In order to study the entrepreneurship situation of Jiangxi return migrant workers after the financial crisis,we have conducted a survey on 107 entrepreneurial return migrant workers in 6 counties of Jiangxi Province.The results show that the return of migrant workers is mainly attributed to personal factors,while social factors are also very important.The major difficulties facing return migrant workers are the funding difficulties,complicated formalities to start a business,difficulty in safeguarding their rights and interests,their own low quality and so on.The support needed by the return migrant workers from the government is manifested in five aspects,say,to improve the service and management for the entrepreneurship of migrant workers,to provide financing policy support,to increase the preferential fiscal and taxation policies,to enhance the entrepreneurship training and to provide preference for the return migrant workers to use land. 展开更多

Based on the monitoring data of water quality in the Ji'an section of the Ganjiang River from 2008 to 2018 by the Water Resources Monitoring Center of Ji'an City,single factor evaluation method,comprehensive pollution index method and seasonal Kendall test method were adopted to study and analyze the characteristics of surface water resources and the changing trend of water quality in the river section.The results show that the water quality in the Ji'an section of the Ganjiang River was generally good,and the water quality of each function zone reached the target requirement.The comprehensive pollution index was controlled between 0.21 and 0.40 over the years,and there was no significant change in time and space,and the water quality was relatively stable.The dissolved oxygen and permanganate index tended to improve,and there was no change in five-day biochemical oxygen demand,while ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus showed an upward trend.The water quality as a whole showed a trend of deterioration.By discussing the influencing factors of the characteristic pollutants,the causes of water quality in the Ji'an section of the Ganjiang River were further analyzed.It is suggested to strengthen the supervision and control of non-point source and point source pollution. 展开更多

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Food Therapy Combined with Baduanjin in the Nursing of Constipation Patients

Objective: to explore the effect of TCM food therapy combined with Baduanjin in nursing constipation patients. Methods: 82 patients with functional constipation who entered a hospital in Qingyang City from October 2020 to February 2021 were selected by convenient sampling for nursing intervention. The experimental group was given Chinese medicine food therapy combined with Baduanjin, and the control group was given general nursing. The intervention lasted 14 days. The scores of symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and quality of life analysis of constipation patients were recorded. Results: compared with the control group, the experimental group can significantly reduce the scores of symptom checklist 90 and quality of life analysis of constipation patients, indicating that the experimental group is better than the control group in improving the symptoms of constipation patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the experimental group can significantly reduce the scores of SCL-90 and QOL analysis of constipation patients, and the intervention results are better than the control group. 展开更多

Based on the knowledge of petrology and stratigraphy, as well as the stratigraphic histogram drawn by the collected stratigraphic lithology of the two areas, through the comparative analysis of the lithologic characteristics of the two areas, it is concluded that the Baoshankou formation, Fuziguang formation, Nanzhuang formation and Xiangkuang formation in Jiaobei correspond to Nanfen formation, Qiaotou formation, Changlingzi formation and Nanguanling formation in Liaodong. 展开更多

The Sanshandao Au deposit is located in the famous Sanshandao metallogenic belt,Jiaodong area.To date,accumulative Au resources of 1000 t have been identified from the belt.Sanshandao is a world-class gold deposit with Au mineralization hosted in Early Cretaceous Guojialing-type granites.Thus,studies on the genesis and ore-forming element sources of the Sanshandao Au deposit are crucial.He and Ar isotopic analyses of fluid inclusions from pyrite(the carrier of Au)indicate that the fluid inclusions have 3 He/4 He=0.043–0.21 Ra with an average of 0.096 Ra and 40 Ar/36 Ar=488–664 with an average of 570.8.These values represent the initial He and Ar isotopic compositions of ore-forming fluids for trapped fluid inclusions.The comparison of H–O isotopic characteristics combined with deposit geology and wall rock alteration reveals that the ore-forming fluids of the Sanshandao Au deposit show mixed crust–mantle origin characteristics,and they mainly comprise crust-derived fluid mixed with minor mantle-derived fluid and meteoric water during the uprising process.The ore-forming elements were generally sourced from pre-Cambrian meta-basement rocks formed by Mesozoic reactivation and mixed with minor shallow crustal and mantle components. 展开更多

