This paper focuses on the core challenges of the smart home enterprise ecological collaboration platform,and deeply discusses the absence of a governance mechanism and the inefficiency of the supply chain.The purpose is to improve the overall efficiency by constructing an effective collaborative governance framework and optimizing the supply chain process.It is found that the implementation of multi-agent dynamic contract governance,the construction of an open data sharing middle platform,the introduction of AI-driven elastic supply chain planning,and the establishment of a distributed cloud manufacturing network are the key paths.From the research conclusion,these measures can significantly improve the transparency of cross-agent collaboration,break the data barriers,and achieve the accurate matching of supply and demand,and finally promote the ecological collaboration efficiency of the smart home industry to achieve a substantial leap. 展开更多

Sub-Watershed Prioritization of Chambal River Basin Using Morphometric and Topo-Hydrological Parameters

Natural resource management is essential to sustain human well-being and the environment.Water and soil are two of the most important natural resources that require careful management.The western part of India faces multiple challenges,including climatic variability,soil degradation,water scarcity,deforestation,etc.The basin’s sub-watersheds are delineated and prioritised using the Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT)and Sub Watershed Prioritization Tool(SWPT),respectively,using morphometric and topo-hydrological characteristics,and the sub-watersheds are further ranked using Weighted Sum Analysis(WSA).The findings indicate that SWS19,SWS18,SWS1,SWS17,SWS16,and SWS15,which are drained by the rivers Chambal,Kali Sindh,Mashi,Parbati,Parwan,and Beradi,are highly vulnerable sub-watersheds.By integrating remote sensing,GIS techniques,and quantitative morphometric analysis,parameters such as drainage density,stream frequency,bifurcation ratio,and slope gradient were evaluated.The analysis revealed critical sub-watersheds characterized by steep slopes,high drainage density,and poor vegetation cover,indicating their susceptibility to erosion and runoff.The findings underscore the necessity for targeted soil conservation measures,such as contour bunding,afforestation,and water retention structures.This study highlights the utility of geospatial tools for sustainable watershed management and provides a replicable framework for prioritizing sub-watersheds in similar regions. 展开更多

In a prior practice and policy article published in Healthcare Science,we introduced the deployed application of an artificial intelligence(AI)model to predict longer‐term inpatient readmissions to guide community care interventions for patients with complex conditions in the context of Singapore's Hospital to Home(H2H)program that has been operating since 2017.In this follow on practice and policy article,we further elaborate on Singapore's H2H program and care model,and its supporting AI model for multiple readmission prediction,in the following ways:(1)by providing updates on the AI and supporting information systems,(2)by reporting on customer engagement and related service delivery outcomes including staff‐related time savings and patient benefits in terms of bed days saved,(3)by sharing lessons learned with respect to(i)analytics challenges encountered due to the high degree of heterogeneity and resulting variability of the data set associated with the population of program participants,(ii)balancing competing needs for simpler and stable predictive models versus continuing to further enhance models and add yet more predictive variables,and(iii)the complications of continuing to make model changes when the AI part of the system is highly interlinked with supporting clinical information systems,(4)by highlighting how this H2H effort supported broader Covid‐19 response efforts across Singapore's public healthcare system,and finally(5)by commenting on how the experiences and related capabilities acquired from running this H2H program and related community care model and supporting AI prediction model are expected to contribute to the next wave of Singapore's public healthcare efforts from 2023 onwards.For the convenience of the reader,some content that introduces the H2H program and the multiple readmissions AI prediction model that previously appeared in the prior Healthcare Science publication is repeated at the beginning of this article. 展开更多

