The results showed that IgE, IgG or IgGl had no significant effect on tumor incidence; the high IgE level could extend the survival time of 3-Methylcholanthrene injected mice (P<0.05) and survival time of tumor bearing mice (P<0.01), while IgG or IgGl could not. The data from this study did not show that IgE, IgG or IgGl had any significant effect on the tumor size and the tumor growth rate. The probable mechanism involved was discussed.展开更多

The present paper reports on the experimental research done with this drug. It was found that PSP had the ability to recover hemolysin HC50, to increase the weight of the thymus, and increase the alexin of serum C3 and the IgG content of tumor bearing mice. FSP also significantly raised the pha-gocytic activity of macrophages in normal mice. PSP had a significant inhibitory effect on P38S and S180 cells. At the concentration of 1 mg/ml, PSP inhibited the proliferating activity of some human tumor call lines, such as SGC 7901, SPC, SLY and Mei. It had a direct toxic effect on SPC cells. PSP significantly inhibited the synthesis of nucleic acids of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells. In addition, PSP was antagonistic to the side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.展开更多

According to the Kiel classification, they were classified into 2 types. Eight patients had centroblastic/centrocytic <CB/CC) lymphomas while 2 patients and centrocytic (CC) lymphomas. After monoclonal antibody labelling, the results were consistent with those of the clinical and morphologic analyses. Of the 10 cases, 9 were B1 positive, 6 were K positive, and 4 were λ positive. In 8 cases labeled with immunoglobulin, 6 were IgGFab positive, 2 were IgM positive and 8 were IgA negative. Five cases (CB/CC 3, CC 2) were both Bl, K and IgG positive (γ K). Four cases CB/CC were both Bl and A positive. Only one case (CB/CC) was both K and IgM positive (μ K). Two cases (CB CC) were both A and IgG positive (γ λ). The results indicate that Bl, K and A are the most important markers to phenotype cutaneous B-cell lymphomas. Our findings also show a higher percentage of y K types in CGCCL as compared with Western countries.展开更多

We found that LCD was common in Fujlan only next to multiple myeloma (MM) of IgG class and accounted for 20% of the total 55 MM cases found in recent yean.It to well known that In matt patients of LCD M protein or Bence Jones proteinemia (BJPemia) to not detectable by conventional electro-phoresis. In twenty-five cycles of them urinary Alb, IgG and NAG showed abnormal values. The patients were divided into low-nephrotoxicity and high-nephrotoxicity groups by the degree of renal dysfunction. Thirty-five percent of the patients exhibited high-nephrotoxicity. These patients had significantly higher plasma and/ or urinary Pt peak levels during cisplatin (CP) infusion than did low-nephrotoxicity. 70 - 80% of the patients developed significant nephrotoxicity when urinary Pt peak level rose up to 40 fig/ml or plasma Pt peak level >4 μg/ml. It is quite important to reduce nephrotoxicity that urinary Pt level is controlled below 40 μg/ml and plasma Pt level <4 μg/ml. It is suggested that urine output should be maintained over 300 ml/hr during 2 hours before and after the end of infusion and >100 ml/hr during 3 days after the infusion. That may keep the nephrotoxicity of CP in less serious degree and easy to recover.展开更多
