An approximate method is presented in this paper for studying the dynamic buckling of double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) under step axial load. The analysis is based on the continuum mechanics model, which takes...An approximate method is presented in this paper for studying the dynamic buckling of double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) under step axial load. The analysis is based on the continuum mechanics model, which takes into account the van der Waals interaction between the outer and inner nanotubes. A buckling condition is derived, from which the critical buckling load and associated buckling mode can be determined. As examples, numerical results are worked out for DWNTs under fixed boundary conditions. It is shown that, due to the effect of van der Waals forces, the critical buckling load of a DWNT is enhanced when inserting an inner tube into a single-walled one. The paper indicates that the critical buckling load of DWNTs for dynamic buckling is higher than that for static buckling. The effect of the radii is also examined. In addition, some of the results are compared with the previous ones.展开更多

The shoots could be induced on Murashige an...We developed a shoot multiplication protocol for Syringa reticulata Blume vat. mandshurica Hara from in vitro cultured seedlings that derived from in vitro germinated seeds. The shoots could be induced on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium with proper plant growth regulator combinations of 6-benzylaminopurine (BA) and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). The better medium for shoot multiplication and growth was MS + 5 mg L-1 BA + 0.5 mg L-1 IBA + 20 g L-1 sucrose + 7 g L-1 agar, and the corresponding shoot induction rate was 75 %. The plantlets grew well after rooting on I/2MS medium (macro-elements of MS medium are at half-strength) sup- plemented with 1 mg L-1 IBA, and the survival percentage was 〉80 % at 16 weeks after transplanting.展开更多

In recent years,deep learning methods have developed rapidly and found application in many fields,including natural language processing.In the field of aspect-level sentiment analysis,deep learning methods can also gr...In recent years,deep learning methods have developed rapidly and found application in many fields,including natural language processing.In the field of aspect-level sentiment analysis,deep learning methods can also greatly improve the performance of models.However,previous studies did not take into account the relationship between user feature extraction and contextual terms.To address this issue,we use data feature extraction and deep learning combined to develop an aspect-level sentiment analysis method.To be specific,we design user comment feature extraction(UCFE)to distill salient features from users’historical comments and transform them into representative user feature vectors.Then,the aspect-sentence graph convolutional neural network(ASGCN)is used to incorporate innovative techniques for calculating adjacency matrices;meanwhile,ASGCN emphasizes capturing nuanced semantics within relationships among aspect words and syntactic dependency types.Afterward,three embedding methods are devised to embed the user feature vector into the ASGCN model.The empirical validations verify the effectiveness of these models,consistently surpassing conventional benchmarks and reaffirming the indispensable role of deep learning in advancing sentiment analysis methodologies.展开更多

文摘With the rapid development of biotechnology,data-driven bioinformatics research is increasingly dependent on data generation from biological wet-labs.At the same time,to gain in-depth knowledge of various biological systems,conventional biology laboratories have become more reliant on the establishment and optimization of advanced bioinformatics methods.Many bioinformatics labs are debating whether to build their own wet-bench or to seek collaborations,while many wet-bench labs are also confused over whether they should build their own dry-labs or likewise seek collaborations.

文摘The creation and application of massive open online courses,online and offline blended courses,and AI-empowered courses drive the reform in higher education.In this context,the establishment of grassroots teaching organisations should be increasingly promoted.By leading more schools and teachers to more efficiently develop courses and effectively implement teaching reforms through cross-regional and cross-university grassroots teaching organisations,virtual teaching and research section(VTRS)has emerged as a new means to explore the creation of such organisations in the“Internet+”era.This paper introduces the background of the VTRS proposal,analyses the connotations of three types of VTRS,and explains seven characteristics of VTRS.Next,it proposes a VTRS construction framework that involves team building,platform construction,mechanism construction,and content construction.Finally,using computational thinking virtual teaching and research section as an example,this paper introduces the construction cases and methods for VTRS.As a new model of collaborative teaching and research,VTRS will improve teaching skills and research engagements of university teachers and will enhance teaching management and professional development in universities.
