A quantitativeanalysis of dynamic behaviors shows that the model has three kinds of equilibrium points, whichrepresent the patient's complete recovery without immune ability, complete recovery with immuneability, and HBV persistent infection at the end of the treatment with drag lamivudine,respectively. Our model may provide possible quantitative interpretations for the treatments ofchronic HBV infections with the drag lamivudine, in particularly explain why the plasma virus ofNowak et al. Gas cell method is used to determine the characteristicabsorption peaks of each diagnostic gas; simple and novel devices and procedures were designed inorder to get measurable samples and spectra of mixed diagnostic gases with known concentration aretaken using long optical path gas cell. The range of wavelength is estimated to be 3.0-13.9 mum fromexperimental spectra data. Hence the corresponding sampling frequency range should be in 536-4288Hz and usable optical materials are suggested. It is concluded that a resolution of 10 cm^(-1) maywell satisfy the monitoring of all diagnostic gases and water content except hydrogen, and thelowest detection limit may be as low as 2Xl0^(-8) to acetylene with a 2.4-meter-long optical length.展开更多

Operational evaluation shows that the schedule generated by the new method outperforms that generated by existing methods. A refined method based on Paxson's algorithm is proposed and testified. More accurate results can be attained by the method. By the way, the method can be used in a more complicated environment. The ...A 3 kW radio frequency (RF) magnetron-sputtering unit was used to producezirconia ceramic coatings on hollow turbine blades and vanes, which had been deposited a NiCrAlYbond coat layer by cathodic arc deposition. The NiCrAlY coating surface was shot-peened, and theresidual stress in the bond coat layer and the effects of heat treatment on the residual stress arepresented. After shot peening porosities and microgaps disappear in the NiCrAlY bond coat, the wholedepth profile is residual compressive stress. Coarseness tests show that the roughness value (Rz)decreases from 16.4 to 3.3 mu m. The microstructure and phase composition of the coatings wereinvestigated using electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showthat the/ NiCrAlY bond coat is composed of gamma and Cr phases, and the A1_2O_3 scales are formednear the interface between the ZrO_2 ceramic layer and the NiCrAlY bond coat. No degradationoccurred to RF sputtered ceramic coatings after oxidating at 1150 deg C for 100 h, heating at 1150deg C for 5 min and then air-cooling for 500 thermal cycles.展开更多