Inhibiting the expression of Nogo-A in cervical spinal cord by use of interaction of antigen and antibody can help the remodeling of corticospinal projection of focal cerebral ischemia model rats to facilitate neurological recovery, which provides a new possible mechanism for drugs to promote neurological recovery. However, the effects of drugs on the expression of Nogo-A in cervical spinal cord are still unclear. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Fujian tablet on the expression of Nogo-A mRNA in cervical spinal cords of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rats, and to investigate the possible regulatory effect of Fujian tablet on the regenerated microenvironment of spinal conduction bundle. DESIGN: A randomized and controlled trial taking Wistar rats as experimental animals. SETTING: Department of Neurology, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. MATERIALS: This experiment was carried out in the laboratory of Shandong Academy of Medical Science between June 2005 and July 2006. A total of 40 healthy male Wistar rats, aged 12 weeks, weighing 250 - 300 g, were provided by the Experimental Animal Center of Shandong University. Fujian tablets (main components: Heshouwu, Yinyanghuo, etc) were provided by office of Pharmaceutics of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine. Nogo-A detection kit was provided by Wuhan Boster Biotechnology Co.,Ltd., and batch number was 040309009. This experiment was approved by Local Animal Ethics Committee. METHODS: Forty male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 10 in each: normal group, sham-operation group, model group and administration group. Rats in the administration group and model group were subjected to MCAO. Rats in the sham-operation group underwent the same craniotomy, and their middle cerebral arteries (MCA) were not occluded. Rats in the normal group were untouched. Rats in administration group were intragastrically administrated with the solution of Fujian tablet at a dose of 9 g/kg and others were given equal dosage of normal saline two days later. The treatments were done once a day and the course totaled 2 weeks. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The expression of Nogo-A mRNA in slices of cervical spinal cords. RESULTS: Forty rats were involved in the final analysis. The expression of Nogo-A mRNA in the cervical spinal cord of rats in the administration group and model group was significantly decreased as compared with that in the normal group (P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05, respectively). The expression of Nogo-A mRNA in the administration group was also significantly weaker than that in the model group (P 〈 0.05 ) . CONCLUSION: Fujian tablet can inhibit the expression of Nogo-A mRNA in cervical spinal cords of MCAO rats, which facilitates regeneration and remodeling of cervical spinal cords. 展开更多

Based on the water quality monitoring data of 5 large reservoirs in Ji’an City,Jiangxi Province from 2015-2021,the temporal and spatial variation characteristics and trends of water quality of the reservoirs were analyzed by single-factor evaluation method and seasonal Kendall test to evaluate the trophic status of the reservoirs and explore the influencing factors of characteristic pollutants.The results showed that:①the water quality of the reservoirs was good and could meet the water needs of various functions;②the water quality of the reservoirs had generally changed from bad to good in recent years,indicating that the implementation of“river chief system”has achieved certain results;③Kendall test analysis showed that,except for individual projects which showed an upward trend in water quality,other projects showed no obvious change trend or downward trend,indicating that the water quality of the reservoirs is indeed improving;④the causes of water pollution in reservoir area were further analyzed by exploring the natural and human factors of the characteristic pollutant total phosphorus.It is recommended to strengthen supervision in the later stage to control point and non-point source pollution. 展开更多

Analysis of Unpaid Blood Donors with Positive Anti-HIV Confirmation Results in Ji’nan

Objective: to eliminate the risk of blood donation in high-risk groups. In order to reduce this series of risks, Ji'nan Blood Supply and Insurance Center conducted laboratory tests for anti-HIV primary screening for unpaid blood donors from January 2015 to September 2021.Methods: a total of 259 blood samples were collected and sent to the laboratory of Ji'nan Center for Disease Control and Prevention for confirmation for 100% anti-HIV testing. In addition, the distribution of their blood donation times, age, gender, occupation, education, transmission route and native origin were summarized and analyzed. Results: 40 positive, 26 to 40 (47.5%), male blood donors (97.5%), college degree or above (55%), same-sex group (77.5%) were the majority;Most infections were initial blood donation (92.5%);HIV infection was relatively high in all occupations (10%).Conclusion: the blood safety and quality is especially important to establish a fixed and volunteer team of low-risk unpaid blood donors. Medical staff should strengthen the HIV screening of blood donors, improve the blood safety and quality, in order to do a good job of AIDS, high-risk behavior, confidential blood abandonment, and safe blood donation related knowledge publicity, do a good job of communication with blood donors and the evaluation of blood donors. 展开更多

