In this work, the morphology, phase composition, and corrosion properties of microarc oxidized (MAO) gas tungsten arc (GTA) weldments of AZ31 alloy were investigated. Autogenous gas tungsten arc welds were made as full penetration bead-on-plate welding under the alternating-current mode. A uniform oxide layer was developed on the surface of the specimens with MAO treatment in silicate-based alkaline electrolytes for different oxidation times. The corrosion behavior of the samples was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The oxide film improved the corrosion resistance substantially compared to the uncoated specimens. The sample coated for 10 min exhibited better corrosion properties. The corrosion resistance of the coatings was concluded to strongly depend on the morphology, whereas the phase composition and thickness were concluded to only slightly affect the corrosion resistance. 展开更多

目的:获得有效的高精度切屑形貌仿真方法。创新点:通过比较不同切削参数下采用光滑粒子流体动力学模型和有限元模型仿真获得的切屑形貌,证明光滑粒子流体动力学模型可以很好地实现对节状切屑的仿真,而不需要额外的几何或基于网格的切屑... 目的:获得有效的高精度切屑形貌仿真方法。创新点:通过比较不同切削参数下采用光滑粒子流体动力学模型和有限元模型仿真获得的切屑形貌,证明光滑粒子流体动力学模型可以很好地实现对节状切屑的仿真,而不需要额外的几何或基于网格的切屑分离准则。方法:基于有限元和光滑粒子流体动力学的切削形貌仿真方法。结论:通过比较不同切削参数下采用光滑粒子流体动力学模型和有限元模型仿真获得的切屑形貌,证明了基于裂纹形成与扩展理论,采用合理疲劳参数的标准Johnson-Cook模型完全可以实现对节状切屑形成过程的仿真,也即无需采用修正的Johnson-Cook模型。同时证明了有限元模型和光滑粒子流体动力学方法均可满足不同切削速度和进给量条件下的切削力和切屑形貌仿真。 展开更多

Extensive numerical investigations of the performance and flow structure in an unshrouded tandem-bladed centrifugal compressor are presented in comparison to a conventional compressor.Stage characteristics are explored for various tip clearance levels,axial spacings and circumferential clockings.Conventional impeller was modified to tandem-bladed design with no modifications in backsweep angle,meridional gas passage and camber distributions in order to have a true comparison with conventional design.Performance degradation is observed for both the conventional and tandem designs with increase in tip clearance.Linear-equation models for correlating stage characteristics with tip clearance are proposed.Comparing two designs,it is clearly evident that the conventional design shows better performance at moderate flow rates.However;near choke flow,tandem design gives better results primarily because of the increase in throat area.Surge point flow rate also seems to drop for tandem compressor resulting in increased range of operation. 展开更多
