Objective:To study the expression of CDC20,TOP2A in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with survival of esophageal carcinoma.Methods:65 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma from Januar...Objective:To study the expression of CDC20,TOP2A in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with survival of esophageal carcinoma.Methods:65 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected by computer random selection.All patients were treated with radical operation.The CDC20,TOP2A expression of the patients was examined.At the same time,the relationship between 3-year survival rate and CDC20,TOP2A was analyzed by follow-up investigation.Results:the CDC20,TOP2A expression level of cancer tissue group was higher than that of adjacent tissue group and normal tissue group(P<0.05),and the CDC20,TOP2A expression level of adjacent tissue group was higher than that of normal tissue group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sex,age,tumor size,tumor location and CDC20,TOP2A expression level in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,P>0.05;there were differences between groups(P P>0.05)and positive proportion in TNM stage,lymphatic metastasis,invasion factor and CDC20,TOP2A expression level;there were differences in tumor differentiation,5-year survival rate and CDC20,TOP2A expression level(P P>0.05),and showed inverse proportion relationship.Conclusion:metastasis,recurrence and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma are related to the level of CDC20,TOP2A expression.These two indexes can effectively evaluate the pathological situation of esophageal cancer and provide an important reference for the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients.展开更多

Methods: In this study, 112 insomnia patients from O...Objective: To observe the clinical study of Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with olanzapine in the treatment of insomnia patients with bad mood and sleep disorders. Methods: In this study, 112 insomnia patients from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The control group (n56) was treated with olanzapine, and the observation group (n56) was treated with Jieyu Anshen Decoction for 2 weeks. The changes of bad mood and sleep disorder in the two groups were observed. Results: The effective rate of observation group was 91.07% vs 76.79%. HAMD and HAMA were lower than control group, and sleep quality was significantly better than control group (P<0.05). All indexes of heart rate, pulse, body temperature, respiration and blood pressure in both groups were safe, and no adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with olanzapine can effectively relieve the bad mood of insomnia patients, improve the quality of sleep, and has a high safety.展开更多

Methods: ACS patients who received PCI in the hospital...Objective: To explore the effect of rosuvastatin intensification therapy on blood lipid metabolism, adipocytokines and plaque stability after PCI in ACS patients. Methods: ACS patients who received PCI in the hospital between July 2015 and January 2017were reviewed and divided into the routine dose group (n=60) who received rosuvastatin routine dose therapy after PCI and the intensification therapy group (n=46) who received rosuvastatin intensification therapy after PCI. The differences in blood lipid metabolism, adipocytokines and plaque stability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Before PCI, the differences in blood lipid metabolism, adipocytokines and plaque stability were not statistically significant between the two groups. 1 month after PCI, lipid metabolism indexes HDL-C and ApoA1 levels in peripheral blood of intensification therapy group were higher than those of routine dose group while LDL-C and ApoB levels were lower than those of routine dose group;adipocytokines APN and Leptin levels in serum were higher than those of routine dose group while Resistin level was lower than that of routine dose group;plaque stability-related indexes ICAM-1, MMP-1 and TIMP-1 levels were lower than those of routine dose group. Conclusion: Rosuvastatin intensification therapy after PCI could effectively regulate the lipid metabolism and increase the plaque stability in ACS patients.展开更多

Methods: In this study, 90 patients with episotic insomnia from August 2020 to August 202...To observe the effects of olanzapine and Jieyu sedative prescription on sleep quality and negative mood in occasional insomnia. Methods: In this study, 90 patients with episotic insomnia from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The control group (n45) was treated with olanzapine, and the observation group (n45) was treated with overall sleep quality assessment (PSQI), negative mood, clinical effect and adverse effects of treatment. Results: After treatment, the sleep time, sleep quality and sleep efficiency scores of the observation group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The negative emotion of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in 2 groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention, and the quality of life was significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). The observation group was 73.00% compared with the control group, and the total therapeutic effect was 91.11%. Compared with the control group, the side effects of the observation group (4.44%) decreased significantly (20.00%). Conclusion: Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with olanzapine can effectively improve the sleep time, relieve depression and anxiety, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with high therapeutic effect and safety, providing a new idea and reference for the clinical treatment of patients with sporadic insomnia展开更多

The control group was treated with benazepril, and the observation group was treated with benazepril combined with musk mallow. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results: the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: compared with benazepril alone, benazepril combined with Musk mallow in the clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can improve the clinical efficacy of patients and at the same time, relieve the clinical indicators in the patient's body, and has higher safety in the process of combined use, reduce the incidence of complications in patients, restore the patient's body indicators during the clinical treatment, effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and it is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.展开更多

Methods: A total of 100 insomnia patients from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as subjects of this study and divided into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Esazolam tablets, and the experimental group was treated with Jieyu Anshen Decoction. The sleep condition and the level of neurotransmitters in the brain were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, sleep efficiency, sleep time, sleep quality and Pittsburgh total score of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group (P 0.05). The level of GABA, DA and 5-HT was better than that of control group, the total effective rate was higher than that of control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with Estazolam tablet has significant therapeutic effect on insomnia patients, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.展开更多