Objective:Fleas are vectors for the transmission of various pathogens.The study is to understand the pathogens carried by parasitic fleas in domestic dogs and to evaluate the pathogenic potential risk to humans.Methods:121 fleas were collected from 6 dogs in different farmers’households in Suichuan County,Ji’an City,Jiangxi Province in July 2023.Flea species were determined through morphological identification and CoII gene detection.Whole genomic DNA was extracted from all 121 fleas,and six pathogens-Borrelia burgdorferi,Borrelia miyamotoi,Anaplasma phagocytophilum,Coxiella burnetii,spotted fever group Rickettsia,and Ehrlichia chaffiensis—were detected using nested polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results:Positive products were sequenced,and the carrier status of each pathogen was analyzed.Of the 121 fleas identified,118 were Pulex irritans and 3 were Ctenocephalides felis.PCR results revealed that Borrelia burgdorferi(5%,6/118),Borrelia miyamotoi(0.8%,1/118),Borrelia hermsii(9%,11/118),Anaplasma phagocytophilum(0.8%,1/118),spotted fever group Rickettsia(0.8%,1/118),and Coxiella burnetii(0.8%,1/118)were detected in Pulex irritans.Additionally,one sample showed mixed infection with both Borrelia burgdorferi and Anaplasma phagocytophilum(0.8%,1/118).Conclusions:This study suggests that Pulex irritans can carry multiple pathogens,with implications for public health needs that warrant further investigation. 展开更多

目的了解不同体力活动水平中老年人骨质疏松知信行现状及影响因素,分析不同体力活动水平中老年人在知识、信念、自我效能、行为方面的差异,为基于知信行模式开展骨质疏松症的预防和治疗提供科学依据。方法在山东省山东大学选取200名城市... 目的了解不同体力活动水平中老年人骨质疏松知信行现状及影响因素,分析不同体力活动水平中老年人在知识、信念、自我效能、行为方面的差异,为基于知信行模式开展骨质疏松症的预防和治疗提供科学依据。方法在山东省山东大学选取200名城市中老年人作为研究对象,采用体力活动短问卷、骨质疏松知信行调查问卷和骨健康知信行影响因素调查问卷,评估其体力活动、骨质疏松知信行现状及影响因素,并用超声骨密度仪测量骨密度。采用SPSS19.0进行数据分析。结果根据体力活动水平,受试者分为高、中、低三类,占比分别为17.0%、67.0%和16.0%,其中骨量低下及骨质疏松者占44.0%。中体力活动水平组的T值、Z值及宽带超声衰减显著高于高、低体力活动水平组(P<0.01);高体力活动水平组的Z值显著高于低体力活动水平组(P<0.05);T值、Z值存在体力活动水平效应和骨健康状况效应(P<0.01);宽带超声衰减上,骨健康状况占主效应(P<0.01)。在知信行方面,高体力活动水平组的知识、行为和自我效能显著高于中、低体力活动水平组(P<0.05,P<0.01);中体力活动水平组的自我效能显著高于低体力活动水平组(P<0.01);骨质疏松组、骨质正常组的自我效能显著高于骨量低下组(P<0.05,P<0.01);知识、行为上,体力活动水平占主效应(P<0.01);信念在体力活动水平×骨健康状况上存在交互效应(P<0.05);信念上,骨健康状况占主效应(P<0.05)。文化程度、退休前职业、骨质疏松家族史、运动强度、人均月收入是影响不同体力活动水平中老年人知信行的重要因素。结论中老年人体力活动水平和骨密度与骨质疏松知信行得分呈正相关,对骨骼健康的认知越高,越倾向于积极运动,有助于提高骨密度。 展开更多

h-LuFeO_(3)多铁薄膜与衬底构成的高质量异质结是其器件应用的基础,然而高温工艺下的界面稳定性是关键挑战。通过综合运用X射线衍射、透射电子显微术与光谱学分析,本研究系统探讨了h-LuFeO_(3)/YSZ异质结在高温退火过程中的界面演化及... h-LuFeO_(3)多铁薄膜与衬底构成的高质量异质结是其器件应用的基础,然而高温工艺下的界面稳定性是关键挑战。通过综合运用X射线衍射、透射电子显微术与光谱学分析,本研究系统探讨了h-LuFeO_(3)/YSZ异质结在高温退火过程中的界面演化及其对微观结构与光学性质的影响。研究结果表明,高温退火将导致Lu元素和少量Fe元素从h-LuFeO_(3)薄膜向YSZ衬底扩散,Lu和Fe在界面处的偏聚随温度升高而加剧并最终形成(Y,Zr,Lu,Fe)O_(2-x)固溶体扩散层。伴随着界面元素扩散及薄膜微观结构演化,带隙由初始的3.4 eV显著增大至4.2 eV。本工作从原子尺度揭示了界面元素扩散对多铁薄膜性能的决定性调控作用,为多铁异质结的界面设计与工艺优化提供了关键依据。 展开更多

