The result indicates that the method can improve the wettability of PET nonwovens remarkably, but the aging decay of the sample＇s wettability is found to be notable as a function of the storage time after treatment due to the internal rotation of the single bond of surface macromolecules. As shown by SEM and XPS analysis, the etching and surface reaction are significant, and water-penetration weight is found to increase remarkably with the increasing power. This variation can be attributed to momentum transfer and enhanced higher-energy particle excitation.展开更多

Reaction mechanism in presence of lithium-base catalyst hasbeen proposed. A synergistic action of two classes of catalysts creates the speed-up of initial re-action particularly in presence of lithium acetate. The presence of lithium base catalyst can re-duce diethylene glycol content and raise the melting point of final PET product, but almostuneffect PET molecular weight distribution.展开更多

Experimental results showed that the surface acidic groups,tensile strength, peeling strength of the carbon fabrics increased under certain electrolytic condi-tions, but the breaking elongations decreased. When the electrolytic conditions were too strong,tensile strength and peeling strength dropped down. The results shwo that the cause of thistenacity improvement is the formation of coordinated complex. Cu^+is the central ion, and PANOFthe ligand. We have found that most of these methods and many books have someincorrectness in the geometric factor Q_i used for the calculation of pore volume △V_i from corevolume △V_i^k. It has been proved that the correct expression for Q_i should be[_i/(_i^k+1/2△t_i)]~2for cylindrical pores, _i,/(_i^k+1/2△t_i)for slit-shaped pores. On the basis of this correct Q_i,these methods were applied to the desorption isotherms. The results were compared and analyzed.展开更多

In addition to the expected influence by temperature generally for polymer, it has been found the amount of PA6 is valid in a range, e.g. 0-20% corresponding to the PP amount, i.e. in this range, the larger the PA6 added, the larger is the nonNewtonian index, n, and this is obviously especially for PP/PA6 blend with the high shear stress.展开更多

We have found that most of these methods and many books have someincorrectness in the geometric factor Q_i used for the calculation of pore volume △V_i from corevolume △V_i^k. It has been proved that the correct expression for Q_i should be[_i/(_i^k+1/2△t_i)]~2for cylindrical pores, _i,/(_i^k+1/2△t_i)for slit-shaped pores. On the basis of this correct Q_i,these methods were applied to the desorption isotherms. The results were compared and analyzed.

文摘Cotton fabrics with different weaves are designed and the influence of weave on wrinkle recovery property and tensile property is analyzed. Weave type plays a prominent part in determining fabric wrinkle recovery property and tensile property. Weave factor C is in direct relation to wrinkle recovery angle and in inverse relation to tensile property. This trend also exists after resin treatment. 3/1 left-twill fabric shows good wrinkle recovery angle and lest tensile loss after resin treatment.
文摘The rheological behavior of blend, e.g. polypropylene,PP, with polyamide - 6, PA6, has been investigated.Results show that this blend is a pseudo plastic fluid and the amount of PA6 seems to be a dominator to influence all rheological properties. In addition to the expected influence by temperature generally for polymer, it has been found the amount of PA6 is valid in a range, e.g. 0-20% corresponding to the PP amount, i.e. in this range, the larger the PA6 added, the larger is the nonNewtonian index, n, and this is obviously especially for PP/PA6 blend with the high shear stress.