Results: experimental group oxygen partial pressure was higher than the control group;carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than the control group;parents were more satisfied with nursing than the control group;mechanical ventilation treatment time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, and the complication rate such as phlebitis was lower, P <0.05. The patients in the control group were given chest authorization. The patients in the two groups had good shoulder joint movement through comparison of uncomfortable symptoms caused by incision. Results: compared with the control group, the intraoperative bleeding times of the patients were significantly reduced (n < 0.05), the pain was significantly reduced (n < 0.05), the hospitalization time was significantly reduced (n < 0.05), and the discomfort was reduced (n < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with early lung cancer, single-hole pleural surgery, compared with three-hole thoracoscopy has the advantages of less trauma, less bleeding, and rapid postoperative recovery, which is worthy of wide spread.展开更多

Methods: 40 elderly patients who were adm...Objective: to analyze and compare the effects of epidural ropivacaine and low-dose bupivacaine combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing surgery. Methods: 40 elderly patients who were admitted to hospital for surgery during the period from May 2019 to February 2021 were included in the study. They were divided into the observation group and the general group by drawing lots. The patients in the investigation group received low-dose bupivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, while those in the general group received ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia. Research indicators: Anesthesia effect and anesthesia indicators. Results: compared with the general group, the anesthesia effects of patients in the observation group were remarkably improved in indexes (P < 0.05). Compared with the general group, the anesthesia indexes in the observation group had larger statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: low-dose bupivacaine combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia is suitable for elderly patients undergoing surgical anesthesia, and can effectively achieve analgesic effects. The muscle relaxation effect is ideal.展开更多

Methods:A total of 49 children with metabolic syndrome who were treated in the hospital between January 2016 and February 2017 were collected as observation group, and 50 healthy children who received vaccination in the hospital over the same period were collected as normal control group. Serum levels of E-FABP as well as glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response indexes of two groups of subjects were detected, and the Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation of E-FABP content with glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response. Results: Serum E-FABP content of observation group was higher than that of control group;glucose metabolism indexes FBG and HOMA-IR levels in peripheral blood were higher than those of normal control group;lipid metabolism indexes TC, LDL-C and ApB contents in peripheral blood of observation group were higher than those of normal control group while HDL-C and ApA1 contents were lower than those of normal control group;endothelial injury index ET-1 content in serum was higher than that of normal control group while NO content was lower than that of normal control group;inflammatory response indexes CRP, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-17 contents in serum were higher than those of normal control group. Pearson test showed that serum E-FABP content in children with metabolic syndrome was directly correlated with glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response indexes. Conclusion: Serum E-FABP content increases abnormally in children with metabolic syndrome and is directly correlated with the abnormal degree of glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response.展开更多

