized, Comparative Study in Xi County, China 被引量:2

In the past few decades, Chinese government attempted to reduce the economic burden of chronic diseases and lower family financial risk of patients by establishing a nationwide coverage of Social Health Insurance system. However, the payment mode of Social Health Insurance varies across Chinese healthcare settings, and the effectiveness of each mode differs. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of integrated case payment on medical expenditure and readmission of inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a complex, multicomponent, chronic condition. A nonrandomized, comparative method was used in this study. Inpatients with COPD before (n=1569) and after the integrated case payment reform (n=4764) were selected from the inpatient information database of the New Cooperative Medical Scheme Agency of Xi County. The integrated case payment comprises the case payment (including price-cap case payment and fixed-reimbursement case payment) and clinical pathway (including clinical pathway A, clinical pathway B and clinical pathway C). Effects of integrated case payment were evaluated with indicators of per capita total medical expense and readmission within 30 days. A multivariate linear regression and a binary logistic regression were used to conduct statistical analysis. The results showed that case payment, comprising price-cap case payment (β=2382.988, P〈0.001) and fixed-reimbursement case payment β=2613.564, P〈0.001), and clinical pathway C (β=1996.467, P〈0.001) were risk factors of per capita total medical expenses. Clinical pathway A (β=-1443.409, P〈0.001) and clinical pathway B (β=-1583.791, P〈0.001) were protective factors. The interactive effects of case payment with hospital level (β=0.710, P〈0.001) lowered the readmission rate within 30 days. Meanwhile, clinical pathways A (β=18.949, P〈0.001), B (β=-19.752, P〈0.001) and C (β=-1.882, P〈0.1) were associated with the rate increase. The findings revealed that integrated case payment ensured the quality of care for inpatients with COPD to some extent. However, this payment mode increased the per capita total medical expense. Further, policy-makers should set reasonable reimbursement standards of case payment, unify the type of case payment, and strengthen the supervision of the reform to enhance its function on medical cost control. 展开更多

Central banks worldwide have started researching and developing central bank digital currencies(CBDCs).In the digital economy context,concerns regarding the integrity,competition,and privacy of CBDC systems have also gradually emerged.Against this backdrop,this study aims to evaluate users’willingness to use China’s digital currency electronic payment(DCEP)system,a digital payment and processing network,and its influencing factors by comprehensively considering and comparing the characteristics of cash and third-party payment services.Combining the push-pull-mooring frame-work(PPM)and task-technology fit(TTF)theory,we discuss the scenarios and mecha-nisms that may inspire users’DCEP adoption intention through an empirical study.The results reveal that privacy concerns regarding the original payment methods and technology-task fitting level of DCEP positively impact users’willingness to adopt DCEP.The technical characteristics of DCEP,users’payment requirements,and government support positively affect users’adoption intention by influencing the task-technology fitting degree of DCEP.Switching cost significantly and negatively impacts adop-tion intention,whereas relative advantage exhibits no significant effect.This research contributes to a better understanding of the factors that influence switching intentions and the actual use of DCEP,and provides policy guidance on promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of DCEP. 展开更多

As a resource development model with both economic and ecological functions,the environmental friendliness of marine ranching products meets the environmental needs of consumers.However,the lack of technological innovation ability limits the development of marine ranching.Therefore,this research builds a marine ranching collaborative innovation system with multi-agent participation.Evolutionary game theory is used to analyze strategic choices of all parties and the conditions of system equilibrium,and numerical simulation is used to analyze the effect of relevant factors.This paper integrates the benefits from the improvement of environmental friendliness into the payoff matrix,and explains the significance of collaborative innovation to the development of marine ranching from the perspective of ecological environment.The results showed:the participation willingness of marine ranching enterprises is positively related to open innovation subject,while the participation willingness of the other two parties is negatively related to the government;The incentive effect of collaboration is negatively correlated with the government’s will,positively correlated with the other two parties;The incentive effect of government subsidies positively affects the willingness of the three parties to participate.Finally,suggestions are provided for each participant to maintain the strategic choice of marine ranching collaborative innovation system. 展开更多

The income distribution function is estimated with kernel density, and the income distribution M-curve is constructed with CHNS and CHIP data to calculate the middle-income group. Furthermore, a comparative analysis is carried out for the changing trend of the size and proportion of middle-income group. Research conclusion: it is discovered according to the income distribution M-curve that the key to the enlargement of urban middle-income group lies in the lower middle-income group, while the key to the enlargement of rural middle-income group lies in the improvement of the upper middle-income group. The range of middle-income group is expanding, but due to the small scale, low proportion, and poor stability, it has not developed the "olivary" income distribution structure yet, and income inequality tends to be deepened. 展开更多

