以往商业信用的理论通常是单视角的,本文试图在体现激励相容思想的双层规划框架下初步建立起一个能够综合财务、市场和成本因素的商业信用期限决策模型。在供应商和零售商详细建模的基础上,通过分析,将双层规划等价地转化为非线性规划... 以往商业信用的理论通常是单视角的,本文试图在体现激励相容思想的双层规划框架下初步建立起一个能够综合财务、市场和成本因素的商业信用期限决策模型。在供应商和零售商详细建模的基础上,通过分析,将双层规划等价地转化为非线性规划。由约束条件和目标函数的分析,提炼出影响信用期限激励相容决策的关键因素包括融资能力、市场需求敏感性、成本结构。设计了三类因素变化的不同情景,模拟分析了三类因素的影响。利用中国的一组中小企业实际数据对模型与模拟分析的结论进行了实证检验。考虑到变量的内生性问题,分别从供应商和零售商的角度建立了两类联立方程实证模型,采用2sls,3sls,sur三类方法进行了模型的估计和检验。最终的结论表明,商业信用是一种重要的"激励—协调—利益分配"机制,它的决策是一个涉及多个公司运营层面的交互作用过程。资金成本是影响供应商信用期限决策的最重要因素,市场需求是影响(中小企业)零售商还款时间最重要的因素。 展开更多

基于人口加权变异系数分解方法,本文分析了改革开放以来中国区域发展不平衡的历史动态,研究发现:我国区域发展不平衡程度在1978-1990年快速下降,1990-2003年上升,2003-2019年又再次下降,2013年来的区域发展不平衡程度是改革开放以来最... 基于人口加权变异系数分解方法,本文分析了改革开放以来中国区域发展不平衡的历史动态,研究发现:我国区域发展不平衡程度在1978-1990年快速下降,1990-2003年上升,2003-2019年又再次下降,2013年来的区域发展不平衡程度是改革开放以来最低水平;东西差距自2003年来持续下降,但到2019年东西差距对总体区域差距的贡献仍达46%;南方早在1993年就已实现对北方发展水平的超越,2008年以来南北差距再次快速扩大,但目前南北差距在总体差距中的贡献依然不超过10%。因此,我国区域发展差距主要体现为东中西部差距的结构特征并未发生根本改变。成分分解的结果显示,从产业角度看,北方工业的相对落后是2008年以来南北差距飞速扩大的主要原因;从收入角度看,南北差距扩大主要体现在南方在劳动者收入和企业盈利上的相对领先;从支出角度看,南方在居民消费支出、货物和服务净流出上长期具有优势,2003-2013年北方过度依赖高投资、高积累的发展模式,这一发展模式在2013年后无法持续,进一步推动了南北差距扩大。 展开更多

汇率对旅游企业财务绩效的影响 被引量:6

旅游是一种高价格需求弹性的商品,价格水平的变化会对旅游产品的需求产生较大的影响。人民币升值使得中国旅游产品的价格在国际上显得更贵,导致入境旅游需求、国内旅游需求下降,出境旅游需求上升,可能会对微观层面的企业财务绩效产生显... 旅游是一种高价格需求弹性的商品,价格水平的变化会对旅游产品的需求产生较大的影响。人民币升值使得中国旅游产品的价格在国际上显得更贵,导致入境旅游需求、国内旅游需求下降,出境旅游需求上升,可能会对微观层面的企业财务绩效产生显著影响。文章以2004—2017年25家中国旅游业A股上市公司的数据为样本,对汇率与旅游企业财务绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。研究发现:人民币升值对旅游企业的财务绩效具有显著的负面影响,这种影响主要发生在国有企业和中西部地区企业;融资约束程度、国际化程度、旅游企业类型、董事长持股比例对汇率与旅游企业财务绩效之间的关系也起到显著的调节作用;汇率通过影响旅游企业的销售净利率进而影响了旅游企业的净资产收益率。最后,文章对旅游企业的汇率风险管理提出3点建议:首先,旅游企业可以采取外汇远期交易、外汇货币市场交易、外汇期货期权交易等方式进行金融对冲,还可以采取多币种经营、外币资产和外币负债相匹配等方法进行经营对冲,规避汇率风险。其次,我国旅游企业可采取与境外旅游企业互联互通、优势互补的方式获得更大发展;还可采取相关多元化经营、降低融资约束、实施高管股权激励等方式降低汇率风险。最后,汇率对旅游企业财务绩效的负面影响主要是通过降低销售利润率的方式实现,反映出国外旅游产品竞争下我国旅游企业利润变薄的现实。旅游企业和行业管理部门应该积极行动起来,设立国家旅游创新基金,开展提升国家旅游创新力的探索,利用技术创新提升利润空间。 展开更多

