This study aims to construct a virtual twin testing framework for the safety of the intended functionality of intelligent connected vehicles to address the safety requirements of intelligent driving and transportation systems.The research methods include the construction of a theoretical model of safety for intelligent connected vehicles based on the concept of virtual twins,the correlation study between key concepts and functional safety,and the application research of virtual twin technology in the safety testing of intelligent connected vehicles.The results reveal that the virtual twin testing framework can effectively enhance the functional safety of intelligent connected vehicles,reduce development costs,and shorten the product launch cycle.The conclusion suggests that this framework provides strong support for the healthy development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry and has a positive impact on the safety and efficiency of intelligent transportation systems. 展开更多

Since the problems of branch loss and fracture in retinal blood vessel segmentation algorithms,an image segmentation method is proposed based on improved pulse coupled neural network(PCNN)and gray wolf optimization algorithm(GWO).Simplifying the neuron input domain and neuron connection domain of the PCNN network,increasing the gradient information factor in the internal activity items,reducing the model parameters,enhancing the pulse issuing ability,and the optimal parameters of the network are automatically obtained based on multiple feature evaluation criteria and the GWO algorithm.The test in the public data set drive shows that the sensitivity,accuracy,precision,and specificity of the algorithm are 0.799549,0.962789,0.889163,and 0.986552,respectively.The accuracy and specificity are better than the classical segmentation algorithm.It solved the influence of low illumination,optic disc highlight,and foveal shadow on vascular segmentation,and showed excellent performance of vessel connectivity and terminal sensitivity. 展开更多

Miniature air quality sensors are widely used in urban grid-based monitoring due to their flexibility in deployment and low cost.However,the raw data collected by these devices often suffer from low accuracy caused by environmental interference and sensor drift,highlighting the need for effective calibration methods to improve data reliability.This study proposes a data correction method based on Bayesian Optimization Support Vector Regression(BO-SVR),which combines the nonlinear modeling capability of Support Vector Regression(SVR)with the efficient global hyperparameter search of Bayesian Optimization.By introducing cross-validation loss as the optimization objective and using Gaussian process modeling with an Expected Improvement acquisition strategy,the approach automatically determines optimal hyperparameters for accurate pollutant concentration prediction.Experiments on real-world micro-sensor datasets demonstrate that BO-SVR outperforms traditional SVR,grid search SVR,and random forest(RF)models across multiple pollutants,including PM_(2.5),PM_(10),CO,NO_(2),SO_(2),and O_(3).The proposed method achieves lower prediction residuals,higher fitting accuracy,and better generalization,offering an efficient and practical solution for enhancing the quality of micro-sensor air monitoring data. 展开更多

Spike number(SN) per unit area is one of the major determinants of grain yield in wheat. Development of high-throughput techniques to count SN from large populations enables rapid and cost-effective selection and facilitates genetic studies. In the present study, we used a deep-learning algorithm, i.e., Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(Faster R-CNN) on Red-Green-Blue(RGB) images to explore the possibility of image-based detection of SN and its application to identify the loci underlying SN. A doubled haploid population of 101 lines derived from the Yangmai 16/Zhongmai 895 cross was grown at two sites for SN phenotyping and genotyped using the high-density wheat 660 K SNP array.Analysis of manual spike number(MSN) in the field, image-based spike number(ISN), and verification of spike number(VSN) by Faster R-CNN revealed significant variation(P < 0.001) among genotypes, with high heritability ranged from 0.71 to 0.96. The coefficients of determination(R^(2)) between ISN and VSN was 0.83, which was higher than that between ISN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.51), and between VSN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.50). Results showed that VSN data can effectively predict wheat spikes with an average accuracy of 86.7% when validated using MSN data. Three QTL Qsnyz.caas-4 DS, Qsnyz.caas-7 DS, and QSnyz.caas-7 DL were identified based on MSN, ISN and VSN data, while QSnyz.caas-7 DS was detected in all the three data sets. These results indicate that using Faster R-CNN model for image-based identification of SN per unit area is a precise and rapid phenotyping method, which can be used for genetic studies of SN in wheat. 展开更多

As a kind of plasticizer,phthalic acid esters(PAEs)are often added to plastics to enhance elasticity,transparency,durability and prolong service life.However,it does not chemically bind to plastics and is easy to migrate to the environment.It is difficult to degrade in the environment,and it is also enriched in the human body through the food chain and respiration,which will lead to obvious adverse reactions such as decreased learning and memory function and neurobehavioral disorders.Due to the toxicity,universality and low concentration limitations of PAEs in the environment and food,it is essential to achieve rapid and sensitive detection of PAEs in soil,atmosphere,water and food.Electrochemical(EC)sensors have the advantages of simplicity,fast,low cost,portability,easy operation,high specificity and high sensitivity,so they are applied for the detection of PAEs.Although there are a large number of studies on the detection of PAEs by EC sensors,there is no review on this aspect.In this review,we introduce the detection of PAEs from classical EC sensors,electrochemiluminescence(ECL)sensors and photo-electrochemical(PEC)sensors in the past five years.This review is beneficial to understanding the construction of EC sensors and the detection mechanism of PAEs.We also propose that the development of rapid,accurate and real-time detection methods of PAEs is key to assessing risk and preventing related diseases. 展开更多
