Second was imp...We developed a scheme based on wood surface novel wood recognition spectral features that aimed to solve three problems. First was elimination of noise in some bands of wood spectral reflection curves. Second was improvement of wood feature selection based on analysis of wood spectral data. The wood spectral band is 350-2500 nm, a 2150D vector with a spectral sampling interval of 1 nm. We developed a feature selection proce- dure and a filtering procedure by solving the eigenvalues of the dispersion matrix. Third, we optimized the design for the indoor radian's mounting height. We used a genetic algorithm to solve the optimal radian's height so that the spectral reflection curves had the best classification infor- mation for wood species. Experiments on fivecommon wood species in northeast China showed overall recogni- tion accuracy 〉95 % at optimal recognition velocity.展开更多

Aft...By using RS and GIS technology,the ecological risk index ( ERI) was constructed based on the analysis of land use change and structural characteristics in urbanization watershed of Songhua River in Harbin section. Afterwards,the spatial distribution and change characteristics maps of ERI obtained by using block Kriging were analyzed to reveal the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics,change rules and formation mechanisms of ecological risk based on land use under the background of urbanization,and to minimize land use risk during urbanization process. The results showed that during the past 18 years,moderate ecological risk level was major,while proportion of high ecological risk was the lowest,and the area of higher and lower ecological risk region changed most greatly; high and higher ecological risk were focused on urban region and the transition zone from urban to suburban region,while low and lower ecological risk mainly distributed in forestland with higher vegetation coverage,water bodies,grassland,shrub land and so on. Meanwhile,the transition zone from high to low ecological risk was very obvious. In addition,ecological risk became slightly worse in some region due to the transformation from cropland to residential and urban land,while it became slightly better in other regions because of the transformation from cropland to forestland; the center of gravity in lower ecological risk region shifted most greatly,while the shift was the smallest in high ecological risk region,namely 12. 31 and 0. 57 km respectively.展开更多
To understand and improve the stability of the insecticidal activity of tobacco extract,the 3 rd instar larvae of Malacosoma neustria testacea was determined by the leaf film method.Spectrophotometry identified extrac...To understand and improve the stability of the insecticidal activity of tobacco extract,the 3 rd instar larvae of Malacosoma neustria testacea was determined by the leaf film method.Spectrophotometry identified extract effects on activities of several enzymes.In addition,to improve the stability of the extract,microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation and phase separation with the extract as core material,and gelatin and gum arabic as wall material.With the embedding rate as the evaluation index,the response surface method was used to optimize the preparation process of the microcapsules.The results show that the extract had a strong insecticidal activity on the larvae,with inhibitory effects on several enzymes examined of carboxylesterase,acetylcholinesterase,glutathione-S transferase,catalase,and superoxide dismutase.The inhibition rate increased with time.The best preparation process of tobacco extract microcapsules was 25% mass fraction of emulsifier,2.05% mass fraction of gelatin,3% mass fraction of gum arabic,1.34 wall core ratio,36 min of complex coacervation time.The embedding rate was 58.4% which is approximately the theoretical embedding rate(58.9%).The microcapsules prepared by this method have a smooth surface,good combining form and particle size distribution,and a median diameter of 8.6 μm.Infrared characteristic peaks of the extracts were preserved at 877.55 cm^(-1) and2922.13 cm^(-1).Microencapsulation can improve the thermal stability of the tobacco extract.Indoor toxicity tests showed that LC_(50) of extract microcapsules was 20.2 mg·mL^(-1),equivalent to the toxicity level of the tobacco extract itself,indicating that microencapsulation did not reduce extract insecticidal effects.This research may provide a reference for the optimization of the tobacco extract microcapsule preparation process.展开更多

The identification of timber properties is important for safe application.Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)technology is widely-used because of its simplicity,efficiency,and positive environmental attributes.However,in...The identification of timber properties is important for safe application.Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)technology is widely-used because of its simplicity,efficiency,and positive environmental attributes.However,in its application,weak signals are extracted from complex,overlapping and changing information.This study focused on the stability of NIR modeling.The Orthogonal Partial Least Squares(OPLS)and Successive Projections Algorithm(SPA)eliminates noise and extracts effective spectra,and an ensemble learning method MIX-PLS,is applied to establish the model.The elastic modulus of timber is taken as an example,and 201 wood samples of three species,Xylosmacongesta(Lour.)Merr.,Acer pictum subsp.mono,and Betula pendula,samples were divided into three groups to investigate modelling performance.The results show that OPLS can preprocess the near-infrared spectroscopy information according to the target object in the face of the system error and reduce errors to minimum.SPA finally selects 13 spectral bands,simplifies the NIR spectral data and improves model accuracy.The Pearson's correlation coefficient of Calibration(Rc)and the Pearson's correlation coefficient of Prediction(Rp)of Mix Partial Least Squares(MIX-PLS)were 0.95 and 0.90,and Root Mean Square Error of Calibration(RMSEC)and Root Mean Square Error of Prediction(RMSEP)are 2.075 and 6.001,respectively,which shows the model has good generalization abilities.展开更多

