在应用模内电子工艺制造汽车舱内氛围控制集成系统过程中,利用模流分析软件Moldex3D,选择熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间及冷却时间为影响因素。为了保证网格质量不影响数值模拟的分析精度,每次实验均选择1.5、2、2.5 mm 3种...在应用模内电子工艺制造汽车舱内氛围控制集成系统过程中,利用模流分析软件Moldex3D,选择熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间及冷却时间为影响因素。为了保证网格质量不影响数值模拟的分析精度,每次实验均选择1.5、2、2.5 mm 3种网格尺寸进行模拟分析,将3种网格尺寸下的翘曲平均值作为最终实验结果。采用田口方法对注塑成型工艺进行优化,同时结合信噪比分析探究成型参数对翘曲变形特性的影响规律,获得最佳成型参数,减小产品翘曲变形。结果表明,模具温度对翘曲变形影响较显著,其次为冷却时间、熔体温度、保压时间、保压压力。最终得到的最佳成型参数组合为熔体温度为280℃、模具温度为100℃、保压压力为25 MPa、保压时间为10 s、冷却时间为20 s,翘曲结果为0.5470 mm,有效降低了产品的翘曲变形量。展开更多
