In this work, an inner doping strategy is explored by filling CNTs with one-dimensional(1D)-TM_(6)Te_(6) nanowires to form TM_(6)Te_(6)@CNT-(16,0) 1D van der Waals heterostructures(1D-vd WHs). The systematic first-principles studies on the electronic properties of 1D-vd WHs show that N-type doping CNTs can be formed by charge transfer from TM_(6)Te_(6) nanowires to CNTs, without introducing additional carrier scattering.Particularly, contribution from both T M(e.g., Sc and Y) and Te atoms strengthens the charge transfer. 文摘Compound eyes(CEs)that feature ultra-compact structures and extraordinary versatility have revealed great potential for cutting-edge applications. However, the optoelectronic integration of CEs with available photodetectors is still challenging because the planar charge-coupled device(CCD)/complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)detector cannot match the spatially distributed images formed by CE ommatidia. To reach this end,we report here the optoelectronic integration of CEs by manufacturing 3D nonuniform ommatidia for developing an ultra-compact on-chip camera. As a proof-of-concept,we fabricated microscale CEs with uniform and nonuniform ommatidia through femtosecond laser two-photon photopolymerization, and compared their focusing/imaging performance both theoretically and experimentally.By engineering the surface profiles of the ommatidia at different positions of the CE,the images formed by all the ommatidia can be tuned on a plane. In this way,the nonuniform CE can be directly integrated with a commercial CMOS photodetector, forming an ultra-compact CE camera.Additionally,we further combine the CE camera with a microfluidic chip, which can further serve as an on-chip microscopic monitoring system. We anticipate that such an ultra-compact CE camera may find broad applications in microfluidics, robotics, and micro-optics.

文摘Rational design of catalytic interfaces at the atomic level is crucial for enhancing electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.In this study,a Zeolite imidazolate frameworks-8 derived catalyst is developed, featuring atomically dispersed Ni–Zn dual-atom sites(NiZnN_(6))coexisting with Ni_(3)ZnC_(0.7) nanoparticles on nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes.Strong interaction between the NiZnN_(6) moieties and Ni_(3)ZnC_(0.7) nanoparticle induces charge redistribution, enhancing the electron-donating ability of Ni active sites.Simultaneously, the dual-atom configuration creates an asymmetric electronic environment, where interfacial electronic coupling facilitates partial electron transfer from Zn to Ni,leading to electron enrichment at the Ni center.Consequently,Ni sites preferentially donate electrons to active CO_(2)molecules,lowering the ^(*)COOH formation energy, while Zn sites promote ^(*)CO desorption, thus achieving high CO selectivity(99.6%@-0.7V vs.Reversible Hydrogen Electrode(RHE)).The in-depth investigation in this work provides guidance for establishing the relationship between structure and electrocatalytic activity, holding significant implications for fundamental research on the CO_(2)reduction mechanism.
文摘Alzheimer's disease,a progressively degenerative neurological disorder,is the most common cause of dementia in the elderly. While its precise etiology remains unclear, researchers have identified diverse pathological characteristics and molecular pathways associated with its progression.Advances in scientific research have increasingly highlighted the crucial role of non-coding RNAs in the progression of Alzheimer's disease. These non-coding RNAs regulate several biological processes critical to the advancement of the disease, offering promising potential as therapeutic targets and diagnostic biomarkers. Therefore, this review aims to investigate the underlying mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease onset, with a particular focus on microRNAs,long non-coding RNAs,and circular RNAs associated with the disease. The review elucidates the potential pathogenic processes of Alzheimer's disease and provides a detailed description of the synthesis mechanisms of the three aforementioned non-coding RNAs.It comprehensively summarizes the various non-coding RNAs that have been identified to play key regulatory roles in Alzheimer's disease,as well as how these noncoding RNAs influence the disease's progression by regulating gene expression and protein functions. For example,miR-9 targets the UBE4B gene, promoting autophagy-mediated degradation of Tau protein, thereby reducing Tau accumulation and delaying Alzheimer's disease progression.Conversely, the long non-coding RNA BACE1-AS stabilizes BACE1 mRNA,promoting the generation of amyloid-βand accelerating Alzheimer's disease development.Additionally, circular RNAs play significant roles in regulating neuroinflammatory responses.By integrating insights from these regulatory mechanisms, there is potential to discover new therapeutic targets and potential biomarkers for early detection and management of Alzheimer's disease. This review aims to enhance the understanding of the relationship between Alzheimer's disease and non-coding RNAs,potentially paving the way for early detection and novel treatment strategies.

