Distribution of constitutive nitric oxide synthase in the jejunum of adult rat 被引量:6

Immunofluorescence ... AIM: To study the distribution of the constitutive nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the jejunum of adult rat. METHODS: The distribution of endothelial NOS (eNOS) was detected by immunohistochemistry. Immunofluorescence histochemical dual staining technique were used for studying the distribution of neuronal NOS (nNOS) and eNOS. The dual stained slides were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscope. RESULTS: Positive neuronal NOS (nNOS) and endothelial NOS (eNOS) cells were found to be distributed in lamina propria of villi, and the epithelial cell was not stained. eNOS was mainly located in submucosal vascular endothelia, while nNOS was mainly situated in myenteric plexus. Some cells in the villi had both nNOS and eNOS. More than 80% of the cells were positive for both nNOS and eNOS, the rest cells were positive either for nNOS or for eNOS. CONCLUSION: The two constitutive nitric oxide synthases are distributed differently in the jejunum of rat. nNOS distributed in myenteric plexus is a neurotransmitter in the non-adrenergic non-cholinergic (NANC) inhibitory nerves. eNOS distributed in endothelial and smooth muscle cells of blood vessels plays vasodilator role. eNOS and nNOS are coexpressed in some cells of lamina propria of villi. NO generated by those NOS is very important in the physiological and pathological process of small intestine. 展开更多

The title complex [Ni(TSSB)(phen)H2O]?C2H5OH?0.5H2O (C23H26N3NiO6.5S, TSSB = taurine salicylaldehyde Schiff base, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized by the reaction of taurine salicylaldehyde Schiff base (TSSB), 1,10-phenanthroline and nickel acetate in water-ethanol. Its single-crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 1.0562(2), b = 1.1604(2), c = 2.1170(3) nm, α = 103.257(3), β = 96.958(4), γ = 105.179(3)°, Mr = 539.24, V = 2.3917(6) nm3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.498 g/cm3, μ = 0.945 mm-1 and F(000) = 1124. The compound is a one-dimensional network, infinitely extending with hydrogen bonds. The Ni(Ⅱ) is 6-coordinated by one nitrogen and two oxygen atoms from taurine salicylaldehyde Schiff base, two nitrogen from 1,10-phenanthroline and one oxygen from water to form a distorted octahedronal coordination geometry. 展开更多

The considerable plasticity of its shoot and root structure helps it to capture light more effectively in winter and early spring, and to adapt to the soil moisture conditions in its narrow habitat. Another medicinal plant, Anthriscus sylvestris, is of similar economic importance but commonly distributed widely. In contrast to C. smyrnioides, it has low structural plasticity. It is also specialized to adapt to the moist and sunny environment, where habitat, such as the banks of creeks and rivers, is abundant. 展开更多

Acetophenone oxime and benzaldehyde oxime were converted to oxime ethers in the presence of alkyl halide or methyl sulfate and KOH in aqueous DMSO in 5 to 70 min. The yields of oxime ethers were 70 - 96%.

The complexes of poly(methacrylic acid-co-methyl methacrylate) network with poly(ethylene glycol) stabilized byhydrogen bonds were prepared. By introducing the poly(ethylene glycol), a large difference in storage modulus below andabove the glass transition temperature occurred and the complexes exhibited shape memory behaviors. The morphology ofcomplexes was studied by using DSC, WAXD, and DMA. The results indicate that the fixed phase of this kind of novelshape memory materials is the network, and the reversible phase is the amorphous state of PEG:PMAA complex phase. Theshape recoverability almost reaches 100%. This type of complexes can be regarded as a novel shape memory network. 展开更多

A series of chiral phosphite ligands based on chiral binaphthol have been designed and synthesized. Their Rhodium(I) complexes were found to be efficient catalysts for the asymmetric hydroformylation of styrene and vinyl acetate and showed excellent catalytic activities and chemos- electivities as well as good regioselectivities (branched aldehyde/linear aldehyde). The enantioselectivities up to 37.0% ee and 38.1% ee were achieved in the hydroformylation of styrene and vinyl acetate respectively. The chiral bidentate phosphite ligands provided better enantioselectivities, however lower regioselectivities than the chiral mono-dentate phosphite ligand. 展开更多
