The mortality rate ofAcinetobacter baumannii is as high as 47%,This is inseparable From its strong resistance to carbapenems,polymyxins,aminoglycosides,quinolone antibiotics.This article will analyze the resistance of...The mortality rate ofAcinetobacter baumannii is as high as 47%,This is inseparable From its strong resistance to carbapenems,polymyxins,aminoglycosides,quinolone antibiotics.This article will analyze the resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenem antibiotics(meropenem and imipenem)and explore why Acinetobacter baumannii is so resistant.The data I used comes from the NCBI database,which includes six resistant groups(R)to meropenem and imipenem,and five sensitive groups(S).The level of the resistant group is complete genome,three sensitive groups are contig,and two are complete genome.Subsequently,I used Prokka in Galaxy to convert the Fasta.file into various forms such as Faa,gbk,ffn.After performing Fisher's test on all GFF files,I obtained the result chart,which includes the search for relevant domains and protein descriptions on Interpro using the chart.ProteinPlus also performed drug pocket prediction and constructed protein models using Swissmodel,as well as different multi sequence comparisons.Finally,I analyzed the functions of the proteins corresponding to the genes specific to the resistance group and the reasons for the development of drug resistance,making future research on the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii easier.And further research can be conducted on the drug pocket in the protein ofAcinetobacter baumannii that has developed resistance,and drugs can be administered.展开更多

This paper systematically studies the current practical application status,existing problems and optimization suggestions of 3D printing technology in spacecraft manufacturing.Research shows that this technology has b...This paper systematically studies the current practical application status,existing problems and optimization suggestions of 3D printing technology in spacecraft manufacturing.Research shows that this technology has been successfully applied to the manufacturing of key components such as rocket engines and satellite structures,demonstrating advantages like lightweight and rapid prototyping.However,it still faces core challenges such as material performance,process stability,adaptability to space environments,and industrialization costs.In response to these issues,this paper proposes three optimization suggestions:enhancing manufacturing reliability by developing aerospace-specific materials,optimizing process parameters,and establishing a quality traceability system.Surface modification technology and topological optimization design are adopted to enhance the adaptability to the spatial environment,and a space-ground integrated verification method is constructed.Reduce industrialization costs through the localization of materials,modular production,and the construction of a standardized system.Research has confirmed that implementing these measures can reduce the performance dispersion of 3D-printed aerospace components by more than 50%,increase their in-orbit lifespan by three times,and lower production costs by 30-40%.The research results of this paper provide a systematic technical route and industrialization solution for the large-scale application of 3D printing technology in the aerospace field,which has significant reference value for promoting the innovation of aerospace manufacturing models.展开更多

文摘The meaning of the term“reduction”in Double Reduction Policy implores teachers to reflect on their teaching process and improve teaching efficiency.Not only should the quantity be reduced,but so should the behavior.Having a comprehensive understanding of the students’learning process is actually a form of science.Therefore,we need to study and enhance its development[1].In order to reduce the learning burden and increase the efficiency of classroom teaching,we must clearly identify the inefficient and ineffective behaviors in classroom teaching,so as to avoid the following situations:a lack of deep thinking,a lack of ability in lesson preparation,fragmentation of questions and answers,a lack of questions that highlight the key points,anticlimax teaching process,and the habit of running over time in class[2,3].On this basis,this paper elaborates the current education state and clarifies the basic requirements of effective classroom teaching.Meanwhile,to reduce students’workload and increase the efficiency in carrying out assignments,much attention should be paid to optimizing assignment design and refining homework review and feedback.The purpose is to assign homework with an appropriate amount(achievable),precision(targeted),and suitability(personalized).Putting an end to the repetitious and unified training is not enough to improve the effect.