为了提高商业银行财务绩效水平,满足利益相关者信息需求,从收益和风险以及发展的角度构建“盈利性”、“安全性”、“流动性”和“社会性”四个维度的商业银行财务绩效评价指标体系,采用偏序集评价方法对15家样本商业银行2017年财务绩... 为了提高商业银行财务绩效水平,满足利益相关者信息需求,从收益和风险以及发展的角度构建“盈利性”、“安全性”、“流动性”和“社会性”四个维度的商业银行财务绩效评价指标体系,采用偏序集评价方法对15家样本商业银行2017年财务绩效进行评价。财务绩效排名和HASSE图的结果表明:处于较高层级的样本商业银行财务绩效较好,其盈利性、安全性、流动性较优,并具备较强的发展能力;处于较低层级的样本商业银行财务绩效较差,其盈利性、安全性、流动性较弱,发展能力较弱;重要性程度靠前的“盈利性”和“安全性”评价维度,不是导致商业银行绩效排名和分层的主要影响因素,商业银行要提升财务绩效,应该更加重视“流动性”和“社会性”维度。同时,采用偏序集评价方法,克服了评价指标精确赋权问题,获得的HASSE图直观展示样本商业银行财务绩效排名稳定性和整体市场竞争格局,具备其他评价方法无法比拟的优势。 展开更多

可再生能源和能效政策对中国碳达峰碳中和目标的实现至关重要,但是这两种能源政策的协同效应如何仍需要进一步的研究。本文将两种能源政策纳入到CGE模型(Computable General Equilibrium,可计算一般均衡模型)中,从宏观经济和微观部门两... 可再生能源和能效政策对中国碳达峰碳中和目标的实现至关重要,但是这两种能源政策的协同效应如何仍需要进一步的研究。本文将两种能源政策纳入到CGE模型(Computable General Equilibrium,可计算一般均衡模型)中,从宏观经济和微观部门两个层面,评估了可再生能源和能效政策对经济、能源及环境的影响。研究结果表明:短期内,可再生能源政策的减排效果优于能效政策;长期来看,能效提升总体效益优于可再生能源政策。对于部门碳减排效果来说,能效发展政策对各部门减排更有效。可再生能源和能效的组合政策展现出较强的优越性,很好地克服了单一政策在碳减排及经济发展中的缺陷。 展开更多

The irreversible mechanism of heat engines is studied in terms of <em>thermodynamic consistency</em> and thermomechanical dynamics (TMD) which is proposed for a method to study nonequilibrium irreversible thermodynamic systems. As an example, a water drinking bird (DB) known as one of the heat engines is specifically examined. The DB system suffices a rigorous experimental device for the theory of nonequilibrium irreversible thermodynamics. The DB nonlinear equation of motion proves explicitly that nonlinear differential equations with time-dependent coefficients must be classified as independent equations different from those of constant coefficients. The solutions of nonlinear differential equations with time-dependent coefficients can express emergent phenomena: nonequilibrium irreversible states. The <em>couplings</em> among mechanics, thermodynamics and time-evolution to nonequilibrium irreversible state are defined when the internal energy, thermodynamic work, temperature and entropy are integrated as a spontaneous thermodynamic process in the DB system. The physical meanings of the time-dependent entropy, <em>T</em>(<em>t</em>)d<em>S</em>(<em>t</em>), , internal energy, d<span style="white-space:nowrap;"><em>&#400;</em></span>(<em>t</em>), and thermodynamic work, dW(<em>t</em>), are defined by the progress of time-dependent Gibbs relation to thermodynamic equilibrium. A comprehensive project evaluation and decision-making method considering multiple objectives,stakeholders,and attributes of proposed traffic treatments is inherently complicated.Although individual techniques in evaluating operations,safety,economic,and stakeholder objectives are available,a practical method that integrates all these risk factors and their uncertainties into a multiattribute decision-making tool is absent.A three-level project decision-making process was developed to model and assess multiple-attribute risk in a proposed traffic treatment from the perspective of multiple stakeholders.The direct benefits from reducing delay and safety risk(basic objectives of traffic treatments) are computed in Level 1 with established methods.Feasibility and performance analysis in Level 2 examine site-specific constraints and conduct detailed performance analysis using advanced analysis tools.In Level 3,this paper introduces an innovative and integrated multiple attributes evaluation process under fuzziness and uncertainty(MAFU) process for evaluation and decision-making.The MAFU is a comprehensive and systematic assessment and decision-making procedure that can assess the magnitudes of project performance and to integrate conflicting interests and tradeoffs among stakeholders.A case study illustrates theapplication of MAFU for the selection of a traffic alternative involving several evaluation attributes and stakeholders.Results show that the MAFU produced the smallest variance for each alternative.With traditional cost–benefit evaluation methods,the uncertainty associated with performance of a traffic project in terms of operation,safety,environmental impacts,etc.,is unrestricted and cumulative.Therefore,a reliable multi-attribute evaluation of complex traffic projects should not be made with conventional cost–benefit analysis alone but with a process like MAFU. 展开更多

