Several Mo-V-Te-O mixed metal oxides catalysts with different dopant were prepared and used for catalytic oxidation propane to acrolein. It was revealed that the addition of P could greatly improve the performance of the Mo-V-Te-O catalyst. The catalysts were examined by XRD and H2-TPR. The XRD characteristic of the Mo-V-Te-P-O showed that the addition of P could aggrandize the (V0.07Mo0.93)5O14 phase. H2-TPR illuminated that the MoV0.3Te0.23P0.15On catalyst took on the best redox ability. 展开更多

Using TiO2 and Ti0.5Zr0.5O2 as carriers, the CuO/TiO2 and CuO/Ti0.5Zr0.5O2 catalystswere prepared by the impregnation method with Cu(NO3)2 as active component. The catalyticactivities in NO+CO reaction were investigated using a microreactor-GC system, and structure andreducibility of catalysts were characterized by means of physical adsorption, TPR, XRD, NO-TPDtechnologies. It was found that the activity of CuO/Ti0.5Zr0.5O2 catalyst was higher than that ofCuO/TiO2, probably due to the large specific surface area of Ti0.5Zr0.5O2 that played an importantrole in NO+CO reaction. 展开更多

Enzymatic synthesis of cefaclor from 7-aminodesacetoxymethyl-3-chlorocephalosporainc acid(6-ACCA) and phenylglycine derivatives using penicillin G acylase was studied .Many factors that affect the conversion of 7-ACCA to cefaclor were examined.The immobilized enzyme from Bacillis megaterium gave a better catalytic properties and the higher conversion was obtained using phenylglycine methyl ester(PGME) as acyl donor.And the external mass transfer limitation could be eliminated when the stirring rate was more than 150r/min.Low temperature was beneficial for the synthesis and the results showed that the synthetase activity was hardly influenced by temperature while the amidase activity was affected greatly by temperature.The optimum reaction conditions were determined at pH 6.5 and 10℃,respectively.The best 7-ACCA conversion of 56% was achieved when the intial concentration of 7-ACCA and PGME was at 50 mM and 150mM,respectively. 展开更多