Background: Catheter related bloodstream infections (CRIs) are a major cause of morbidity, mortality and prolonged hospitalization in pediatric patients with home parenteral nutrition (HPN). In recent years, new prophylactic and treatment options have been evaluated to reduce the incidence of CRIs and infection related catheter removals. In children, two retrospective studies have shown the efficacy of ethanol lock treatment (ELT) in reducing the incidence of CRIs in pediatric oncology patients. However, prospective data are missing. Our aim of the present study was to evaluate prospectively the effect of ELT on the cure and recurrence rate of CRIs, duration of hospitalization and antibiotic use in HPN pediatric patients. Methods: HPN children older than three months with a clinical suspicion of a CRI were included and randomised to ELT or standard flushing treatment (heparin or taurolidine). The primary outcomes were persistence and recurrence of the bacteraemia and Central Venous Access Device (CVAD) removal. Secondary outcomes included duration of antibiotic use, duration of hospitalization and side effects. Results: Data from eight HPN children experiencing 14 suspected CRI were analysed. Seven patients had proven CRIs by positive blood cultures. Four were treated with ELT and three with their standard flushing treatment. One CRI persisted in the control group. In one single patient, bacteraemia recurred three times within 24 weeks. This patient had been enrolled in both study arms. A CVAD removal was needed in one patient because of occlusion. Conclusions: This small study showed no additional efficacy of the use of ELT on cure rate or recurrences of CRIs compared to standard therapy in HPN treated children. There were also no differences in duration of hospitalization, the use of antibiotics or CVAD removal between both groups. 展开更多

The Effect of Novel Low Energy Pulsed Light Combined with Galvanic Energy for Home-Use Hair Removal of Dark Skin

Background and Objectives: Permanent reduction of unwanted hair on skin types V and VI is the most challenging procedure among all hair removal technologies based on selective absorption of light or laser. The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a low energy pulsed-light device combined with galvanic energy, intended for home-use hair removal on dark skin. Materials and Methods: Fifteen women with skin types V and VI and dark terminal hair in axillaarea self-administrated 6 treatments at 2 week intervals, using a hand-held IPL combined with galvanicenergy device, using HPL (Home Pulsed Light) technology. Hair count and photographs were performed pre-treatment and 1 and 3 months after the last sixth treatment. Adverse events and subject satisfaction scores were recorded. Results: All patients showed a positive clinical response to treatment, with reduction of unwanted hair. Hair counts were significantly reduced by 57.3% 1 month following last treatment and by 44.5% 3 months following last treatment. No adverse events were recorded. Subject satisfaction scores of the device usability and the treatment outcome were high. Conclusions: Low energy pulsed light combined with galvanic energy may be applied safely and effectively for at-home hair removal for people with dark skin types V and VI. 展开更多

Deprescribing antihypertensive treatment in nursing home patients and the effect on blood pressure 被引量:2

Background It is debatable whether treating multimorbid nursing home patients with antihypertensive drugs produces beneficial effects. Most cardiovascular guidelines promote treatment; few have advice on how to deprescribe when treatment may no longer be necessary. We investigated the effect of medication review on antihypertensive drug use and the association between cognition, blood pressure, and prescribing. Methods From August 2014 to December 2015, 765 patients from 72 units (clusters) in 32 Norwegian nursing homes were included in a 4-month, multicentre, cluster-randomized, controlled trial, with 9-month follow-up. Patients ≥ 65 years old with antihypertensive treatment (n = 295, 39%) were randomized to systematic medication review where the physician received support from peers (collegial mentoring) or were given care as usual (control condition). Outcome measures were the number of antihypertensive drugs, systolic blood pressure, and pulse. We used hospitalizations and deaths as criteria to assess harm. Results At baseline, each patient used 9.2 ± 3.5 regular drugs, and 1.6 ± 0.7 antihypertensives. Mean blood pressure was 128/71 mmHg and 9% had a systolic pressure ≥ 160 mmHg. Between baseline and month four, antihypertensives were deprescribed to a significantly higher extent in the intervention group (n = 43, 32%) compared to control (n = 11, 10%); Incidence Rate Ratio = 0.8, 95% CI = 0.7?0.9. In the intervention group, there was an immediate increase in systolic blood pressure when antihypertensives were reduced, from baseline 128 ± 19.5 mmHg to 143 ± 25.5 mmHg at month four. However, at month nine, the blood pressure had reverted to baseline values (mean 134 mmHg). Deprescription did not affect pulse and systolic pressure. The number of hospitalizations was higher in control patients at month four (P = 0.031) and nine (P = 0.041). Conclusion A systematic medication review supported by collegial mentoring significantly decreased the use of antihypertensive drugs in nursing home patients without an effect on the systolic blood pressure over time. 展开更多