Although petroleum is an important source of energy and an economic driver of growth,it is also a major soil pollutant that has destroyed large swathes of vegetation and forest cover.Therefore,it is vital to develop a...Although petroleum is an important source of energy and an economic driver of growth,it is also a major soil pollutant that has destroyed large swathes of vegetation and forest cover.Therefore,it is vital to develop affordable and efficient methods for the bioremediation of petroleum-contaminated forest soils to restore vegetation and improve tree survival rates.In this study,bioremediation experiments were performed in an electrically heated thermostatic reactor to test the effects of organic matter additives,surfactants,and oxygen providers of nine hydrocarbon-degrading fungal strains on crude oil removal rates.In the three soil temperatures tested(20℃,25℃,and 30℃),the highest average crude oil removal rate was at 25℃(74.8%)and the lowest at 30℃(49.4%).At each temperature,variations in the addition of organic matter and oxygen providers had significant effects on crude oil removal rate.Variations in surfactant addition was significant at 20℃ and 25℃ but insignificant at 30℃.Given the same surfactant treatment,variations in temperature,organic additives,and oxygen providers was significant for crude oil removal rate.Treatments without surfactants and treatments with Tween80 exhibited their highest crude oil removal rates at 25℃.However,treatments that included the SDS surfactant exhibited their highest crude oil removal rates at 30℃.Amongst the treatments without surfactants,treatments with corn cob addition had the highest crude oil removal rates,and with surfactants,treatments that included the organic fertilizer exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Given the same organic fertilizer treatment,the highest crude oil removal rate was at 25℃.At each level of oxygen availability,the maximum crude oil removal rate always occurred at 25℃,and the treatments that included organic fertilizer exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Amongst the treatments without oxygen providers,treatments without surfactants had the highest crude oil removal rates,and with an oxygen provider,treatments with SDS addition exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Based on the crude oil removal rates of the treatments,we determined that S_(1)W_(1)O_(1)(addition of Tween80,organic fertilizers,and H_(2)O_(2))was optimum for remediating petroleum-contaminated forest soils in cold,high-altitude regions.This study is helpful to vegetation restoration and reforestation on petroleum contaminated forestlands.展开更多
Because of the low convergence accuracy of the basic Harris Hawks algorithm,which quickly falls into the local optimal,a Harris Hawks algorithm combining tuna swarm algorithm and differential mutation strategy(TDHHO)i...Because of the low convergence accuracy of the basic Harris Hawks algorithm,which quickly falls into the local optimal,a Harris Hawks algorithm combining tuna swarm algorithm and differential mutation strategy(TDHHO)is proposed.The escape energy factor of nonlinear periodic energy decline balances the ability of global exploration and regional development.The parabolic foraging approach of the tuna swarm algorithm is introduced to enhance the global exploration ability of the algorithm and accelerate the convergence speed.The difference variation strategy is used to mutate the individual position and calculate the fitness,and the fitness of the original individual position is compared.The greedy technique is used to select the one with better fitness of the objective function,which increases the diversity of the population and improves the possibility of the algorithm jumping out of the local extreme value.The test function tests the TDHHO algorithm,and compared with other optimization algorithms,the experimental results show that the convergence speed and optimization accuracy of the improved Harris Hawks are improved.Finally,the enhanced Harris Hawks algorithm is applied to engineering optimization and wireless sensor networks(WSN)coverage optimization problems,and the feasibility of the TDHHO algorithm in practical application is further verified.展开更多

In the matching process, forestry machinery needs not only expertise, but also improved methods for solving problems. I propose combination of case-based reasoning (CBR) and rule-based reasoning (RBR) by calculating the similarity of quantitative parameters of various forestry machines in an analytical and hierarchical process. I calculated the similarity of machin-ery used in forest industries to enable better selection and matching of equipment. I propose a weight-value adjusting method based on sums of squares of deviations in which the individual parameter weights were modified in the process of application. During the process of system design, I put forward a design method knowledge base and generated a dynamic web reasoning framework to integrate the processes of forest industry machinery selection and weight-value adjustment. This enables expansion of the scope of the complete system and enhancement of the reasoning efficiency. I demonstrate the validity and practicability of this method using a practical example.展开更多