The China National Blue Bay Remediation Action Plan(NBBRAP)is a crucial step towards achieving the overall goal of building a maritime power and a beautiful ocean.This paper presents the resource-environment-economy(REE)composite system from the three-dimensional perspective of REE.Especially,through the coordination degree model of the composite system based on the order degree of subsystems,empirical analysis of the coordination degree of the REE composite system in a typical coastal city Qingdao from 2005 to 2016 was carried out.Results indicate that the degree of coordination and interactive coordination of the REE composite system in Qingdao were in a low-quality state.Qingdao's economy development depended largely on the expense of over-exploitation of resources and environmental degradation in 2013-2015.Government policy implementation was less persistent in 2009-2010 and 2011-2013.The immediate stimulating effect was significant,making the coordination degree of the REE composite system fluctuate in a volatile manner.Analysis of the coordination degree of the REE composite system has practical guiding significance for the successful implementation attainment of the NBBRAP target in Qingdao and is conducive to deepening the learning and promotion of this plan in other coastal cities. 展开更多

Nonlinear response of soil organic carbon sequestration to deadwood decomposition in a subtropical–temperate ecotonal forest

The decomposition of deadwood is a crucial process for the accumulation and sequestration of soil organic carbon (SOC) in forest ecosystems. However, the response of SOC to different decay classes of deadwood and the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. Here, we investigated the dynamics of SOC, soil properties, extracellular enzyme activities, and phospholipid fatty acid biomarkers across five decay classes (ranging from 1 to 5) of Masson pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb.) downed deadwood in a subtropical–temperate ecotone forest in Central China. Our results revealed a nonlinear response pattern of SOC along the deadwood decomposition gradient, with the maximum value at the decay class 4. Soil available nitrogen content, bacterial biomass, fungal biomass, the ratio of fungal-to-bacterial biomass, cellulase, activity and ligninase activity all increased with the intensification of deadwood decay, while soil pH decreased. The increase in SOC content was associated with a direct positive effect of bacteria and both direct and indirect positive effects of fungi by cellulose activity, but ligninase activity showed no significant relationship with SOC content. These findings suggest that cellulose and microbial biomass are key determinants of soil C formation and sequestration during deadwood decomposition. This study highlights the importance of the nonlinear response of SOC to deadwood decay, providing valuable insights for predicting future carbon-climate feedbacks. 展开更多

Associative classification has attracted remarkable research attention for business analytics in recent years due to its merits in accuracy and understandability.It is deemed meaningful to construct an associative classifier with a compact set of rules(i.e.,compactness),which is easy to understand and use in decision making.This paper presents a novel approach to fuzzy associative classification(namely Gain-based Fuzzy Rule-Covering classification,GFRC),which is a fuzzy extension of an effective classifier GARC.In GFRC,two desirable strategies are introduced to enhance the compactness with accuracy.One strategy is fuzzy partitioning for data discretization to cope with the‘sharp boundary problem’,in that simulated annealing is incorporated based on the information entropy measure;the other strategy is a data-redundancy resolution coupled with the rulecovering treatment.Data experiments show that GFRC had good accuracy,and was significantly advantageous over other classifiers in compactness.Moreover,GFRC is applied to a real-world case for predicting the growth of sellers in an electronic marketplace,illustrating the classification effectiveness with linguistic rules in business decision support. 展开更多

We study a supply chain consisted of a supplier and both retailers,and the supplier sells a single product through a dominant retailer and a weak retailer.The aggressive bargaining behavior of the dominant retailer brings the supplier much concern and two feasible strategies are presented to respond to that:difference-setting wholesale pricing contract and integration with the weak retailer.We investigate the decisions of supply chain members under each solution and find that,compared to the traditional form,the supplier always benefits from announcing the difference-setting wholesale pricing contract for it not only raises the marginal wholesale profits of both channels but also reduces the market share of the dominant retailer,thus potentially weakening its channel power.In addition,we show that combining with the weak retailer is not a wise choice for suppliers when the dominant retailer with relatively little bargaining power enjoys a large market share.Finally,by comparing the equilibria of these two solutions,we find that the optimal choice for suppliers depends not only on the difference in market share but also on the dominant retailer's bargaining power in the negotiation. 展开更多

This paper studies a service firm whose business time can be divided into several periods, each providing different value to customers. Heterogeneous service is a major reason resulting in imbalances between supply and demand. Since customers differ in their degree of impatience, firrns can use differential pricing mechanisms to optimize their objectives and match supply with demand in each period, by inducing customers to choose different periods. We study two types of firrns, an internal firm, the objective of which is to maximize the system's (including the f'nan and all the customers) total net value, and a commercial firm, which aims to optimize its own profit. Though impatience factors are customers' private information, for each type of firm, we derive the optimal incentive compatible pricing policy, under which all the coming customers will follow the firm's assignment, that is, patient customers will buy the service in high-value periods, but their waiting time will be longer, while impatient customers will enter into the low-value periods, but they will be compensated by shorter waiting times. Furthermore, in the internal firm, we also prove that this mechanism enables the decentralization of decisions, while maintaining centralized system-wide optimality. Numerical analysis shows that when there is sufficient capacity, the internal firm does not always need to set lower prices than the commercial firm in every period. 展开更多