文摘The study of crop varieties has developed from qualitative research to quantitative research at a deeper level.Analysis and evaluation is a commonly used quantitative research method,and the evaluation index system and its weight are the basis of the evaluation system,which plays an important role in the scientificity of the evaluation results.In this paper,quinoa is taken as the research object.The evaluation index system of quinoa planting is constructed according to its planting characteristics,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined,which could lay a foundation for the evaluation of quinoa planting.
文摘Objective: To observe the clinical study of Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with olanzapine in the treatment of insomnia patients with bad mood and sleep disorders. Methods: In this study, 112 insomnia patients from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The control group (n56) was treated with olanzapine, and the observation group (n56) was treated with Jieyu Anshen Decoction for 2 weeks. The changes of bad mood and sleep disorder in the two groups were observed. Results: The effective rate of observation group was 91.07% vs 76.79%. HAMD and HAMA were lower than control group, and sleep quality was significantly better than control group (P<0.05). All indexes of heart rate, pulse, body temperature, respiration and blood pressure in both groups were safe, and no adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with olanzapine can effectively relieve the bad mood of insomnia patients, improve the quality of sleep, and has a high safety.
文摘Objective: To explore the effect of rosuvastatin intensification therapy on blood lipid metabolism, adipocytokines and plaque stability after PCI in ACS patients. Methods: ACS patients who received PCI in the hospital between July 2015 and January 2017were reviewed and divided into the routine dose group (n=60) who received rosuvastatin routine dose therapy after PCI and the intensification therapy group (n=46) who received rosuvastatin intensification therapy after PCI. The differences in blood lipid metabolism, adipocytokines and plaque stability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Before PCI, the differences in blood lipid metabolism, adipocytokines and plaque stability were not statistically significant between the two groups. 1 month after PCI, lipid metabolism indexes HDL-C and ApoA1 levels in peripheral blood of intensification therapy group were higher than those of routine dose group while LDL-C and ApoB levels were lower than those of routine dose group;adipocytokines APN and Leptin levels in serum were higher than those of routine dose group while Resistin level was lower than that of routine dose group;plaque stability-related indexes ICAM-1, MMP-1 and TIMP-1 levels were lower than those of routine dose group. Conclusion: Rosuvastatin intensification therapy after PCI could effectively regulate the lipid metabolism and increase the plaque stability in ACS patients.
文摘To observe the effects of olanzapine and Jieyu sedative prescription on sleep quality and negative mood in occasional insomnia. Methods: In this study, 90 patients with episotic insomnia from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The control group (n45) was treated with olanzapine, and the observation group (n45) was treated with overall sleep quality assessment (PSQI), negative mood, clinical effect and adverse effects of treatment. Results: After treatment, the sleep time, sleep quality and sleep efficiency scores of the observation group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The negative emotion of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in 2 groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention, and the quality of life was significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). The observation group was 73.00% compared with the control group, and the total therapeutic effect was 91.11%. Compared with the control group, the side effects of the observation group (4.44%) decreased significantly (20.00%). Conclusion: Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with olanzapine can effectively improve the sleep time, relieve depression and anxiety, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with high therapeutic effect and safety, providing a new idea and reference for the clinical treatment of patients with sporadic insomnia
文摘Objective: the therapeutic effect and safety of benazepril combined with Musk mallow on chronic glomerulonephritis were analyzed. Methods: 80 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with benazepril, and the observation group was treated with benazepril combined with musk mallow. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results: the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: compared with benazepril alone, benazepril combined with Musk mallow in the clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can improve the clinical efficacy of patients and at the same time, relieve the clinical indicators in the patient's body, and has higher safety in the process of combined use, reduce the incidence of complications in patients, restore the patient's body indicators during the clinical treatment, effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and it is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.
文摘To observe the effects of Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with Estazolam tablet on sleep index and neurotransmitter in the brain of insomnia patients. Methods: A total of 100 insomnia patients from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as subjects of this study and divided into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Esazolam tablets, and the experimental group was treated with Jieyu Anshen Decoction. The sleep condition and the level of neurotransmitters in the brain were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, sleep efficiency, sleep time, sleep quality and Pittsburgh total score of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group (P 0.05). The level of GABA, DA and 5-HT was better than that of control group, the total effective rate was higher than that of control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with Estazolam tablet has significant therapeutic effect on insomnia patients, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
文摘Objective: to explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: 56 neonatal patients with RDS from January 2021 to 2 June 2022. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group performed comprehensive care. Compare oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure, parental satisfaction with care, duration of mechanical ventilation treatment, length of hospital stay, and phlebitis. Results: experimental group oxygen partial pressure was higher than the control group;carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than the control group;parents were more satisfied with nursing than the control group;mechanical ventilation treatment time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, and the complication rate such as phlebitis was lower, P <0.05. Conclusion: the effect of respiratory distress syndrome is effective.
文摘Objective: to investigate the effect of treating early lung cancer. Methods: seventy cases with early diagnosis of lung cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were given chest authorization. The patients in the two groups had good shoulder joint movement through comparison of uncomfortable symptoms caused by incision. Results: compared with the control group, the intraoperative bleeding times of the patients were significantly reduced (n < 0.05), the pain was significantly reduced (n < 0.05), the hospitalization time was significantly reduced (n < 0.05), and the discomfort was reduced (n < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with early lung cancer, single-hole pleural surgery, compared with three-hole thoracoscopy has the advantages of less trauma, less bleeding, and rapid postoperative recovery, which is worthy of wide spread.
文摘Objective: to analyze and compare the effects of epidural ropivacaine and low-dose bupivacaine combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing surgery. Methods: 40 elderly patients who were admitted to hospital for surgery during the period from May 2019 to February 2021 were included in the study. They were divided into the observation group and the general group by drawing lots. The patients in the investigation group received low-dose bupivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, while those in the general group received ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia. Research indicators: Anesthesia effect and anesthesia indicators. Results: compared with the general group, the anesthesia effects of patients in the observation group were remarkably improved in indexes (P < 0.05). Compared with the general group, the anesthesia indexes in the observation group had larger statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: low-dose bupivacaine combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia is suitable for elderly patients undergoing surgical anesthesia, and can effectively achieve analgesic effects. The muscle relaxation effect is ideal.
文摘Objective: To study the correlation of serum E-FABP content with glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response in children with metabolic syndrome. Methods:A total of 49 children with metabolic syndrome who were treated in the hospital between January 2016 and February 2017 were collected as observation group, and 50 healthy children who received vaccination in the hospital over the same period were collected as normal control group. Serum levels of E-FABP as well as glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response indexes of two groups of subjects were detected, and the Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation of E-FABP content with glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response. Results: Serum E-FABP content of observation group was higher than that of control group;glucose metabolism indexes FBG and HOMA-IR levels in peripheral blood were higher than those of normal control group;lipid metabolism indexes TC, LDL-C and ApB contents in peripheral blood of observation group were higher than those of normal control group while HDL-C and ApA1 contents were lower than those of normal control group;endothelial injury index ET-1 content in serum was higher than that of normal control group while NO content was lower than that of normal control group;inflammatory response indexes CRP, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-17 contents in serum were higher than those of normal control group. Pearson test showed that serum E-FABP content in children with metabolic syndrome was directly correlated with glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response indexes. Conclusion: Serum E-FABP content increases abnormally in children with metabolic syndrome and is directly correlated with the abnormal degree of glucose lipid metabolism, endothelial injury and inflammatory response.
