Through in-depth analysis on history and current situations of fishery development in Poyang Lake area, this paper presents location, resource and environment advantages in development of ecological fishery.According to orientation of leading functions,Poyang Lake can be divided into breeding development, capture operation, enhancement protection and ecological rehabilitation functional zones. In accordance with industrial foundation and ecological advantages of cities and counties in Poyang Lake,it determines the reasonable distribution of 8 leading industries:river crabs, shrimps(Procambarus clarkia),eels,Pengze crucian carp,Siniperca chuatsi,Channa argus,Ietalurus Punetaus, and pearl. On the basis of systematically summing up exploration experience,it comes up with the development path"ecology oriented fishery and industrialization oriented ecological fishery"for ecological fishery in Poyang Lake area.It proposes a series of key technological measures, including reducing fertilizer and drugs, increasing output and benefits, low consumption and emission, high quality and safety, and standardization,to realize a benign cycle of"cost saving, benefit increasing, quality improving and low carbon"and the multi-win objective of coordination between ecology, economy and society. 展开更多

A porous lanthanum(La)carbonate-carbon composite(LaCC)was prepared by vacuum-freeze-drying and pyrolysis techniques to remove phosphorus(P)from wastewater.Using polyethylene glycol as a carbon skeleton template, and the organic ligands are removed during pyrolysis, resulting in the creation of many pore structures. The LaCC showed excellent P removal performance and selectivity over a wide p H range(3–10).It exhibited a rapid adsorption rate and could hold up to 119.5 mg P/g.Fixed-bed column experiments showed that under dynamic conditions, just 1 g of LaCC effectively treated 60 L of P-contaminated wastewater with an initial concentration of 2 mg/L,meeting the primary discharge standard of<0.5 mg/L according to the comprehensive sewage guidelines of China.Bacterial experiments showed that the LaCC could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli, indicating that it has both P removal and bacterial inhibition effects, which can greatly improve the application range of adsorbents. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to evaluate the immunization efficacy and infection status of classical swine fever(CSF),foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),pseudorabies(PR),and porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)in large-scale pig farms.[Methods]Antibody and pathogen detection was performed on 56 serum samples collected in March 2025.[Results]The antibody qualification rates for CSF,FMD,and PRRS were 76.8%,73.2%,and 76.8%,respectively,all meeting the national standards. However, nursery pigs exhibited an immunity gap, indicating a need for timely booster vaccinations. No PRV gE antibodies or PCV2 antibodies were detected, reflecting the absence of vaccination against these diseases and suggesting significant effectiveness of comprehensive biosecurity measures. The low antibody qualification rate for PRRS in the nursery stage highlights the need for improved immunization management.[Conclusions]This study provides data support and practical insights for integrated disease prevention and control in large-scale pig farms. 展开更多