The thermoelectric energy conversion technique by employing the Disk-Magnet Electromagnetic Induction (DM-EMI) and improved DM-EMIs is shown, and possible applications to heat engines as one of the energy harvesting technologies are also discussed. The idea is induced by integrating irreversible thermodynamical mechanism of a water drinking bird with that of a Stirling engine, resulting in thermoelectric energy generation different from conventional heat engines. The current thermoelectric energy conversion with DM-EMI can be applied to wide ranges of temperature differences. The mechanism of DM-EMI energy converter is examined in terms of axial flux magnetic lines and categorized as the axial flux generator. It is useful for practical applications to macroscopic heat engines such as wind, geothermal, thermal and nuclear power turbines and heat-dissipation lines, for supporting thermoelectric energy conversions. The technique of DM-EMI will contribute to environmental problems to maintain clean and susceptible energy as one of the energy harvesting technologies. 展开更多

This study evaluates the impact of the Pani Panchayat initiative, a community-based water management program, in the Angul and Dhenkanal districts of Odisha. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we gathered qualitative and quantitative data through structured interviews with diverse stakeholders, focus group discussions, and surveys. The findings indicate that the Angul district exhibited higher levels of fair elections and improved water access due to better canal maintenance, while the Dhenkanal district faced challenges from industrial water usage. The study also examines the potential of technological advancements, such as real-time water monitoring, to enhance governance. By identifying synergies and gaps with existing water policies, the research provides policy recommendations to promote sustainable water management in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. 展开更多

Unique finger impression acknowledgment is one of the most seasoned types of biometric identification. However, getting a decent unique finger impression picture isn’t that simple. So we must process unique finger impression picture before coordinating. A crucial advance in measurements of fingerprint minutiae is to obtain minutiae from the finger impression pictures dependably. However, fingerprint images are occasionally of perfect quality. They might be debased and defiled because of varieties in skin and impression conditions. Along these lines, image enhancement strategies utilize other details extraction to acquire a more reliable estimation of minutiae areas. The primary objective of this research work is to introduce a superior and improved unique fingerprint image. We studied the elements identifying with getting elite component focuses detection algorithm, for example, picture quality, segmentation, picture upgrade and highlight recognition. Usually utilized features for enhancing unique finger impression picture quality are Fourier spectrum energy, Sobel filter energy, and local orientation. Precise segmentation of unique finger impression edges from a broad foundation is vital. For productive improvement and feature extraction algorithms, we zero the commotion in segmented features. As a pre-processing method, we need to perform comprising of field introduction, ridge frequency estimation, Sobel filtering, division. Then connect the resulting picture to a thinning algorithm and consequent minutiae extraction. After resultant extraction of these minutiae focuses, we will utilize the picture with focuses for coordinating or finding the offenders and also for other security issues. The procedure of image pre-processing and minutiae extraction is explored. The simulations are performed in the MATLAB environment to assess the execution of the implemented algorithm. 展开更多

Artificial neural networks consist of the mechanisms of identifying the solution for the problem with the layers design and implementation, and the hidden layers will have rules to be done by the model. The model consists of different approaches, and based on the priority and the requirement, we need to create a model, and this article is dealing with the prediction related to bank customers and their loan processing, etc. In this article, we have a global dataset collected related to 10000 customers of a single bank and their account and other details related to the customers of the bank. Here, we are implementing using tensor flow and Keras libraries to create an artificial neural network which will work on the model and hidden layers. The hidden layers are the most import part of the presentation, and the virtual environment in the field can be helpful for the better prediction of the related things. Machine learning implementations with the combination of deep learning artificial neural networks and also with tensor flow and Keras will be the most exciting and attractive portion of the research work in any field of science and technology. This architecture and application will help to predict future bank applications, and this can be helpful for the customers to understand their level of applications and products usage based on their account weight. 展开更多

A Network Analysis of Skill Game Dynamics

Casino games can be classified in two main categories, i.e. skill games and gambling. Notably, the former refers to games whose outcome is affected by the strategies of players, the latter to those games whose outcome is completely random. For instance, lotteries are easily recognized as pure gambling, while some variants of Poker (e.g. Texas Hold’em) are usually considered as skill games. In both cases, the theory of probability constitutes the mathematical framework for studying their dynamics, despite their classification. Here, it is worth to consider that when games entail the competition between many players, the structure of interactions can acquire a relevant role. For instance, some games as Bingo are not characterized by this kind of interactions, while other games as Poker, show a network structure, i.e. players interact each other and have the opportunity to share or exchange information. In this paper, we analyze the dynamics of a population composed of two species, i.e. strong and weak agents. The former represents expert players, while the latter beginners, i.e. non-expert ones. Here, pair-wise interactions are based on a very simple game, whose outcome is affected by the nature of the involved agents. In doing so, expert agents have a higher probability to succeed when playing with weak agents, while the success probability is equal when two agents of the same kind face each other. Numerical simulations are performed considering a population arranged in different topologies like regular graphs and in scale-free networks. This choice allows to model dynamics that we might observe on online game platforms. Further aspects as the adaptability of agents are taken into account, e.g. the possibility to improve (i.e. to becomean expert). Results show that complex topologies represent a strong opportunity for experts and a risk for both kinds of agents. 展开更多
