To overcome the problem that soft sensor models cannot be updated with the process changes, a soft sensor modeling algorithm based on hybrid fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm and incremental support vector machines (I...To overcome the problem that soft sensor models cannot be updated with the process changes, a soft sensor modeling algorithm based on hybrid fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm and incremental support vector machines (ISVM) is proposed. This hybrid algorithm FCMISVM includes three parts: samples clustering based on FCM algorithm, learning algorithm based on ISVM, and heuristic sample displacement method. In the training process, the training samples are first clustered by the FCM algorithm, and then by training each clustering with the SVM algorithm, a sub-model is built to each clustering. In the predicting process, when an incremental sample that represents new operation information is introduced in the model, the fuzzy membership function of the sample to each clustering is first computed by the FCM algorithm. Then, a corresponding SVM sub-model of the clustering with the largest fuzzy membership function is used to predict and perform incremental learning so the model can be updated on-line. An old sample chosen by heuristic sample displacement method is then discarded from the sub-model to control the size of the working set. The proposed method is applied to predict the p-xylene (PX) purity in the adsorption separation process. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method actually increases the model's adaptive abilities to various operation conditions and improves its generalization capability.展开更多

The load-m...Establishing structural load spectrum under actual operating conditions is a major problem in structural fatigue life analysis. This study introduces the load measuring method for the bogie frame structure. The load-measuring frame based on quasi-static can measure different load systems synchronously. The t-test method is employed to evaluate the least test time of deducing the parent distribution. In order to fit the load spectrum distribution accurately, the kernel density estimation method is employed which is based on the sample characteristics. The expansion factor method is used to deduce the maximum load. The formula of standardized load spectrum derives from the deduced maximum load, the linear factor between operating condition length and cumulative frequency and the parent distribution of each load system. The damage consistency criterion is performed by solving the objective function with constraint conditions. The calibrated damage provides a suitable representation of the real damage under actual operating conditions. By processing and analyzing the load spectrum and stress spectrum data of the measured lines, it is verified that the standardized load spectrum established in this paper is superior to the European specification and the Japanese specification in evaluating the fatigue reliability of the structure.展开更多

The thermodynamic parameters (△H°,△S°, △Cp°and △G°) of these proteins in the process of retention and unfolding were determined. The existence of enthalpy and entropy convergence with temperature was confirmed. The concept of graph partitioning for CDN was defined. The conditions of graph partitioning for CDN were demonstrated: the sum of the weights of the nodes in each subarea is as close as possible; edge cut between the subareas is as large as possible; internal nodes in each subarea are connected as far as possible. By reference to light vertex matching algorithm of graph partitioning for network simulation,a multilevel k-way algorithm of graph partitioning for CDN was proposed. The maximized edge cut k-way KL refinement algorithm was discussed. Graph partitioning is a feasible way to solve the problem of CDN servers'placement. The method consists of exponential extrapolation of the transitional part of the I -V curve to the floating potential...A novel method is proposed for treating cylindrical probe characteristics to obtain plasma density. The method consists of exponential extrapolation of the transitional part of the I -V curve to the floating potential for the ion saturation current, other than the existing theories which use the ion branch, and an iterative sheath thickness correction procedure for improved accuracy. The method was tested by treating Langmuir probe I-V characteristics obtained from inductively coupled Ar discharges at various pressures, and comparing the present results with those deduced by existing theories. It was shown that the plasma densities obtained by the present method are in good agreement with those calculated by the Allen-Boyd-Reynolds (ABR) theory, suggesting the effectiveness of the proposed method. Without need of manual setting and adjustment of fitting parameters, the method may be suitable for automatic and real time processing of probe characteristics.展开更多
A new parallel architecture for quantified boolean formula(QBF)solving was proposed,and the prediction model based on machine learning technology was proposed for how sharing knowledge affects the solving performance ...A new parallel architecture for quantified boolean formula(QBF)solving was proposed,and the prediction model based on machine learning technology was proposed for how sharing knowledge affects the solving performance in QBF parallel solving system,and the experimental evaluation scheme was also designed.It shows that the characterization factor of clause and cube influence the solving performance markedly in our experiment.At the same time,the heuristic machine learning algorithm was applied,support vector machine was chosen to predict the performance of QBF parallel solving system based on clause sharing and cube sharing.The relative error of accuracy for prediction can be controlled in a reasonable range of 20%30%.The results show the important and complex role that knowledge sharing plays in any modern parallel solver.It shows that the parallel solver with machine learning reduces the quantity of knowledge sharing about 30%and saving computational resource but does not reduce the performance of solving system.展开更多

We have investigated the electronic and magnetic properties of zigzag phosphorene nanoribbons(ZPNRs)with transition metal(TM)passivated atoms,it can be found that the ZPNRs with TM passivated atoms exhibit different m...We have investigated the electronic and magnetic properties of zigzag phosphorene nanoribbons(ZPNRs)with transition metal(TM)passivated atoms,it can be found that the ZPNRs with TM passivated atoms exhibit different magnetisms except for the Ni-passivated system.Meanwhile,the results show that the magnetic moments of ZPNRs with TM passivated atoms are larger than that of ZPNRs with other passivated non-metals/groups.Interestingly,it can be found that Fe-passivated ZPNR exhibits magnetic semiconducting character,which provides the possbility for the application of phosphorene in information storage.For Mn-passivated ZPNRs,it exhibits the half-metallicity.These results may be useful for potential applications of phosphorene in electronic and high-performance spintronic devices.展开更多

文摘Reactions of Cd(OAC)2·2H2O with m-thioacetatebenzoic acid(H2L) and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) give rise to a metal-organic framework,[CdL(phen)]n(1).X-ray single-crystal diffraction reveals that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group C2/c,with a= 25.7099(5),b=10.3872(2),c=19.1820(4),β=131.114(1)°,V=3859.4(1)3,Mr=502.80,Z= 8,F(000)=2000,μ=1.271 mm-1,Dc=1.731 g·cm-3,the final R=0.0226 and wR=0.0559 for 3817 observed reflections(Ⅰ〉 2σ(Ⅰ)).1 displays a 1D double-strand chain structure with crab-like dinuclear subunits,and extends into a 3D network by π-π interactions and C-H···O hydrogen bonds.Photoluminescence studies reveal that it displays intense structure-related fluorescent emission bands(λex=342 nm) at 370.5 and 389 nm in the solid state at room temperature.

文摘We have investigated the electronic and magnetic properties of zigzag phosphorene nanoribbons(ZPNRs)with transition metal(TM)passivated atoms,it can be found that the ZPNRs with TM passivated atoms exhibit different magnetisms except for the Ni-passivated system.Meanwhile,the results show that the magnetic moments of ZPNRs with TM passivated atoms are larger than that of ZPNRs with other passivated non-metals/groups.Interestingly,it can be found that Fe-passivated ZPNR exhibits magnetic semiconducting character,which provides the possbility for the application of phosphorene in information storage.For Mn-passivated ZPNRs,it exhibits the half-metallicity.These results may be useful for potential applications of phosphorene in electronic and high-performance spintronic devices.