Lack of engagement in activities is a common feature of nursing homes residents. As apathy is the most frequent behavioural disturbance, understanding residents’ interests is a milestone for tailored challenging interventions targeting engagement enhancement. Objective: To depict the activities interests of nursing homes residents. Method: An electronic version of the Test of Interest “TILT” which regroups 40 images of activities has been developed and adapted for the Ipad. Residents were asked to answer by yes or no to the question “are you interested by this activity”, for each activity found interesting, the patient had then to categorize it in either Work/ occupation-Personal-Leisure-Family. Population: A total of 601 residents from 19 nursing homes have completed the survey from March to May 2011. The surveyed nursing homes from the South East of France were comparable of nursing homes figures in France. Results: We interviewed 601 individuals (female, n = 484) aged 85.9 years, out of those, 56% had stayed more than one year in an institution. Nearly half of the population (45.3%) was from 80 - 89 year of age, followed by 36.1% from 90 - 99. The educational background was principally from primary school (36%) and high school (30.8%). Most of the residents were classified has having dementia (35.3%). From the 40 activities presented to each participant, “enjoying a good meal” has been found to be the most interesting activity by 83% of the population followed by “dressing up”, 75.9% and “watching TV”, 75.5%. Female participants reported more interest in place of worship, family pictures and being with grand children then males (p < 0.01). We found that the presence of “dementia” diagnosis” triggered the lack of interest compared to none demented or none cognitively impaired residents (p < 0.01). It was found that participants aged 55 - 69 were more the most interested to do video games (p < 0.05), though this may be interpreted as a positive step toward functional and cognitive rehabilitation program using virtual reality as a mean for intervention. 展开更多

The goals of global vaccination are to control,eliminate,or eradicate infectious diseases in a sustainable way that strengthens public health systems.Although the use of vaccines is essential for the control of epidemics,the vaccines against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)proved to be inadequate to end the pandemic and thus are considered incomplete.These vaccines failed to prevent infection,so their primary purpose has been shifted to prevent severe disease and reduce hospitalizations and deaths.Therefore,we believe that all the strategies available to reduce transmission,hospitalizations and deaths due to COVID-19 will be put in place.It is reported that uncontrolled inflammation and thrombosis are the principal mechanisms for aggravation and death in patients with COVID-19.Unlike corticosteroids that should not be administered at the beginning of the symptoms for their immunosuppressive action,which could worsen the evolution of the disease,the usefulness of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the early at-home treatment of the disease is becoming evident. 展开更多

低能量激光联合维生素治疗灼口综合征的效果及对唾液AMS、MMP-9、SIgA水平的影响

目的 分析灼口综合征接受低能量激光联合维生素治疗的效果及对唾液淀粉酶(AMS)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)水平的影响。方法 通过随机数字表法将2023年11月至2025年4月衡水市人民医院收治的灼口综合征患者174... 目的 分析灼口综合征接受低能量激光联合维生素治疗的效果及对唾液淀粉酶(AMS)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)水平的影响。方法 通过随机数字表法将2023年11月至2025年4月衡水市人民医院收治的灼口综合征患者174例分为维生素组(n=58)、低能量激光组(n=58)、联合组(n=58)。维生素组口服维生素E 100 mg+谷维素10 mg+维生素B_(2) 10 mg治疗,低能量激光组在接受低能量激光治疗、联合组接受口服维生素结合低能量激光治疗。10 d为1个疗程,3组患者共治疗2个疗程。比较3组治疗2个疗程后疗效,治疗前、治疗2个疗程后唾液分泌、疼痛、唾液AMS、MMP-9、SIgA水平、血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、焦虑、抑郁及睡眠评分,治疗期间安全性。结果 联合组总有效率为94.83%,高于维生素组的75.86%、低能量激光组的79.31%(P<0.05)。相较治疗前,治疗2个疗程后3组静息状态下唾液流量、刺激状态下唾液流量、唾液AMS、SIgA水平、血清BDNF水平升高,且联合组更高(P<0.05)。相较治疗前,治疗2个疗程后3组视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分、唾液MMP-9水平、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平,广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分降低,且联合组更低(P<0.05)。3组治疗期间均无严重不良反应报告,均完成全程治疗。结论 在口服维生素的基础上,应用低能量激光可促进灼口综合征患者唾液分泌,降低疼痛,改善焦虑、抑郁情况及睡眠质量,调节唾液AMS、MMP-9、SIgA及血清BDNF、IL-6、TNF-α水平,进而改善口腔功能并降低神经炎症,安全性良好。 展开更多

