When studying the fractional Schrdinger equation(FSE) with this form of fractional derivative, the result shows that under the description of time FSE with fractional factor, the probability of finding a particle in the whole space is still conserved. By using this new definition to construct space FSE, we achieve a continuous transition from standard Schrdinger equation to the fractional one. When applying this form of Schrdinger equation to a particle in an infinite symmetrical square potential well, we find that the probability density distribution loses spatial symmetry and shows a kind of attenuation property. For the situation of a one-dimensional infinite δ potential well, the first derivative of time-independent wave function Φ to space coordinate x can be continuous everywhere when the particle is at some special discrete energy levels, which is much different from the standard Schrdinger equation.展开更多

文摘Formamidine lead triiodide(FAPbI_(3))perovskites have become the most promising photovoltaic materials for perovskite solar cells with record power conversion efficiency(PCE).However, random nucleation, phase transition, and lattice defects are still the key challenges limiting the quality of FAPbI_(3) films.Previous studies show that the introduction or adding of seeds in the precursor is effective to promote the nucleation and crystallization of perovskite films.Nevertheless, the seed-assisted approach focuses on heterogeneous seeds or hetero-composites,which inevitably induce a lattice-mismatch,the genera-tion of strain or defects, and the phase segregation in the perovskite films.Herein,we first demonstrate that high-quality perovskite films are controllably prepared using α-and δ-phases mixed FAPbI_(3) micro-crystal as the homogeneous seeds with the one-step antisolvent method. The partially dissolved seeds with suitable sizes improve the crystallinity of the perovskite flm with preferable orientation, improved carrier lifetime, and increased carrier mobility.More importantly, the α-phase-containing seeds promote the formation of α-phase FAPbI_(3) films, leading to the reduction of residual lattice strain and the suppres-sion of I-ion migration.Besides, the adding of dimethyl 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylate(DPD)into the pre-cursor further suppresses the generation of defects, contributing to the PCE of devices prepared in air ambient being significantly improved to 23.75%,among the highest PCEs for fully air-processed FAPbI_(3) solar cells. The unpackaged target devices possess a high stability, maintaining 80%of the initial PCE under simulated solar illumination exceeding 800 h.

文摘We investigate the rotating wave approximation applied in the high-spin quantum system driven by a linearly polarized alternating magnetic field in the presence of quadrupole interactions. The conventional way to apply the rotating wave approximation in a driven high-spin system is to assume the dynamics being restricted in the reduced Hilbert space. However, when the driving strength is relatively strong or the driving is off resonant, the leakage from the target resonance subspace cannot be neglected for a multi-level quantum system. We propose the correct formalism to apply the rotating wave approximation in the full Hilbert space by taking this leakage into account.By estimating the operator fidelity of the time propagator, our formalism applied in the full Hilbert space unambiguously manifests great advantages over the conventional method applied in the reduced Hilbert space.

文摘Molten-alkali etching has been widely used to reveal dislocations in 4H silicon carbide(4H-SiC),which has promoted the identification and statistics of dislocation density in 4H-SiC single crystals. However, the etching mechanism of 4H-SiC is limited misunderstood. In this letter,we reveal the anisotropic etching mechanism of the Si face and C face of 4H-SiC by combining molten-KOH etching,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and first-principles investigations. The activation energies for the molten-KOH etching of the C face and Si face of 4H-SiC are calculated to be 25.09 and 35.75 kcal/mol,respectively.The molten-KOH etching rate of the C face is higher than the Si face.Combining XPS analysis and first-principles calculations,we find that the molten-KOH etching of 4H-SiC is proceeded by the cycling of the oxidation of 4H-SiC by the dissolved oxygen and the removal of oxides by molten KOH.The faster etching rate of the C face is caused by the fact that the oxides on the C face are unstable, and easier to be removed with molten alkali, rather than the C face being easier to be oxidized.