单双层U形金属波纹管刚度及疲劳寿命对比分析

金属波纹管是波纹管机械密封的关键零部件,其性能直接影响整个机械密封系统的可靠性和使用寿命。然而采用传统方法对其性能进行预测时,存在研发周期长、成本高等问题。为此采用ANSYS软件,以高温热油泵机械密封常用补偿元件金属波纹管为... 金属波纹管是波纹管机械密封的关键零部件,其性能直接影响整个机械密封系统的可靠性和使用寿命。然而采用传统方法对其性能进行预测时,存在研发周期长、成本高等问题。为此采用ANSYS软件,以高温热油泵机械密封常用补偿元件金属波纹管为研究对象,建立单双层U形金属波纹管三维模型,采用静力学和热-结构耦合相结合的分析方法,基于有限元软件研究不同的轴向力和温差以及结构参数对波纹管性能的影响。结果表明:在常温工况下,单双层波纹管的刚度和疲劳寿命均随着轴向力的增大而减小;在热-结构耦合条件下,单层波纹管的刚度随温差的增大而增大,双层波纹管的刚度以及二者的疲劳寿命均随着轴温差的增大而减小;在常温工况和热-结构耦合条件下,单层波纹管的刚度和疲劳寿命均大于双层波纹管。研究表明,适当增加壁厚和减小波高,可以提高波纹管的整体刚度和疲劳寿命。 展开更多

复合微生物菌剂在制药菌渣堆肥过程中的保氮效果及机理

为探讨复合微生物菌剂对制药菌渣堆肥过程中铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)和总氮(TN)等理化因子和微生物群落结构变化的影响,揭示其对氮素保留效果及作用机理的影响,本研究通过将1‰(V/m)RW菌剂(T1)、1‰MC菌剂(T2)、2‰M... 为探讨复合微生物菌剂对制药菌渣堆肥过程中铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)和总氮(TN)等理化因子和微生物群落结构变化的影响,揭示其对氮素保留效果及作用机理的影响,本研究通过将1‰(V/m)RW菌剂(T1)、1‰MC菌剂(T2)、2‰MC菌剂(T3)分别添加到菌渣堆肥体系中,每3 d检测堆肥过程理化性质,并采用16S rRNA高通量测序技术对堆肥过程中微生物群落结构和功能进行深入分析。结果表明,T1、T2和T3三组堆体最高温度分别为61.8、68.9℃和62.4℃,比对照组高2.8~9.9℃,高温期持续时间较对照组延长了3~7 d,种子发芽指数(GI)提高了12.50~21.43个百分点;添加菌剂的堆肥产品较对照组总氮含量增加了9.38%~15.51%,其中硝态氮含量增加了35.44%~67.09%,添加1‰MC菌剂组的效果最好;添加菌剂的三组处理均提高了堆肥中期厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)的相对丰度。冗余分析结果表明,在堆肥过程中norank_f__Bacillaceae、Bacillus和Pseudogracilibacillus这三种菌属的丰度与硝态氮和总氮的含量呈正相关,且与铵态氮的含量呈负相关,Cerasibacillus的丰度与铵态氮的含量呈正相关。网络分析结果表明,添加1‰MC菌剂能够提高网络的复杂性和紧密性,促进微生物之间的种间互作和功能协同;FAPROTAX功能预测结果显示,菌渣堆肥过程中有11种微生物功能类群参与氮循环,其中尿素分解(ureolysis)为主要功能类群,添加MC菌剂不仅能够提高尿素分解功能菌群的相对丰度,同时还能抑制硝酸盐反硝化和反硝化功能菌群的生长。研究表明,MC菌剂较RW菌剂能够更好地促进堆肥进程,提高氮素转化效率和产品肥效,并提升氮素保留效果,其中最佳添加量为1‰。 展开更多