【目的】木材选料是实木家具加工前的重要环节。为解决以人工为主的实木选料的问题,设计一种智能化的分类模型,能够显著提高实木识别准确率,为保障木质家具的品质与质量奠定基础。【方法】以4种实木家具常用木材(芬兰松、落叶松、山毛... 【目的】木材选料是实木家具加工前的重要环节。为解决以人工为主的实木选料的问题,设计一种智能化的分类模型,能够显著提高实木识别准确率,为保障木质家具的品质与质量奠定基础。【方法】以4种实木家具常用木材(芬兰松、落叶松、山毛榉、水曲柳)的图像为研究对象,根据木材表面的颜色、纹理特征划分9类实木数据集,运用迁移学习的方法,通过视觉-语言大模型的图像-文本预测分类功能完成实木家具的选料任务。为进一步提高实木家具用木材的识别准确率,在采用CLIP(Contrastive language-image pre-training)视觉-语言大模型的基础上,通过线性探测微调(Linear probing)对其进行优化,从而高效完成木材表面多特征的识别与分类。【结果】对1740张实木图像随机3∶1划分训练集与测试集,与ResNet101网络全参数微调(Full Fine-Tuning)进行对比分析,采用CLIP模型的Linear probing微调方法,模型的Acc@1准确率为98.29%,mAP为96.72%,模型的迭代参数大小为0.26 MB,每张图像的Latency times输出时间为37.48 ms,分类性能和速率均达到最佳。【结论】在少样本训练的实木家具选料任务中,该方法的模型学习性能和稳定性得到了有效验证,具备应用于智能化木材优选设备的可行性,能够有效提高木材利用率和实木家具的生产效率,对推动实木家具的智能制造具有一定指导意义。 展开更多

为开发一种兼具水响应性变色与可靠化学防护性能的先进材料,构建了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)/共价有机骨架材料(COFs)复合膜。系统探究了复合膜浸水前后的力学性能、光学特性、水接触角、水蒸气透过系数及化学稳定性,并用傅里... 为开发一种兼具水响应性变色与可靠化学防护性能的先进材料,构建了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)/共价有机骨架材料(COFs)复合膜。系统探究了复合膜浸水前后的力学性能、光学特性、水接触角、水蒸气透过系数及化学稳定性,并用傅里叶红外光谱揭示了其水致变色的微观机制。结果表明:COFs的引入赋予了复合膜显著的水响应性变色行为,ΔE达到21.24,其机制源于水分子与COFs亚胺键的n-π相互作用及体系氢键网络重组。浸水后风干膜发生溶胀软化,浸水前其水蒸气透过系数为1.016×10^(-12) g/(cm·s·Pa),浸水后为1.187×10^(-12) g/(cm·s·Pa)。复合膜在多数有机溶剂中展现出了良好的化学稳定性,且气体阻隔性能远优于常规聚合物膜。认为:制备的复合膜具有水致变色行为,同时兼顾化学防护所需的机械强度与化学稳定性,在智能化学防护领域应用前景广阔。 展开更多

