The spontaneous oscillatory contraction(SPOC) of myofibrils is the essential property inherent to the contractile system of muscle. Muscle contraction results from cyclic interactions between actin filament and myosin II which is a dimeric motor protein with two heads. Taking the two heads of myosin II as an indivisible element and considering the effects of cooperative behavior between the two heads on rate constants in the mechanochemical cycle, the present work proposes the tenstate mechanochemical cycle model for myosin II dimer. The simulations of this model show that the proportion of myosin II in different states periodically changes with time, which results in the sustained oscillations of contractive tension, and serves as the primary factor for SPOC. The good fit of this model to experimental results suggests that the cooperative interaction between the two heads of myosin II dimer may be one of the underlying mechanisms for muscle contraction. 展开更多

The individual particles collected from a power station were analyzed by time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF SIMS). The result indicates the presence of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) as well as the oxygenated one. They might be derived from the incomplete combustion of coals. SIMS has proved to be a rapid method for the qualitative analysis of PAHs and OPAHs absorbed on the aerosol particles. New perspectives for better understanding the SIMS spectra obtained from complex mixture such as environmental samples have been opened. 展开更多

The metallogenic environment of the Irtysh gold belt in Xinjiang is studied in detail.The metallogenic geological background,metallogenic conditions and ore-controlling factors of the gold deposits in eastern,central and western regions of the metallogenic belt are compared.The metallogenic structure of the Irtysh tectonic belt has the characteristics of diverging to the west and converging to the east.Composite ore controlling by ductile shearing and magmatic activity in Irtysh gold belt result in zoned and segmented distribution of gold mineralization.Through the fluid inclusion research and H-O-S isotope analysis,the evolution regularity of gold ore-forming fluids in the region was analyzed.Synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence was used to analysis the concentration of metal elements in a single fluid inclusion,explaining the occurrence and migration process of Au in hydrothermal fluid.The source of ore forming minerals in western gold deposit is more closely related to magmatic activity,and the structural metamorphism of eastern gold deposit has greater influence on mineralization.Metallogenic fluids of gold deposits are characterized by metamorphic water(and magmatic water)in the early stage and mixed with meteoric water in the late stage.And the metallogenic elements are enriched in CO2 rich fluid.The Au is mainly activated,migrated and enriched with the mixed fluid of magmatic hydrothermal,metamorphic hydrothermal and atmospheric precipitation in the medium-low temperature,shallow to medium-deep environment. 展开更多

Because of a non continuous flow of paste, “a jet stream” of the dispersed paste could be formed in the vertical pipeline. Most damages of the pastefill pipeline were caused by two major impacts of jet stream : vacuum steam etching and high velocity abrasion. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the influential factors of iteration accuracy when we use iteration to determine the numerical model for predicting water yield of deep drawdown mines and calculating the groundwater level. The relationship among the calculation error of groundwater level, the pumping rate, the limit of iteration convergence error, the calculation time, and the aquifer parameters were discussed by using an ideal model. Finally, the water yield of Dianzi iron mine was predicted using the testified numerical model. It is indicated that the calculation error of groundwater level is related to the limit of iteration convergence error, the calculation time and the aquifer parameters, but not to the pumping rate and the variation of groundwater level. 展开更多

The oxidative dehydrogenation of isobutane to isobutene was examined for the use in the preparation of FSM-16 and related compounds doped by chromium with expectations that a yield of isobutene of greater than 8% could be achieved. The activity depended on the molding procedure of the catalyst and the doping method of the chromium species. In the present study, 8.8% and 8.3% of the yield of isobutene were obtained at 0.75 h and 6 h on-stream for the catalyst (Cr-loading; 6.2 wt.%) molded using wet treatment hut not pressurization treatment, in which the chromium species were directly added into the aqueous solution containing raw FSM-16 (hydrated sodium silicate powder) at an initial stage of the catalyst preparation. The structure information was based on XRD (X-ray diffraction), the specific surface area was determined using a conventional BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) nitrogen adsorption and the loading of chromium was estimated using ICP (inductively coupled plasma). All those parameters combined with the molding method indicated that the catalytic activity was more influenced by the loading of chromium into bulk but not on surface of the catalyst rather than by the hexagonal structure of FSM-16 and the surface area. 展开更多

Mantle xenoliths are common in the Cenozoic basalts of the Changbaishan District,Jilin Province,China.Sulfide assemblages in mantle minerals can be divided into three types:isolated sulfide grains,sulfide-meh inclusions and filling sulfides in fractures.Sulfide-meh inclusions occur as single-phase sulfides,sulfide-silicate melt,and CO_2-sulfide-silicate melt inclusions. Isolated sulfide grains are mainly composed of pyrrhotite,but cubanite was found occasionally.Sulfide-meh inclusions are mainly composed of pontlandite and MSS,with small amounts of chalcopyrite and talnakhite.The calculated distribution coefficient K_(D3)for lherzolite are similar to that of mean experimental value.The bulk sulfides in lherzolite were in equilibrium with the enclosing minerals, indicating immiscible sulfide melts captured in partial melting of upper mantle.Sulfide in fractures has higher Ni/Fe and(Fe+Ni)/S than those of sulfide melt inclusions.They might represent later metasomatizing fluids in the mantle.Ni/Fe and(Fe+Ni)/S increase from isolated grains,sulfide inclusions to sulfides in fractures.These changes were not only affected by temperature and pressure,hut by geochemistry of Ni,Fe and Cu,and sulfur fugacity as well. 展开更多

In this study, novel Carbon aerogel (CA)/Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/Carbon (C) composites with a double protective structure are synthesized through a solvothermal method and in-situ polymerization. The morphology and structure are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The loading content of active anode material <span style="white-space:normal;">Co</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">3</sub><span style="white-space:normal;">O</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">4</sub> in the composite is investigated by thermogravimetry, and the electrochemical properties of the composite are characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The SEM results show that the nano-sized spherical <span style="white-space:normal;">Co</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">3</sub><span style="white-space:normal;">O</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">4</sub> particle is adhered to the inner Carbon aerogel (CA). The HRTEM result indicates the thickness of the prepared Carbon (C) up to 40 nm. Nano-sheet is coated on the surface of the <span style="white-space:normal;">Co</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">3</sub><span style="white-space:normal;">O</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">4</sub> particle. Compared with the pure <span style="white-space:normal;">Co</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">3</sub><span style="white-space:normal;">O</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">4</sub> anode materials, the Carbon aerogel (CA)/<span style="white-space:normal;">Co</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">3</sub><span style="white-space:normal;">O</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">4</sub>/Carbon (C) composites have better transport kinetics for both electron and lithium-ion in EIS testing results, which may contribute to its higher specific capacity and higher first coulomb efficiency. Due to the unique structure of the composite material with double protection against the volume expansion of <span style="white-space:normal;">Co</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">3</sub><span style="white-space:normal;">O</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">4</sub> when charged, the Carbon aerogel (CA)/<span style="white-space:normal;">Co</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">3</sub><span style="white-space:normal;">O</span><sub style="white-space:normal;">4</sub>/Carbon (C) composite material exhibits better cycle stability with a discharge capacity of 1180 mAh/g after 50 cycles. The location of the rock vein and the characteristic of the rock mass are discussed according to the difference responses of velocity and attenuation from the ore vein and mixed rock vein, fracture and rock body. The effect and limitation of the seismic tomography method for investigating ore body and rock mass is suggested on the basis of a field test result.