Phase-sensitive Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer(φ-OTDR)technology facilitates the real-time detection of vibration events along fiber optic cables by analyzing changes in Rayleigh scattering signals.This technology...Phase-sensitive Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer(φ-OTDR)technology facilitates the real-time detection of vibration events along fiber optic cables by analyzing changes in Rayleigh scattering signals.This technology is widely used in applications such as intrusion monitoring and structural health assessments.Traditional signal processing methods,such as Support Vector Machines(SVM)and K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),have limitations in feature extraction and classification in complex environments.Conversely,a single deep learning model often struggles with capturing long time-series dependencies and mitigating noise interference.In this study,we propose a deep learning model that integrates Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),Long Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM),and Transformer modules,leveraging φ-OTDR technology for distributed fiber vibration sensing event recognition.The hybrid model combines the CNN's capability to extract local features,the LSTM's ability to model temporal dynamics,and the Transformer's proficiency in capturing global dependencies.This integration significantly enhances the accuracy and robustness of event recognition.In experiments involving six types of vibration events,the model consistently achieved a validation accuracy of 0.92,and maintained a validation loss of approximately 0.2,surpassing other models,such as TAM+BiLSTM and CNN+CBAM.The results indicate that the CNN+LSTM+Transformer model is highly effective in handling vibration signal classification tasks in complex scenarios,offering a promising new direction for the application of fiber optic vibration sensing technology.展开更多

文摘The identification of timber properties is important for safe application.Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)technology is widely-used because of its simplicity,efficiency,and positive environmental attributes.However,in its application,weak signals are extracted from complex,overlapping and changing information.This study focused on the stability of NIR modeling.The Orthogonal Partial Least Squares(OPLS)and Successive Projections Algorithm(SPA)eliminates noise and extracts effective spectra,and an ensemble learning method MIX-PLS,is applied to establish the model.The elastic modulus of timber is taken as an example,and 201 wood samples of three species,Xylosmacongesta(Lour.)Merr.,Acer pictum subsp.mono,and Betula pendula,samples were divided into three groups to investigate modelling performance.The results show that OPLS can preprocess the near-infrared spectroscopy information according to the target object in the face of the system error and reduce errors to minimum.SPA finally selects 13 spectral bands,simplifies the NIR spectral data and improves model accuracy.The Pearson's correlation coefficient of Calibration(Rc)and the Pearson's correlation coefficient of Prediction(Rp)of Mix Partial Least Squares(MIX-PLS)were 0.95 and 0.90,and Root Mean Square Error of Calibration(RMSEC)and Root Mean Square Error of Prediction(RMSEP)are 2.075 and 6.001,respectively,which shows the model has good generalization abilities.

文摘In view of the problem that existing Media Access Control(MAC) protocols can not pro-vide real-time monitor on network conditions,this paper puts forward a new MAC protocol- Predict and Feedback MAC(PFMAC) which can predict the channel's congestion level reasonably.The dominant idea of the new scheme is to record the channel's busy or idle situation in the backoff stage by sending Sensor Nodes(SNs),and according to the congestion level every SN can change the contention window adaptively when send packets successfully to minimize collisions,saving energy and channel resources.The result of simulation shows that compared with other MAC protocols,the PFMAC protocol can improve network throughput and reduce energy consumption in high speed network en-vironment.

文摘Although petroleum is an important source of energy and an economic driver of growth,it is also a major soil pollutant that has destroyed large swathes of vegetation and forest cover.Therefore,it is vital to develop affordable and efficient methods for the bioremediation of petroleum-contaminated forest soils to restore vegetation and improve tree survival rates.In this study,bioremediation experiments were performed in an electrically heated thermostatic reactor to test the effects of organic matter additives,surfactants,and oxygen providers of nine hydrocarbon-degrading fungal strains on crude oil removal rates.In the three soil temperatures tested(20℃,25℃,and 30℃),the highest average crude oil removal rate was at 25℃(74.8%)and the lowest at 30℃(49.4%).At each temperature,variations in the addition of organic matter and oxygen providers had significant effects on crude oil removal rate.Variations in surfactant addition was significant at 20℃ and 25℃ but insignificant at 30℃.Given the same surfactant treatment,variations in temperature,organic additives,and oxygen providers was significant for crude oil removal rate.Treatments without surfactants and treatments with Tween80 exhibited their highest crude oil removal rates at 25℃.However,treatments that included the SDS surfactant exhibited their highest crude oil removal rates at 30℃.Amongst the treatments without surfactants,treatments with corn cob addition had the highest crude oil removal rates,and with surfactants,treatments that included the organic fertilizer exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Given the same organic fertilizer treatment,the highest crude oil removal rate was at 25℃.At each level of oxygen availability,the maximum crude oil removal rate always occurred at 25℃,and the treatments that included organic fertilizer exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Amongst the treatments without oxygen providers,treatments without surfactants had the highest crude oil removal rates,and with an oxygen provider,treatments with SDS addition exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Based on the crude oil removal rates of the treatments,we determined that S_(1)W_(1)O_(1)(addition of Tween80,organic fertilizers,and H_(2)O_(2))was optimum for remediating petroleum-contaminated forest soils in cold,high-altitude regions.This study is helpful to vegetation restoration and reforestation on petroleum contaminated forestlands.