高海况浮标通信系统设计与试验

随着我国经济与海洋科技的快速发展,海洋通信技术成为关键产业领域,尤其在跨域通信方面展现出巨大潜力。针对基于北斗三代卫星通信模块的小型浮标通信系统设计需求,需要在体积小、功耗低及算力要求低的约束条件下,提高跨域通信的成功率... 随着我国经济与海洋科技的快速发展,海洋通信技术成为关键产业领域,尤其在跨域通信方面展现出巨大潜力。针对基于北斗三代卫星通信模块的小型浮标通信系统设计需求,需要在体积小、功耗低及算力要求低的约束条件下,提高跨域通信的成功率。然而,在高海况条件下,小型通信浮标天线的出水高度较小,导致天线通信过程中多次被海浪遮盖,严重影响信号的稳定性。针对高海况下北斗卫星通信系统通信不稳定的难题,本研究提出一种基于“通信浮标即时状态监测”与“通信浮标动态轨迹预测算法”的智能自适应技术。该技术通过实时、精确地监测通信浮标的当前状态,结合预测算法对通信浮标的未来升沉运动轨迹进行准确预判,在此基础上控制跨域通信的窗口期,从而提高通信成功率。基于该技术完成软硬件设计并研制通信浮标样机,在实验室搭建可模拟浮标在不同海况下运动的试验装置,开展跨域通信试验,试验结果显示搭载本技术的浮标通信系统在3级、4级和5级海况下的上行链路通信成功率分别为100%、94%、93%,下行链路通信成功率分别为80%、72%、75%。这一研究成果可推广应用于很多小型海洋装备的通信系统。 展开更多

针对皮革表面缺陷纹理复杂多样,现有的缺陷检测方法存在检测精度低、漏检率和误检率高的问题,本文提出了一种基于YOLOv5s且融合了小目标检测方法与注意力机制的皮革缺陷检测算法。首先,在模型主干网络中引入多种注意力机制,使模型能够... 针对皮革表面缺陷纹理复杂多样,现有的缺陷检测方法存在检测精度低、漏检率和误检率高的问题,本文提出了一种基于YOLOv5s且融合了小目标检测方法与注意力机制的皮革缺陷检测算法。首先,在模型主干网络中引入多种注意力机制,使模型能够聚焦于缺陷区域,抑制背景和无关区域的干扰,增强模型的特征提取能力;其次,在颈部网络中构建加权双向特征金字塔网络,强化模型的特征融合与交互能力;最后,在头部网络中设计专门的小目标检测头,提升模型对细微缺陷特征的捕捉和定位能力。实验结果表明,所提改进方法的召回率和检测精度达到92.27%和92.16%,相较于基准模型分别提高了4.56%和3.06%。所提改进算法解决了以往缺陷检测算法在小目标检测任务中漏检率和误检率高的问题,显著增强了模型的泛化能力,使模型性能更加全面、稳健。 展开更多

电卡效应制冷技术因其高效节能、易小型化及环境友好等优势成为固态制冷领域的研究热点,然而在低电场下实现大绝热温变(ΔT)和宽工作温区(T_(span))仍面临挑战。本研究通过传统固相反应法制备了不同钛酸铅(PT)含量的(1-x)Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_... 电卡效应制冷技术因其高效节能、易小型化及环境友好等优势成为固态制冷领域的研究热点,然而在低电场下实现大绝热温变(ΔT)和宽工作温区(T_(span))仍面临挑战。本研究通过传统固相反应法制备了不同钛酸铅(PT)含量的(1-x)Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-xPbTiO_(3)(x=0.08,0.10,0.12,0.14)铁电弛豫体陶瓷,探究了PT含量对材料电卡性能的影响机制。结果表明,随着PT含量增加,材料的弛豫体特性逐渐减弱,介电频率色散程度降低,铁电行为趋于典型铁电体。其中,0.88PMN-0.12PT样品在50 kV/cm低电场下表现出优异的电卡性能,ΔT最大值达1.60 K,且在30~180℃宽温区内ΔT均高于0.5 K。压电力显微镜(Piezoresponse force microscopy,PFM)显示该样品具有均匀分布的长程铁电畴结构,其温度变化源于电场卸载过程中铁电畴从有序态向无序态转变引起的熵变。结合介电、铁电及畴结构分析,揭示了弛豫铁电体的弥散相变特性与宽温区电卡性能的关联性。本研究为低场驱动、宽温区适用的铅基电卡材料设计提供了理论依据,并展示了其在固态制冷器件中的潜在应用价值。 展开更多