文摘We study the topology and localization properties of a generalized Su–Schrieffer–Heeger(SSH)model with a quasi-periodic modulated hopping. It is found that the interplay of off-diagonal quasi-periodic modulations can induce topological Anderson insulator(TAI)phases and reentrant topological Anderson insulator(RTAI),and the topological phase boundaries can be uncovered by the divergence of the localization length of the zero-energy mode.In contrast to the conventional case that the TAI regime emerges in a finite range with the increase of disorder, the TAI and RTAI are robust against arbitrary modulation amplitude for our system.Furthermore,we find that the TAI and RTAI can induce the emergence of reentrant localization transitions.Such an interesting connection between the reentrant localization transition and the TAI/RTAI can be detected from the wave-packet dynamics in cold atom systems by adopting the technique of momentum-lattice engineering.

文摘Two-dimensional (2D) ultrathin MoS2-modified black Ti^3+-TiO2 nanotubes were fabricated using an electrospinning-hydrothermal treatment-reduction method.Bare TiO2 nanotubes were fabricated via electrospinning.Then,2D MoS2 lamellae were grown on the surface of the nanotubes and Ti^3+/Ov ions were introduced by reduction. The photocatalytic performance of the 2D MoS2/Ti^3+-TiO2 nanotubes was^15 times better than that of TiO2.The HER enhancement of the MoS2/Ti^3+-TiO2 nanotubes can be attributed to the Pt-like behavior of 2D MoS2 and the presence of Ti^3+-ions,which facilitated the quick diffusion of the photogenerated electrons to water, reducing the H2 activation barrier. The presence of Ov ions in the nanotubes and their hollow structure increased their solar utilization.

文摘Gallium oxide(Ga_(2)O_(3))based flexible heterojunction type deep ultraviolet(UV)photodetectors show excellent solar-blind photoelectric performance, even when not powered, which makes them ideal for use in intelligent wearable devices.How-ever,traditional flexible photodetectors are prone to damage during use due to poor toughness, which reduces the service life of these devices.Self-healing hydrogels have been demonstrated to have the ability to repair damage and their combination with Ga_(2)O_(3) could potentially improve the lifetime of the flexible photodetectors while maintaining their performance.Herein,a novel self-healing and self-powered flexible photodetector has been constructed onto the hydrogel substrate, which exhibits an excellent responsivity of 0.24 mA/W under 254 nm UV light at zero bias due to the built-in electric field originating from the PEDOT:PSS/Ga_(2)O_(3) heterojunction. The self-healing of the Ga_(2)O_(3) based photodetector was enabled by the reversible property of the synthesis of agarose and polyvinyl alcohol double network, which allows the photodetector to recover its original configu-ration and function after damage. After self-healing,the photocurrent of the photodetector decreases from 1.23 to 1.21μA,while the dark current rises from 0.95 to 0.97μA,with a barely unchanged of photoresponse speed.Such a remarkable recov-ery capability and the photodetector’s superior photoelectric performance not only significantly enhance a device lifespan but also present new possibilities to develop wearable and intelligent electronics in the future.

文摘A high-precision and tunable mass detection scheme based on a double-oscillator optomechanical system is proposed.By designating one of the oscillators as the detection port, tiny mass signals can be probed through the frequency shift of the output spectrum, utilizing the system's optomechanically induced transparency(OMIT)effect.By solving the output of the optical mode,we demonstrate that the system exhibits two OMIT windows due to the double-oscillator coupling, with one window being strongly dependent on the mass to be detected.Characterizing the spectrum around this window enables high magnification and precise detection of the input signal under nonlinear parameter conditions.Additionally, our scheme shows resilience to environmental temperature variations and drive strength perturbations.

文摘The collisional dynamics of two symmetric droplets with equal intraspecies scattering lengths and particle number density for each component is studied by solving the corresponding extended Gross–Pitaevskii equation in two dimensions by including a logarithmic correction term in the usual contact interaction. We find the merging droplet after collision experiences a quadrupole oscillation in its shape and the oscillation period is found to be independent of the incidental momentum for small droplets. With increasing collision momentum the colliding droplets may separate into two,or even more, and finally into small pieces of droplets. For these dynamical phases we manage to present boundaries determined by the remnant particle number in the central area and the damped oscillation of the quadrupole mode.A stability peak for the existence of droplets emerges at the critical particle number Nc≃48 for the quasi-Gaussian and flat-top shapes of the droplets.