文摘Because of the low convergence accuracy of the basic Harris Hawks algorithm,which quickly falls into the local optimal,a Harris Hawks algorithm combining tuna swarm algorithm and differential mutation strategy(TDHHO)is proposed.The escape energy factor of nonlinear periodic energy decline balances the ability of global exploration and regional development.The parabolic foraging approach of the tuna swarm algorithm is introduced to enhance the global exploration ability of the algorithm and accelerate the convergence speed.The difference variation strategy is used to mutate the individual position and calculate the fitness,and the fitness of the original individual position is compared.The greedy technique is used to select the one with better fitness of the objective function,which increases the diversity of the population and improves the possibility of the algorithm jumping out of the local extreme value.The test function tests the TDHHO algorithm,and compared with other optimization algorithms,the experimental results show that the convergence speed and optimization accuracy of the improved Harris Hawks are improved.Finally,the enhanced Harris Hawks algorithm is applied to engineering optimization and wireless sensor networks(WSN)coverage optimization problems,and the feasibility of the TDHHO algorithm in practical application is further verified.

文摘Proper matching of forestry machinery is important when raising mechanization levels for forestry production. In the matching process, forestry machinery needs not only expertise, but also improved methods for solving problems. I propose combination of case-based reasoning (CBR) and rule-based reasoning (RBR) by calculating the similarity of quantitative parameters of various forestry machines in an analytical and hierarchical process. I calculated the similarity of machin-ery used in forest industries to enable better selection and matching of equipment. I propose a weight-value adjusting method based on sums of squares of deviations in which the individual parameter weights were modified in the process of application. During the process of system design, I put forward a design method knowledge base and generated a dynamic web reasoning framework to integrate the processes of forest industry machinery selection and weight-value adjustment. This enables expansion of the scope of the complete system and enhancement of the reasoning efficiency. I demonstrate the validity and practicability of this method using a practical example.

文摘This paper introduces a new RAID 6 expanding method HCS, which is facing the circumstance of big data. HCS expands H-Code manner RAID 6. Two key techniques are used to avoid parity blocks’ recalculating.The first one is anti-diagonal data blocks’ selection, and the other one is horizontal data migration. These two techniques ensure the data blocks are retained in the same verification zone, that is horizontal verification zone and anti-diagonal verification zone. Experimental results showed that, compared with SDM, which is also a fast expansion method, HCS can reduce 3.6% expansion time and promote 4.62% performance under four traces.

文摘Phase-sensitive Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer(φ-OTDR)technology facilitates the real-time detection of vibration events along fiber optic cables by analyzing changes in Rayleigh scattering signals.This technology is widely used in applications such as intrusion monitoring and structural health assessments.Traditional signal processing methods,such as Support Vector Machines(SVM)and K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),have limitations in feature extraction and classification in complex environments.Conversely,a single deep learning model often struggles with capturing long time-series dependencies and mitigating noise interference.In this study,we propose a deep learning model that integrates Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),Long Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM),and Transformer modules,leveraging φ-OTDR technology for distributed fiber vibration sensing event recognition.The hybrid model combines the CNN's capability to extract local features,the LSTM's ability to model temporal dynamics,and the Transformer's proficiency in capturing global dependencies.This integration significantly enhances the accuracy and robustness of event recognition.In experiments involving six types of vibration events,the model consistently achieved a validation accuracy of 0.92,and maintained a validation loss of approximately 0.2,surpassing other models,such as TAM+BiLSTM and CNN+CBAM.The results indicate that the CNN+LSTM+Transformer model is highly effective in handling vibration signal classification tasks in complex scenarios,offering a promising new direction for the application of fiber optic vibration sensing technology.
