The fibers were quite effective for the adsorption of heavy metal ion such as Cu2+. In addition, IR spectrum of the structure of fibers confirms that it is feasible to prepare iminocarboxylic chelating fiber through direct carboxylation reaction.展开更多

In this paper, using the optimization techniques, we prove that it is a distance function and show that it is also an approximation of χ2 function. These two properties will stimulate further applications of the measure to information processing and system analysis.展开更多

Assuming that holders of non-floatable shares tryto maximize book value of shares, we explain why controlling shareholders will prefer toraise equity financing through the higher-priced public equity market. We explain whymergers and acquisitions of listed companies on the exchanges are all unlikely to be seen inChina. Finally, we shed light on a commonly observed sequential financing pattern inChina why Chinese firms restructure through a process of mergers and acquisitions andthen refinance through the equity market. Our results show that the Chinese investmentbanking business is severely constrained in the direction of equity financing.展开更多

By using real-option theory, the pa...In this paper, the control policy for environment with two kinds of irreversibility, which work in opposite directions and uncertainty of cost is regarded as an investment decision. By using real-option theory, the paper presents the model of the optimal control policy for environment under the science and technology that can reduce environment pollution stochastic occur. The paper has discussed the effects of changes in the various parameters on the critical value at which the policy should be adopted. The results show thatthe optimal control policy is quite sensitive to the science and technology which can reduce environment pollution stochastic occur, pointing to the importance of carefully accounting for its impact in determining the control policy for environment.展开更多