文摘Fluorescent probes based on intramolecular charge transfer(ICT) have obvious advantages for accurate quantitative analysis. To obtain high-performance ratiometric probes requires distinct photophysical properties during recognition reaction process, which is closely related to their ICT characteristics.1,8-Naphthalimide is known as a typical fluorophore with desirable ICT property when functionalized with an electron-donating moiety at the para-position of the naphthalene chromophore.Although the photophysical properties of para-substituted 1,8-naphthalimide have been well studied, its meta-substituted counterpart has not been fully evaluated since the meta-position is conventionally thought to be weakly conjugated.Herein, combined experimental and theoretical studies are performed which consistently indicate that stronger charge transfer(CT) is exhibited by the meta-amino substituted 1,8-naphthalimide(m-NH_(2)) compared to the para-amino substituted one(p-NH_(2)).The ratiometric response of fluorescence with significant changes in wavelength and intensity upon acetylation(m-NAc and p-NAc) can be attributed to the larger ICT and stronger-NH_(2) vibrations. This observation is further demonstrated by deuterium oxide experiments, viscosity experiments and quantum chemical calculations. The practical application of meta-amino-1,8-naphthalimide ICT-based probes is also confirmed. This research is expected to bring an in-depth understanding of π-conjugated systems with ICT characteristics, and facilitates the design of sensitive ICT fluorescent probes with meta-amino substitution.
文摘This study investigates prescribed-time position tracking control for electromagnetic satellite formations subject to model uncertainties and external disturbances.Using the Clohessy-Wiltshire equations as the relative motion dynamics model,a prescribed time output feedback control strategy is proposed.A prescribed-time extended state observer is designed to estimate the relative velocity and external disturbances. The disturbance estimates are then used as the feedforward component of the controller.Building on this framework,a novel prescribed-time active disturbance rejection control strategy for position tracking is developed via a backstepping control design. The convergence of the extended state observer and the stability of the closed-loop system are rigorously analyzed using Lyapunov stability theory.Numerical simulations are performed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

文摘Electromagnetic(EM)metamaterial absorbers(MMAs)with broadband absorption are of growing interest for applications such as stealth and EM interference mitigation. In this work,we present a novel 3D-printed MMA based on a fused annular microfluidic metaatom(FAMMA)architecture, designed for W-band absorption. The FAMMA structure features three kinds of orthogonally fused annual meta-atoms,forming a complex 3D microfluidic meta-atom with intricate architecture.Fabricated via high-precision micro 3D printing technology, the FAMMA-based MMA exploits the synergistic solid-liquid coupling effect of the unique three-dimensional orthogonal structure to achieve strong broadband absorption.Three representative FAMMAs with different geometric dimensions have achieved ultra-low reflection loss(RL of-42.1 dB),ultra-broadband effective absorption bandwidth(EAB of 31.3 GHz),and dual-band absorption(in 76.0-85.3 and 99.1-105.6 GHz),respectively. The underlying absorption mechanisms are elucidated by impedance matching theory and electromagnetic field distribution analyses.Application demonstrations show that the FAMMA-based MMA significantly suppresses radar echo power and renders metallic targets undetectable to both radar detector and radar imaging systems, highlighting its potential in stealth technology.Overall, this work establishes a new design concept for high-performance broadband millimeter wave MMAs,opening new avenue for future applications such as high-speed communication,through-wall sensing, and drone detection.

文摘Sensor noise is a critical factor that degrades the performance of image processing systems. In traditional computing systems, noise correction is implemented in the digital domain, resulting in redundant latency and power consumption overhead in the analog-to-digital conversion. In this work,we propose an analog-domain image correction architecture based on a proposed small-scale UNet,which implements a compact noise correction network within a one-transistor-one-memristor(1T1R)array.The statistical non-idealities of the fabricated 1T1R array(e.g.,device variability)are rigorously incorporated into the network's training and inference simulations. This correction network architecture leverages memristors for conducting multiply-accumulate operations aimed at rectifying non-uniform noise, defective pixels(stuck-at-bright/dark),and exposure mismatch.Compared to systems without correction, the proposed architecture achieves up to 50.13%improvement in recognition accuracy while demonstrating robust tolerance to memristor device-level errors. The proposed system achieves a 2.13-fold latency reduction and three orders of magnitude higher energy efficiency compared to conventional architecture. This work establishes a new paradigm for advancing the development of low-power,low-latency,and high-precision image processing systems.

文摘Multiple sclerosis is a severe autoimmune disorder that is mainly mediated by pathogenic cluster of CD4^(+)T cell subsets.Despite advancements in the management of multiple sclerosis, there is a critical need for more effective and safer treatments. In the present study,we administered Lycium barbarum glycopeptide to a mouse model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis-an animal model of multiple sclerosis-and evaluated its effects on pathogenic CD4^(+)T cell activation both in vivo and in vitro.Lycium barbarum glycopeptide significantly mitigated the clinical severity of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis,as demonstrated by reduced demyelination and neuroinflammation. Moreover,Lycium barbarum glycopeptide treatment decreased the infiltration of peripheral leukocytes into the central nervous system and suppressed pro-inflammatory cytokine expression.Lycium barbarum glycopeptide also modulated pathogenic CD4^(+)T cell activation by inhibiting T helper 1/T helper 17 cell differentiation while promoting regulatory T cell expansion.Notably,no side effects were observed, suggesting the long-term safety and tolerability of Lycium barbarum glycopeptide.Furthermore,RNA sequencing data indicated that Lycium barbarum glycopeptide inhibits activator protein-1,an essential regulator of T cell activation and differentiation. This finding was supported by the reversal of T helper/T helper 17 cell response suppression upon AP-1 blockade.Collectively, these results highlight the potential of Lycium barbarum glycopeptide as an innovative therapeutic agent for CD4^(+)T cell-associated autoimmune or inflammatory diseases, such as multiple sclerosis.