文摘Nonlinear high-harmonic generation in micro-resonators is a common technique used to extend the operating range of applications such as self-referencing systems and coherent communications in the visible region. However, the generated high-harmonic emissions are subject to a resonance shift with a change in temperature. We present a comprehensive study of the thermal behavior induced phase mismatch that shows this resonance shift can be compensated by a combination of the linear and nonlinear thermo-optics effects.Using this model,we predict and experimentally demonstrate visible third harmonic modes having temperature dependent wavelength shifts between−2.84 pm/ºC and 2.35 pm/ºC when pumped at the L-band.Besides providing a new way to achieve athermal operation, this also allows one to measure the thermal coefficients and Q-factor of the visible modes.Through steady state analysis,we have also identified the existence of stable athermal third harmonic generation and experimentally demonstrated orthogonally pumped visible third harmonic modes with a temperature dependent wavelength shift of 0.05 pm/ºC over a temperature range of 12ºC.Our findings promise a configurable and active temperature dependent wavelength shift compensation scheme for highly efficient and precise visible emission generation for potential 2f–3f self-referencing in metrology, biological and chemical sensing applications.

文摘In this paper, we introduce a new definition of fractional derivative which contains a fractional factor, and its physical meanings are given. For the situation of a one-dimensional infinite δ potential well, the first derivative of time-independent wave function Φ to space coordinate x can be continuous everywhere when the particle is at some special discrete energy levels, which is much different from the standard Schrdinger equation.

文摘Uncertainty relations are of profound significance in quantum mechanics and quantum information theory. The well-known Heisenberg-Robertson uncertainty relation presents the constraints on the spread of measurement outcomes caused by the non-commutability of a pair of observables. In this article,we study the uncertainty relation of triple observables to explore the relationship between the standard deviations and the commutators of the observables. We derive and tighten the multiplicative form and weighted summation form uncertainty relations, which are found to be dependent not only on the commutation relations of each pair of the observables but also on a newly defined commutator in terms of all the three observables. We experimentally test the uncertainty relations in a linear optical setup. The experimental and numerical results agree well and show that the uncer-tainty relations derived by us successfully present tight lower bounds in the cases of high-dimensional observables and the cases of mixed states. Our method of deriving the uncertainty relation can be extended to more than three observables.

文摘Tetra(amino)azacalix[4]arene skeleton was functionalized at the bridging NH sites using various aromatic aldehydes via formation of imidazobenzimidazole fused heterocycles.X-ray single crystal analysis revealed distorted 1,3-alternate conformations for the resulting macrocycles.Anthracenyl and pyrenyl modified imidazobenzimidazole fused aza-calix[4]arenes existed as dimers in the solid state, associated mainly through-stacking interactions between the planar polycyclic fluorophores. The tetrapyrenyl modified product was further used as a Zn^(2+)-selective sensor, which showed naked-eye detected color change and enhanced excimer emission. The stoichiometry between the sensor and Zn2+was determined to be 1:1 and the association constant was 1.1×10^(5)L/mol.The sensing process was highly selective and showed strong anti-interference with presence of other cations. The UV-vis spectral changes in the sensing process were completely reversible by alternate addition of Zn^(2+) and F^(-),showing an efficient“on-off-on”result.

文摘We investigate quantum dynamics of a quantum walker on a finite bipartite non-Hermitian lattice,in which the particle can leak out with certain rate whenever it visits one of the two sublattices.Quantum walker initially located on one of the non-leaky sites will finally totally disappear after a length of evolution time and the distribution of decay probability on each unit cell is obtained. In one regime, the resultant distribution shows an expected decreasing behavior as the distance from the initial site increases. However,in the other regime,we find that the resultant distribution of local decay probability is very counterintuitive,in which a relatively high population of decay probability appears on the edge unit cell which is the farthest from the starting point of the quantum walker. We then analyze the energy spectrum of the non-Hermitian lattice with pure loss, and find that the intriguing behavior of the resultant decay probability distribution is intimately related to the existence and specific property of the edge states, which are topologically protected and can be well predicted by the non-Bloch winding number. The exotic dynamics may be observed experimentally with arrays of coupled resonator optical waveguides.
